Great atmosphere friendly quiz and staff the drinks were served very quickly and they had a wide variety of drinks which when asked you could try before you buy

Went into the pub today for some lunch place wasn’t clean but toilets were spotless ,there was no burgers as couldn’t get rolls , no ribs and no sirloin steaks .so we ordered garlic breaded mushrooms which were lush also ordered the nachos which came out all burnt and cheap salsa instead pico de gallo as stated on the menu . As soon as starters were finished main courses came straight out the waitress said they have been sat there waiting on the hot plate . First meal chicken and chips the leg was undercooked and the wings were all slimy, corn on the cob was cold . Then onto the lasagna which was burnt too a crisp and no meat in it at all just the sauce , and the 3rd meal was hunters chicken which was 2 small pieces of chicken which was burnt covered in slimy bacon , had a couple of mouthfuls and left wasn’t asked how the meals were once sat down , sadly won’t be coming back.

Great food, love the loaded chicken strips, the kids dessert menu is better than the adult one. Try the chocolate mania sundae. Plenty of parking close by.

An amazing meal last Friday evening. Served by lovely staff, not too long wait from ordering and food plentiful and hot. We were amazed at the value (2 meals for £11.99) and we will be back again this week! So nice to find somewhere that looks after customers, thank you!

The staff are so friendly here, making it a nice pub with a decent pint. Shout out to Charlotte who is always helpful and friendly and it’s lovely to see Tom has joined the team as well.

Went for Christmas day dinner it was ok but because I don't eat sprouts or carrots the only veg I got was cauliflower with cheese sauce which I didn't eat due to being the core which you don't serve as ive worked in a kitchen for 29yrs also the Christmas pudding was very chewy we couldn't eat it. We were supposed to have a hot beverage with a mince pie which we didn't get I did see a lot of wasted food on plates maybe the chef needs to improve his skills Also to do smaller meals for over 60s like you do for children

Food very average. One of our party had the signature dish. Nothing like the picture on menu. Tasted disgusting. Complained to i suppose was manager who didnt want to know. Not interested at all. Said dish was as it us and wouldnt reimburse or supply an alternative. Nothing. Wasnt bothered. No customer service whatever. Like it or lump it was how it was

We were hungry, and this was the first pub we came to. Really good place! Watch the football, family atmosphere can't fault it

We have been coming to this place since last August 2022. We fell upon it by accident really. We have been to several Greene King places but keep coming back to this one. The menu is the same as others but the food is far superior here to say the local hero. Must be to do with the chef etc😊 we moved to Lincolnshire but still have family in Leicestershire, if we're going for a meal together then Ring O Bells is our first choice. Dog friendly, which for us is a must. Our little dog can't be left in his own and he happily snoozes away in his own little buggy while we enjoy our meal etc. The staff have always been really helpful and work really hard.. Today there was one young lady who was behind the bar one minute, next time we saw her taking out meals, then clearing and cleaning tables. The restrooms are clean too.. Thanks again for nice couple of hours.. We're coming back soon with the rest of the family, 15th December.

Good pub food and drink for a great price

Lunch for three, we all had different choice and all were well cooked and presented. I had the festive macaroni cheese, and this was creamy and not at all stodgy and was first class. The side salad it came with was fresh and very different - superb. the other members of the party commented that their meal also exceeded expectations. Another Green King success ! I would add that we were also impressed by Chelsea who was polite, attentive and very efficient, similarly the barman who greeted us when we arrived was of a similar mind set. Great food, great sevice and atmosphere, next time we are in Loughborough we will be eating there.

Great night playing darts..great atmosphere. Served quickly by Damon. He was very helpful and polite. Quite a big pub and was serving on his own. Enjoyed the visit.

Went here on Saturday for a few drinks to be greeted by the wonderful DJ Damon at the bar had a great laugh with the entertainment of Damon preforming as drag would highly recommend it

We went here yesterday for my nans 70th birthday, (21st oct) the food was good, but the service was terrible, my nans partner got his food last which i think was very unfair, not on at all, the beers were nice and the wine. Could’ve been better but what can i say , overall my nan had a good birthday and we all had a good time celebrating, apart from the late food its an alright place to go, would recommend

Went to the drag karaoke night a few weeks back. Damon aka poppy was fantastic such a good night laughed all the way through and of course had to have a sing a long myself. Great night will definitely be back

Called in with friends for food last night and was really amazed with the freindly atmosphere and reasonably priced menu.. The staff were really attentive, especially a guy called Damian (or was it Damon? 🤔) he was so polite and helpful.. Would highly recommend this...

Absolutely amazing place took the wife and kids for some food, the food was delicious and the service was great. Think the guy that served us was called Tom and he couldn't do enough for us very helpful and polite 5 stars. Will be coming back again!

After a experience at one Green King, l was compensate with voucher. The customer services manager has been down to sort one establishment because of food that wasn't enjoyable. I visited another Green King Ring o bells the food wasn't at all enjoyable, dry tasteless and cold. I am completely misified why these establishment aren't properly monitored because, in the past it was a pleasure to pay for a meal and drinks. I felt my reimbursement was completely wasted from the last experience that was made unpleasant. Personally management of Green King needs someone reporting on different establishment, because obviously there franchises management are completely losing the idea about experience because they aren't actually insink with what people want. I have been a customer for years and I have come to the conclusion its failing people expectation of what the public want. I am wondering of Green King can step up ,and give us back that experience

Found the service more self service, having ordered drinks I was left in limbo to whether I needed to wait for my hot drink or not and also I had to keep on getting out of my chair to find items that should of been provided e.g. vinger, a tea spoon to stir the tea. The food was more appealing on the menu than in real life, as the food was cold. Lastly, found it a bit awkward when I went to restroom to see a dog coming out of a cubicle, I understand it's a dog friendly place but at least we don't need to share facilities, do we?

We have a greeneking were I live and it’s one of the best pubs, unfortunately the ring o bells in Loughborough doesn’t hold up the high standards of the others, my streak was burnt and I wanted it medium rare, the eggs where under cooked...

Came here for my daughters birthday meal. Table was easy to book and ammend accordingly to add more people on. Food came out really quick and no delay between all meals. Chick n mix was excellent. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely come again

We went at 6 pm on a Thursday but there were loads missing on the menu such as garlic bread, steaks, slow ribs and vegetable sticks..made ordering really hard. Some of the little bits of steak they did cook was very overdone and chewy. The kitchen door constantly bangs with real force as one side has no slow close..really loud and annoying.

Called in tonight after parking my truck for the night, I had the new flatbread with a side of chips and cheesy Mac and cheese, omg what flavour absolutely delicious, only slight criticism and I mean slight, it could have done with a bit more chicken, washed down with a couple of pints of Green King IPA nectar, well done Green King I will be back
