Great food! Great value for money! Extremely busy ensure you are prepared to wait as they are always busy. However, definitely worth the wait! Well located on the high street. Parking is somewhat difficult however you can park on the residential streets. Food is well prepared. All about the half grilled chicken with rice! Highly recommend!!

5 out of 5 for the food. There was a long line so waited 30 minutes to get to the front. Once we ordered food was quickly ready. It could have been slightly hotter. Will definitely go back

I called at 20.19 and placed a order over the phone explaining that food should be ready I turned up after at 21.10 after about an hour and they tell me that because there busy they couldn't prepare the food,very disappointed,there clearly lying and everyone that works there don't take you serious like your a joke.When I turned up for my food they wasn't even been apologetic.Not happy atall as I had a long day at work I wasn't expecting this! It's a takeaway only. It has the best Chicken Shish and Spicy rice combo (no sauce) probably in London! The spicy rice add on sells out sometimes by about 11pm although they stay open till 2am. Have tried almost everything on the menu but the shish and spicy rice combo is really good everything else is ok as well.

Food is food but this place was very disappointing. I got the lamb shish half rice half chips and it didn’t live up to its hype. My chips were hard and the rice had peas and carrots ??? Nitties outside asking for money it was just a mess😭 there was no queue surprisingly and the lamb was decent. I’ve never wasted food and this was the first time. Last time I listen to Tiktok 🤦🏽‍♀️

The best charcoal grilled chicken in London, order the half boneless chicken with half spicy rice and chips, with chilli and garlic sauce. Patience is required and ensure you call and order 15 minutes to receive an order number before you arrive and mention that it is a phone order over the counter. CASH ONLY!

Incredible food with exceptional service

The queue was unusually long but the food is consistently good. Rice a little bland but a good place for a late night snack in the car with friends.

Best takeaway in SE1, shame they don't deliver. Recommend the chicken wings! Decent price for good late night food. Service can be painfully long and take some time for them to cook it even if you pre-order by phone. But hey that's what you get for wanting the best wings in SE1

The best chicken I've eaten, and the only place I'll carry cash for (card payment recently introduced I think? But I just order, go withdraw at Tesco around the corner, pay and savour). I always get the half boneless chicken with half/half rice and it is perfection every time. The smokey and juicy meat, combined with the veggies and rice are heaven in a polystyrene box. Huge portions too. I've been a regular for 4 years and the quality still on point, despite becoming more popular in 2024. Long queues every evening, which is a bit chaotic but does move relatively fast (it's window-service only so you're standing on the pavement). You can call in advance and come collect but I've found this to be hit or miss as I've still had to queue on a couple of occasions.

Everyone rating it too much.. went here a month ago waited in the really busy line to get 3 small pieces of lamb and rice for 7 pounds. I did go for a small but where I come from a small is still a decent portion. Waste of time left starving still. Better one In London is Lebanese Express 1 in lewisham.

Didn’t really live up to the hype from all over social media to be honest. Bought the mixed grill at £16 so I was expecting a tray at least. Portions felt small to medium since one quarter was taken up by salad with the chicken placed on top. Idk if this was an increase in price as one of the influencers I saw promoting this place said it was £9 a month before. Additionally their card machine hasn't been working for weeks according the other reviews so I wasted £20. The chicken and lamb was the best thing while everything else tasted average and disappointingly, didn’t really fill me up. Seems like the wraps are the better option so I'll try come here some time when I have the guts again to try it out next week rather than wasting money Service was excellent though UPDATE bought the wrap it wasn’t good either. Way too much salad and no meat

Aceptaron solo efectivo, así que tuvieron que ir a buscar primero efectivo para asegurarse de que el negocio robara el impuesto. Our first visit here was quite enjoyable, but unfortunately, the experience has since taken a sharp decline. Both the food and the service have drastically changed, and not for the better. The ordering process felt chaotic, with the staff allowing anyone who cut in line to place their order. It was clear that louder groups were prioritized, and after waiting over 30 minutes just to order, we waited over another 30 minutes for the food. The wait was absolutely not worth it. Once we got home, we found the food to be disappointing—the meat was tough and difficult to chew. I won’t be going out of my way to return.

