Had to escape the rain on a busy school run and the lovely Becky invited myself and my mother inside, only had two bottles of coke and felt welcome Staff are absolutely lovely and very cosy inside. Big thumbs up 👍

Visited today for lunch and greeted and served by the lovely Larna. Very quiet but food lovely, piping hot and well presented . So sorry to hear that this restaurant is closing shortly, due to conversion to additional hotel rooms. We will certainly miss the restaurant.

I've just been informed the pub is closing down to the public! This is devastating news! The place could do with some renovation at least! But not to be closed! I hope they reconsider this decision come 4th July.

We were staying in the Premier Inn next door, our dinner and breakfast were booked at this Brewers Fayre. On our way into the restaurant, we noticed the 'beer garden' unkept, weeds, empty bottles & glasses on tables. It wasn't much better inside but we had booked and didn't know the area to go elsewhere. We were sat at a table, the table was sticky, the seats ripped and wonky, the salt & pepper were in paper sachets just lying about the table. My husband went to the bar to order drinks & our main meal, he asked to put the meal on a tab but was told they didn't do this. Our meals arrived, both luke warm & the chips were all bad bits, we were tired after a very long drive, so decided not to say anything. After our meal my husband went to order a dessert, it was 19:55 on the last Friday of the month and he was told 'the kitchen is closed, as the chef has been working all day, so not taking orders' my husband said but we've just finished our main meal but he still refused. There were other customers sitting next to us who had same issue, 2 friends ordering seperately, one had ordered a meal, one had went to toilet and when he came back to order, they said no you can't order, so the one who had ordered had to cancel his meal, it was a total shambles! We sat with our drinks, and overheard a server asking a couple near us if they wanted desserts, we stopped him to say we were told that the kitchen was closed, he shrugged his shoulders, then another server appeared and said the food you are seeing coming out is orders placed before you and the couple who the other server had asked about dessert (who were now looking at the dessert menu) would not be getting one either!? We left shortly after this... Unfortunately our breakfast was in this restaurant also, so next morning we walked past the 'beer garden' still with the same empties from the night before, there was one young girl on and she told us to sit anywhere. We sat again at a sticky unclean table, there was hardly anything on the hot plates, no bread for toast, hardly any pastries, lack of drinks, it was extremely poor, funny how Premier Inn advertise what eggs you'd like in the morning, when all they offered was fried. Other customers were walking around aimlessly, as there were no servers to ask, they seemed to all be hiding in the kitchen. Also the 'SELL SELL SELL' board sitting opposite were we sat, shocking to have that in view of customers. Whoever is the manager of this restaurant needs to be sacked. It is the worst restaurant we have ever been in and we have vowed, never to go to a Brewers Fayre again. I complained about this to guest relations and they offered me a £20 voucher for Brewers Fayre only, which I have declined...

I really enjoyed my Sunday carvery today as I do every week. It was delicious. I had choice of x 3 meets with good choice of vegetables. Staff helpful and had a 33% off code. See you again soon

I never write reviews but this one really deserved it. Entire pub is desolate and doesn't accept walk-ins: you have to get a reservation for basically an empty building. Severely understaffed. Have to wait atleast 20 minutes for mains, then desserts weren't even being made AFTER ordering and paying for them (we had to get a refund because of waiting for over half an hour just for a few icecreams). Apparently had no strawberries for a dessert even though it was literally only 4 pm. Before we even started ordering food a group of people beside us were already asking for refunds. None of the screens are working - can't order or even validate parking on any available machines as they're all broken, and have to go up to the bar to order. Table number was 16 yet we were told to order for a table 20 - small example of how dysfunctional this place is. Hygiene was questionable as beer glasses were swirled with water briefly then used. Random cardboard boxes littered around place too, really adds to the "we don't care about our customers" aesthetic. Steak was good though. Summary: Go here if you're desperate and there's no other choice.

