Terrible breakfast/brunch. Ordered "fluffy pancakes" with bacon and mayple syrup. The pancakes were stodgy they had clearly been microwaved and the bacon was so thick it was like sliced gammon. The waitress asked if I was enjoying and I was truthful and said no, explained why and she just shrugged and walked off. Was supposed to be a treat for my daughter but even she who eats her own boggies wouldn't eat the pancakes. Not sure why you would offer pancakes and bacon if you're not gonna do it properly

Qué servicio encantador desde Río. La comida era preciosa el filete simplemente derretido defo recomiendo. Hubo un cliente discutiendo sobre el precio de la recarga, dijo que solo tenía 1 bebida, así que la cosechadora le estaba robando a pesar de que es recargable! Rio y el manager Liam fueron muy educados con el agresivo. No sé cómo tuvieron la paciencia, pero su servicio al cliente fue genial! Río lidió con todo con una sonrisa bendícelo.

The manager LIAM refused my wowcher and forced payment for an over cooked rock hard burger and another meal. To add insult to injury I was charged twice as I later found out my wowcher had indeed been redeemed… and LIAM had ALSO forced separate payment!

Went to Harvester tonight , 6 adults 2 children, for birthday meal , however they refused to honour the blue light for NHS workers, even though you can use card for up to 6 people, their excuse been well you booked for 8 !!! No one asked for discount on 8 , it was diabolical, so out of principle we left ! Ben the manager was unhelpful, and certainly not a Customer Service person at all ! To top it all , 42 pound for drinks consisting of 1 bottle of Wine , 1 soda water and 3 cokes , still charged for the bottomless coke , even though only 1 glass and a J2O and 1 cocktail ! Disgraceful ! So someone who works for NHS , worked today long day , who's birthday it was ended up upset, embarrassed and had her evening spoilt!

Visited tonight for our date night on arrival we were met by a young pleasant polite young man who took us over to our table, we were greeted by our server mark who was outstanding the service we recieve was amazing nothing was to much trouble. We ordered a passion fruit martini and a raspberry woo woo they were well presented and tasted amazing the salad was fresh tastly and replenished. Our mains came we ordered a wing wave and original combo both were tasty hot and well presented again we try the Valentine dessert which was just so yummy a very pleasant evening

I came to the harvester last night with my partner and was greeted by a lovely lady named Shanelle. She showed us to our table and provided such laughter and happiness during our visit. Our food was brought over by Shanelle and Mary who made sure everything was okay and we were happy. The food was delicious, absolutely amazing. Thank you to the chefs who cooked our food (2 gents in the kitchen). We will definitely be returning to Harvester The Fort. Highly Recommend

Myself and partner went into the harvester this afternoon for a lunch before picking up the kids from school. Was very busy in there, however we were able to get a table. We were greeted my Tasha at on entering. We were taken to our table and was told our waitress was named toccara. Toccara went out of here way to make sure our time there was a good one, she even refilled our drinks for us, which we had never had before as we can just get up and do our own. This was well appreciated though. She was very friendly and chatty. Although it was very busy this didn't take away from our experience, there was a great buzz in the air. All the staff were busy but very friendly. Food was great, hot and plentiful. Shout out to the chefs. I cannot fault this place. Credit where its due.

After a great shopping trip at the Fort, we had the pleasure of dining here, and it was an exceptional experience! Kat, our server, was incredibly friendly and efficient, and her knowledge of the menu was impressive—she handled all my requests with ease. The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious, with a special shoutout to Chef Tee for making everything so perfect. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and we can’t wait to return!

