The burrito was absolutely delicious, highly recommend

Really great burritos and friendly service! There's more hot sauce on the table if the salsa isn't packing enough of a punch. Having a nice selection of Jarritos flavors made it feel authentic.

Always fantastic food and good value

Saw a promo poster in Puregym thought I'd try it out. The promo was waffle, you have to pay more for the extra meat. Doesn't feel or taste authentic. Burrito wasn't great. Not sure how this place has such good reviews, maybe I just went on an off day. Good place to try once and not go back, I think value for the price wasn't there either.

Ordered the food and heard nothing after an hour and a half. When we finally got through to them they simply said they were busy and something was wrong with the order. We were told they were trying to sort a driver but the food wasn’t even being made. I was told I would get a call back in a few minutes to sort it out, heard nothing for nearly half an hour. At this point I have called again to cancel and get a refund where I was just told to email someone and they will deal with it and was given no info on when this would come through or why the issue had even happened. This is not the first time I have had issues with Plan burrito, delivery times being more than double what was stated, cold food and no explanation. Will not be ordering from there again.

Good food but waited ages as one poor ‘chef’ dealt with a queue.

The burrito I had was incredible, one of the best I've tried. If you order the 'really large' burrito, keep in mind it really is massive. The churros could have been better, 3/5, not crispy enough. Also, my takeout bag held the weight of my food for about a minute before collapsing. Otherwise great experience.

Phenomenal burritos. Best in Leicestershire by a country mile, always fast service with a smile! Highly recommended. Been coming here for years and they've never disappointed!

This is one of the best Mexican places this side of the Atlantic. Having spent years living in southern California and countless trips across the border into Mexico, Plan Burrito is the most authentic tasting burritos I've managed to find in the UK. They are fresh, the meat is exceptionally good, and I highly recommend to anyone that loves Mexican food. The smoked pork is amazing and the chicken is also a favourite. While not authentic per se, the southwest sauce makes a nice change and compliments the burritos well. If not in the mood for that, the traditional sour cream and guacamole is always a winner!

Food was great, very filling. It was my first time there and the attendant explained it to me. The meal deal wasn't pointed out or mentioned so I may have spent more than I needed to when I could've spent less for more. I would just say they should point out meal deals with customers so they can save a bit. The disco music videos on screen were a bit out of theme I expected more of a Hispanic influence but that may be just me. Overall good experience, just be sure to grab a meal deal to spend less.

Honestly one of the best places to eat in Loughborough. Food is fresh and delicious and just as tasty as you get in the southern US (closest I’ve been to date to Mexico). Service always quick and friendly, too. Can’t recommend enough. Long may it reign. ¡Viva Plan Burrito!

I saw this place when I was looking for a quick bit of lunch following a client meeting. What a find! Incredible burrito, just wish I lived closer so I could make it a regular visit! Highly recommend

It's a great fast food restaurant. Food is amazing and portion is generous. What I liked most about it, is the fact that I felt as if I was travelling when I ate it.... and this proves that it was a worthy experience. I'll do it again for sure...

Ordered 2 really big burritos, 1 chicken, and 1 beef brisket, and decided to get a small caramel beef one too to share as had never heard of this and fancied trying it, we weren't disappointed with any of it, it was delicious, have to say, the caramel beef one had to be my favourite, so next time we go I think I'll go for a really big one of those, the lady who served us was lovely and polite, good customer service is very important, 👍

Not from the area so after a long days graft I needed some solid food in me . Stumbled across this joint , pure gamble but it paid off . The best burrito Iv ever eaten , full of fillings flavour and great value . Would highly recommend Smashed the whole thing in the car then went back in to give credit for the food Never been in before , staff at the counter helped me through , as easy as ordering a subway . Will be back when in the area

This was different to the last time we had a takeaway. My order should have been ready, I called it in. I still was not even spoken to for 10 minutes. The food was 5 star about 9 months ago. Unfortunately today I can only give 3.

Amazing! Best burrito I've ever had 🌯🌯🌯 First time going so I just copied what the Mrs had which is Regular size, lime and coriander rice, black beans, beef brisket, veggies, red jalapeno, medium sauce, guac, sour cream and cheese. Basically just say yes to everything. I don't know why that combination is so good, but you must try it. Cant wait to go again. Not sure what that 2 star review is about? They're definitely open on a Tuesday, because I went today 05-04-2022. The only negative thing I can say is how they reply to negative reviews. Doesn't look very good on the company.

Amazing burrito and great service

Pretty disappointing. Bowl was a mess and sauce was very like mayonnaise. Couldn’t taste the chicken and most of the ingredients. Chilli was in huge chunks. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again.

I was there with my class and we all had an amazing experience. I had the BEST burrito, and I could choose all the ingredients myself, which was nice (I am a picky eater) The service was also AMAZING - the staff was so nice and friendly. Over all I would definitely recommend this place. Plus it is very affordable!

Simple menu but it works, there is now a seating area at the back so you can eat in or take away. Staff are very friendly, the place is kept organised and clean.

This is a great spot to check out, especially if you want good food for a good price! I recommend the chicken burrito, but nothing I had here was bad at all:) LP was working and served me up right. Very convenient too as not much food is open at this time!

This place makes your burrito in the same way Subway makes your baguettes, although Plan Burrito is infinitly better than Subway.

Unfortunately, the rest of the staff do not make the Burrito as well as the manager (Alex) and I would not go unless he's there. But when he's there, omg this is one of the best things I've ever eaten in my life. Please please teach everyone there exactly how to make the burritos like the burrito master. Apart from that, amazing food and great value for money. There isn't a big and fancy sitting area, just a few tables, but still a very cosy atmosphere and would recommend 100%.

Wicked service and food. So filling

They got my order wrong but their customer service was amazing, not only are they refunding me the £9.50 burrito they're also refunding me £5.50 to say sorry, so kind, i'm very grateful!!

The food, flavours and pricing was excellent. The service was just very slow, seemed understaffed.

Been eating here for awhile now. Delicious food and definitely the best burritos in town. Had an issue where the uber eats driver didnt deliver the food (not there fault) and Piper was nice enough to help me out even though uber eats wouldnt. 5 star food with 5 star customer service. (From the new London store on its first day) unbelievable flavours with the southwest burrito with very tender beef brisket. Generous size and incredible value. Steve and Usman welcoming hosts and all round a great experience! Would highly recommend!

Went inside and had some food and drinks, didn’t particularly enjoy it at all. Didn’t taste too good and didn’t feel fresh. Customer service was average, the drinks were nice however. Not sure I liked the atmosphere. Ultimately I wouldn’t go back here again.

Fresh and tasty- let down by the small portion for the burrito bowl. Ordered for takeaway had to wait a while to pick up even though the app said it was ready.

Great place, although was a bit crowded when we arrived and there was only one staff memberduringt that time so it took a while to get our order, though it took time to get our food the burritos were good. A really well themed store with a good background to have fun.

Not great for vegetarians unless you want a mushroom burrito. Also you get 4x as much nachos as you get enough dip for in the meal deal.

Thought we'd try this place for lunch. Veg burrito was tasteless but other half loved his pulled pork one. Service was completely off-putting, lady seemed like she was forced to work there. The way she was chucking the fillings onto our burritos was as if she was throwing rubbish into the bin
