Never arrived and after rang them once was told 2 minutes waited 30 and when i rang again i got no response, tragic

the fish and chips I ordered were greasy and tasted discusting.will never order from this place again.

Food never arrived, driver went to wrong address and they've refused to issue a refund.

we ordered a large donner kebab with salad and sauce and got a small donner no salad and wrong sauce and my wife's burger was cold I tried to contact you to complain and get the right order but got nowhere SO I WILL NOT BE ORDERING from you ever again and will try others never to order from you..... Mr N Smalley...

Missing items on order no one seems interested in resolving it

This food was ordered around 18.20. It turns up at 21.25, 3 hours it took to come. After phoning them twice and the answer machine was on both times. Waited until 21.15 and then ordered from somewhere else. At 21.25 this meal turns up, cold. Told the driver we had ordered elsewhere due to how long it’s taken. Of which he put it inside the door and left ignoring what he was being told, that we did not want it as ordered elsewhere. I would like a refund for this meal as we did not want it.

Incredibly chewy and lack of salt, vinegar

my delivery was on time however.the chips were missing. and the chicken tasted like it was just warmed up from lunchtime and the potato fritter. was more batter than potato. this is the 1st time we had issues with the order ever. so I would expect some discount on on my next order. carl

Food ordered 20.23 - eta approx 1 hour. Received text at 21.28 saying running late. I rang 3 times - answer machine. 23.20 driver rang asking me to come to the door - he wasn’t at our door and I told him we didn’t want the food as we were going to bed! Just Eat App says food was delivered at 21.55! I have left a voicemail today but no response.

Order never arrived, when calling restaurant the phone goes straight to voicemail so unable to get an update/check if anything has gone wrong.

Ordered at around 4:10pm food arrived 6pm roughly. Called twice. The man on the phone was polite and apologetic for the delay said we would get a complementary drink. I think the driver forgot to give it to us. Overall the chips seemed fresh and was nice. The Chicken was nice too.

no salad. Regular chips was only a handful. nan was burnt and greasy. Tikka meat was full of oil and only a handful of chips. Delivery time was not as stated when ordered- over an hour later. Will not order online again.

I asked for them not to put mayonaise on the tandoori chicken and chips, to put it in a separate pot, arrived smothered in mayonaise, the salad option needs to be added to when you select the sauces, abit confusing and £11.40 for a "tandoori" chicken kebab abit steep as I didn't realise how to add salad onto order until the food arrived and I checked again on the just eat page. and the chicken to me wasn't tandoori. can get the same chicken at today's catch. won't be ordering again.

Fish is incredible. Best in Leicester if not the UK.

wow! it's the first time we have tried this place but it won't be the last, the produce was fresh, vibrant and cooked superbly, the chicken coating was light and fluffy as was the batter on the fish. I highly recommend this place (we had chicken naan kebab, fried chicken, fish chips and mushy peas and all were superb) even the delivery guy was very smiley and polite! 🤣

extremely late, there is no reason as of why, just busy, by the time it did arrive I had to refuse it as I needed to eat. they called to let me know it will be late. appalling really. wouldn't even asked why I had refused my delivery, probably would have Been cold.

ordered on the restaurants website then 30mins after ordering it they cancelled my order as they say to busy then ordered exactly the same order on just eat and then excepted it 🙃 😑

Food took 1:40hr to be delivered, driver was completely unbothered when I asked why it took so long. I ordered and paid for mix meat naan meal and got small doner, no tikka or tandoori chicken. No sauce even though it was specified in the notes… chips were stone cold too… normally very good but awful service and food this time!

Ordered at 1830 estimated 1930 which for 2 kebabs and a portion of chips is fine logged it as late at 1950 they altered there estimate to 2020 said there driver hadn’t showed up when I phoned then had a message to say there was traffic food actually arrived at 2025

I give a bit of allowance for lateness for New Year and apparently some flooding as well, but you order a large item, you expect to receive large and not small. So very disappointed with that. It's a shame because the food is delicious.

If you want fish and chips, ignore the review rating. My haddock was too big for the box and the chips were plenty. The battered large sausage was just right. Give it a go!

I was 1 item short , 1 can of coke , apart from that good service .

It said i would b delievered at 17:40 then it said 18:25-18:45 then turns up at 19:00. It was too late for my kids to eat when it turned up so mini fish 1 sausage and 1 chips went to waste. Not happy at all

We live 5 mins down the road but delivery took 1h20m. Third time it’s taken over an hour for delivery. When complaint registered they refuse refund.

Was very unimpressed with the shish kebab on a naan. Chichen was dry, tough and very burnt. Usually the kebabs are fantastic. But this wasn't.

The tandoori chicked kebab tasted great

Food was cold the bun wasn't even toasted and the burger was very thin and hard overcooked only good thing was the delivery time maybe if they had not come early they would of taken care in there food more

Food great , BUT PLEASE GET YOUR ORDERS CORRECT, I didn’t order chips with ANY mixed kebab, i am really sorry, as I love your food, but I don’t get what I’ve ordered . If going to continue being wrong I will have to look at changing shops, I am spending nearly £125 month with you

Did not call, was soggy and cold absolutely abysmal normally it's perfect.

On time when you consider the estimated delivery time. But to be waiting over 1 and a half hours is not okay really. The food was warm, not hot.

Fantastic food , nice and hot , prefer your new plastic containers for curry sauce service back to normal.

I was informed that our food was delayed until 21:55 but it arrived 15 minutes early at 21:15. I was 5 minutes away from home when the delivery guy called me, he wasn't willing to wait and left in on the door step going cold.

50 minutes early, wrong order , no one answered phone when I called. I have no problem with quality of the food , it is very good . BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE needs to be reviewed, I’ve been over charged for what I received 😡not happy

The fish was okay, the chips were too thick and greasy, maybe undercooked, and the batter on the sausage was rock hard, i was disappointed because the quality has been better in the past.

Haven’t ordered from here while a long time but its most definitely improved massively. We had 3 kebabs of various sizes and they were all massive and very tasty. Chips were awesome too. Will be ordering again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Chips looked like they’d been reheated 3 times meat texture was cheap full of watter . Phoned asked to speak to the manager said we are too busy . I said about the food he didn’t offer a refund or anything just said are chips are usually nice right? 🤷‍♂️😂

Over an hour and a half wait for a chips and sausage order still not arrived.

This is the first time ordering from Marine and it won't be the last. The chips were cooked perfectly and the kebabs are the best I have had in a long time, hot and fresh. 5 stars all the way 😁👍

Missing pepsi, called the store straight away and told would be delivered in 10 minutes, and hour and half later, nothing. To top it off the food was cold like it had been sat around a while. There’s a reason the ratings for this place are rubbish, avoid it!

Food was good, nothing bad to say about it bar that is says on Sundays the chips at battered and they weren’t. Not 100% if I needed to request them but it does say that that is what they serve on Sundays instead of normal chips.

2 kebabs on 15/3/23 Always have my kebabs from here but not anymore. Online ordering has changed so you now have to pick what you want on the kebab but, you can only pick one item ( so you tick lettuce and that's all you get). Sorry but we like our kebabs with all the salad and you don't get that anymore so won't be ordering them online anymore.

Absolute Rubbish, I got Diarrhoea the next morning. The fish and chips was drenched in oil. Very unhygienic. PLEASE DONT GO! If they delete my review, you will see what happens! AVOID! I have even got pictures of proof..