Visité Harvester en Fort Retail Park el 19 de diciembre para una visita navideña - junto con amigos, y como un cliente leal de más de 20 años, esta fue con mucho la peor experiencia que he tenido, tanto en términos de servicio al cliente como de calidad de la comida. Reservamos una mesa para las 7 PM con instrucciones especiales para sentarse lejos de la puerta. Al llegar, la puerta interna para discapacitados estaba fuera de servicio, y estábamos sentados en la ventana principal, ignorando completamente nuestra solicitud. Al ser interrogado, el camarero, Richard, declaró que el área trasera estaba cerrada debido a la escasez de personal, a pesar de que había mesas visiblemente disponibles con otros clientes sentados allí. La mesa en sí estaba mal preparada, con desperdicios de comida de clientes anteriores en el piso. Después de esperar 10 minutos sin pedir bebidas, marcamos a una camarera nosotros mismos. La comida era deficiente: Primeros: El horno - Setas al horno se estaban ahogando en una salsa espesa y robusta que carecía de condimento. Plato principal: La cena de Navidad fue profundamente decepcionante. El cerdo en manta fue quemado, y la bola de relleno era tan dura que no era comestible. Ningún personal preguntó si estábamos satisfechos o reconoció la comida virgen. Postre: El pastel de manzana Bramley fue llevado al microondas hasta el olvido, tan caliente que el vapor se derramaba, y la corteza era de roca dura y no comestible. Durante toda la comida, el servicio fue desatenta y apresurado. Los platos no se limpiaron antes del siguiente curso, los cubiertos no se reemplazaron y el personal parecía desinteresado. Richard, en particular, fue abrupto y poco profesional, pidiéndonos que liquidáramos la cuenta a las 9 : 15 PM, alegando que el restaurante cerró en 15 minutos, a pesar de que el sitio web indica claramente una hora de cierre de las 10 PM. El ambiente era igualmente desagradable, con el personal creando un ruido excesivo mientras despejaba la zona de buffet, lo que hace imposible disfrutar de lo que quedaba de nuestro tiempo. Para colmo, dos baños estaban sucios y carecían de papel higiénico, lo que se suma a una experiencia ya de por sí triste. Esta visita arruinó completamente nuestra salida de Navidad, dejándonos decepcionados y molestos. El nivel de servicio y la calidad de los alimentos han disminuido drásticamente, y esta fue la peor experiencia de Harvester que he tenido en dos décadas. Insto encarecidamente a la dirección a que aborde estos problemas de inmediato, ya que este no es el tiempo estándar que los clientes esperan o merecen.

Encantadora comida con amigos que pedimos del menú festivo sentía que era muy buena relación calidad-precio. 2 platos por £ 19. Visitado para el desayuno. Las primeras impresiones fueron malas debido a que el aparcamiento estaba desenterrado / inaccesible, pero esto fue culpa de The Fort, y no de Harvester en sí. Saludo cordial desde el servidor. Inicialmente decepcionado ya que la opción de desayuno ilimitado / crear sus propios desayunos se han ido. No sé por qué, ya que era una gran opción flexible que reducía el desperdicio de alimentos, ya que solo pedías lo que querías comer. ¡Seguido de una mayor decepción y enfado por saber que no se pueden intercambiar artículos en los desayunos! ¡Absolutamente ridículo! Queríamos el desayuno vegetariano pero no comer ‘salchicha vegetariana’ (ni siquiera me hagas empezar a pensar en cómo este nombre está tan equivocado) o sustitutos de la carne de cualquier tipo. Sin embargo, no se nos permitió eliminar los del desayuno y reemplazarlos por algo básico como un hash brown (que definitivamente es más barato! ) La única «solución» ofrecida por el servidor era cobrarnos por cada elemento individual del desayuno como suplemento, lo que habría terminado costando más! ! ¿Por qué habríamos de pagar más cuando la cocina no tendría que hacer ningún esfuerzo para cocinar 5 o 6 hachís en lugar de 4? Literalmente, solo había otras dos mesas con clientes en este momento, así que no hay excusa para que Harvester esté demasiado “ocupado” para hacer intercambios. Además, en el menú no se menciona en absoluto la prohibición de intercambiar artículos de desayuno. Clara falta de comunicación con los clientes. No hay ninguna razón detrás de esta estúpida decisión. Si hubiera tenido alergia al tomate, apuesto a que podría haberlo sacado del desayuno y cambiado por un artículo que no fuera tomate. Al final, debido a la escasez de tiempo, tuvimos que pagar el precio completo por el desayuno vegetal y solo pedir que las "salchichas vegetales" se retiren del pedido. No se autorizará ningún intercambio sin que se nos cobre un importe adicional. Por lo tanto, nos cobraron de más ya que el precio del desayuno incluía alimentos que no comemos, y Harvester se negó a reemplazar esos artículos (con hachís o dedos vegetales que ya habrían estado cocinando). El desayuno fue llevado a la mesa con bastante prontitud. Sin embargo, otras cuestiones incluyeron: presentación deslucida del desayuno en el plato, uno de mis huevos tenía un gran pedazo de cáscara en él, el otro huevo estaba roto y parecía mal (parecían los desechos que querían deshacerse de) , el agua del grifo que pedimos se olvidó y no se trajo en ningún momento (pagamos por bebidas adicionales también) . Ah, y la tostada llegó fría, lo que sugirió que había estado sentada durante siglos o en el plato primero (debería estar en el último plato, caliente y directamente de la tostadora) y los huevos se enfriaron rápidamente, lo que impactó el sabor y la experiencia en general. El té y los hongos también se enfriaron rápidamente. Si hubiéramos tenido más tiempo, me habría quejado de la temperatura/calidad de la comida. Harvester debería pensar más en el servicio al cliente, en lugar de hacer cumplir reglas ridículas que no tienen sentido! Nosotros, los vegetarianos, ya tenemos tan pocas opciones (¡incluso en Harvester! ) y es inaceptable que la mayoría de las opciones vegetarianas cocidas impliquen sustitutos de la carne, sin flexibilidad para hacer ligeras adaptaciones para las personas que no desean comer tal salsa.

