Great value with really tasty food. Lunch and Pre theatre well worth having! Wine was really nice too!

The food, service and atmosphere were all amazing. Our server was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Our teenagers also felt very comfortable and welcome.

We enjoyed a perfect night, from the great Argentinian matured meats and Malbec wines, to the heated terrasse, and, especially, Edoardo's warm welcome and wisdom.

Had a great time yesterday at Gaucho Piccadilly! The place has a really nice vibe, perfect for a dinner out. We tried the marinated steaks, the Chipotle Ancho and Colita de Lomo, and both were packed with flavour and cooked just right. Seriously delicious. Big thanks to our waiter Piotr, who was super friendly and looked after us so well. Also, a shoutout to Anton, the manager, for checking in and making us feel really welcome. It’s little touches like that which make the experience even better. Definitely planning to come back soon!

Unfortunately, the order taken for two was wrong for one, meaning one person ate, one waited, a side dish was undercooked, the brunch offer of unlimited chips never materialised, and it was just very underwhelming and disappointing. The staff were pleasant but could have done more to correct what was a disappointing experience.

I’ve been to Gaucho on several occasions, and this time I went for dinner and drinks with a friend after work. Everything was great, as usual! We asked our waiter, Bruno, for some starter recommendations, and he was exceptional in every. I’m looking forward to coming back again!

Went with my wife without a table reservation. We got a nice table. Although the restaurant was almost full, 2 can usually fit easily. Our waiter Pjott took care of everything brilliantly and without gestures. Recommended and advised first timers. Steak and everything was delicious. Wine recommendation napakimppi. First time, but not the last.

Food was nice but very expensive and not really the full Argentinian experience. Even with my marathon discount, it cost over £90 for 3 of us.

Edison and Chisae were amazing. Edison was our waiter and he was fabulous. Chisae is the manager who talked to us for a long time at our table? She is a wonderful manager. The meal was super. The service was excellent and our waiter Edison make sure we were taking care of it every way possible. It’s a must eat at restaurant. I highly highly recommend it.

We had a lovely experience at Gaucho Piccadilly on our last evening in London. The food, drinks & atmosphere were wonderful. Our waitress Josephine was very attentive to our table & made our 6 yr old granddaughters last night very special. She translated a message in French in her journal from our trip. ❤️

More than 5 star I would say. Reservation is very easy and they’re very helpful even if you have to modify your booking. Staff are friendly and professional. Edison in charge our table who’s responsible and a plus with a very positive vibe (absolutely get rid of your “challenge” day!!) We had filet and today’s special both delicious. Also some tenderstem broccoli and mushrooms (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED MUSHROOMS!!!!!!!!). Everything’s perfect cooked If you’re into wine, feel free to ask any suggestions by your favorite flavour Have to mention about the desert !! Sorry can’t remember the name but it’s the one with tropical fruit and crispy crepe!! Absolutely will come back again and highly recommended especially any celebrations xx

Édison from Brazil is the best server I have ever had.

The food was exceptional the waiter Piotrec was so professional and nice, he explained all the cuts for the meat and recommended the ones that he likes the most. Hand cut chips were really good and the cuadril rump blue point was excellent. We tried also the garlic roasted mushrooms and they were so well cooked. Really recommend this place for a good meat quality and amazing service

I chose to sit outside. Very friendly staff and helpful to decide from drinks to food. The marinated fillet was simply amazing, which also applies for the tropical fruit mille-feullie. The margarita cocktail spicy, but tasteful.

This restaurant is absolutely stunning—the kind of place you walk into and immediately feel impressed. The décor is elegant and modern, with just the right touch of cozy. Whether you’re there for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends, the atmosphere makes it feel special. Now, about the food: the menu has some great options, and the flavors are usually spot on. I will say, they don’t always get the steak just right—mine has come out a little over or undercooked a couple of times. But what keeps me coming back is how gracious and responsive the staff always are. They never hesitate to make it right, often offering something complimentary or going the extra mile to ensure you’re happy by the end of your meal. In short, it’s a beautiful place with heart. No spot is perfect, but when the team cares enough to fix their missteps with generosity and kindness, that’s what leaves a lasting impression.