Not many staff around, bar unattended but relatively quick to come to the bar. Very quiet for a Sunday carvery.

Popped in for lunch after walking the newly created Longbridge Way. Shown to a table straight away, and reminded to order at the bar. The service was slow and a queue had formed to order, which was disappointing as they were not busy. The food arrived promptly however, and was very tasty, although my chicken was a little dry around the edges. The restaurant could do with a bit of updating, but otherwise a pleasant experience at a good price.

Pub had only being opened 40 minutes and was already turning people away for food even though the Pub was practically empty. Being waiting for food for over an hour now and the rest of my family who ordered just before me have already eaten and are ready to go. Chips are oily and greasy. 1 bar lady on so had to wait ages to order , 1 man cleaning takes an by the looks of it 1 chef for how long food is taking. Bank Holiday Monday and u have no staff. Wont be coming again !!! £53 to wait for over an hour an eat separately . Joke

Food was good. But the wait for clean cups, bowls and plates was very long over 20 minute to get a clean cup for a hot drink. Then you had to ask for bowls for cereals and again for toast and cooked breakfast. Usually when we go for breakfast there are two trays full of cups. This time there were only half a dozen at a time. It was not at a busy time with only 20 people having breakfast. We were very disappointed as not up to usual standard.

I went out for a meal with my boyfriend and this was the first time I have been there I’ve heard there is good reviews however, when we arrived the manager was friendly but towards our dinner we both had gammon steaks with fries, peas and eggs. The gammon was very chewy and full of fat, the egg that I had was oily underneath. Was not impressed!

We had my mom's 75th birthday meal at the Great Park last night and all had a fab time. The food was lovely, and Orlando was so welcoming and looked after us really well. I think the other waiting/bar staff were called Charlie and Kieron and they were also brilliant. Thanks so much to all of you for accommodating our group of 13...mom had a wonderful birthday. We couldn't have hoped for a better night!

Manager Orlando and Server Joe were extremely friendly and the reason for writing this review, Orlando always made sure to smile at our 1 year old when walking past and talked to her on various occasions which she loved, he also brought her over an activity page and crayons without prompting. Joe was great, very friendly and couldn't have asked more of him. Could probably do with an uplift with the interior, it's a little dated. Would 100% recommend for a family meal out.

Family Christmas Festive Meal. We booked this meal for 17 of us back in early October for 12/11/23 for an early Festive meal with our family as we would be away from our family at Xmas. We were asked to pre-book our meals to save any disappointments, which we did – enjoying an evening meal at the same time! The menu was excellent and covered all tastes well, including vegetarians and for one of our grandsons with a milk intolerance. We all arrived in our Christmas jumpers to a warm welcome from the staff to a welcoming Christmas decorated table. The staff made sure everyone was ready and started serving the meals, which for a table of 17 was no mean task, it went like clockwork start to finish. There was a good selection of meals ordered from the festive menu and no complaints at all of the food or service. The children were happy having use of the indoor play centre. All in all it led to us having a really enjoyable afternoon with no upsets. Lisa the server was really friendly and added to the atmosphere with her presence and Debbie, the Manageress, was helpful and accommodating. Definitely be back separately and for family get togethers again.

We held our daughter's 3rd birthday in the play area and the venue was perfect. The staff were all fantastic and very helpful, particularly Alice. Thank you for a great day!

Had a lovely lunch here I had the nasal it was extremely yummy - husband enjoyed his tomato soup and friend enjoyed his lasagna The young lads behind the bar had SUCH a beautiful welcoming smile and attitude she deserves a mention (she also met us at the door and checked for allergies) a real asset, her name is Alice Restaurant and toilets lovely and clean

Not a great experience. I firstly visited on a Wednesday and to my delight they had weekday offers. As i was browsing the menu, it stated, Wednesday fish and chips only 7.99, as i was on business and trying to look after the pennys, i thought lets go for that and get a drink, i then had the card machine put in front of me to pay and i admittedly never checked the price, i got a reciept and questioned that i had been overcharged, i was told that those offers are only after 6pm but it was hidden in the menu, i was also refused a refund but they said i can pay more if i wanted something else???? I did end up paying more and decided to go for the mixed grill with rare steak. When the meal came out, the steak was overcooked and the meal was mediocre warm at best. I found the young lads who were waiting to be a bit dim, almost sloth like and the barman was quite rude, especially when questioning the price he charged me. This is not a pub i will likely visit again which is a shame because the setting is quite nice. I did not find the pub dirty like other reviews it was actually quite clean.

