We visited plan burrito last Sunday as a family. The food was brilliant but even better was the service. A blonde haired lady was brilliant with my 2 year old, giving her a sticker and making her feel included. Thank you so much for great food and great staff, we're looking forward to our next burrito.

I was blown away by the creativity of the menu.

First time ordering, the food tasted amazing arrived still warm. Will definitely order from here again.

I was missing nachos from a meal deal

Got takeaway, everything was very tasty, made to order and priced well. The really big burrito is an impressive amount of food.

What a lovely meal it was delivered to Shepshe. Wil within the time and food was nice and hot. We went for the medium burritos and I chopped mine in half , it was all I could eat as it was very well packed. Wonderful flavours which were not to overpowering You could tell all the ingredients are fresh and well wrapped I will definitely be recommending you to my friends. Stupidly over priced. Handful of nachos with a minimal amount of cheese on, with no other toppings for £9 is ridiculous. Burrito was alright, but not worth £17 in the absolute slightest.

I waited for more than 90 minutes for the order, in the end have to collect myself.

The nachos were stale and there was hardly any cheese on them. Not impressed this time!

Sooooo slow, there’s a huge queue and I’ve been at the front of it waiting for my order to be taken for about half an hour.

This is absolutely one of the best Burrito places ever . The food is fresh and tastes superb. Menu options excellent too. The service is lovely and you are asked what you would like as you watch your food being prepared. If you fancy Mexican go here is a must eat in or takeaway.

When ordering for collection is super slow.. might as well just order in the restaurant, takes ages. When ordering for delivery takes AGESSS. Food is nice tho 👌🏽

Burritos were stone cold and the nachos were stale and soggy. Would not recommend.

the food sent was not as advertised. ad was " classic nachos" what I received was a pile of cheap Doritos, nasty melted cheese and some sour cream and guacamole that I had to order as extras. how is this Nachos? they also tasted disgusting and were inedible. just eat condoned false advertising and inedible food and refused to do anything about this vile food. avoid this restaurant and seriously re think using just eat. Excellent choice of fillings and the Burritos themselves were amazing. Would highly recommend. There is a small seating area at the back, which was great as it was raining heavily outside.

I have had the ultimate best experiences and amazing burritos at Loughborough Plan Burrito. 110% recommend visiting. The staff are amazing. You’ll be happy for sure! Nadia, Gabby and Kieran really deserve the world and more. They accommodated you to your dietary needs (Yes they do have vegan options, just ask) they’ll definitely help you and show you info charts too! They’ll explain everything which is great for first timers. They made each time I visited absolutely amazing and left me with a happy day and tummy. I haven’t met any of the other staff but I am sure they all are just as welcoming, friendly and talented as Nadia, Gabby and Kieran. Sorry If I have spelt any names incorrectly. Each time I was too excited to eat my burrito when it was made hahah. If I am in Loughborough again I will 100% visit again! Thank you!

Literally the best burrito I had

This was my first and last visit. I ordered a burrito, and the experience was terrible. The lady who took my order was extremely rude. When I asked to remove the rice I initially chose, she rudely threw it away, with most of it ending up on the floor. She then opened a new burrito, filled it with meat, and didn’t even ask if I wanted any veggies or other toppings. Everything she added, like the jalapeños, was placed haphazardly and all on one side. The burrito tasted bad, and the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely disappointing.

Only downside is waiting time, I waited 40 mins for my order and only one person was serving she looked so stressed as they were around 10 people waiting (delivery drivers and some walk in customers). It was clear that you can't manage everything alone at busy times and should have second person on the counter always to avoid delays and smooth flow

Just a warning! Not the restaurant’s fault, but there’s an issue with the app where using “order it again” from previous orders, gets you the exact same burrito, whereas the “order again?” popup when you go via your favourites makes the same order but with all the options removed. Me and my girlfriend have been having plan burrito on special occasions for months but today got a pair of burritos with nothing but chicken in, and of course at 14 quid per burrito we can’t afford to reorder.

I paid for extra beef but I did not get that much extra and a portion of the beef was fat

Ordered on Ubereats and food was well presented and enjoyable. However I felt the salsa, guacamole and sour cream were really quite tasteless and were all basically interchangable, unless a spicy salsa where you could taste the heat. Everything was fresh and ok and my fault for adding these 3 sauces on all my items (nachos, burrito and tacos) but yeah just dulled the tastes unfortunately for my preference.

Got sent all the way to Plan Burrito in Loughborough from Coalville to pick up a couple of burritos for dinner - and I’d do it again. Food was spot on, will definitely be coming back. Friendly staff, no complaints from me.

Was served by Amber and Nadia both were brilliant, everything tasted good, seats were clean and the actual kitchen area bit was spotless aswell despite the amount of takeaway orders coming through. Cheaper and nicer to go in person than on any app.

