Very good meat restaurant, staff very attentive to their customers and very caring, made the effort to speak to us the minimum knowledge they had in French, very good meat and quality homemade side dishes

Every single dish we tried was outstanding, from the Tira De Ancho (spiral-cut, slow-grilled ribeye) to the Burrata starter. Even the sautéed spinach was incredible. The service was exceptional, the presentation was exquisite, and the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. Truly a wonderful dining experience—we will definitely be back!

We went to Gaucho Piccadilly and the experience was pleasant. The quality of the meat is acceptable, Argentinian cuts with cooking done as requested (pity it wasn't served on lava stone). The welcome was a touch of class: the receptionist was incredibly kind and professional, with a sincere smile and rare attention. As soon as we arrived, she welcomed us with great warmth, immediately putting us at ease, and was attentive to every detail to ensure a perfect experience from start to finish. She managed to combine efficiency and courtesy impeccably, making us feel truly welcome guests.

This is one of a few restaurants that just doesn’t disappoint. I’m picky when it comes to burgers but I have tried the traditional Gaucho burger and the Wagyu burger and they were both absolutely delicious. The fries are also lovely. As a well-known high-end restaurant I expecting nothing less and it’s a go-to restaurant for whenever I yearn for a high-quality beef burger. I am never concerned about the quality control, it’s always superb.

Absolutely disappointed with their service. I was feeling unwell after the meal and called an uber home, but worried I'd get carsick on the way, so asked for a plastic bag in case. They said they couldn't give me one and asked me to go ask in the restaurant next door?! Food-wise, id say the starters are quite nice, I had ceviche and salmon tacos. but the steak really doesn't worth. There are others that I reviewed that had way better ones.

This was our first time dining in Gaucho Piccadilly and it did not disappoint. Edison was our table host and he was great throughout our visit , he was attentive and friendly . The food and drinks were brilliant too we had main course and desert with wine and cocktails and the presentation and taste 10/10 . When I return to London will definitely visit gaucho Piccadilly and Edison again :)

Great food, one of the best stakes I ever had. The Valentine's Day Menu was perfect, a bottle of Red Italian Wine was perfect with the shared stake and shared desert. The staff really attentive and look after us! For sure I will return. The only minus was the small room at the 1st floor feels a bit claustrophobic with no views, but that feels cosy and romantic. For sure I will return and I will recommend the location to my friends and family

Big disappointment, the meats were tough and like eating chewing gum. The chickens were left raw. Too many people, visible in the service and terrible sählink, and restlessness. I don't recommend it.

Beautiful restaurant and the beat stake in have ever had.

Went for Valentines day and had the V-day menu, portion sizes were small. We ordered a sharing steak which we assumed would be ample for 2 people. They just gave us four mini steaks. All four steaks put together would probably form about half of 1 whole steak, so basically one person's portion is quarter of a steak.

The food was great but it took 45 minutes to get the starters (which was basically bread, mushrooms and cheese), the food was very delayed, and because we had to wait so long we didn't have time to have dessert which was supposed to be included in the Valentine's menu because we had waited for so long and we had a show to go to after.

Service wasn’t the best we felt like we was being rushed the crab starters were also stale so I felt like they are the reasons for this review

Our waiter, Manuel, was very attentive. He explained the different steak options very thoroughly. When we were served our food, although they hadn't taken our orders, the servers knew exactly which meal belonged to all six of us. They paid attention to all the details.

This is a great dining experience. The atmosphere, environment, service, and food are all excellent. Although it is a complimentary experience, there is no reduction in the amount of food. I especially appreciate the steak from the restaurant. Next time, I will take my friends to dine together and enjoy the time spent sharing.

Fantastic lunch menu! All the food and especially the steak was delicious! The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing! We absolutely loved the lady Anna looking after us! Very professional, very friendly, was checking on us if we liked everything, showed us the meat presentation how it’s defined when it’s raw. We couldn’t get a better server to look after us! Anna was a highlight of our lunch!

My daughter and I went for lunch to Gaucho before a show. My daughter has many foods that she can't eat and the staff were so helpful and supportive. It made eating there a more relaxed an enjoyable experience. I wish more resteraunts were more like them. Well done Gaucho.

Service was very slow. The steak came out the wrong temperature. It took 2.5 hours to eat dinner. 100.00 per person and disappointed. The restaurant design was very nice.

A restaurant tried without any particular expectations... and it was such a pleasure that we returned there the next day at lunchtime for our last day in London! The service is very careful, attentive and warm. The cuisine is remarkable: we greatly appreciated the ceviche and the empanadas... a delight that makes you forget the good resolutions of the beginning of the year (2 starters taken as treats...)! The meat is exceptional, living up to its reputation (I recommend the “Lomo” cut). It has a finesse and texture like butter that melts in your mouth! For dessert, we twice ordered the “Apple crumble”. This dessert is delicious with its very generous portion and the wonderfully cooked apples, delicious as can be! In short, everything was perfect! Only small tip we would make: the background music was too loud. This can be tiring if you are hypersensitive. The setting: The decoration is modern, neat, in a sober and chic style. The atmosphere is intended to be intimate with soft lighting effects. In other words, we will return there with great pleasure for the kindness of the very professional waiters and of course for the dishes that we greatly appreciated as worthy gourmands and gourmets!!! Great discovery for you!

Service was quite slow to sit down. But once I sat down service was quick and they were helpful on menu. Food was fantastic did get the lunch offer but 13% service charge is quite steep other than that food was great 👍. Got the beef tartar taco was pleasantly nice. The steak CUADRIL AL DIABLO was a nice season rump just perfect medium rare. However i didn't see a place to change the baby but luckily my one was asleep the whole time.