Lovely time had by a large group of us. Food was served timely and hot and the staff were lovely.

We got there around 8.30 sat down and were looking at the menu, we were at 9.43 that the kitchen was shutting imminently, so we quickly ordered but the starters and mains came out together which we weren't told so wouldn't have ordered as the mains would be cold , we did get an apology and a refund

All I can say, we had really bad experience after visiting the place for soft play. First of all, the manager kicked us out of the place after the kids fight , where the other parent was allowed to stay in. It really felt like discrimination, even after he refunded us the entrance it won't pay for the bad experience and the stress. If you ever go there make sure you are in a big group in case you find yourself in situation as we were. Other wise the manager wont believe you., as he will believe the bigger group. Kids are kids,if the kids fight they should apologise themselves and there shouldn't be fight from parents and telling their kids are gold. Kids should be explained by their parents to not fight , not being shouted at by the strangers while the other parent try to explain to their kids. Really so disappointed. In thes days I think they should be checking the CCTV not just assuming, if they have that kind of parents there.

Had a fantastic time with friends over the Easter holidays food was really nice and good value for money the staff was so nice even though I dropped my fork on the floor 2 times nothing was to much trouble .Thank you to the manager Debbie even though it was very busy she still mad time to make sure we had everything we needed I would highly recommend. The place was very clean and tidy ....was very impressed with the disabled toilet was really clean and had everything that I needed even a assistant bell if I needed any help

To my disappointment after paying £33.50 for 2 meals one being fish and chips to be told they have ran out of vinegar.Fish and chips are not the same without vinegar and they bought the salt out in a little dish

The worst place to come, service is disgusting, food is alright, the wacky warehouse no one was there to even monitor anything, absolutely terrible, I think there was like 1 staff member on. Would never come here again.

Came here for a family meal and as soon as we walked in service was awful, waited at the door for ages, it was absolutely dead but still no one came and greeted us at the host stand, when we was seated a nice lad grabbed us another chair and set of cutlery but that was as far as the decent service went, staff clearly didn’t care and didn’t wanna do their job, we knew there was a 30 min wait in food but even when it came out food was missing however food was decent once we actually got it

Went for Sunday dinner yesterday thr place was Understaffed, 1 person running the bar. Tables were filthy, seat covers are awful. Food was cold, only 1 cocktail available from the 2 for £10 offer advertised. Some of the other families there allowed their kids to run riot attacking other kids in the soft play. Really bad experience from start to finish.

I held my daughters 6th birthday party there at the soft play centre and Sophie who was on shift was ever so accommodating and made it a pleasurable experience

We visited on Mother’s Day and what a perfect day it was.Never visited before but the food was great and staff were also great we had a young lady called Sophie who was very attentive to our table I remember her as she had bright blonde hair, such a bubbley young lady. My mother really had the best day and will be visiting again!! Thanks again!!

What a lovely pub, this was our first visit and we were impressed. We were greeted by a member of staff as soon as we came in (very polite); we hadn't booked, but he found us a table and explained how the parking works when I asked. We were really impressed with our food, came out hot and within a reasonable time. It's a great place to eat if you're having a night at Hollywood Bowl or the nearby Omniplex cinema. Will definitely return at some point.

