All Bar One - Victoria in City of London, Westminster

Just went to this be at one and was served by the kindest most helpful bartender Tanisha! I always find choosing drinks difficult and she was so helpful and advised me what was the best based on drinks i like - the cocktail raspberry berret that she made was incredible. I often find loud bars a stressful experience and she made me feel so welcome and safe! Thank you so much be at one team and tanisha 😁😁😁

Walked into the restaurant and was warmly greeted by Ramona. Ramona showed us to the table and offered us drinks straight away was really a 5 star service. The atmosphere was great and the food was really good. The best thing I think was the service. Everyone was happy to help and really keen to make sure that we had a great time.

First visit to an All Bar One in years and first visit to the Victoria edition. Lovely airy bar: Ramona and her colleagues were attentive and very helpful

The place is already not cheap. 16 quid for a halloumi burger (no meat). When I ordered, the waitress had to look it up on the menu as if she didn't know what I was talking about. I then ordered a simple chocolate brownie for dessert, same waitress. She brought over a huge brownie with ice cream and popcorn (which I don't like with sweets), and then she was nowhere to be found. I went to look for her for quite a bit and told her she brought me the wrong brownie (which also cost double than the one I ordered) could she please change it. I had to explain as she didn't understand what I meant. No apology, she came over with a sad piece of brownie on a plate (I doubt they usually serve it like that) and basically threw it on the table, again, without a word of acknowledgment of her mistake. Unfortunately one of my friends went to pay without my knowledge, he didn't realize and ended up paying for the wrong, expensive brownie, as she had never changed it in the system. The whole thing smells spiteful. If it was an honest mistake, then she was just plain rude and in the wrong job. I will never be back.

Disgustingly rude delivery driver who didn't respond to any of my messages. Was very rude when he arrived claiming he had to make 2 deliveries first and 'it wasn't his fault'. Cold food. Over 1 hr 30 mins to be delivered although the tracker said 20m

This was a lovely visit to All Bar One Victoria. The Staff were very welcoming and nice. Food was Excellent, The Best Breakfast we have had in Victoria beats even Top Named restaurants.

Went for a bottomless brunch with a group of friends and had absolutely amazing time. The food was excellent and the bottomless option is fantastic, you can have bubbly as well as some cocktails in a price, which is superb. But our experience was the most enjoyable because our server Favour. She was a superstar and made sure we are well look after. Plus her bubbly personality just made it afternoon exceptional!!! Will definitely come back 🍾🍾

Favour was amazing! She attended to all of our needs. We were a large group and she made sure we were looked after. She was amazing! There're was also two male bar staff one in a black shirt and one in a white shirt and white earing they both were really attentive too.

Amazing vibe and great space for events

Stopped by the All Bar One (Victoria location) for a mid-day work session. What a gem of a spot! Had lunch and an espresso martini made by Humza. He was pleasant and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere? Absolutely top-tier! Anything that is spacious with large windows that floods with natural light, and has gold/velvet green and blue decor is top-tier in my books! This place delivers whether you’re grabbing lunch, enjoying afternoon drinks, or getting some work done (as long as you don’t have meetings 😅). The music is lively, perfect for powering through admin tasks. Thanks again Humza and crew for the vibes and hospitality. Will be back soon! xx

Small plates are to die for!!! Love the variety of options.They run great deals for such delicious food. We received lovely service from Scott, Humza, and Aine - they took great consideration of my friend's allergies! Can't wait to come back and try the lunch menu and Halo Bowls next 👀👀

Had lunch and a few drinks at the All Bar One Victoria today. The whole experience was amazing - from the moment we walked in, warm greeting; I have a long list of allergies - nothing was too much trouble for Scott, Humza & Aime. Food was delicious, drinks expertly poured. Thank you very much! Will definitely be returning.

I went in with some friends and had the pleasure of being served by Eric the manager, he had a very extensive knowledge on cocktails and was very warm and welcoming, he deserves a pay rise! 💰 🤌 Tell Aine I said hi!

The food was good, although the decorative salad was no longer quite fresh. We were able to order everything online and it was delivered quickly. The restaurant has a very nice and attractive design.

Ordered on app, but service was slow. Had to ask twice for drinks, which eventually came once the meal was finished. Was sat near kitchen and was concerned about how long some of the food sat there. Twice saw member of the waiting team check the temperature of the food by touching the chips. Also saw chef take chips from one plate and place them on another, again using his hands

Prawns were perfect. Calamari was too oily wouldn't recommend. Brownies were great. We were served by two waitress: Kay who was inattentive, we got the cokes after we finished our meal! We waved at her many times and even met her eye and she ignored us multiple times. Thankfully we waved down Favour who was brilliant. Smiley, friendly and very attentive, thank you Favour 🙏

We had a great time for my daughters 21st. The bottomless brunch was fantastic. Our server Kay was very attentive and our glasses were always topped up. We had so much fun we stayed to carry on drinking through the evening. Kay is an asset to All Bar One. I would definitely recommend this place.

My colleagues and I were served by Kay for our Christmas bottomless brunch on 6th December and we couldn’t fault her one bit! She was extremely attentive and made sure our drinks were topped despite how busy it was and being short staffed. The only issue I had experienced that evening was standing at the bar before our brunch started, waiting to be served by another staff member who did not acknowledge me and went on to serve customers who came after me. But Kay serving us for the night really made me forget the issue as she was so lovely throughout our visit, so thank you!
