Nando's Birmingham Bullring in Birmingham

The waitress took us to a comfy seat. The restaurant was fairly quiet and a reasonably enjoyable setting. The first thing I noticed was there were lots of uncleared tables. Sat down, ordered online through the QR code. Ordered one meal and drink. I waited over 20 minutes for my cup to arrive as I purchased the bottomless Diet Coke. I would have flagged someone down but only one waitress walked passed with food and so I thought I’d wait till she walked back with empty hands. She didn’t walk back my way. Then eventually the cup arrived. The Diet Coke was flat. Then my food eventually arrived. The chicken was burnt, the greens had barely any feta on them, and there was basically no salt on the peri salted chips. As a frequent flier of Nando’s in my home town, having ordered this specific meal on countless occasions I was extremely disappointed. I would have told any waiter or waitress this however not one person came to check on how my meal was. My usual experience is they check, and then remove the chicken in the centre of the table to confirm to other waitresses you’ve had a check back. This did not happen. The menus were not cleared off the table. I have inserted picture to attest to the food and the menu and check back issue. Safe to say if I visit Birmingham again I won’t be coming back to this Nando’s

Clint is definitely the friendliest person working here. It was my second visit and he was just as friendly as the first time. Real asset to your place! Very nice and quick service, food cooked to perfection also.

Came here Saturday lunchtime, we were lucky to sit down straight away. Food was very good as usual and despite being mega busy staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely come to this one again if at the food court.

Following a poor experience in a previous different Nando’s, this has restored my faith in the name. Food was excellent, served hot and just amount of spices. Staff were friendly and very helpful. In addition, restaurant was clean.

My other half and two children visited this Nando's on 16/03/2022 at around 6pm. Table 55. It was a short wait for a table. When we were seated we had a fantastic time! The staff were very helpful and engaging. The food was excellent and the manager who was front of house, was lovely. I leave this review because I want other folk to know, that if you take your family with you, you and your children will be looked after by the staff, who are exceptional at what they do. We shall 100 per cent be returning in the future! 5 stars!

Considering we are now confined to our chairs and servers are to fetch condiments, drinks etc your staff should be better trained. Complete lack of attention or awareness for customers needs. My starter came before the bottomless drinks and when the mains came the server went to walk away without even asking us if we wanted any sauces, we had to get his attention and ask him. The second drinks we asked for took 10 minutes to get to our table, the server walked away and chatted with employees totally forgot about us so the manager had to get what we asked for. One of my party ordered the Sunset burger (please see attached pictures) the chicken is disgusting, full of thick fatty skin and the chicken is in awful condition. Not great, will not be attending again.

Me and my kids, we're shopping at Bullring and we decided to go for Nando's for lunch but the odering process was very strange since we were expected to do everything, there wasn't even a plate or cutleries on our table which was strange but overall it was okay.

Not bad t was quick and got every thing we ordered. I do think I towels have been better if the chicken was less charcoaled.

We collecting using the official Nando’s app this time, chose this branch as it was closest to where we were staying. Ordering and collection process was smooth with no issues. Upon getting to our hotel with the food, the chips were soggy, coleslaw was missing completely and the chicken, like others have said, looked like the sauce was just put on top, no flavour within the chicken as usual. Not great and wont be back here

After a long wait which was well Managed and understandable as busy time to placed our order only to find they were not doing any children’s meals. Surprised as they did all the component parts in the adult meals on offer. We asked if this was Nando’s policy to maximise profits to make up for lost business or to put off families with children. The member of staff just shrugged their shoulders. I can only assume both. Very disappointing attitude for a place we typically have always absolutely enjoyed eating at. A real pity.

I’ve never experienced service so bad ever in a restaurant. I came with two friends, and ordered through the app. I ordered my food a couple of minutes before my friends and mine didn’t arrive when my friends meals did. I had to wait 15 minutes after and moaned three times before my meal came. When it finally did, my food was cold she clearly had been sat there a long time. When I asked to speak to a manager, she arrived ten minutes later and didn’t even apologise for it. Absolutely rude. No social distancing was there, was just awful. Never will return here. Management need to up their cane if they want to keep their customers happy.

This store is pretty decent and the customer service has never been bad when I have visited. However due to its location its always ridiculously busy and the wait times can be a bit crazy!