Great mothers day experience. Very nice meals served by friendly and caring staff who coped so well despite the very large number of customers. Big thanks to manager Debbie and her staff- Lisa, Alice, Shane, Sophies x 2 and Orlando . Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Would rate 0 if I could. Absolutely disgusting, the place is filthy. Dirty used plasters stuck on the seats. Can’t take glasses into play area but can take boiling hot drinks, accident waiting to happen. Dangerous plug sockets covers in use. I was even swore at by the manager in front of my children when I tried to complain. Totally unprofessional.

A really good and relaxing place to go if you want good food, great service and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend. Will definitely be going there again.

All in all I give it 2 stars because the picture on the menu is nothing like the food when it comes out I ordered a triple stack burger and it came out like I ordered a single cheese burger from MacDonalds it was that small My daughters spaghetti Bolognese was so tiny it was gone in 2 spoons so it wasn't a good meal The service of being shown a table isn't bad but the only problem is, they say most tables are reserved and there's no sign or paper to say they are, some tables did but for a certain area and apparently their all reserved when they had no reservations on the table The only positive is my daughter has a good time in the play area and they need better and clearer cameras for the play area and more screens around the place

Started visiting last few weeks for the Sunday Carvery. It's became a family favourite due to the great selection and quality of food on offer especially for the price. The atmosphere is very good as its a nice quiet place and even with the soft play in the back, it's never loud. Booking online is simple and we have always managed to get a table nice and quick. Staff are very friendly and chefs give out good portions at the Carvery. Kids have had food from the children's menu and ate it all. That's high praise when niece and nephew clear their plate. For a nice cheap meal in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. We haven't been able to fault it. Its become a family favourite and our regular go to when we fancy a nice trip on a Sunday. 😃

Buffet breakfast was all you could ask for. Plenty of choice on offer. Bacon was the nicest I had had in a while, very tasty. All the cooked food was nicely presented and hot. Will certainly come again. Thank you Alice, member of staff, for being so helpful.

We stopped in the Premier inn next door and we decided to have our tea there that night I really really wish we hadn't .we was given our table and told to order at the bar when we was ready the lady behind the bar let us know there was a 40 minute wait for food which was OK with us we ordered and we waited and we waited and waited the actual pub wasn't that full at all even tho some tables was reserved but no one was on them 1 hour 21 minutes later our food came out it was luke warm but we never complained because of the length of time we had waited also the air conditioning was on where we was sat we did ask the waiter if it could be turned off but his reply was I'm sorry it can't be turned off overall my experience with this brewers fayre was totally rubbish I will try other brewers fayre but definitely not this one The worst part for us was that we booked for breakfast next morning which was OK but nothing to great

Came to restaurant and more than half of the tables was empty and I been told they are fully booked. Waited 30 min to make sure if people will arrive but tables was still empty still. All we wanted was just to have food and go. Bad for business ,no wonder why this pub is getting more quiet, they keep turning customers away.

Amazing food great staff, family fun evening 😊. Soft play was amazing all children really enjoyed it. Staff went above and beyond with the children.

Too many children running about and screaming

Very disappointed. To start with no lemonade for drinks. It was practically empty of customers but we still had a 45 minute wait for our food. When it did eventually turn up it was cold and had to be sent back. It was then only warm. Will never ever go back.

Real shame that this place lacked great service and was very untidy with tables not cleared and not even a full restaurant. On a plus note the food was lovely and the extra bonus of the soft play is great.

Booked a table for 20 people, walked in door to be greeted by the duty manager (we were told) she told us we haven't got a booking under our name and then just went into silence (as if we were going to turn around and just leave) and find somewhere else! She was NOT very accommodating at all. It was our group that had to make all the suggestions on how she dealt with the situation. It turned out that When booking was made the wrong name was taken, no contact number taken down (even though provided it to them) and no detail of it was for a 1yr old birthday and we wanted to also go in play area.....so this is why she was unable to identify the booking. We had to wait until the imagined name who booked it possibly turned up before we could actually relax about the situation and know if we had a table to eat at! (Which was an hour and a half) also food was stone cold when it came out... we had another booking for 25 for two weeks after but have now cancelled and taking business else where for another birthday.

