Yes it's in a service station. Found on Google maps and was hesitant on arrival however this is actually a sit in Nandos inside a lovely building. The restaurant was full but only had a 15 minute wait to be seated at around 7pm. Waited a bit longer for food to arrive after ordering and paying on app. Standard Nandos which as per tasted great. Prices were not inflated as usually expected in service stations and service was as usual in a Nandos. All good.

This is by far the best Nando's in the whole wide world. If you want an experience, dine in on a Tuesday. We innocently came in for our usual 10 wings with 2 regular sides. We were served by Jack. We enjoyed our heart meal then Jack asked if we'd tried their desserts and the satisfaction in my family's faces told me we should just keep doing this. The warm chocolate pudding sent me to the seventh heaven. If you haven't tried it, try it. If you've tried it before try the one from this Nando's branch. Trust me its an investment with instant returns. From my experience in retail I know it's very hard to keep a smile on ones face and inspite having a really bad day the Nando's staff and Leeds Skelton Lake brightened my day making it THE CENTRE of MENTAL WELLNESS. We were staying at the hotel at Skelton Lakes and didn't want to drive out to a restaurant so we decided to give Nando's a try. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by a member of staff and shown to a table. She asked if we were familiar with the ordering system and when I told her that we have never been to a Nando's before she explained how it all worked. We were very impressed with the vibe of the place, it really didn't feel like we were in a service station. The food was much better than we expected and we will definitely go to this particular Nando's again because the staff were super friendly and helpful.....they made us feel like we were on our holidays!

Run out of chicken on the bone and chicken livers and a few other dishes. Some available and weren't in some showed as an available. The staff didn't tell us this when they seated us and waited till we ordered before saying we haven't got that of that of that. When I complained miraculously they could find some chicken on the bone the very rude manager didn't seem to understand that at this stage it was a bit too late he was very hacked off when I canceled our 90 pound Bill and said we'd go next door to KFC. This manager really needs to learn how to deal with upset customers without getting aggressive. We attended this restaurant at 20:15 on Sunday 18th February

Very popular and busy branch of Nandos. However, very quick to get a table considering. The service was very good and food came hot and fresh in a timely manner. Can't fault it at all. One thing we noticed was that they didn't have their own restrooms, but the ones in the services were more than adequate.

Came on a Saturday night. The staff was saying there was a 20 min wait to which we had to wait outside even though there were Atleast 5 tables free inside for us to take a seat inside. Hostess came across patronising.

Been here a few times, dealt with Lauren whilst here and probably the best restaurant service I've ever had. 10/10

Great food, helpful customer service

Walked in to ask if they could do takeout which they could. One of us has a gluten intolerance and immediately they produced a tablet with all the allergy info per dish. The manager then took over the order personally and guided us through the order even modified the dish required. Then broke out the allergy food kit. dished up the salad base using separate tongs. They used a separate grill for the chicken cooking and whipped the order together really nicely. Very impressed as nothing was too much trouble. Food was hot. fresh tasty and quick.

Pretty good for a service station restaurant! Food is as good as always, service is a little compromised.

Go a few times a week. Never rammed, clean quick service and staff are always happy and friendly. Also free and easy parking. The one at The Springs is filthy and parking is ridiculous.

Tried the new fully loaded chips & they’re definitely a great shout!!! Consistency like Nando’s always the service here on busy packed Saturday afternoon was great. Table’s & environment was clean. Overall a 10/10 experience

Only gave 3 for atmosphere as two young lads were vaping openly at the table next to a table with 3 children on.

The food was great but unfortunately they don't have halal food options to you would have to opt for vegan items.

I came to this Nando’s restaurant when stopping off at the service station with my partner. When we were waiting for a table, the individual who greeted us didn’t smile or welcome us in with a polite and friendly manner. When we went to order our meal, the order wasn’t repeated.. our food came but the order was wrong, when we questioned this the individual serving us didn’t apologise or offer an alternative it was just “that’s what is said on the receipt”. Such a poor attitude and not one we would, expect having been to various Nando’s restaurants. The creamy mash was inedible and we were practically finished when we were asked if our food was okay. Really disappointing experience, will not be returning to this Nando’s anytime soon.

Been here multiple times, service is always good really efficient. Usually quite a nice atmosphere and never been that noisy/rowdy. Food's good quality as expected.

I love Nandos. This one was alright but they got rid of their coffee machine and I like my latte from there when I go. This Nandos didn't provide coffee... Food was fabulous. When the coffee machine is back, that will complete the whole experience for me...

