Listen. 10000/10. The food is top tier, the service from ANASTASIA was grand! No disappointment whatsoever. The timing of food being placed and ordered wasn’t a crazy wait time, so we dug right in. So grateful to have found a new space that will become a not only a treasured space to being friends and family but I’m filled with reassurance that quality is still considered with customer service, hosting and cooking with love. ✨🙏🏽

Atmosphere and mocktails are great - no alcohol served here. Abit too pricey

Food was great and service was friendly with a very nice interior and view over the Thames. However I do find it quite ridiculous that I have to spend a minimum of £25. When I go out for dinner, I always just order only a main. So why should I feel like I have to order more just for the ‘restaurant policy’. To be honest, the policy doesn’t make much sense as if all I want to spend is £20, shouldn’t that be enough? Also, the menu was pretty pricy, the fire chilli chicken that doesn’t come with rice should not cost £20.

I had a lovely time here! We called to see if they had any space outdoors, they booked us in quickly. The food was delicious and we had a lovely riverside view. Nice music playing as well, some good old hip hop and rnb. We smoked shisha and there was even a magician!? 5 star service.

Saw TikTok. Tried it for my b day - food was microwaved. Wagyu beef is not wagyu beef. It’s mince meat microwaved. It just didn’t taste fresh. Location was really nice but that’s about it. They need to get some more better staff. Bengali waiters just kept staring at my wife. She found it so awkward. In and out within 30 mins - £110 wasted. Never again.

Visited Coco Lounge for dinner and loved it. The location is stunning, with a view of London Bridge—such a lovely backdrop for a meal especially in the evening. For starters, I had the duck taco, which tasted lovely, and had the dry ice which made it look great. My main course was the chili chicken, with a side of sweet potato fries, and with a refreshing mojito. Everything tasted great. There was a magician who performed entertaining and captivating tricks throughout the evening. It was a fun addition that made the experience even more memorable. Overall, the vibe at Coco Lounge is fantastic. With great food, beautiful scenery, and unique entertainment, it's a place I would definitely return to. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing dinner experience at coco grill and lounge. The ambiance and food were on point. Loved the whole experience. Plus staff were really professional. Ruhul was really nice as well. He made sure that we experience best time there. Everything was amazing but I personally loved Korean spicy chicken wings, spicy chicken bao bun, rib eye steak, messy wedges and fire chilli chicken. Overall, it was an incredible dinner experience. ☺️

The servers here were so nice and accomodating. They asked us if our food was good and said if we needed anything to let them know. Our server/host Angelina was very sweet towards us. One server offered to help us take photos. Also gave us complimentary chocolates towards the end. Overall had a great experience. The food is amazing and the portions were great, I couldn't even finish mine and had to take it home. They also sang happy birthday as it was a birthday dinner.

Amazing Experience at Coco Bar & Grill! I had an incredible time at Coco Bar & Grill. The service was impeccable; the staff were exceptionally attentive and always available whenever we needed anything. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, exuding opulence and luxury. The food was absolutely fantastic. We started with the duck tacos and crispy calamari—both were divine! For mains, I had a ribeye steak, which was cooked to absolute perfection, and the mixed shish was unbelievably good. To finish, I had the Banoffee cup for dessert, which was out of this world and the perfect end to an extraordinary meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience!

Truly sensational meal. The black cod was a delight to the palate. The waiter recommended the glazed cauliflower and a salad both of which were exquisite. My husband had the Wagyu sirloin which was cooked to perfection. The desserts were excellent too. We look forward to our next dinner at Coco Grill.

10/10 experience hands down. From the get go the Coco team gave us a warm welcome that set the tone for a night that only got better and better as time went on. The non alcoholic cocktails were some of the best we’ve tried and we ordered a handful of dishes that did not disappoint. Our favourites were the crispy prawns, black cod and mango and avocado salad. The cozy interior and lounge makes it the perfect restaurant to unwind and catch up. Tower Bridge is just outside and looks stunning at night. Amazing service. Our waitress and supervisor Ridoy went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, their attentiveness and attention to detail was amazing. I would definitely recommend Coco Grill and Lounge, and will be back here in again in the future.