Mi primera vez cenando con cosechadora, al llegar notando que el restaurante estaba bien presentado y limpio, me recibió Carlene que fue muy acogedora que tomó nuestro pedido asegurándose de que no teníamos alergias. Todas las chicas que estaban en el día de hoy eran todos muy orientados a la familia la comida estaba bien presentada temperatura perfecta toda nuestra comida estaba en su punto, delicioso. Mi mamá tenía pescado con papas fritas, y comentó que era el mejor pescado que había tenido en cualquier restaurante en el que haya estado. Bien hecho a todo el equipo y el personal de cocina brillante experiencia sin duda recomendaría y volvería de nuevo! Gracias : )

Brilliant service. A lady was struggling with her child's behaviour and the staff were kind and reassuring. Not often seen in restaurants. Very happy.

My friend and I came for breakfast this morning and had the absolute best service from Cat! Service was prompt, food served quickly and piping hot. The restaurant itself was well laid out and super clean. 10/10 would recommend anyone coming here, especially when Cat is working!

The £8 chicken deal was excellent value, the half rotisserie chicken was really nice and so was the double classic chicken burger. We were very impressed. The salad bar was fully stocked and tasted fresh. The soda and lime with mint was a nice twist - almost like a virgin Mojito. Our server Jack was lovely and he also made a great recommendation of pairing sage chips with gravy. The restaurant itself was nice and peaceful with lots of natural light from the big windows. We will be back!

I wish I could give this a 0 start rating, we came in as a collective group of 20, and we where first greeted with rather a rather abysmal welcome, to then be ordered to go to our table which we then sat and waited 40 minutes just for our salad bowls! very poor customer service on a whole but I would like to mention I work in the hospitality trade myself and as a collective restaurant you are meant to prioritise the bigger size tables, after we received our salad bowls, some people had already got their mains on our table, and others waited over an hour for their meals, which where average to say the least, as I explained being in the trade myself i understand the difficulties larger sized tables can bring however the restaurant itself only had around 20 people in besides our table. After our mains were collected upon finishing our meals, we then had another 40 minute wait with a desert order for only 5 people! A very poor experience and would advise larger sized tables to book somewhere else unless you want a night ruined like we had.