It very hard to video a good restaurant in London. Here you have the opportunity for the best food, service and environment. The service was outstanding and Marie was really just perfect. Thank you for the experience! I definitely recommend this restaurant!

We had dinner in this very welcoming restaurant, impeccable service, we didn't understand much English but the waitress named Bianca spoke Italian well and was helpful. I would give 5 stars only to her because she was very very nice and professional.

I came to Gaucho Picadilly on Wednesday evening (9th April) and had a 5.15pm reservation and would just like to sincerely pass on my gratitude to Alex, our waiter- he was so kind, attentive and warm! He made sure every part of our meal was enjoyed and kept topping up our water and also kindly took initiative to ask the Chef if there was something that could be made for me for dessert as I had seen something with Coconut on the lunch set menu that wasn't available at the time. He really went above and beyond and I was compelled to write a glowing review of him and pass on my thanks once again,

Amazing service and food! We had a really nice dinner, which was made special by the service of a lovely yet attentive and professional girl called Sofia. We initially only meant to have some drinks at the bar, which we did, but then we decided to stay for dinner, we then moved outside from the bar and we had dinner outside, starters suggested by Sofia were Lovely, same for the main courses and dessert! A really nice dinner and experience overall !

I went back to Gaucho to celebrate my birthday, and everything was amazing, just like last time. The atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion, and the food was top-notch. We were served by Bruno, and his service was exceptional once more. He made sure everything went smoothly and was attentive without being overbearing. Where to start.. ate at Gaucho and was pretty disappointed considering the good things I had heard. Had basically finished my steak by the time any side servings arrived, waiter had zero patience when it came to explaining a food intolerance, and then when it came to settling the bill no one could be found to sort it out, and for some reason an additional bottle of water/ a gin and tonic was added to the bill (even though this was not ordered), so had to then request for it to be removed. Was charged service tip for the pleasure of all the above. Not great guys, please do better

The place is very nice and cozy. Both Jonatan and Manuel have been super attentive and friendly, they have explained the types of meats perfectly and advised us on what to order. In the end they gave us a tasting of a couple of desserts, very delicious 😋 So....recommended 100%

We came for my mum's birthday and had a really great time. The whole team congratulated my mum and made her feel very special. After the meal she received a little birthday surprise and she really had a great time. On top, the food and drinks were just delicious and worth every penny. Every single dish we tried was outstanding, from the Tira De Ancho (spiral-cut, slow-grilled ribeye) to the Burrata starter. Even the sautéed spinach was incredible. We went to Gaucho Piccadilly and the experience was pleasant. The quality of the meat is acceptable, Argentinian cuts with cooking done as requested (pity it wasn't served on lava stone). The welcome was a touch of class: the receptionist was incredibly kind and professional, with a sincere smile and rare attention. As soon as we arrived, she welcomed us with great warmth, immediately putting us at ease, and was attentive to every detail to ensure a perfect experience from start to finish. She managed to combine efficiency and courtesy impeccably, making us feel truly welcome guests.

This is one of a few restaurants that just doesn’t disappoint. I’m picky when it comes to burgers but I have tried the traditional Gaucho burger and the Wagyu burger and they were both absolutely delicious. The fries are also lovely. As a well-known high-end restaurant I expecting nothing less and it’s a go-to restaurant for whenever I yearn for a high-quality beef burger. I am never concerned about the quality control, it’s always superb.

Absolutely disappointed with their service. I was feeling unwell after the meal and called an uber home, but worried I'd get carsick on the way, so asked for a plastic bag in case. They said they couldn't give me one and asked me to go ask in the restaurant next door?! Food-wise, id say the starters are quite nice, I had ceviche and salmon tacos. but the steak really doesn't worth. There are others that I reviewed that had way better ones.
