Very good food, pleasant and professional staff, charming place

Very delicious food and a very good Service.

Very high price to eat a burger without more... and without fries! 20 pounds for being hungry afterwards. Afterwards the quality of the meat must be top notch. But given the price for that I don't recommend it. Otherwise top notch servers.

Nice experience at Steak and Company Picadilly Circus. Our server Dace was spot on. The smoked old fashioned was amazing! The Blackstone is a fun choice to cook your own meat to your liking. Quality of all entrees is very good. In my opinion, they have one of the best chips in the area, which was shocking. We had the cheesburger egg rolls which were a very nice surprise, the filet with asapargus, broccoli, and of course, those wonderful crispy chips!

We were served by a polite & very polite waitress, I don’t know her name but she had black curly hair. She was very good & it’s a shame she had left as we had wafted to top her directly. Would like to mention Brasilda who was very polite as well, and served our coffees.

Yesterday I came with my wonderful wife to celebrate her birthday. What a treat it was. We was served by this amazing woman named Daisy 👏. She was very friendly and welcoming. The recommendations were great i had a co de buf (aka Ribeye) and it was beautifully cooked along side the mushroom sauce and truffle mash. My wife had chocolate fed fillet alongside the field green salad. The food was excellent melt in your mouth. I would definitely recommend to all my friends. Daisy even sang happy birthday and my wife was given a dessert on the house!! One of the best experiences I've had in a while.

Ambience was super nice, staff was super attentive. Tried the British surrey farm cote de beuf. It was good, but a bit chewy for my liking. Next time, I'll order it medium rare!

Wonderful culinary moment surrounded by one of the best service I had in London! They take care of you in the nicest way possible without being intrusive. They serve carefully chosen pieces of meat, which some that you can "cook" and season on your own on a hot stone; nice choices of wines, beautiful crafted desserts that are updated every season (I had the rhubarb crumble in the beginning of April - unique & delicious) and even what look like a cozy choice of starters that I didn't have the luxury to try. ON TOP!

Menna, the waitress, was very kind and we loved her recommendation: good meat and the chicken was incredible!!! Nice gin & tonic also!

Tourist here, the food here is amazing. We ordered 2 dishes and 1 side and the food only took around 15 or less minutes to be at our table. The restrooms are very clean and have a nice interior to them. The feel of the whole restaurant feels nice and cozy after being out in the cold for a while. Service was also amazing with friendly staff which also opened doors for us. Would totally recommend the steak and fries from the lunch menu, cheap and affordable. 5/5 Restaurant. Thank you!

10/10 experience here. The food was served very well and we did not have to wait a long time to start eating. Our server Brisilda was a phenomenal host and helped us make the best choice for our halal options. She also asked before we ordered if we have any allergies or anything they need to know about to best serve us. This was a great touch. I got the halal ribeye steak topped with garlic butter along with sides. You must give it a try if you’re in London.

Served us the wrong steaks but we luckily realised and swapped, wine wasn’t quite what I wanted but still drinkable. The service however was outstanding and meals delivered quickly without delay. Staff friendly and polite so would still recommend

I happen to be going past Steak and Company Piccadilly Circus, took a look at their external menu/lunch offer menu signage. Upon this I decided to dine in, ordered fish and chips, London Essence blood orange & elderflower tonic and to follow chocolate fondant dessert with coffee, very delicious and enjoyable. Staff were very polite, helpful and good customer service, thank you to Dace, Erica G (manager) and other members of staff.

Great experience. Was initially intrigued by the croquets, so I decided to give this place a try. The ambiance felt elegant but also relaxed. The miso chicken was delicious and the service from Giovanni N. was amazing too! He was always available for any questions about the menu and would stop by frequently to check in. Would recommend!

Well for me it was a 10 10 as It was actually my first time having beef steak I had the medium well and it tasted amazing. Brisilda was a great host definitely ask for her if she can be your host she is very kind and funny

The food is delicious, our steaks where well prepared and at the right temperature. Service a little slow, but helpful when we ask for it. As a steak house, Think long horn meets Mortons.

