Aprecio que utilicen un proveedor externo, pero se necesita un mejor servicio al cliente.

Thank you for the delicious spicy chicken box and fries. Service and ambience as always friendly and welcoming as 20 years ago when we first time ate there. See you again on our next trip.

Amazing quality and excellent value for money. Bought lunch for four adults for less than £20 to take on the ferry. Much nicer than the usual chain shop for this product, and all freshly made. Will definitely use again before crossing the Channel.

We gingen er langs voor een lunch tijdens een event in de Tobacco Dock. Direct een zeer vriendelijk onthaal en kregen duidelijk informatie over de menu. Lekkere burgers van goede kwaliteit. Met liefde gemaakt.

We were caught off guard; the restaurant we wanted to go to wasn't open, and we ended up at this one instead. The tables are very large: there were two of us and we decided to sit next to each other rather than face to face. The portions are extremely (too) large: we could (should) have ordered one dish for two. This option is possible (for an additional fee), but we were nervous because we didn't speak English. The dishes were good, though expensive (large quantities, so it's logical, but the side dish is also extra 😬), and too much for us. Under other circumstances, it could have been great, but as far as we were concerned, it was a very mediocre experience. Too bad for us 😅

Not my personal sort of food. I dislike charcoal cooked meat. Premier Inn always seem to get it wrong when they don't provide food themselves. However good buffet breakfast despite the ladle handles being hotter than the food! Staff very helpful

Delicious, best place to eat in Loughborough. Always helpful staff and food it at its best at all times. My favourite for a long while is the chicken sizzler.

Had no idea this place existed, what an absolute gem I the heart of the city. Great drinks, lots of real ale, good selection... Absolutely on our list to return to!

This kebab shop is much better than Woking Grill in Knaphill Charcoal Grill deserve every customer they get The food is always amazing in here Staff are always so friendly. We visited with friends who live in the area. We were welcomed by the owners and quickly offered drinks. We ordered from the reasonably sized menu. Most of the main courses were cooked by the owner right in front of our eyes on the griddle. My swordfish was really nice - my friends recommended the lamb chops. Lovely atmosphere and service and nice wine - I hope to return sometime soon (I was even chased outside to return my phone which I had left in the table as we left). A proper personable place. Highly recommended.
