Delicious, best place to eat in Loughborough. Always helpful staff and food it at its best at all times. My favourite for a long while is the chicken sizzler.

Miss having one of these in leicester, but the short drive to Loughborough is worth it as the food is amazing, the staff are so friendly and really polite, I had the £10 meal deal and I could not finish it all worth every penny.

The food was great shame about the service 6 mistakes ordered a vodka n coke no vodka ordered a meat feast combo sides chips spicy rice no rice came no steak knife with food no plates before the food came by the time everything came main food was cold! Service was shocking manager said new staff but if that is so then who in the hell is watching them we will go back as the food is so so good!!

One of the best places in Lboro for bbq chicken, more healthy than fast food and their fried chicken and wings are also good !

As a regular here, I've got to hand it to the team at Fernandez. The food is ALWAYS super tasty, has the right amount of lemon, spice and flavours bursting out of every dish. The team are friendly, always have time for a good chit chat with me and even though I could get my food delivered, I'd much rather pop in to collect (or dine in) as I always feel welcome and well looked after. The restaurant is always impeccably clean too which is reassuring when buying food for my family and I. The rare occasion they've got my order wrong, they've been quick to rectify it within 20mins and even threw in some extra desserts for my kids which was a lovely touch. Will continue coming here without a doubt. Ray

Food is lovely and fresh. The prices are amazing. Me and my partner had burritos, chips, mayo and drinks for under 15 pounds. Great atmosphere and staff really friendly. Definitely will be going back again.

A great little place. The food is excellent and good portions. They usually have offers on to making it more of a reason to visit. The staff are excellent… only downside (and I’m not going to let it affect my score) is the music they play… a bit too loud and not easy on the ear.

we ordered food to takeaway, the order was wrong (no biggie) however the food was stone cold - we only live 2 minutes down the road and the food was very well wrapped so it should not have been stone cold - we had 2 loaded fries, a spicy chicken burger and a BBQ beef burrito - might have been nice if even slightly warm

After a little walk around the centre, my wife and I were looking for a place to eat, and after looking at a few places, decided on here, and boy, are we glad we did. On the outside it was clean as it was inside as well. The waiter was nice and pleasant. I ordered the beef burrito and beef loaded fries and what a portion you get. It was delicious and highly recommend.

When booking the table, the server very friendly and informative. He informed us of the location of the car park without us asking. On entering the restaraunt, it was very clean, we were served by Din and Rob and given a choice of tables. The menu was clearly explained to us, I can't fault the service at all. As we were waiting for our food, we were given regular updates. We ordered one Pepsi and one tap water, the tap water arrived in a bottle, with a glass containing ice. This was a really nice touch which is often overlooked. For the mains, we ordered the tenders and the beef burrito. We were very pleased with both choices. Again, Din and Rob regularly checked up on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, I must say I can't fault this restaraunt at all. The service and food were both excellent.

Honestly the worst restaurant I have personally ever been to. The manager or the boss (not sure - guy with beard and glasses and black shirt) was arguing and shouting at all the staff, even the poor girl serving the customers who was the only good thing about this experience. The way he was speaking to her was appalling when she was only asking questions and to do all of this infront of customers is so unprofessional. Took a trip up north to get away for the weekend and this restaurant really started it poorly. Was expecting good things from the review but was so poor we actually laughed about it. Wrap was frozen cold and had no seasoning on, was offered no sauce so was dry as anything. The male server just put our food down without saying a word after taking it to the wrong table and walked away before we could ask for any sauces or anything. When I informed the manager he offered to make another one, but I was so over the whole thing by that point I couldn’t be bothered so left hungrier than I came in. The Mac and cheese wow it honestly looked like microwaved pasta and was supposed to have spicy sauce on, but there was no flavour apart from hard dry pasta. No spicy rice with my meal, was offered fries last minute and the food took over an hour to arrive. Luckily my wrap was refunded but I have personally never been to a restaurant so poor before and have never experienced something so bad like that to even write a review, but something needs to be done.

Been here twice now and the food and service are second to none nothing is too much for them. They even gave us free ice cream on this visit. Will definitely recommend a visit to anyone.

Seated immediately upon arrival, friendly front of house staff, food was quick to the table, chicken was tender and flavourful, possibly some of the best mac and cheese I've had, great selection of drinks.

Fantastic customer service. The peri peri grill 1/2 chicken was hands down better than Nandos.

