The best restaurants serving Brasserie food in London

Acogí una cena de negocios aquí por recomendación de un conocido, y fui con expectativas razonables y de buen humor. Era bastante temprano en una tranquila noche de lunes y normalmente uno podría hacer concesiones para eso, especialmente si es un restaurante informal. Si todos se esfuerzan, instintivamente me resisto a publicar una crítica negativa. Pero no esta vez, la experiencia olía a "no nos importa", y sugiero que en el negocio de la hospitalidad, eso es simplemente inaceptable.

I definitely recommend it to those who miss real Turkish cuisine in London. The food served was very successful in terms of both taste and presentation. Especially the meat dishes were cooked very well and the spice balance was just right. The service was very friendly and attentive; you feel right at home. The prices are also very reasonable by London standards. A place you should definitely visit for a quality and enjoyable dinner!

Recently had dinner at the Grill. Absolutely blown away by the experience. Our waiter, Matthew was excellent, looked after us attentively and provided useful information on the dishes we were about to eat. With this type of up end restaurant, you don't always get value for money. In this case we both felt we had a real treat and the food and wine was worth every penny. For me, the oysters were 10/10 and my wife felt the same about her steak. Cooked to absolute perfection. The chips are naughty, but amazing and the peppercorn sauce has a real depth and left you wanting more & more. The wine we were recommended, was exactly what we asked for, buttery Chardonnay and beautiful. Expensive, but worth it. Thanks for the experience, we will come again.

La higiene es INexistente en este lugar, los trabajadores y el área de cocción está tan sucia, el Donador sabe bien, pero muy salado y casi como carne falsa. Extremadamente decepcionado

Visité ayer para cenar y el servicio y la comida fue increíble. Personal atento y bistec cocinado a la perfección. Antonio vino a nuestra mesa para conversar y el otro camarero Rakim me dijo que su madre era de mi cuello del bosque. A pesar de que vivimos muy lejos, volveremos a fin de mes para otra excelente cena.

La comida era excelente y buenas porciones. El servicio era de primera clase. Un ambiente muy agradable. Sin duda recomendaría.

Located in the heart of London’s theatre district. Not so fancy but very friendly service. Food is ok. Pasta is recommended.

La comida era muy buena y los servicios demasiado pobres , el personal está todo junto cotilleando no los clientes cuidan en absoluto, ambiente muy agradable

We had a delicious and very filling meal here, by sharing one of their meat platters and adding extras like wontons and mac n cheese. Every items was perfectly cooked. They also made very decent grapefruit margheritas. The waitress very welcoming and helpful and all our food arrived very quickly. A shame there weren't a few more customers but we did go on a night with appalling weather.

A meal of forgettable quality accompanied with exceptionally rude service. Friend ordered a dish that was meant to be marinated ahead of you cooking it at your table and it arrived without marinade. When we asked if there had been a mix up the waitress had to audacity to call us rude after saying "of course" when asked if we would like them to replace it with the correct dish. The replacement was still unmarinaded. The "solution" to the error was to cover the dish in some sauce. Not sure if the message was properly given to the kitchen staff or the waitress had asked them to prepare the dish that way. Overall quite a unsavoury atmosphere that made it difficult to take any enjoyment from.

We ordered a Take away from the South Woodford Nando’s ( x2 Half chicken meals) which we waited over an Hour for it to be delivered, only when it was delivered, one of the 1/2 Half was missing and replaced by Loaded chips which I did NOT order I called to speak to the Manager MARIOS which he refused to come to the phone and advised Thelma who tried her best to help to just tell me to complain. MARIOS attitude was disgraceful didn’t even try to help at all or try to arrange for the missing item to be sent out and this is why I am complaining, as this was a £50 order. The lady who answered Thelma was nice and tried to help but had to follow his instructions and therefore I was left to have Spicy Rice and Coleslaw. Nando’s need to ensure that All orders are checked before they are sent out as these mistakes should not be happening and as I live quite far from them and couldn’t even bring it back to complain. Absolutely disgraceful service and a dissatisfied customer.

Tuvimos una deliciosa comida de carne y el postre estaba delicioso. Un ambiente muy relajado y el servicio fue muy amable. Definitivamente volveré con amigos y familiares.