I attended here early evening with my daughter - out of the Nando’s in the Birmingham area that we have tried previously we both agreed that we thought this was the best one. This is due to the friendly service and great atmosphere inside the restaurant. Food was served quickly and was the usual high standard. Will be definitely going back here

I came here after watching the Birmingham tattoo. I had not booked so was told I would have to wait 15 minutes which was ok. I got a table booked my meal and could see all the dishes on the hotpate. Some dishes wraps for example were stil at there after 15 minutes. At one time there was no space to put any meals on the hotplate as it was full and they were just piling up and staff just leaving them there. I could see my meal had been sat there for 5 minutes so I told them if I dont get it now I want my money back they promply got it. This is not how nandos norally works and was very dissapointed. There was plenty of staff so I dont see why they just kept meals sat there on the hot plate!!!

This was my second time at this particular Nando’s because my first time was ok. This time was much better. The atmosphere was better the staff were more than helpful, and the food looked and tasted much. Enjoyed it a lot better this time (apart from the numpty who kept kicking my chair every time he walked pass)

Are they cooking the chicken differently?? I had butterfly chicken which did not seem to be scored and grilled properly and the sauce was not like it’s usual embedded flavour / it was literally just poured onto top of unfleshy uncrispy skin - I could have just poured my chosen sauce on myself if that’s the case 😩 I mentioned to waiter who did apologise but in this case an explanation/ refund would have been preferable I will not visit in a hurry again

Well my first visit was such a great experience, busy store but service was on form, got order wrong but replaced within minutes, pleasant staff warm cozy atmosphere will definately be back for more...

Usually love Nando's but eating in this establishment was really disappointing. We were waiting to be seated for quite a while and considering it was a very busy lunch time, there was only two members of staff on the tills so ordering took a while. There were very few sauces left so had to settle for what little was on the shelf. The glasses we were given for our soft drinks were extremely warm so defeated the point of having a cold drink! When the food came it seemed like it had been rushed and poorly done. The chicken was vile tasting, it appeared cooked but did not seem particularly hot. It also had pink/purple almost bruised looking patched on which looked very unappealing. The pitta it came in was cold where at my local restaurant it always arrives warm. The sides of mash and garlic bread were lovely on the other hand. Probably would not come back here, definitely not worth nearly £30 for two average meals and two drinks.

This was my first time to any Nando’s and it was ok. Maybe it was because of its location it was very busy and therefore a lot of waiting (about 20 minutes). Staff were good very helpful. The menu was good so was the food my son and I had, and would definitely go back again. But not that one, maybe to one where it wasn’t so conveyor belt like but a little more relaxed. Overall the experience was a good one

First time comeing here. So food is really bad. Chicken is not cooked, do not have sauce but looking for everywhere!!

Ordered a takeaway in the restaurant and was ready within 15 minutes and food was good quality and still hot when we got it home

Fue genial ingresar a Nandos, donde uno se encuentra con miembros del personal de diferentes rangos de edad. Pauline me atendió en las cajas, que era muy eficiente y amable. La comida y el servicio en general fue muy bueno. Sharon el gerente parecía muy solidario.

Convenientemente ubicado en el anillo de toros principal, con vista a los escalones hacia el mercado y la calle Martins. Ocupado, pero fue capaz de obtener una mesa de inmediato, el servicio rápido y la comida estaba caliente y comestible. El personal despejó las mesas rápidamente y reinició, por lo tanto, un flujo constante de clientes.

Very very nice place for stay with friends, good service, good food, I was very comfortable to be there

La primera vez que voy a un nandos. El lugar estaba lleno, así que la camarera sacó el nombre y nos dijo que serían 10 minutos para una mesa. Esperamos un poco más que eso pero no mucho. Tuve que pedir comida en la caja, así que opté por el 1/4 de pollo y chips picantes y col. Tengo una taza de bebida recargable tan feliz por eso. La comida resultó bastante rápida, pero un poco interrumpida, ya que todos ordenamos por separado. El pollo era encantador. Realmente me gusta la especia nandos. Y las fichas también estaban bien. Aunque odiaba la ensalada de col de la fábrica.

We all love a bit of nandos. Its always busy, however, food is always great. Staff is helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend!

Arrived and joined the queue. We were kept informed and told about 20 min wait for table. 10 mins later we were in 1st visit to Nandos was very pleasantly surprised. Hubby ordered food and literally he sat down and our starters arrived we were very impressed because there wasn't a free table in the restaurant. Starters we really lovely then mains arrived once again we were not disappointed food and service was very good would highly recommend and will deffinatly be returning. Was really impressed with the price to.

