Amazing quality food. Polite staff and Good communication skills. The Peri Peri chicken is one of the best I've ever had lately. Amazing stuff

The Xmas signature kebab was very dry. The waiter wasn't welcoming and end up screaming at guest for repeating where the toilet was. Drink took too long to arrive at end, customer end up leaving before the drinks arrives. The service definitely regressed from a year ago.

Large group of us went here and staff were very friendly and accommodating, food was also 10/10. Always a pleasure to eat here.

We ordered half a chicken with sides And watched the chef microwave it And light grill was really dry and tasteless chips were oily and hollow very poor food no wonder it was dead in there

Disappointed with the service, we arrived for our booking and were told to wait as the session before was overrunning. We finally started our 1 hour session at 1:25 (which was meant to start at 1). But our time was cut 15 minutes short, as the next booking arrived. I would not recomend.

Food was not worth the wait chips tasted like cardboard and the mild chicken wings blew my mouth off. An hour and 10 mins I could've cooked a chicken myself ... overpriced 🗑 garbage

Great food and service once again

Food was very nice but very small portions. The wings look liked they were on a diet. A lot of money for a little amount of food.

Had a great meal and the sever Mark, was so pleasant and professional nothing was too much trouble. Had a great night and would definitely recommend

The waitress took us to a comfy seat. The restaurant was fairly quiet and a reasonably enjoyable setting. The first thing I noticed was there were lots of uncleared tables. Sat down, ordered online through the QR code. Ordered one meal and drink. I waited over 20 minutes for my cup to arrive as I purchased the bottomless Diet Coke. I would have flagged someone down but only one waitress walked passed with food and so I thought I’d wait till she walked back with empty hands. She didn’t walk back my way. Then eventually the cup arrived. The Diet Coke was flat. Then my food eventually arrived. The chicken was burnt, the greens had barely any feta on them, and there was basically no salt on the peri salted chips. As a frequent flier of Nando’s in my home town, having ordered this specific meal on countless occasions I was extremely disappointed. I would have told any waiter or waitress this however not one person came to check on how my meal was. My usual experience is they check, and then remove the chicken in the centre of the table to confirm to other waitresses you’ve had a check back. This did not happen. The menus were not cleared off the table. I have inserted picture to attest to the food and the menu and check back issue. Safe to say if I visit Birmingham again I won’t be coming back to this Nando’s

Had the £8.99 grills.. both of them difference being one has chicken and the other has a meat curry. Food was nice but as I was waiting I heard a family who were about 3 metres away moaning about how the plates and cutlery were dirty... which indeed they were... The food was nice and hot and is definitely worth £8.99...but the only thing is the food mixes with the curry because it’s all in one tin foil box. The food was tasty (I’ve had better) and moist, the fries were not soggy which some places are notorious for...ahmmm..UK Fried Chicken... The lady who served me was efficient and polite and the food was ready when I got there (I phoned in my order) Takeaway is ok and it’s a shame they don’t have delivery as I think they’d get more business that way.

Shocking food and service. Fried chicken strips came out at fridge temperature. When asked the manager claimed they are cooked fresh. No temperature records or HACCP procedures. Rarely leave reviews but this really was dangerous to health. Avoid like COVID !!! I am sorry to be open and honest but guys you really really need to address your food Safety. I will not be reporting this to B’ham food Safety Team on this occasion. You really could harm someone. Also when questioned the catering staff were just laughing it off. Tip change that staff because they will destroy you as a business.

Zane was an absolute star. Great service nothing was too much trouble. A credit the company. Good food healthy choices.