From the moment we walked in I felt instant regret. Our first interaction was with the Manager at the host stand, I said I had made a booking for 20 people but we were told we'd be able to take the kids into the play area prior to being seated. She very abruptly asked my name and told me she didn't have a booking under that name, I explained I had called a few days before and spoken to a member of staff who took the booking and she didn't particularly seem bothered, eventually it was discovered that the person taking the booking had put it under the wrong name (no problem, accidents happen) On walking into the playarea it was filthy! There were a few free tables but there were a lot of glasses on every single one! The floor was a state, it looked like it hadn't been mopped for days. Came to ordering food, the menu isn't great, if you don't want burgers or grills don't bother looking. Each family at the table ordered separately but informed the bar they were part of the same table and food did come out together. However having had experience working in a similar environment kids meals should be served first, that way adults can sort kids out and then sit down to their own meal. One of the kids meals was incorrect when this was mentioned to the staff member rather than offering to correct it she argued with one of the guests. The same staff member later went on to swear at one of the guests at our table. When she was asked her name and if they could see the manager m, she claimed to be the manager (however this was not the case) when the guest stated he'd just complain to head office her response was "feel free". Thankfully the manager was spotted before we left and those who had encountered the issues were able to discuss with her. But for me the damage was done. I did have another large booking there for the end of the month but I have decided not to give them anymore of my custom.

Tried to call 5 times to see what time the play area opened no answer,thought we'd try anyway what a mistake! Paid for the children to go in when we found someone,had to clean the table ourselves,and the soft play area for the children was absolutely filthy a child had been sick it was left until someone came and cleaned it don't no if parents never told staff but shame on them if they never! Cost £17 including drinks for 30 mins as we took kids out as it was filthy.place need a overhaul and kids area needs supervision and a good cleaning!!!

Rubbish place not very clean, as per all brewers fayres I've been in. Shame as I use premier inns regularly but always disappointing when attached to this chain.

It's a nice clean place but can't say much for the food the chicken is dry and not even spicy like they say.

When we arrived for our Christmas day lunch we sat at our table and it was about 30 minutes before our starters arrived, after that we then queued up for the carvery after we had finished the carvery we then waited age's for the sweets to arrive which had been pre booked as was the rest of the meal. Overall the food was excellent but the service between courses could have been much better.

Don't go very often but always seems very dark

First time here, table booked for 9 of us. Lovely reception from manager, shown to our table. Seats for stained , cutlery not clean. Ok so we go to get our carvery breakfast. Omg , no bacon, ok get the rest and we’re told bacon would be out soon. Old eggs . No ok we will go back when replenished. Not a good idea, by then a que had formed. So 4 of our members got breakfast, then another couple got food . Not what I would expect from a carvery. The small amount of food put out was ridiculous. I would understand if for the fact we had all booked . So wouldn’t that give the chef and idea as how much to cook . Also not much choice either . It’s a. I go for me . I’ll stick to Toby carvery . Needless to say we won’t be back . Manager was truly amazing, in my opinion I think she was embarrassed by the situation. Very good manager. Don’t remember her name .

Horrible place. Staff were vile. Manager was vile. Food was okay but constantly ran out or was unavailable. Plates dirty. We won't go back.

The two staff Larna and Dean (chef) who were the only members of staff on were amazing, they made you feel so welcome despite being busy and run off their feet due to lack of staff, there were not enough staff to support these staff members but they still remained pleasant, professional, welcoming and polite despite other customers complaining. Recommendation would be to have more staff or management to support when busy as this is something we would do as licencees ourselves.