Burgers were big and tasty. I didn't manage to finish mine. Perhaps slightly over-done. Note that the naga burger is very hot! No alcohol served.

Had a delicious meal and met the owner who personally recommended the BBQ beef burrito. It was amazing, packed full of pulled beef along with rice and kidney beans. The loaded fries were great, and I recommend them to everyone. Extremely friendly, helpful, and great food!

Mediocre dinner. This feels like a franchise fast food restaurant. The burger were barely warm. The garlic bread was not grilled and had no taste of garlic or parsley. The peri-peri sauce had no personality and felt like out of a big industrial plastic bottle.

The food was delicious, really enjoyed it. Good price and service by Din was great.

I have been coming with my friends many times as it has been very good each time. The food is wonderful and the service has been exceptional. Special thanks to Dinura who has been amazing and very kind.

First time for me here but second time for my son and dad who visited earlier in the year. Love it! Excellent, tasty, freshly cooked food and you can pick exactly what you want on your plate. Prices are very good, portions generous, quick service and the staff are awesome. Thoroughly recommended and can't wait to try it again when I come back to Loughborough.

Forgot to leave a review of this place. This is one of those places that is a must try. I first visited this place in 2016. As Loughborough isn't a place I visit. Before heading to Loughborough, I googled this place. I was happy it was still open. On my recent visit , which was at the beginning of the month, I wasn't disappointed. The same great food and nostalgia kicked in. The mini burgers are amazing. Got 2 different platters. Got a choice of everything.

Food was delicious and arrived quickly. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Prices really reasonable and portions very generous. Defo be coming back.

Ordered Chicken Strips served with vegs(stale) and curly fries with whole chicken which were over crisped and also over fried. Taste of whole chicken was good but not worth paying menu price. Staff was very cooperative but need to work on taste and quality of food.

Came here as a last minute thing for a big birthday. Staff both on the phone and in person were amazingly friendly and helpful. You could see that every table was getting attention and being made to feel welcome. This was just the kind of menu we were looking for and the food was really good and reasonably priced. Big portions! Loved the cozy atmosphere inside too. Cannot recommend highly enough and we’re looking forward to coming back soon.

Ordered on Just Eats and stated specific allergy requirements twice before ordering, which were not met and ultimately caused an allergic reaction. Restaurant confirmed, through phone, that they could cater to the requirements but obviously not. Would avoid if you have allergies.

We were served by Gaby, Pip mall and Rob. They were really friendly and provided a great service. The food is good but not the best. I would say it’s fairly priced for what you get.

Great service, the premises were generally clean. The burgers were good, downside is everything is a set meal, do can't just get a burger by itself. I had take out, it was only warm by the time I got home, so will ask for it to be super hot next time.

Extremely attentive staff! Delicious, fresh food of very high quality. Huge bonus is that it is excellent value for money. My sisters and I barely spoke, we literally tucked into our dinner in silence! The restaurant is very clean and the overall service was fantastic. We would absolutely recommend Fernandez Grill house and we know we will be returning.

First time ordering and I can safely say this is now my favourite take-away in Loughborough. Their burgers were perfectly made and delicious. Their normal & curly fries were fresh and incredibly tasty. I also ordered chicken tenders which were the 100 times nicer than KFC. I also had the grilled chicken , peri peri, and it was so much better than I expected. Tastier than nandos (But slightly overpriced, sorry!) everything Exceeded my expectations anyway. This place should have a higher rating on google. Thanks again!

The chips were amazing and don't even get me started with the chicken. My son and I really enjoyed our time in Fernandez Grillhous, and we will definitely come back again. Wednesday and Thursday they have an offer. So, I paid £20 for both of us including sides and drinks.👍

We frequent the restaurant in Loughborough, and have to say the food, the service and cleanliness is beyond good! Special mention to Rob and Ethan, who are excellent! One thing I would like from Fernandez is a reward card, we go at least four times a month and feel this would benefit regular customers. Other than that, always a throughly enjoyable eating experience, highly recommended. Thank you!

Delivery was very quick(30 min) food arrived nice and hot. The garlic bread was nicely toasted but it could have had more garlic flavour to it.

We had an amazing meal/feast at Fernandez. Tge staff (Roberto) was extremely polite, helful and friendly. We enjoyed the meal, which was well worth the price. Will definitely visit here again.
