Great food and really exceptional service from Maisy. My first hot stone experience and she was really helpful.

I am traveling solo and was coming into the city to see a play. I stopped in and asked for a table for one, and a place where I could charge my phone if possible. I was given both with no problem at all. The service was amazing - very attentive - and the food was delicious. I got the three-course Theatre Set Dinner and the appetizer was delicious (some kind of ham and mozarella balls), the steak was very good, but the dessert was possibly the best chocolate volcano cake I've ever had. It came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on a bed of graham cracker crumbs and several dollops of raspberry sauce and a sprig of mint. It was fantastic. I'd love to eat there again next time I'm in the city.

Had the pre theatre set menu and happy hour drinks on Friday evening. Dace served use - 5 Stars is too little for the quality of service, we really enjoyed the food, only disappointment that we hadn't more time to come back and try the main menu. We will definitely return on our next visit to London.

We ate here while in London on vacation before going to see Phantom of the Opera. Service was top-notch, and my steak was delicious. My husband ordered the steak on a stone and really loved it.

Steak & Co. on Haymarket Street, London, offers a delightful surprise with their fish and chips. The fish is perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside, paired with golden, well-seasoned chips. The freshness and quality of the fish really stand out, making it a must-try dish even in a steak-focused restaurant. Excellent service and a cozy atmosphere complete the experience. Highly recommended!

I recently visited this restaurant with a friend and was impressed by the pleasant ambiance and friendly staff. The chocolate stake and truffle mash were delicious. Im not giving them the full five starts just because I ordered a medium-rare steak, but unfortunately, half of my steak was rare, and it was not corrected. I might give them a second chance in the future.

Extremely disappoined dining experience. We ordered Stone Ribeye and Sirloin steaks, both steaks were filled with fat meat and unchewable tendon. Reflecting to waitress, she offered a complimentary dessert BUT it was simply not what we wanted. For almost £90 for 2 people, it was not worth at all. WON'T GO AGAIN.

The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for—subtle, peaceful, and cozy, perfect for some alone time to relax. The service from my waitress, Brisilda, was nothing short of phenomenal. She was attentive, always keeping an eye on me and making sure everything was perfect. Keeping my drink filled is a small gesture that’s often overlooked, but it was given so much more attention here, making the experience even better. My compliments to the chef. I ordered starters and mains, and both were truly beautiful! The garlic prawn starters were presented beautifully, and the flavors were bursting out. The steak was cooked perfectly, and with the truffle mash on the side, I couldn’t stop telling myself how delicious it was. I hope to be back again soon. Thank you to everyone

We were on our way to the theater, and order from the theater menu. This is available between 4-6 pm and has two options for pricing, both under $30. Delicious choices include dessert, too!

It’s not our first time in Steak and Co in Piccadilly, as always amazing food, we are in love with the hot stone steaks 🥩, last time we were served by fabulous Maisy, she took great care of us, in general great atmosphere, It’s a 5! 🙂

Wanted to love it. Had reservation. After being seated we waited 8 min before requesting to be waited on. Read the reviews - sorry it was average at best. Overpriced. Lots of choices for steak. Pass on this one!

Maisy our server was outstanding. I split the Irish Angus Tomahawk with my gf...medium rare. It was cooked perfectly and all sliced up for you. And so yummy. Good times.

The staff we dealt with were all fantastic. We were celebrating several things and at the end of our meal because of our celebration we were given 3x Limoncello Shots on the house. This was a really nice touch. I would like to say thank you so much to all the staff for making our celebrations special. The food was cooked really well and good quality. We were handed extra tissues for our hot stone steaks to cover our clothes which was a really nice touch.

The lady is very nice and helpful to help me select the dishes, very patient and professional. I have some personal issue and hard to order properly but the people from this restaurant really friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

A relatively popular steakhouse, the portion is large, the price is not expensive, and the taste is acceptable.

While walking around Piccadilly Circus we looked for some lunch / dinner options and we can across Steak and Company. So glad we went in. From the moment we were greeted by the hostess El, we were treated like family. And yes, the steaks were spot on with lots of great flavor. The deserts were so yummy. We highly recommend this place when in London.