Tonight I had my dinner with my family at the harvester fort in Birmingham, Absolutely rubbish service and a very confusing offers not clear from the waiters, long wait for the food , chicken dry and the bill was full of extra not explained clearly from the menu and the staff. Definitely won't see me and my money again. Absolutely rubbish.

I wouldn't recommend at all I asked for a plain beyond burger it came with some kind of sauce I told to waiter and he just said sorry about that 102 .00 I spend overpriced and I didn't enjoy it first and last time visit yuk

This was our first time visiting this Harvester, we were greeted warmly by a friendly man called Jack. We had booked a table as we didn’t know how busy it would be as we aren’t from the area and we were quickly identified and taken to a booth. Jack was very friendly and was efficient in taking drink orders and then food orders. The restaurant was very clean, the salad bar was fully stocked and very fresh. Our order came quickly and was cooked well and was all very tasty. We were off to a concert and this was a great place to go before we drove to the arena which was only about 15 mins away - it was really nice to have great service and great food.

Detritus everywhere. Tables not cleared, absolute carnage, food on the floor etc. RANK! My rotisserie chicken was inedible, so flaming dry t'was like eating feathers. Hubby's order came up wrong. No apology. What a horrendous experience. Bread rolls were stone cold, when they used to be warm and crispy back in the day when folks used to care. Why so grim now? Not the Harvester brand we knew and loved where we used to live a decade ago. My goodness me, revisting Harvester as a trip down Memory Lane has left us all scarred. Absolute shocker!

Awful awful just advoid we didnt evan get as far as ordering as that bad.. didn't have the chicken so couldn't order anything with R Chicken. So that ruled out everything we wanted. As couldn't even have the mixed grill ultimate anything with it.. Just AWFUL LEFT DIDN'T EAT

Was shown to table by pleasant lad, ordered pot of tea and a coffee, toast and jam, mug of tea arrived half full, coffee was lukewarm, toast didn’t arrive , so I had to go and ask , asked a young g girl for toast, looked at me if I was mad , finally brought my toast , no butter just jam , not impressed here.

Visited for a joint birthday meal and the food and the staff were amazing.. even though there were 12 of us with 5 separate bills 🙈 We had Shanelle as our waitress and I can’t praise her enough!! She was genuinely nice and so polite! She was even great with the kids. The best I’ve had in such a long time! Thank you Shanelle, we will definitely return!

Visited here for breakfast. When i visited it was quiet with only a couple of other customers dining. Pleasantly greeted by staff who showed me to my table and took my order. Restaurant looked clean as did the toilet area. Ordered the classic breakfast, which surprisingly didn't take to long to arrive. The breakfast was presented well, however it ended there. The breakfast was just about lukewarm, with some of the items actually cool to the touch. The toast was cold and there was no way the butter would even begin to melt on it. The bacon was cold and fat on the side was pale and horrible, The sausages were lukewarm and looked like they had been overcooked and then just left on the side to go cold and dry before being plated up The hash browns were only lukewarm and not crisp. Even the beans were just about lukewarm. The only thing that appeared to have been cooked fresh and hot was the eggs. Unbelievable they can't serve a hot breakfast. It's not like it was cooked hot and left on the side to go cold because of how busy it was. Seriously disappointing food from the kitchen staff, who looked like he didn't want to be there.

Visited the restaurant this evening with my mother and father in law and partner. Shanelle served us and she was so friendly and helpful! She couldn’t do enough for us!

We were served by the lovely Shanelle. Very polite and prompt in service. Atmosphere was nice and friendly.

Amazing service from Shanelle :) she was so kind to my little girl and really professional and helpful throughout. Thank you for making our lunch go so smoothly- not easy with a toddler!

I was served a lovely breakfast of chocolate and banana pancakes by the wonderful Nat. Other waitresses who provided impeccable service were Kat and Jade. The chocolate sauce: banana ratio was perfect. 10/10 I will be back soon. Thank you, Stella Bevan x