We recently visited this restaurant for the first time to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, especially Ruku, whose warm and very polite demeanor set the tone for the day. And Ruhul went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, doing their best to accommodate all of our needs. The service overall was impeccable, with every member of the team ensuring we had a seamless experience. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish we tried was flavorful and beautifully presented. The drinks were equally impressive, complementing the meal perfectly. We chose to sit outside to take in the beautiful view, and even though it was a chilly morning, the outdoor heaters kept us comfortably warm, allowing us to fully enjoy the ambiance. This was truly a special occasion, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was great, the restaurant has great aesthetics, loved the food, the coco burger I ordered was out of this world. The service was okay, we didn’t reserve a table and was lucky and grateful to get a table, but the service was just okay, nothing really memorable. The table we were given was also not properly wiped, it was dirty at the one corner. Other than that, we had a great time. The music was good but changed too much. You have to spend a minimum of £50, not sure if it’s for walkins only or everyone. Returned again on 27/09/24 for a birthday celebration, and was served by Imran. The most amazing service, even topped the first one. He was so patient with my kids, and really made our day special. Thanks Imran.

We went there for the first time and had great time. The food was delicious. It was nephews birthday they served us a complementary drink and a dessert, that was really sweet of them. The food was delicious, though I’d prefer more vegan and veggie options on the menu. It’s definitely more suited for meat eaters. The presentation was Instagram-worthy, plus the views of Tower Bridge are great. Despite some amazing food I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew it was an alcohol-free venue. They are not very explicit about it on their website.

I really enjoyed the food and the cocktail, everything was well cooked. I had the salmon coconut with orange excellent! We enjoyed the magician.. the only negative thing is the smell of shisha inside the restaurant.

I recently visited Coco, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had due to the incredibly poor customer service. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. The security was very quick to dismiss us and seemed annoyed when we asked for a table. We booked a seat for 11:30pm but the security insisted that we can’t be seated. We requested to speak to a manager to which he took another 6-7mins going back and fourth with us rather than doing what was instructed and greeting celebrities. After getting the manager, he advised us that the restaurant is closed and we will not be able to be seated for dinner although we booked online for 11:30 and as we traveled from far, this was not ideal. The same security kept interrupting and the proceeded to say he will be finishing work at 12:30am and me and partner should “meet him around the corner” insisting he wanted to fight. All because the restaurant offered us a booking they were not able to fulfil. That particular security is extremely lucky I did not call the police for making threats. He is a nuisance and needs to be sacked immediately as I will be taking this further. To make matters worse we continuously called the restaurant to make sure the booking was ok and no one answered the phone for a good 30mins even up until we arrived. The manager empathised with us eventually after it got heated but I most definitely won’t be returning to this pathetic excuse of an establishment. Train your staff to have BASIC customer service. The reviews do NOT lie! Overall, it was a deeply disappointing experience. The customer service was appalling. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and decent service while wanting to dine out.

Family brunch here and what a warm welcoming place it was.Situated overlooking Tower Bridge it is an amazing place. Stylish, modern with very friendly staff. The menu has a lot to choose from by scanning the QR code. Ask for Rohil - he will help. We opted for the Coco de India which was a huge dish for brunch. The food is absolutely delicious. The waiters very attentive and the view is a bonus. One thing about this place is that it does not serve alcohol so it is very family friendly or for a great night out without alcohol. I would definitely visit here again. We didn’t sit inside but I did look around and it is very upmarket and certainly ticked all my boxes. Top marks for this place - definitely one to visit on your visit to London.

Came here for my anniversary with my partner, lovley views by the river and the bridge, service was fast the food and drink was amazing. As we were leaving a member of staff realised it was our anniversary due to the flowers my partner got and would not let us leave till they gave us a Suprise. Which was a complimentary dessert writing ‘happy anniversary’ and a sparkler which was so thoughtful. I would 100% recommend this place.