We are mixed. The meat is pretty good. The fries accompaniment is very small. Like the mini portion of Mac Do I had a Buckingham Spritz. Horrible, I don't recommend it. I won't come back

Steak was 10/10 cooked to perfection! I had the pleasure of being served by Brisilda, she was amazing and very attentive, she made sure that I was comfortable and happy all along my entire dinner and she was very friendly :). A huge disappointment My husband and I had pretty nice experience here a few yrs back, when we visited London and by the next visit it was obvious that we wanted to eat at the place where food and service were good. Unfortunately not this time. 
When we sat around 2 p.m. we were not offered a lunch menu, offer to which was displayed by the door. I had to ask for it.
Food was good, but amounts noticeably smaller (yes I have instagram stories saved) And I’d like to decide on my own wether I want to leave a tip or not, but 12.5 % net service has been added to my bill automatically without asking and without providing an information about a complimentary service charge. I do not support behavior like this and do not recommend this place

I got there right at the end of lunch time but, they honored the lunch special for me. I was in the city for a layover and their kindness was so helpful. I got the fish and chips. Decent portion for lunch and affordable pricing. Great pit stop before heading back to the airport.

We had dinner here after being in London for 6 nights, I wish we had found it sooner! Everything was absolutely amazing. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, our daughters burger was the best she had ever had. The cocktails were incredible! Our server Dace, was absolutely incredible. She was so kind and patient and visited with us. The entire visit from beginning to end was just wonderful!! I wish we had time to come back!

An excellent experience, the team were friendly and helpful and the food was exceptional. We went for the Hot Stone steak option and the server helped explain how best to cook the steak and gave tips on what worked well. Thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely go back again.

We dined here whilst going to a show in the west end of London. It is ideally placed for seeing a show at one of the theatres in Haymarket, and the restaurant offers a set meal for theatre goers . The staff were very helpful, and the manager and Daisy are worthy of note. The food was reasonably priced, bearing in mind that this is central London, and it was perfectly cooked.

We were celebrating my mother in law’s 80th birthday. Great service, great food and a good selection of drinks. Every person in our party of 12 people commented on how lovely their food was. The kids were also really pleased with their meals. Would recommend and definitely return 👍🏻

Daisy was phenomenal! She took such great care of us party of 3 from the USA. As a former waitress myself, I am I always appreciate when someone goes above and beyond for us and Daisy did. She was truly top notch! Food was excellent - we loved the steak and chicken schnitzel. Thick cut chips were very yummy!

A regular steak house! It's delicious, but there are many steak restaurants in London, so there's nothing else like it! There is no such thing...🧐 But it's enough to suppress your desire to eat meat! !

We were met at the door with a genuine smile and welcome and the evening continued in the same way. Mennatallah, our waitress was outstanding as was the Hot Plate experience. The food was excellent, as was the atmosphere. We live outside London and the journey we made was well worth it. It set us up nicely to go on to see Moulin Rouge as part of our wedding anniversary and birthday celebrations. Thank you.

This is a cute place. I had the ribeye on the stone, which I cooked myself a very bit fatty and grizzly. Potato wedges were crispy and very nicely done. I really enjoyed this wonderful restaurant selection of wine beverages but the bed basket is extra. Surface was OK. I would recommend getting a prime steak. They add a service charge.

Nice place if u are around Trafalgar Square ….likes Ther tomahawk steak …. Love their garden salad which has the sesame seed and fried onions on it

It looked like it was going to rain, so I entered the store. I ordered fish and chips and water from the lunch menu, and the food was served piping hot and was quite delicious. The female staff member responded with a smile. If you didn't order dessert, you would be charged the bill immediately and almost kicked out.

Really liked this restaurant and the food is very good. The staff are delightful. It was my husband’s birthday when we were there and what a lovely surprise when the desert was served with Happy Birthday on it. Thank you so much. We visited here for pre theatre dinner and had a set menu. It's conveniently located for His Majesty's Theatre and less than 2 min walk. Restaurant is professional, clean and well run. It lacks character but not necessarily in a bad way. The service was prompt and perfectly courteous but don't expect the enthusiasm you might get in a small restaurant. Atmosphere is what you expect in theatre land restaurant - vibrant and clean but everyone in a little hurry and a bit artificial. Food was good but nothing to write home about - burrata was, well, a burrata. No special features here but I didn't really fancy cheeseburger spring roll that night. 6oz sirloin was cooked to medium rare as ordered. Tasty, well seasoned and soft. Not sure if bearnaise sauce added to the steak and I ate most of it as it came out. Lemon tart was refreshingly tart and helped to cleanse my pallet before the show. All in all a nice dinner but somewhat unmemorable. The restaurant had happy hour and it would have been nice to have been told about bogof offer rather than discovering at ends of the main meal. Not that I wanted to drink much before the theatre. Would I go back again? Wouldn't mind for pre theatre dinner but I'm not sure if I'll makes a special trip to go there.