Now, I love nandos. I hadn’t been to one nandos I could fault until my visit here on sunday the 24th of march. I went here with my boyfriend and his father for a bite to eat before we went to ghetto golf. We were promptly seated and somewhat fastly served once we’d ordered. I did notice there were more dirty tables with used plates on than there were actual customers and there seemed to be a lot of staff there but somehow there was still dirty tables everywhere. They weren’t exactly busy - don’t get me wrong it wasn’t dead but it wasn’t rammed either. We noticed several of the staff playing games on their phones as well. My boyfriend noticed how dirty the knives were when he bought them to the table; they still had bits of food stuck in the teeth of them so we opted to use our hands for this meal. After the staff bought the food to our table i noticed the bottom of my plate was dirty. I was too hungry to worry about it at the time as it wasnt actually dirty on the part that my food went on. I then asked for some sauce which you can’t get yourself. I waited 10 minutes and while I sat and watched this guy serve other people and take food to other tables my boyfriends dad had to eventually get up from his meal and go over to him to ask him for the sauce again. When the guy came over with two tubs they were about a quarter full (the tubs are very small) - barely enough to have with a portion of chips let a lone a full meal.

Πήγαμε μια Κυριακή μεσημέρι και αν εξαιρέσουμε την σχετική καθυστέρηση μισής ώρας μέχρι να σερβιριστουμε, το φαγητό ήταν άνω των προσδοκιών μου. Παρήγγειλα μπουτακια κοτόπουλο χωρίς κόκκαλο κ ήταν τέλεια. Ποικιλία από σάλτσες, κυρίως καλύτερες με καλύτερη την herbs and lemon. Ο πουρές πατάτας ήταν πολύ νόστιμος! Οικονομικό θα έλεγα για τιμες Αγγλίας. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω!

There were 8 in our party my friend's son booked by phone explained he had student card. Told no problem.

Nando’s are generally restaurant areas made up of small square and rectangular tables, with the odd big one. Seating 10 on a busy Saturday night is not easy. The young woman in charge did brilliantly. We waited about 35 minutes after reaching the head of the queue whilst a space was gradually created using 4 square tables pushed together. Then followed an excellent meal of spiced chicken and various side dishes then a bill for about £150 - £15 per head. People get snooty about Nando’s, but the food is plain but great, the surroundings relaxed and the price low. And a service that is well run. What’s not to like?

Visited here with friends. Service was little slow and there were table not cleaned properly. Staff were helpful but I think there was staff sort on this particular day.

I am a big nandos fan - the biggest so when I suggested meeting my cousin for lunch whilst working in Birmingham I was very excited there was one close by. Food ordered 12.51 ( behind us was a big group of people ordering also) we awaited our order and after a while we’re wondering why others who had ordered had food already - especially the large group of 8 people. We asked the staff who eventually did get the food out 13.27 which was airy 49 minutes. When we asked the manager he apologised at there had been a delivery and it got busy which explained why my food was cold when it arrived it has been siting there. We were compensated with a free coleslaw however another member of staff later came to ask if everything was ok and confirmed the manager has not completed the staff rota very well and that’s why there wasn’t enough on shift .... oh dear ! I’ve never been let down at Nando’s which is a shame because it’s my favourite place but a 40 minute wait ( whilst others had been ordered after us eaten and about to leave ) isn’t great.

Qualità e quantità del pollo pessim.iNon commento nemmeno i piselli, il servizio, il caos e la maleducazione del personale. Il tavolo dei dressing sporco come del resto tutto il locale.

Considering how busy it gets, the service is always good. Food is also always very good. Cheap and cheerful - never a disappointment.

My husband and I visited and had a delicious sharing dish. The food was beautiful plus we got a NHS discount which made it all the more enjoyable 😁

The clue is in the title.. fantastic.. the food was as in all Nandos but it was the atmosphere and service that did it for me. Smiling, laughing staff who all seemed genuinely happy to be working. Amazing attentive service. just fab x

Fui a cenar con mis hermanos porque a ellos les encanta. La verdad es que la comida está muy buena y el personal es muy amable, tratan de ayudarte en todo lo que pueden. La chica que nos atendió a la hora de pedir fue muy amable.