Delicious. Went as a family for super quick dinner before the cinema. Ordered beef brisket burrito meal deals and a kids' burrito meal deal. Can't wait to go back.

Had delivered, the food arrived hot. Tasted great, was more fast food than restaurant quality but very tasty, would happily order again.

Food is amazing (as always!) and delivery was on time however the driver forgot to deliver the drink, and when I went through the process of a refund through Just Eat, I was unable to request a refund for the missing item (a drink) so it's not a very good system as the restaurant suffers when it was not the restaurants fault.

Really great burritos and friendly service! There's more hot sauce on the table if the salsa isn't packing enough of a punch. Having a nice selection of Jarritos flavors made it feel authentic.

Saw a promo poster in Puregym thought I'd try it out. The promo was waffle, you have to pay more for the extra meat. Doesn't feel or taste authentic. Burrito wasn't great. Not sure how this place has such good reviews, maybe I just went on an off day. Good place to try once and not go back, I think value for the price wasn't there either.

I used to live on burritos in dublin and it had been years since I'd been to a good old-fashioned proper burrito bar where they build it in front of you just to your liking. This is exactly what I got! Friendly welcome, advise on what flavours go with what ingredients best, two girls working the counter that acted like they have shared in the company and care what you think of the food. An all round, proper. burrito. bar! Well done them!

Feel guilty about my two star review now! I ordered a couple of weeks ago, and got plan nachos with just melted cheese on for £8.50, then realised tonight when I reordered that it was my error and I hadn’t selected the correct options! A delicious meal, beautifully presented and well on time.!

The food is so nice I have never had a bad experience here . The staff are also lovely too . The only thing I would state that the sides and equipment could be cleaner around the food . As this was a little off putting . The tinfoil plastic cover was very dirty that was next to the food and there was dried old rice all down the cracks next to the dishes of fresh rice . So this isn’t been cleaned regular and looked pretty disgusting. But gloves were changed often .

One item missing completely from the order. Another contained pork in place of chicken. Restaurant would not rectify the issue, just palming us off to Just Eat to sort out a refund ourselves. As a repeat customer, we chose PB as they always seemed reliable, if a bit expensive. Their mistake and dismissive attitude spoiled a special evening on this occasion.

Everything was good. I ordered a plan for 1 beef brisket burrito bowl but they forgot my drink which is really annoying as my last order on just eat didn’t even come and the next one has missing items.

The driver was at the wrong address and wouldn’t come to the correct address so I had to walk to where he was parked then walk back with my food which had gone cold.

Ordered the food and heard nothing after an hour and a half. When we finally got through to them they simply said they were busy and something was wrong with the order. We were told they were trying to sort a driver but the food wasn’t even being made. I was told I would get a call back in a few minutes to sort it out, heard nothing for nearly half an hour. At this point I have called again to cancel and get a refund where I was just told to email someone and they will deal with it and was given no info on when this would come through or why the issue had even happened. This is not the first time I have had issues with Plan burrito, delivery times being more than double what was stated, cold food and no explanation. Will not be ordering from there again.

The burrito I had was incredible, one of the best I've tried. If you order the 'really large' burrito, keep in mind it really is massive. The churros could have been better, 3/5, not crispy enough. Also, my takeout bag held the weight of my food for about a minute before collapsing. Otherwise great experience.

This is one of the best Mexican places this side of the Atlantic. Having spent years living in southern California and countless trips across the border into Mexico, Plan Burrito is the most authentic tasting burritos I've managed to find in the UK. They are fresh, the meat is exceptionally good, and I highly recommend to anyone that loves Mexican food. The smoked pork is amazing and the chicken is also a favourite. While not authentic per se, the southwest sauce makes a nice change and compliments the burritos well. If not in the mood for that, the traditional sour cream and guacamole is always a winner!

Phenomenal burritos. Best in Leicestershire by a country mile, always fast service with a smile! Highly recommended. Been coming here for years and they've never disappointed!

Burrito and drink very good - didn’t know what to expect from nachos but not my thing.

Food was great, very filling. It was my first time there and the attendant explained it to me. The meal deal wasn't pointed out or mentioned so I may have spent more than I needed to when I could've spent less for more. I would just say they should point out meal deals with customers so they can save a bit. The disco music videos on screen were a bit out of theme I expected more of a Hispanic influence but that may be just me. Overall good experience, just be sure to grab a meal deal to spend less.

Honestly one of the best places to eat in Loughborough. Food is fresh and delicious and just as tasty as you get in the southern US (closest I’ve been to date to Mexico). Service always quick and friendly, too. Can’t recommend enough. Long may it reign. ¡Viva Plan Burrito!