We had a great experience. From the appetizers to the main course everything was very good. The service was also great.

This was a nice place to eat at. Most of the food was really good. The steak was overcooked, but the rest was good. Unfortunately it is not handicap accessible. Stairs to get into the restaurant, tight table selection, no bathroom unless you can walk down a steep set of stairs.

We came in here from exploring London off the streets not expecting such a fabulous lunch but were blown away by the quality of the food and service. We had a very kind waitress and we’re overall very impressed! The hot stone steak was served with a delicious butter, salt & sauce that was so good! We also ordered the truffle mashed potatoes and Mac & cheese and they were also cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming through!

We were a large group with kids coming in, they can be quite noisy from time to time. But our server - daisy was perfect, she was patient, nice and even gave us a free bday cake. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We had lunch in this restaurant and I was not disappointed: - Welcome upon entry by a hostess who immediately took into account our dietary requirements and passed them on to the chef (cooking without alcohol) - Cleanliness of the restaurant room - Hearty meal (fish and chips: 3 large pieces of fresh fish cooked “without beer” and portion of competition fries 😁) - Correct addition £40 for two approximately Note that they offered us a halal menu card! Despite everything, our choice fell on the traditional Fisher and chips, but it’s really a plus.

BEWARE!!! They overcharge you 12.5% because they don’t pay fair wage.

Ordered the Brazilian steak and fries. The fries were too salty and the Brazilian steak was charred on the oustide(if it's supposed to be like that do tell I'm not sure myself) and it was seasoned with too much pepper

A bit too expensive,but very good!

I would say my experience here was questionable. To being delayed a table, but there was a few available, without any reservation sign to indicate it was reserved. For a concierge to "go check" for a table but then disappeared. To then being served, the wrong order. Followed by attitude by the waitress, till she realised, they made a mistake. Also, an item was missing. Others around me got their food and everything in a timely order. I don't know if it was to do with being a different colour, but it certainly felt like it. Food was good, but the whole atmosphere, made me feel like I stood out...won't be coming again.

Brisilda's service was EXCELLENT!! A very kind and helpful girl. From the beginning their treatment was excellent, offering us different menu alternatives. The service was fast and efficient and the food was delicious. I recommend the place and if Brisilda serves you you will have a better time!!

The food was stunning. The service from Menna was outstanding. We were so well looked after. The food was amazing. The steaks were out of this world. Perfectly cooked, the New York strip just melted in the mouth. We didn’t want desserts but were recommended to try the Eton Mess and Sticky Toffee Pudding and they did not disappoint. An amazing visit and will definitely visit again when next in London.

Good food with reasonable price. Excellent service. There was an issue with our dish, and the staff handled it very well. Good restaurant to go to if you want an above average meal before or after enjoying shows in the theatres nearby.

My wife and I are visiting from the USA and our experience was delightful. Brisilda was the perfect waitress we could’ve had, she took care of us so well, made wonderful recommendations, and was so enjoyable to talk to. If we ever find ourselves back in London, we will make an intentional effort to visit again, and ask for Brisilda as our server.

We had the most wonderful experience at this establishment. Brascilla has to be the most welcoming, efficient and lovely server we have ever come across. All the food was delicious and the steak was a really high quality. The food was so good we actually ate there two nights in a row during our 4 night stay in London.

We had a fab meal here - steaks were amazing and the food was piping hot which was great. Our server, Brisilda, looked after us extremely well. She was friendly, helpful and very attentive. Will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for a fab meal.

Overwhelmingly Mid. Food was actually good quality, but came in smaller portions than I'd expect for the price. One guest I was with felt the Beer-Fried Fish was far too salty towards the end, other menu items seemed quite good. Waitresses were very friendly but felt overbearing at times, and something... dripped on me from the ceiling??

Two steaks were great - one cooked perfectly and the other slightly overdone but everything else was great.

We arrived around 6pm ( with no reservation) and were promptly seated. We were waited on promptly by our lovely waitress, Agnieszka B . She was so very polite and kind, attentive without hovering. My husband had the 8oz filet . It was tender , flavorful and perfectly. I had the garlic prawns and charred broccoli. Delicious! Our waitress was very kind and patient . We both are slow eaters due to health issues and we appreciate not feeling rushed. Thank you for a lovely evening. Thank you Agnieszka for your service. R&T