Three of us stopped here for lunch after a long drive, staff were friendly and food was spot on, clean and tidy, nicely laid out. Will be back.

Great little nandos restaurant. Same price as a regular nandos even though its at a service station. Quick service and good food.

Not the best Nando's we've been to. The burger bun was dry, the broccoli undercooked, the corn overcooked. Still, it saved me cooking and the whole family will eat here. The app stopped working so we had to go up and order. Other down points were the frozen yoghurt machine was broken and they've taken sweet potatoes fries off the menu. Sad times.

Chicken was over cooked and dry (this shouldnt happen in nandos its a chicken restaurant)and there was no halumi sticks staff was nice and helpful

Usually we like to go to Nandos on the way back but this time the portions where alot smaller and the wraps had more Lettuce and chilli jam than chicken. Sorry skeltonlake nandos , the staff on the other hand are lovely

Good choice for a quick meal if you want something halfway healthy on the road. Ordering is via your phone (or at the counter), you pay when you order so no waiting around for the bill. Lots of free parking.

The food as always at nandos was spot on and there really is something for all the family to enjoy. The boneless thighs were excellent and I love all the sauces. I have removed one star because of the way we had to place our order. Using the qr code and and ordering and paying online. It was such a faf. By the time we had ordered and received our food. We had been there over half an hour. Sure it may be easier for the waiting staff, but it is far more time consuming and due to lack of interaction with the staff, I would imagine tips are a lot lower now as well. There may be a time and place for it, but I would of liked to have been given the option to just order through a waitress.

Absolute shambles. Got seated and were asked have we been to Nandos before and said yes. We were then told we can't order at the till unless paying cash as they didn't have enough staff on.(this is after previously encouraging people to use card due to covid)This didn't make sense as surely it takes as long if not longer than paying on card. We were told we had to use an QR code to make our order which we tried doing but after taking an age to load our orders the payment wouldn't process. We ended up walking out and going elsewhere. Waste of time.

We stopped at services on our way to wakefield. Ussually not much choice, but we were pleased to see a Nandos. Food fresh and not long wait. All staff friendly and willing to help

Me and my family came here to dine, before we headed into town for a family do. The service was fast food was amazing and the staff well what can I say where fantastic, a young lady called Claire was so caring, attentive and really looked after our family, the children loved her so much that they asked me and my husband to come back. When we are ever in Leeds again we will definitely be visiting this Nando’s for sure.

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered a fino pita which I regularly order however it was my first time at this restaurant, the wrap was absolutely disgusting the chicken in side was similar to jelly fish as it was so slimy. I I told a member of staff and They came over and took it away, when they returned they offered me a free dessert however I had not finished my food and it was still a problem. I will never ever be returning to Nando’s

The welcome was great, and after trying to get to grips with ordering online, a lady noticed we had been sat a while, and came to over to help. I am so sorry I didn't get your name, but I did tell you your customer service is second to none. An absolute asset to the nandos brand. The food was gorgeous when it arrived.

Popped in for a quick lunch. Service from Tiegan J was amazing from start to finish! Even brought me a jug of ice water after telling her I was hungover. 5* overall every time I’ve been, all staff friendly and helpful

kindness @ 100% The staff here almost brought me to tears with their kindness. Harry & Charlie were absolutely wonderful, they made us feel unbelievably looked after & welcome. Compared to other branches this is the only Nandos I will return to. I hope the hardwork of Charlie & Harry is seen & rewarded.

We visited this store for the first time this afternoon and was very impressed. The guy who served us, Charlie I think his name was amazing, he was so friendly and made sure we had what we needed and was more than happy to make our visit enjoyable, food was fantastic as always, will definitely visit this Nando's again :)

Food was of the same good standard that you'd expect from a Nando's. The service was very quick - much quicker than a typical store! Staff were friendly too.

It was our first time at Nando’s and we had a great experience! The staff were very polite and explained everything well. The restaurant was cleaned regularly, there was also a hand washing station for staff and customers in the middle of the restaurant. There was a QR system in place for ordering and paying for food which in the pandemic. For starters we shared some Halloumi sticks which were great! For our mains, my mum had the Beanie pitta and I had the Great imitator pitta and both were amazing, my mum said it “it was the best sandwich” she ever had! I had some of the coconut gelado for dessert and it was very refreshing. I would really recommend visiting here, I know we will likely be returning.