Could not decide what we fancied for lunch on a rainy Thursday lunchtime in Birmingham and as we walked through the bullring decided on a cheeky Nando’s. service was spot on with food arriving quickly and was fresh and tasty no complaints from me. Worth a visit.

My brother and I made a return to this branch of Nando's following another athletics trip in Birmingham.

visited twice over the last two weekends due to being in birmingham, always my go too place! quickly served as queue was going down relatively quick, lady behind the counter was lovely and food was lovely as always! the one girl who brought the food over was quite moody though, a smile wouldnt hurt right?:) other than that would still come back.

my favourite chicken shop in the bullring shopping centre. Staff are really nice here. Can get busy some times so leabe tme for this especially at weekends

I have visited this Nandos when working away but this was by far the worst experience. After waiting 25 minutes for my food, a staff member had gone to send the manager over. The manager didn't even budge to have a conversation about the luke warm wings and long wait. This is the first review I have done on a restaurant - really disappointed that it would take 25 mins when the place wasn't busy and to get ignored by the manager is just very poor.

I came here last week at about 12:30 just before the lunch time rush and was served very quickly by friendly staff. I use Nando's quite often and as usual the food was top notch and piping hot. Would definitely come here again when in Birmingham as it is the perfectly situated not far from the train station.

The staff were so friendly and helped me with my buggy as I was on my own with my 1 and half year old son. The staff acknowledged my son (many places don't!) and asked him how his meal was and mine.

Restaurant was busy; we had to wait around 15 minutes but worth it. staff were friendly and food was very nice. well priced too and free wifi!

I absolutley love nandos. I always visit once in 2 weeks and i thought why not give them a review. The food is amazingly mouth watering and tasty, fills you up and the staff are also very helpful.

To be fair Nando’s can be a bit hit and miss depending on the restaurant. This was a great visit. We visited on a Sunday, often you wait for a table here but I guess the poor weather put people off venturing out, although busy we were seated straight away. Food ordered swiftly and it arrived in good time and tasted great, no complaints from any of the party. Recommend this restaurant if you fancy a ‘cheeky Nando’s’

Dropped into Nando's for an early lunch as the majority of other restaurants in the Bullring were either closed or serving breakfast. Food is consistently good, service friendly and efficient.

The guy on the till when I asked for a kids meal told me they had no kids drinks. No alternative was offered or suggested. When the meal came it was the wrong order and tasted a bit flat compared to the many others we have visited.

Visited here on a shopping trip with daughter for her birthday. As a VERY nervous coeliac I was concerned, especially when told the restaurant could do gluten free but couldn't give a guarantee. I had chicken, savoury rice and corn on the cob - yum and all good. Phew. Husband and kids enjoyed it too. Noisy but nice relaxed atmosphere. Would visit again when back in Birmingham.

Been hear a few times never bein let down whaps and chicken wings are the one for me, extra hot #beautiful I tried the sweet potato mash and I was not a fan but the staff are very nice, the waiter offered to change it free of charge

Estábamos en Birmingham para un fin de semana y fuimos para almorzar después de nuestro vuelo. Tenemos algunas necesidades dietéticas, así que le pregunté a la chica en la caja si podían informarnos lo que sería adecuado. Estoy bastante seguro de su nombre era Julia. Ella era de lo más servicial, amable camarera que nos hemos topado, hizo lo imposible para asegurarse de que nos cuidaron y nos quedamos contentos con nuestra comida. Tal persona. precioso! No nos podíamos creer cómo todo el mundo era amable y comprensivo! Y la comida era deliciosa:).

Nos encanta Nando's, así que visite la plaza de toros, fuimos a comer en Nando's. Este era un restaurante grande y nos sentaron rápidamente. El personal de la comida caliente nd eran muy amables.

Visitamos con amigos después de ver una película. Pedí el hígado de pollo deshuesados y los muslos y la comida era excelente. Fue cocinado a la perfección. Restaurante muy ruidoso y ajetreado pero en general, la comida es genial.

Es muy visitada la plaza de toros de ayer para una comida agradable que he experimentado en muchos otros es muy en todo el país. Fue recibido por un mal servicio al cliente y el servidor de negar las solicitudes de artículos que había en el menú y no proporcionan ninguna razón. También, no hay hielo en cualquier máquina que duele al comer el vusa de salsa.