Past the crack heads and 30 minutes of waiting is one of the best kebab shops I’ve been to. But if you don’t want to wait for your food in 1 to 6 degrees weather call ahead of time but even then you will have to wait at least 15 minutes to collect it if it’s a large order.you will also have to pay at the end The portion size where also a bit lack lustre and there is no where to sit and eat in the warmth in the vicinity of the shop Do not get chips with your meal it’s not salty and kinda bland but slightly crunchy get the spicy rice as they no long do plain rice Also the prices that you see will most likely not be the same you see on the menu. Make sure you don’t go to late otherwise the line will be much longer then this review suggests if they moved the shop to a good location with seats and was less popular and didn’t decide to jack up the prices from one week to the next it would be 5/5

I have waited for almost 45 mins in the queue. I ordered 2 mixed sish kebabs without salad & rice for £18 and the portion in each container when I received it is like a few spoons of meat was chopped into small pieces

I had a wonderful experience at Lebanese Grill in London! The half-grilled chicken was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The seasoning was spot-on and paired beautifully with the fresh sides. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic and flavorful Lebanese cuisine! I’ll definitely be back.

With intense Lebanese flavours, this place gets the basics right as the chicken is cooked to perfection and the fresh salads compliments everything properly. The spicy rice was seasoned as it wasn’t bland. The lamb kofta was perfectly spiced and had an amazing aroma to it.

Ive always wanted to visit here , & today was my first time. I ordered the half chicken with spicy rice , chips & salad just after 12pm, the wait time was not long at all, the server was nice & helpful , they take card payment's too (which was really handy).. the food itself was nice , however a lil surprised that it was not hot (which i think they could definitely improve on).

This is a takeaway spot so don't expect seating. However - the chicken and spicy rice is some of the best you'll have in London. Anyone that orders rice from Nando's and thinks that's great will cry with joy here. The price is unbelievable, too. My meal cost just £8. Make sure you have cash - they do not accept any other form of payment. Make sure your arrive a little earlier than the time you'd like to eat - the queue for the food can literally go down the street.

Very underwhelming, I had high expectations the food came out cold and the chicken tasted like rubber.

I didn't get to try the food. I waited patiently for 20 minutes in the rain as I have driven by many of times and always seen queues. 5 mins before i ordered they put a sign up on their window saying card payment not available which I thought was odd for a business of the size. Then I saw another gentleman make payment via the contactless option right in front of me 2 minutes priort so thought it must have been a mistake on the their part. I made my order and when it came to payment the man took back the order as I didn't have cash on me. Clearly they are only doing this for tax evasion purposes. It's really disgusting behavior that he couldn't just let It go and just say next time please can you bring cash but rather waste the food and refuse custom. Clearly your target market is teenagers or cabs drivers and not older people. Be warned avoid unless you want to help this business tax avoid. This could have been handled better on your part and I do hope that this review does damage to your sales. Fortunately, I live in Camberwell where there are similar establishments who have never refused card payment.

Amongst the very best street foods in London, and not expensive. I've eaten in supposedly the best Lebanese restaurant in London, and it was expensive. Of course, I enjoyed it. But I also enjoy the £6 lamb wrap from this place equally. Be encouraged, rather than put off by the queue! It goes pretty quickly, because there are more than 10 serving at the grill... I don't know about falafel from this place, because I haven't tried it (and some falafel officionados say only buy your falafel from a falafel only place!), but I can tell you that their spatchcock chicken and spicy rice is also very yummy indeed, and not expensive at all. They started Windows service during the pandemic, and never left it! ;) It used to be cash only, but now they they take cards too.

Driving an hour to this place and to be turned down 10 minutes before the closing time on google is a scam. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time to travel here. Went to London and my son took me to Lebaneses grill New Kent Rd. wow it was tasty and good value for money. I wanted to go back and get some for later. Absolutely delicious

You wait on the queue for about up to 20 min. They advertise various payment methods online. However, when you reach to the till they say “CASH ONLY!” Clearly the Google advertisement is neither client focused nor honest in this case. Then you start questioning what’s declared and undeclared so far…