We, a party of originally 6 adults and a child, booked for Christmas dinner. To start, upon paying we informed staff that the child would not be attending. The deposit had still been paid yet no food choices put through. The week following we asked if another adult could be added onto the booking, to which we were told no. Now whilst i understand Christmas is a busy period, upon arrival there were numerous empty tables and chairs. We were told to wait in the bar until our table was ready. The table was sticky and not properly set like the tables surrounding us (ie, christmas crackers). The starters came out, and were disappointing but not the worst part of the meal. The prawn cocktail we ordered was more like a prawn salad, with no accompanying sauce. After starters were collected, we had to ask staff for extra cutlery, which they didn’t bring and we had to collect ourself from a neighbouring table (same with the christmas crackers). The main christmas meal was carvery style, with the extra sides being brought to the table. For £60 a head, i would’ve expected more of a variety in terms of vegetables, and higher quality service . Considering the pigs in blankets were charged at £2.49 for a pathetic 3, they were offered for free when collecting your food. Whilst i appreciate Christmas is busy for hospitality, charging £60 per person for something so abysmal is quite frankly shocking. We will not be returning.

Came to our local Brewers Fayre in Rubery for Boxing day meal today. We were a party of 5 adults. Wad very good, afterwards management offered myself and my daughter a free bottle of Prosecco to take home which we thought was a lovely gesture and much appreciated surprise. We'll done to ALL staff, who after all have had to work on a Bank holiday. Much appreciated!😊

Attended our local Brewers for a Boxing day meal. Was very enjoyable.Enjoyed the carvery, which wasn't available last year. Very good value for money. At the end of the meal, we were offered a free bottle of Prosecco to take home. It was a pleasant totally unexpected surprise and much appreciated. Well done to ALL the staff who after all had to work on a Bank Holiday, and who must have been under pressure! Hope you all have some well deserved time off soon!😊

Oh dear , sticky tables no customer service.. the Christmas tree looked like it was grabbed out of the cupboard from last year.. weathspoons walked all over this place .. won’t return. Shame ruined my cinema night .

We booked the festive meal, 3 courses for 5 people the soup for 3 of us was ok but the 4th one was just grease on the top . The main meal was ok no mash potatoes it was sweet potato but wasnt told on ordering sweet menu was ok itbtook 3 hours for us to get served and eat our meals . The pub wasnt even busy about 12 people including us . We kept going up and asked where our food was .disappointed as took my dad and family out for pre christmas dinner to get in the spirit but itvdidnt work . Wouldnt go back again

Basic Sunday Carvery type of place attached to a Premier Inn. Service was friendly but uninspiring, food was adequate but nothing to get excited about. What really let the place down was the state of the seats around our table - ground in food. The place has a children's indoor play area which is great if you want that, I am sure, but not if you happen to be put on a table near the entrance to it. Nothing a bit of TLC wouldn't sort but I shan't be troubling them again.

Settled on a vegan burger, burger was rock hard around the edges and tasted bland. A single sorry lettuce leaf and a slither of past it tomato with some overdone oven chips on the plate too. Ugh! Avoid!! Not cheap either.

We visited the Brewers Fayre Great Park after receiving a 50% voucher off food for Black Friday. Upon arrival the we had dirty cutlery 3 forks and 2 knives. We grabbed clean cutlery from another table. I ordered a mixed grill and my partner a chicken platter, the food was tasty but on the rather small side. Both of us were left hungry after eating it was like sharing a "Small Plate" or "Starter" I'm not sure if the portions were small because of the 50% off, but if not this is definitely not value for money. I would like to say the blonde lady who served the food was friendly and had great customer service however after this experience we would not return.

No reflection on the staff who were absolutely fantastic despite being run off their feet. Food so bad I sent it back. Never done that before. For what it's worth the replacement was fine and my son's food was excellent. Can only think it was a bad day as previous visits have been excellent.

