Disgustingly rude delivery driver who didn't respond to any of my messages. Was very rude when he arrived claiming he had to make 2 deliveries first and 'it wasn't his fault'. Cold food. Over 1 hr 30 mins to be delivered although the tracker said 20m

Small plates are to die for!!! Love the variety of options.They run great deals for such delicious food. We received lovely service from Scott, Humza, and Aine - they took great consideration of my friend's allergies! Can't wait to come back and try the lunch menu and Halo Bowls next 👀👀

I went in with some friends and had the pleasure of being served by Eric the manager, he had a very extensive knowledge on cocktails and was very warm and welcoming, he deserves a pay rise! 💰 🤌 Tell Aine I said hi!

Had lunch and a few drinks at the All Bar One Victoria today. The whole experience was amazing - from the moment we walked in, warm greeting; I have a long list of allergies - nothing was too much trouble for Scott, Humza & Aime. Food was delicious, drinks expertly poured. Thank you very much! Will definitely be returning.

We popped into All Bar One for a bite to eat on our first night in London. The place has a tremendous atmosphere, good food, good beers and Duarte's service was great. Even better that he understood Spanish. Super cool to have arrived at All Bar One

The food was good, although the decorative salad was no longer quite fresh. We were able to order everything online and it was delivered quickly. The restaurant has a very nice and attractive design.

Came here for bottomless brunch with the girls, it was so amazing and cute and the staff were splendid. Favour was our server and she was super kind and helpful! Can’t wait to come back

Ordered on app, but service was slow. Had to ask twice for drinks, which eventually came once the meal was finished. Was sat near kitchen and was concerned about how long some of the food sat there. Twice saw member of the waiting team check the temperature of the food by touching the chips. Also saw chef take chips from one plate and place them on another, again using his hands

One person serving, one person just getting her steps in. 20 mins for a muffin to turn up, should have gone to Waitrose next door

Prawns were perfect. Calamari was too oily wouldn't recommend. Brownies were great. We were served by two waitress: Kay who was inattentive, we got the cokes after we finished our meal! We waved at her many times and even met her eye and she ignored us multiple times. Thankfully we waved down Favour who was brilliant. Smiley, friendly and very attentive, thank you Favour 🙏

We had a great time for my daughters 21st. The bottomless brunch was fantastic. Our server Kay was very attentive and our glasses were always topped up. We had so much fun we stayed to carry on drinking through the evening. Kay is an asset to All Bar One. I would definitely recommend this place.

My colleagues and I were served by Kay for our Christmas bottomless brunch on 6th December and we couldn’t fault her one bit! She was extremely attentive and made sure our drinks were topped despite how busy it was and being short staffed. The only issue I had experienced that evening was standing at the bar before our brunch started, waiting to be served by another staff member who did not acknowledge me and went on to serve customers who came after me. But Kay serving us for the night really made me forget the issue as she was so lovely throughout our visit, so thank you!

We turned up Saturday evening at 5pm and there's were 2 bar staff chatting and one making cocktails who we stood in front of and didn't acknowledge us until 5 minutes later when I outright asked what we had to do to get some service. We seated at a cold table, near the kitchen and basically ignored the whole evening. Told to order in the app only. We actually had a gift card to use. I just didn't think we would get service to use the gift cards, thankfully they had a 20 pound off welcome gift on the app so we used that to make the evening cheaper instead. Then my food came and my cajun chips were smothered in some white sauce? They weren't sweet potato cajun ones which i paid extra for, just normal fries with some sour cream type sauce on the top. No one asked us if the food was okay to tell them. Also the foccaccia was just cheap ciabatta and not what it should be. We left after 90 minutes unhappy. It was clear they were understaffed that night. More staff in the kitchen then on the main floor.

The service was equally as impressive with the staff being attentive and friendly especially Eric! The restaurant has such a vibrant vibe I would highly recommend.

Had a DJ on a Saturday night, not a huge crowd, good drinks, decent prices.

We celebrated New Year's Eve here and were thrilled. The food was wonderful, the drinks too. The DJ really set the mood and the service did its best to give everyone a good start into the new year. The best part was the view of the fireworks right under the London Eye.

We were served by Favour who was incredible and always made sure we were happy and had drinks. Would absolutely come here again - thanks queen 🥰

Had a bottomless brunch at All Bar One prior to watching a musical show at Apollo Theatre, our server Favour was amazing, very quick to check in with us, brought us a bottle of Prosecco before we’d even looked at the menu and made sure we had a great time from start to finish. Would 100% recommend and will definitely come back!

The atmosphere was ok. We ordered via their online system. The food took an hour to be served. The only one drink we ordered did not arrive 15min after the food arrived. We asked twice for the drink only to be told to go to the bar where there was a long line with no one behind the bar. After a long wait a hostess served my drink at the bar. When we attempted to use the ladies toilets, there were bodily fluids on the floor and they were in a filthy state. I dont usually like to leave negative reviews but the experience was terrible.

This was the first restaurant I stepped into since arriving in London. The service was modest and the food was good, but when I was paying the bill, I was asked to give a tip if I wanted. I didn't know that tipping was a tradition in the UK, so I refused politely since the bill already included a 2.5% service charge. But then I looked it up online later and found out that the normal SC in London is 12.5%. I don't know what the right thing to do. It’s confusing to me….

From start to finish the experience was nothing short of amazing, the mezzanine level created the perfect balance of a dedicated private space, whilst still overlooking the main bar atmosphere. Thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by the manager - Scott, who made planning this event a smooth, simple and enjoyable experience. Scott provided clear information, kept in regular contact and laid the foundations to ensure everyone had an amazing night! From the moment we arrived, Scott made us feel welcome and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. He was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, which made the event feel extra special. Not only did he take the time to check in with guests, but he also went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met - whether it was serving drinks, ensuring the food was served at just the right time, or offering suggestions for additional drinks that would pair perfectly with the festive menu. My personal cocktail recommendation is the Watermelon Picante for all the tequila lovers out there. 🤌🏼🍸 The atmosphere at All Bar One - Victoria was warm and inviting, and it was clear that the staff had put a lot of effort into creating a cozy, celebratory environment. Team were super attentive to my nut allergy and service was great. Didn’t catch the managers name but the Scottish guy was really helpful with recommending so great cocktails! Would definitely recommend and will certainty be returning!
