Coco Restaurant Grill And Lounge in Southwark

I went to coco with my freind for the first time yesterday. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The customer service was amazing we both felt well looked after by all the staff there. The food and drinks were so nice and the presentation was beautiful. The restaurant and decor it self was absolutely stunning. You really get pampered here. I would definitely visit again. Pictures came out beautiful aswell. In London it’s difficult to find good customer service but staff of coco were brilliant.

I went here on Sunday evening just for dinner and the vibes were amazing! They had a magician going around to each table as well. It’s such a good place for a date or just to vibe with your friends. It’s so pretty inside so you can take pictures as well.

Celebrating my husband’s birthday 🎉 The food, service and decore @coco_restaurants was amazing 🤩 The staff were very polite and very attentive and we would definitely recommend💯 there was also a live dj playing nice rnb music 🎶 Hubby had the hummus for starters and lamb shank with coconut and lemongrass rice for his main and I had the Korean spicy chicken bao bun and the Coco chicken with creamy mash and pomegranate salad, yummy 😋 The birthday cake was £12 and can have a personalised message on it, there are also other deserts to choose from. Looking forward to going back 😊

Just Love everything about this place. Right from Sheesha to Food to Desert everything was just perfect. Went for my birthday night they made it special with complimentary desert.

I have been to coco lounge a few times with my husband and we absolutely love coming here. The food is out of this world just amazing and the cocktails are great. All the staff are very nice too. The only down side in my opinion is the foul loud and disrespectful music that the DJ plays. It is meant to be a restaurant not a club.

I came here with my friend for my birthday outing, and I loved it so much. Everything was on point, food was nice and service was amazing. Huge thank you to Able who made my birthday special, her customer service was above and beyond and she made sure we had a good time and was looked after. She was super friendly. I would hundred percent come here again and again. Loved it.

Came here with family and friends. Before we even stepped into the place the security guard said its a minimum £50 per person. Not a good way of welcoming customers who are paying extortionate prices for average food. The food itself isn't worth the prices they are charging. Iv eaten better quality in other places for a fraction of the price this place is charging . The staff were amazing and attentive. However one of the staff told us that the restaurant was HMC certified. I've checked the HMC website ,coco lounge DOES NOT show up as an accredited member. Tbh the hype is only about the location, nothing else

Food: Fantastic! Service: Superb! Atmosphere: Awesome! I celebrated Eid ul fitr with my family and we were treated like Kings, Queens, Princes and Princess'. Our time there was made even more enjoyable by the yummy freebee desserts we were given. No request to the staff was too much bother. The price of the food was very reasonable, too. The décor was delightful and the perfect location (overlooking the river Thames and Tower Bridge, the Shard and the City of London as a backdrop). We spent a copious amount of time taking photos of ourselves amongst restaurant décor (as you do, lol), inside and out. Thank you Coco Grill & Lounge for helping to make our Eid a fabulous one. Jazakallah o'khairan.

She went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after, attending to every detail with warmth and efficiency. In the midst of our delightful dining experience, I inadvertently forgot to specify splitting the tip between Abla and Anastasiia. Both were incredible. However, Anastasiia’s professionalism shone through as she graciously handled the situation, ensuring quality and kindness prevailed. Thank you Coco Lounge, and a huge thank you and praise for the Chef who presented great quality tasting and hot food !

Great resturant next to tower bridge. You can enjoy view of tower bridge lighting. We ordered lamb chops , steak and drinks. Everything was mouth watering. Im not a foodie but still I finished lamb chops and half of steak that my wife couldn’t eat. Interior was amazing whole setting was amazing but only thing that I didn’t like was loud music. They got separate outdoor sheesha place. Must try restaurant.

I come all the time, the shisha team is amazing and the food is also very good- duck salad is recommend!!! But the chicken steak wasn’t very good, could have been a bit better. But the customer service is absolutely spectacular!

First time visiting London, after traveling for more than 9 hours we figured to start out small and visit a lounge nearby our hotel. I'm not one to be impressed easily but what I've seen here I haven't seen anywhere else. The food was delicious coming from someone who's picky when it comes to food, and the hookah was great to finish a great evening with. When you get the chance to visit London, Coco grill & lounge needs to be visited! I'm sure to visit every trip to London. 10/10 recommendation!

food was sooo yummy, ambiance was excellent- we were all fasting for ramadan & staff (particularly abla) ensured we were able to break our fast on time and even supplied us with complimentary dates and water. abla looked after our table and made the experience even better- she made sure all our needs were matched and met & even brought out a complimentary dessert and sung me birthday! they had music & a magician for entertainment. overall 10/10 experience

The food was superb, the service has always been swift. They definitely strive to build a welcoming and warm environment for me and my friend. They ensure that the entire experience is memorable. The staff members put together a special Shisha for us to smoke and it delivered on all aspects.

Bad experience overall! Barely booked, we receive a text to tell us that we will be REQUIRED (yes yes!) to eat at least for £50 (very surprising) We arrive at the restaurant, our reservation has barely been made, we are reminded that the minimum consumption is €50 per person (thanks reception) Barely installed, the server without any friendliness or even a smile Arrived at the table around 8 minutes ago, they came to ask us for our order (didn't even have time to finish reading the menu) We ask for a little extra time, which he obviously doesn't like and turns away with as little sympathy as ever. From that moment on we constantly had 2 to 3 waiters who didn't stop looking at us insistently THE WHOLE MEAL!! Which made the moment very oppressive! The dish has barely been served, we come back and ask us to choose the dessert (always with very little sympathy, no smile or even effort to try to make ourselves understood) When we decline because the extremely heavy atmosphere clearly makes us not want to continue the experience, the waitress gives us a dark look and turns around without even saying anything. To top it off, we are standing with our jackets leaving the place (our neighboring table was still occupied) The man at the reception tells us to hurry up and leave! INCREDIBLE A100£ per person this lack of customer consideration is distressing! Positive point, the dishes were good and pretty. There is no doubt that the cooking is very good, but unfortunately not enough to improve the fairly good attitude of the staff… We do not recommend this establishment, you will find just as much for less money (2 starters, one main course each, a side dish for 2 and a bottle of two for £101.50) and with people happy to welcome you. Honestly disappointing experience