Breakfast as a guest in the hotel next door. Had run out of sausages, I had the last egg (cold and old), my husband the last bacon. Mushrooms and tomatoes also cold. No decaff coffee. Had to wait for a spoon. Selection much more limited than advertised. I understand that many who use the restaurant are workers who breakfast early but there are also guests there for other reasons who also need to be catered for and we were there at 8.30am. The girl who was managing breakfast could not be located to ask for more food. Some food did appear but only as we were leaving. Shan't use it again, especially as we had paid £9.99 each in advance.

Breakfast was not up to standard asked for scramble eggs not up to standard black pudding dry.

We had fish chips and peas, two for £10 and good portions.

Been there once before without any problems, however the last visit was atrocious waited 30 mins for the starter which was ok then had to wait over an hour for the mains which I had sausage mash and onion gravy only to find the mash was hard and lumpy and the sausages almost bent the fork looked like it had been cooked the day before then reheated over and over , would not recommend

Missed a whole kids meal off our order and tried to argue about it. When the kids fish bites came out with no chips the waitress said ‘oh it doesn’t come with chips’… it does! Overall terrible service wont be back just walk across the road to Frankie’s and Bennie’s

Debbie, the manager here who served us, could teach customer service as a trade, very attentive and personable, food was late, and she got it sorted quickly, which warranted the 5 stars, if it wasn't for you Debbie, this review would be very different as food was very late and cold, but had obviously been microwaved, as I think the server left our food a little to long before bringing it to us.. you're a credit to the business, my dear. Thank you for your incredible service.

Family Christmas Festive Meal. We booked this meal for 17 of us back in early October for 12/11/23 for an early Festive meal with our family as we would be away from our family at Xmas. We were asked to pre-book our meals to save any disappointments, which we did – enjoying an evening meal at the same time! The menu was excellent and covered all tastes well, including vegetarians and for one of our grandsons with a milk intolerance. We all arrived in our Christmas jumpers to a warm welcome from the staff to a welcoming Christmas decorated table. The staff made sure everyone was ready and started serving the meals, which for a table of 17 was no mean task, it went like clockwork start to finish. There was a good selection of meals ordered from the festive menu and no complaints at all of the food or service. The children were happy having use of the indoor play centre. All in all it led to us having a really enjoyable afternoon with no upsets. Lisa the server was really friendly and added to the atmosphere with her presence and Debbie, the Manageress, was helpful and accommodating. Definitely be back separately and for family get togethers again.

Great casual family restaurant for a festive meal, great service and genuine humour and respect for previous military personnel on Remembrance Sunday.

Debbie & Orlando made our night! They was so friendly and welcoming, the cocktails they made was delicious!!! Will definitely be back even if its just for Debbie to make our cocktails again!

I couldn't even begin to rate this awful place! Wouldn't even make a star! We were kept waiting for over 5 mins before anyone came to show us to our table. We sat, looked at the menu and then waited for someone to take our order. We waited, and waited and waited...After 30 mins enough was enough! We left without a drink and food. We will not be returning to this particular Brewers Fayre again, its an absolute disgrace! I had to give it 1 star in the end so that it would allow the posting of my review!!!

We all had a great night out, Debbie being the legendary mixologist potion maker of the famous caramel martinis and Orlando being the charming barman, these two people made the night what it was and can’t thank them enough. Food was really nice too I had the brewers dog meal and it was refreshing to get a proper hot dog at a meal rather than something thrown together and made to look like a hot dog. Toilets are also clean and tidy too so cleanliness is obviously important. Will definitely be returning again!

We were left standing at the front for ages waiting to be seated. Finally we were shown to our table by a server who barely said a word to us. We waited over half an hour without so much as a drink before finding out from another member of staff that we were supposed to order at the bar. Would have been handy to have been given this information by our server (if he can be called that!) rather than us sitting feeling ignored. We have never been here before so we weren’t aware of how to order and naturally assumed table service. It wasn’t even that busy! After this, we gave up and left without dining. We won’t be going back.

Staff was wondering but had to wait a while for food but my daughters really enjoyed the cocktails when the food came it was nice