4.30 pm but still had to stand in line outside for 30 minutes then waited another 30 minutes for any food to arrive after ordering. Chicken butterfly was very smalll compared to previous Nando's meals and was so over cooked it was tough and dry but somehow the skin was greasy and not crisp. Really disappointed in our meals and we were paying £2.50 an hour in the car park for the privilege of being kept waiting. 2 marks probably generous but I never believe reviewers who give. A rating of one...

For saying how busy they always are, there's hardly ever a wait on food. Exactly what you'd expect from a nandos; clean, vibrant and buzzing with a great atmosphere

Took our friend to Nando's for her first time and we were not disappointed. Food was brilliant as was the service. Thank you Nando's for being as always really good - and showing our friend what she has been missing all this time! We will be back - though probably to our local restaurant in Shirley.

Went with my family on Sunday for afternoon lunch . Food was good. Quick service and value for money. Double chicken pita mmmmmmm :)

Esta casa tem um ótimo frango assado, como habitualmente é confecionado em Portugal. Acompanha-se com batatas, ou saladas deliciosas e é muito bem serviço por um preço justo. Recomenda-se com sagres!

First time in Nando's...food was good and restaurant was clean. Liked that they had 'real' ketchup (Heinz) and a proper bottle, not those messy little sachets that just don't open! Would recommend the butterfly chicken fillet...not as a burger which I got but just on its own with the french fries...not easy to eat the type of burger bun they serve. the quarter chicken piece we got was tiny and full of skin so if you are hungrier you should get the half portion at least. Drinks are refill which is also good and I'd share the next time just to keep cost down a bit.

Ottimo burger, e ottime alette di pollo, per le bevande avete il bicchiere a disposizione e lo riempite quanto volete, per la birra meglio evitare,prezzo giusto.

If your gonna have only one meat on your menus you need to cook it perfection and this place always delivers, the service was ok but the star is the chicken

Arrived tea time on a Saturday which was never going to be ideal...10 minutes wait we were told and it was far less than that. Tables and cutlery clean, staff polite but seemingly rushed off their feet!Food was piping hot and as ordered. They were busy but we did not feel in anyway rushed.....well done guys

Went to Nando's Birmingham at the Bullring with my friend last night, we ordered food at the till and waited on our table. She ordered both mine and her food as she was the only one who remembered the table number. Her food arrived, but mine didn't. Next minute, waiter turns up and claims I gave him the wrong table number (7 instead of 37), we said this was not the case, he appologised. After which I asked for my side (garlic bread) which was still missing, he took it over to us in 2 minutes. I had some of the rise and did not enjoy it, so I asked the waiter to substitute it, to which he did, which was good service. The food quality itself was simply okay, nothing special or in particular worth the 16 pounds I spent there for some chicken and potatoes. The chain is rather overrated in my opinion and I continue to wonder why this venue always has big queues waiting outside when there are so many better restaurants in Birmingham at a better value for money. e.g. Jamie's Italian next door offer two courses for the same price.

Sometimes you can't beat a nandos ! Lovely chicken selection of sides and happy friendly staff it's an easy going place and would reccomend for a chicken craving !

Came at lunch with my Mum. My food was delicious. Exactly what I ordered. I love the garlic bread. But mum ordered a burger and got a mass amount of lettuce. It was ridiculous. She was not impressed.

food is good, suits family eat outs or somewhere to eat after shopping. Gets a bit noisy with the music but I would recommend.

The service was great here, food good as per Nandos usual great quality. It can get hot inside so if its a hot day request to sit outside. Great for families or friends

Good points: tasty chicken, quick service - it was really busy and the food arrived in less than 20 mins.Bad points: number of items in my side salad - handful of leaves, 2 cherry tomatoes and 2 slices of cucumber - is that nandos spec for the side salad ? It is really disappointing; the music was played extremely loud. And I mean I could not chat with my bf at all.

After wondering around aimlessly in the bullring we wanted a no-nonsense meal. Nandos seemed like the obvious choice. Food was cooked to perfection and service was quick.

As Nando's goes this is a fairly typical one. Long enough queues to get in, standard menu and prices, not the most exciting choice as a veggie, queue to pay and order, service wasn't that quick on this particular time. Food was a bit samey bland and beige, fine for some saturday lunch dining but not exactly tasty. Staff seemed friendly and the toliets were clean.

This Nando's has a problem 8/10 times, PATHETIC. Me and my friend both ordered livers and they were dripping in an oily sauce, then we asked if it can be changed, then it took quite a while and the woman said they left it on the grill for longer. Then the attached picture is what I was served? Unacceptable. I have a friend who works for Nando's she also said it's unacceptable that I was even served that.

