No good food, no friendly staff , no space although you can see plenty of space available, because if miss management I guess.

Services is dead Made me wait 40 mins for the SEEESHA PIPE. Don’t ask about food Overly priced and hyped up

Ordered food which was quite ordinary for the premium price. The mocktails were in glasses which they serve alcohol in and there was a pungent smell of alcohol so couldn't drink those. The 35 day aged Tomahawk smelt like a dead carcass my colleague fell ill with stomach pains. The ambience was fine but the food really wasn't.

This was the place where I met my partner for the first time. We met the day of my graduation ceremony to celebrate. The atmosphere was lovely and the service was good. The level of chic you want on a first date.

Very disappointing experience! After we finished our meal, we ordered shisha, but less than 10 minutes later, they asked us if we wanted to leave because there was another reservation. They did the same to the tables next to us. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful. If you've been seated for less than an hour, you expect to be able to enjoy your drink or shisha without feeling rushed. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. It's a shame because the food was decent, but the poor treatment means I won't be returning anytime soon.

The food was good and it was good to know it’s all halal but the absolute nonsense and fake rules they had in the restaurant were extremely annoying. They were particular about the dress code which was understandable Then they wanted a “minimum spend” of £50pp which is still quite pricey for just dinner where no alcohol is being served. How much do they think each person will eat? Then when we had to pay the bill the we asked the waiter to divide it by four between the four of us guests. He said “only two cards are allowed to be used” which was soooooo stupid. At this point i challenged him about it and he’s like “oh ok” and let us use four cards. Absolute pathetic rules god k owes where they make these up. Same is the case with the canary branch.

Had the Sunday roast at Coco Grill in Shad Thames, and it was a treat! The mocktails and non alcoholic cocktails were soooooo tasty and the little smoke show was cute! The flavours of our roast were spot on and the portions were huge, the setting by the river added a lovely touch, and the service was amazing throughout. Perfect spot for a cosy yet chic roast experience. My third time here and definitely coming back!

Great time spent at Coco Restaurant! The setting is exceptional, the decoration is sublime, the atmosphere is as warm as it is intimate. The dishes were really very good, well seasoned, the meat very tender and the accompaniments of quality. Not to mention the non-alcoholic cocktails, exceptional! The food was simply delicious, each dish prepared with unmatched quality and flavor. Furthermore, the atmosphere was extremely welcoming, with an excellent selection of music that made our stay even more pleasant. We have felt attended to and very cared for during the hours we were there. Excellent and classy service, with attention to detail and cleanliness. Without a doubt, the service provided was impeccable, and we felt very well cared for at all times. Without a doubt, we will return and highly recommend it. And a special thanks to Abla for her help and attention.

Food is mid. The place is aesthetically pleasing to an extent. But the flavour of the food and drinks don't match the price. They have a minimum spend of £50 pp. Reception accommodated us even though we were a bit late, which was nice. Waiter was informative about the menu but wasn't listening or answering our questions. Would be nice if the quality of the food and drinks were better. Calamari was tasteless, and the dipping sauce was nothing special for £14. Lamb shank was £27 I think, and didn't come with any sides. My friends ordered chicken special, which was nice.

The decor and atmosphere of this place is top tier. The greeting from the staff felt very welcoming. Seating is comfortable and well spaced out. Service is on another level. Cleanliness was not an issue. The restaurant is very well kept. The food was delicious, the presentation complements the food. Can't complain or fault the food or the service. Two of us spent £180. Although this place isn't cheap I don't feel it's extortion, the food and service justify the cost. Definitely worth it for a celebration or date night, would definitely recommend. They charge additional £5 for birthday message and sparkles on the dessert.

Coco Restaurant is beautiful and cosy with very sumptuous meals. The restaurant is located in Canary Wharf. Coco is clean and conformed to perceived standards of good taste. The menu was very nice. Following staff ( Sabbir Naz and Numan Pra) were very courteous and highly professional. The visit was a birthday treat with my children.

As a manager in hospitality, I only leave poor reviews when absolutely necessary. Firstly, we drove 5 hours to eat at this restaurant for a birthday celebration. After ordering, the wrong drink was given to me and I got told by a server that I had definitely ordered that drink. I always order the same drink at every restaurant I eat at so I’m pretty sure I know what I said. Me and my husband both are violently throwing up with the shakes. We did not eat anything prior to this meal and therefore the cause for this must be food poisoning. Being 34 weeks pregnant, this is massively concerning. We paid for a service charge that we simply did not receive and also caused us to be extremely unwell.

The only worker who was extremely respectful to us was Abla. Very polite, very patient. However, the others were very dismissive, our waiter tried to be nice at first but when it came to ordering our food, he was very adamant that we should pick HIS choices, and when i attempted to pick a sauce, he was telling me not to get because it didn’t go with the food i was getting???? it was almost funny actually. You could tell he was trying his best but a lot of the things he did was almost forceful. We had another person who i believe was from the kitchen, basically threw some takeaway containers at us because we asked for one more, then when we complained to Abla, he marched over& tried to downplay what he did, by saying “oh no it doesn’t cost a thing that’s why i’m giving it to you just take it take it i know you might need it. Anyways the food was a 6/10, the door staff were very nice as well & very polite, didn’t get their names but they were very lovely !

So I went to Coco Grill & lounge to celebrate my birthday with my friends recently having heard the great reviews. I couldn’t have my birthday cake at CoCo so I went to all bar one and they were very nice and understanding. They offered service charge even though the service wasn’t the best. The food was great but for my birthday it wasn’t an amazing experience. Tap water is offered at all restaurants, cafes so the fact they said they don’t give that, stunned me. They had a timing system for tables and they could’ve informed us that so we had less time to enjoy our selves.Overall, the restaurant aesthetics were pretty but the service not the best.

We had a lovely time at coco, large party with 2 children under 4, staff were amazing and engaged with the children ☺️ food was tasty & all dishes arrived at the same time,(sometimes difficult when there’s a large party) atmosphere was good & decor has been well thought out adding to the experience. A bit pricey especially non-alcohol cocktail, but knowing the area was not a shock tbh had worse & paid more. Overall a lovely experience & would definitely go again ☺️

I found a moving insect in the chicken wings. I was taking the second bite of it and I saw something is moving. I immediately called the front of house and I showed them. They said sorry and gave me calamari instead. But I’m not gonna go there again and eat but the shisha was good, nice place, good service, amazing atmosphere.

Deplorable experience at Coco in London We tested this restaurant after seeing it regularly advertised on TikTok, but what a disappointment! The welcome was cold, the wait was endless (40 minutes before our order was taken), and the meal was simply inedible. The atmosphere of the place was also very strange, which didn't help matters. The worst part is the bill: we were supposed to pay around €120, but were charged €200. When we checked once we got back to the hotel, we noticed the mistake, but it was already too late (train at 6 a.m. the next day). An experience to forget: between poor service, disappointing food, and an excessive bill, I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. Avoid it, despite its polished image on social networks.