I took my guests to this nice Resturant thinking it would be a good one. The employees were a bit rude and we orders few steak and my son and sister they order the hot stone. To make their own steak. All the steaks were cooked medium rare. We ordered medium well. My wife and daughter couldn’t finish theirs and send to kitchen. After few min came back same as it was. So the manager when she saw the steak. She cancels my wife’s one. So she didn’t eat anything. And my steak and friends we cooked on the hot stone. The steaks were not at all up to my expectations and I was very disappointed in this place. Will never go back as the food was very bad. The manager at the end told my wife because you didn’t eat anything she gave us a complimentary desert. Which was a nice gesture. The food was very expensive.

We visited for our anniversary and Brisilda made sure to make the experience memorial and extra special! We loved everything, defs recommend!! Thank you again, Brisilda!

Lovely food, all good except when the dessert menu was put on my table it was placed in some sauce. I commented on this to the waitress who said 'dont worry its only paper' but she didn't clean it up so I spent the remainder of my visit trying not to get whatever sauce was on the table on my clothes.

We ate at Steak & Co prior to seeing Phantom of the Opera. Our food and service was excellent. Brisilda, our waitress, was awesome and super engaging. She took great care of us. The sticky toffy pudding was incredible and is a must!

The reason for the average review is that the food was not great. The steaks were both over cooked and were disappointing. The positive about this restaurant is the staff, when we spoke to the staff they could not have been more apologetic.

Exceptional food, I recommend BBQ ribs, beef carpaccio and chocolate fondant for dessert. Furthermore, Dace was always kind and careful that everything was to our liking. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Magnificent experience, truly 5 stars overall, quality of the products, hospitality of the staff and value for money. One of the very few meat restaurants where you can eat well in London. Super comparable to an Italian cuisine! Super fantastic and kind Dace welcomed us and followed us throughout our culinary experience, we returned for the second time and we will return again.

we came here after seeing a musical & was greeted by lovely staff who couldn't do enough. We had a ceaser salad to start & unfortunately my dad knocked his wine glass over which went in the bowl & they kindly brought us a brand new one out. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. My daughter had the mac n cheese & it was lovely too. Would definitely come again.

Steak cooked to perfection. Staff were professional and accommodating, a little on the pricy side but the quality of steak wasn’t un noticed. We attended on a Sunday afternoon, was pretty empty which was perfect for a quiet meal.

A really great place, the meat and really so incredible that we went back several times during our 4 day stay I recommend it to anyone who likes good things. Thank you very much to Daisy for her quality of service and her kindness, we hope to see you soon

Dace offered some of the best restaurant experience we have in London, we enjoy our meal so much, the steak is amazing, simply a must try if you happened to be around Piccadilly!

Amazing experience, I would come here again!! I got the steak stone experience meal during the lunch special, and it was fantastic. I was able to cook my own steak however way I wanted and top it off with butter and salt. My server, Giovanni N, was so kind and lovely, he helped show me how to get started with my meal as it was my first time here. 10/10, would recommend!!

Stopped in after Phantom of the Opera at His Majesty's Theatre- not expecting much- but super pleasantly surprised by how good the food and service was. Me and my fiancee have been here a couple of times and enjoyed it to the utmost! I highly recommend it, it will be the most fun dinner you’ve had! Super fun getting the steak and hot stone where you get to cook your steak yourself and the deconstructed affogato with Baileys. Me and my girlfriend came to this place in celebration of my new job. I was greeted by this lovely women named Daisy she answered all our questions and recommended some really good food. When the food arrived it was hot and delicious 10 outta 10. When we ordered desserts it came out saying congratulations with a sparkler which made our night really special. It really made a difference its just a shame you can only tip in cash cause I would have given more I just don't carry much anymore. Regardless food was excellent and service was great. Definitely will come back again.

We booked a Valentines meal and was taken to a table , a table which they had purposely pushed together and set the cutlery next to each other, it was so nice of them as the were really busy and they chose to lose a booking to make our quiet corner really comfortable. The service was amazing, never feeling hassled, just checking into to fill our glasses up with fresh water when we were low. We ordered a few starters which came out quick and super hot, they tasted amazing. Then the mains - a Angus T-bone and a cote de Boeuf , once again perfectly cooked to medium rare, and tasted so good, we ate everything even though we were quite full. We were about to go but i secretly ordered a Bread and butter pudding as this was my partners favourite thing ever. They came out smiling and made that little moment feel really special. it was perfect from seating to service to the food. One of the best valentines ever for us.