The lamb chops were very inconvenient to eat. It was hard to bite and eat with a knife and fork. It was a bit cold in the end. I recommend steak and shrimp. Slightly expensive, everything has to be charged, such as water and rice. DJ performances are not available every day

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you’re looking for the worst dining experience of your life, look no further than Coco. I visited today, and let me tell you, I was blown away—by just how appalling it was. I made a reservation through OpenTable after reading the mixed reviews and, regrettably, decided to give them a chance. Big mistake. When making the reservation, there were two options to choose from, standard seating and outdoor seating. I specifically chose standard seating because I wanted to avoid sitting outdoors in the middle of the shisha fog that would likely ruin my appetite. But when we arrived at the counter, the woman there disappeared inside, only to return with that all-too-familiar look of someone about to deliver bad news. I’d read the reviews and another person mentioned the same thing, so I knew exactly what was coming next: they had either double-booked or overbooked the indoor seating. Instead of owning up to their incompetence, she boldly lied right to our faces, insisting that we had booked the outdoor area. I hadn’t even told her we’d reserved indoor seating, so she clearly saw it on her screen and just decided to gaslight us instead. When I tried to show her my reservation to prove we’d booked inside, she completely ignored me and repeated her lie. You would think a restaurant with a dress code and a £50 per person minimum spend would at least hire staff who can do their jobs properly or, at the very least, pretend to care about their customers. But no, not at Coco. I’ve had better service at a kebab van at 3 a.m. Her attitude was shockingly rude, as if she was going out of her way to ruin our night. When I politely refused to sit outside, she offered no solution whatsoever. Instead, she snapped, “Okay, I’ll just cancel your booking, shall I?” At this point, my wife and I had to walk away if I stayed there any longer looking at her smug face there would have been a scene. I would never recommend Coco to anyone unless they have a particular fetish for terrible customer service. There are plenty of other places nearby where the staff won’t treat you like an inconvenience, and they don’t come with the added bonus of a headache. And to top it all off, we parked nearby, hoping for a nice meal, and were back at our car within 15 minutes due to the fiasco inside. The car park charged us £5 for the privilege. It’s not about the money, but paying to be insulted and dismissed was just the cherry on this sundae of disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and your sanity—avoid Coco like the plague. I would rather drag my private area through shards of broken glass than to interact with this person ever again.

Stunning. From the views to the beautifully styled interior; just stunning. Booked a reservation for 4 on a Friday evening and appreciated how efficient it all was. Service was quick and smooth throughout, and waiters genuinely cared about making sure we were having a great experience. Food was decently proportioned and all very expertly made - given the high prices it defintely was not a let down! This place is alcohol-free which was a refreshing change. However, 4 star for atmosphere as the music was very loud and did make having conversation over the noise slightly challenging. Also - the lights in the female toilets were extremely dim (perhaps to suit the ambience of the rest of the place) and had to get our faces right close to the mirror to check ourselves. Overall, we had a pleasant evening there and enjoyed strolling the area after since its located in a prime London location.

I would definitely recommend Coco to Family & Friends! The decorations and ambience is 10/10. It is well priced and the food portions are well served. I would definitely recommend the Steak and Duck Tacos. If you’re lucky, you just might catch the magician!

Went to Coco for our anniversary. Lovely setting right by the Thames, food and service was great. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Attended Coco Canary Wharf for a friends birthday dinner with around 10 of us. The manager seemed to mainly care about time and money. The service was poor and we were rushed to make our orders and also rushed out without even having the time to select dessert option. The main main seemed to have lied about there being another booking after us and was wiping down the table whilst we were still sat down and others wee eating, moving the dirty cloth over our heads and sweeping crumbs from the table on the floor where we were still seated. We couldn't all pay for our meals individually, limited to a 2 card maximum payment which complicated things. No tap water option just bottled water. Food was lukewarm upon arrival and by the time you dug in it was cold which made it unenjoyable and nauseous so could not finish. It seemed some food was ready and waiting and other food came fresh. Restaurant itself aesthetically pleasing but thats all. Oh, and you can't bring a bday cake or anything, you'd have to pay £5 for theres.