Very nice Nandos, the restaurant is clean & the cutlery/condiments were fully stocked. We had a nice booth seat with for 2 people was great as restaurants love to cram smaller parties right next to someone else. The gentleman taking my food order was lovely & the waitress who bought our food over to the table actually replaced the coleslaw with spicy rice even though it was my fault as I ordered the wrong item, she wasn't at all bothered by changing it over for me which was very kind of her as I didn't even ask. Would recommend arriving early for lunch, we arrived at 12 & when we were leaving around 1 it was getting very busy!

It was the christmas holidays so everybody was off, and you could tell. It was absolutely heaving. There was a queue outside going right back, you ended up queuing about 40 minutes to be seated. The young man taking us to our seats was lovely!It was very busy and we were seated upstairs. The girl at the till was extremely rude and uninterested. She had such an attitude problem for whatever reason. She was giving me dirty looks, talking over the top of me, saying "what" instead of "what was that sorry" when she wasnt listening properly. I had to repeat my order because she was more interested in looking around than paying any attention. Its just a shame i didnt take her name.No problems with the food, was nice and tasty just as you would expect from a nandos really.

not a bad restaurant (in terms of chains), however, the seating arrangement for single people is poor, you feel you are almost sitting next to the person on your left and right with no room whatsoever - I had to ask the girl to my right to move her coat at least 3 times, but the poor thing couldn't put it anywhere as there was no room! Food is okay.

This place gets really busy, we got there just before a queue started. Service was good, we got our food really quickly! I really like Nandos so I'm biased. It was my mums first try and she loved it. Winner.

It was really busy but as a group of 3 we were seated within 10 mins. I was also really pleased to see lots of till staff! Something that you don't often get in Nando's. Meaning we could order quickly and our food came quickly, too. The only thing was the girl on the til really didn't understand very well. When I asked for the Bean Burger she said 'chicken burger?' 3 times. I had to point on the menu. Also, when I asked for a sangria, she said Beer? Other than that, excellent

I visited Nando's on Saturday 5th November, being heavily pregnant I was craving Nando's. I ordered half a chicken with peri chips and 5 wings with peri chips and garlic bread. I asked for my wings to be well done, when the wing come over the wing wasn't well done so I ask them to cook them longer. 10/15 minute later my food still didn't arrived at this time my 4 friends have finished their meal, I ask the lady how long my food well be. The manager Craig brought my food over the quality of the food was poor the chips was luck warm, the garlic bread was cold and the chicken wings looked the same as they did when i sent them back, you could tell the food had been sitting on the pass for awhile. Having uncooked chicken is putting me and my unborn baby at risk so I brought my food over to Craig and asked for a refund, He was rude and disrespectful and threaten me with security. The way Craig spoke to me and dealt with the situation was unacceptable, as a manager he wasn't professional. I asked him for head office number and he told me go to website, my names Craig and walked away. That experience was the worst and has put me off from going there, I well never return to that Nando's again. I lefted Nando's hungry upset and very very disappointed!

First time to Nando's ever so didnt know what to expect. This is not a place for vegetarians or people who suffer with health problems like TOF/OA and Reflux. The food was excellent and the service was brilliant. Staff were friendly. The level of spice taste is completely different to Indian food so a mild in Nanado's is like a very spicey Indian. I would go back to ask for NO spices.

Avoid this branch of nandos, it's usually busy at its in Bull ring but also the queue is fairly long to order your food and they usually get the order wrong somehow and also bring parts of your food out at different times.

Classic Nando's as they are anywhere around the country - crowd pleasing and tasty for good prices. This particular restaurant was bigger than most with lots of seating area - needed as it was packed! We ordered quickly and the food arrived within 15 minutes, though all at different times on our table as we had paid separately. They could have coordinated this better and realised we were all one party. However it was tasty, and the usual customisation of your meal with your chosen sides meant everyone could have something they liked. Very good

I love nandos. Most humans do. But I have to say that the garlic bread is usually overcooked. It's too hard and crispy. The chicken pitta was very nice as usual but in inspection, I found the piece of chicken to be very small and almost budget portion. I'm sorry but your cutting corners. You'll lose customers in no time because I was the 3rd person to notice these problems. And not all in the same unit.
