Had a lovely time, served by the wonderful Kay who displayed great customer service and looked after us for our visit

Eric was great and so was the Fish and Chips

Me and my colleagues had an amazing time at the bar. Exceptional service and a big thanks to Juanita and her colegue who were looking after us at the bar. Very nice atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Love popping into All Bar One Victoria for a quick drink or bite to eat. Perfect for pre-show at the other palace theatre too. Great service too!

Took our girls' night here for apps and drinks and it did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and the drinks and atmosphere kicked our night off right. This will be a new go to spot for us!

I’ve been to all bar one Victoria with some friends I’m glad to say that I’ve been served so nice good atmosphere and very nice staff the girl name that served me was Ramona so nice

The food was delicious and well prepared. One employee that stood out was Romona she was respectful and welcoming which made the experience better definitely will come back.

I enjoyed all the food and beverages I ordered and the loved the kind and welcoming attitude from the waitress if I remember correctly her name tag said Ramona i liked the way she served and proceeded to take my orders.

A favourite venue of mine for excellent food and service. I frequently join my friends for post work drinks at this bar.

Quite busy, but even then 40 mins for a fish and chips seems a bit much and the churros still finally arrived 1h10m after order even though it was set to "serve as soon as possible" on the order at table option Staff seem friendly just seems like they are short handed in a busy night Perhaps visit when it less busy

Went for lunch with customers, the food was very good and service excellent. We were served by Besa, who looked after us brilliantly.👍

Our prebooked table was not available - someone else was sitting there - i was asked to sit elsewhere until my allotted time (half hour later) which i did but the other group was never asked to leave the table. Staff very pleasant, friendly, but overwhelmed and not enough people to deal with large number of customers. Very noisy - had to shout to be heard. We ordered food - two courses - asked it we wanted starters served first (strange request - should starters not always be served first?) we said yes. Then my burger, being the main, was the first to arrive. I said we hadn't had our starters so she took the burger back. later two starters arrived, but then had to wait a long time for the third one by which time two of us had finished. We were told by the server we should have made it clear we wanted starters first and we reiterated that we had - she apologised. The mains all arrived within a couple of minutes, so the person served last with the starter hadn't finished. THe other starter plates were not cleared. The two burgers and fries were lukewarm - i suspect i had been served the one that the server tried to give me before the starter. When we'd all finished we bought another bottle of wine - the plates were never cleared and eventually i cleared them to another empty table still full of the plates the party had left. I cannot blame the staff - they were doing their best but i just got the impression there were not enought of them and they were overwhelmed by the demand. THis cannot be unexpected at such a busy location. We will not be returning

I have frequently been to other All Bar One locations and always had good experiences - unfortunately this was not the case at Victoria last night. I had booked a table in advance for three of us to have dinner. I arrived half hour early and found it to be very busy. I was told other people were sitting at our table as i was early and was asked to sit somewhere else temporarily. The people at the other table were never asked to leave but luckily the people who had booked the table i was at never turned up so i was happy to stay there. It was extremely noisy with loud music, very hard to hear ourselves speak. After one bottle of wine we went to order food and from there it went downhill. We ordered starters and mains and were asked if we wanted the starters first - slightly strange as isn't that the usual way? We said yes. Everything seemed very chaotic with just one server never seeming sure which food was for which table. After a while she brought over a cheeseburger to me - i said yes i'd ordered it but none of us had yet had our starters. She said we needed to make that clear we wanted them first when ordering - which we had done. So the burger was taken away. Later two starters arrived - by the time the 3rd one was served two of us had finished. The mains arrived almost immediately but the two empty dishes for starters weren't cleared. The two burgers and chips were lukewarm to cold, not good at all. My impression was that the one I'd been offered some time earlier had just been kept to one side until after my starter was served. When we finished we ordered another bottle of wine. The plates were never cleared and eventually i cleared them myself to another, already laden, table as the smell of cold prawn shells wasn't helping us enjoy the wine. I noticed many other tables hadn't been cleared. The positive points were that the starters, when served, were good. But the main courses were not. The staff were all very pleasant but the impression was that there just were not enough of them to cope with the large number of customers the location draws and they were just overwhelmed. A real shame. Sadly we will not be returning to this particular branch

I went with my husband and the waiter Pablo was so nice. The food and the drink were amazing and the place is beautiful. The most important thing was the waiter he made us to have a good time

We were looking for a bottomless brunch close to the station and came across this one at All Bar One for £38 for 1.5 hours. The staff were really nice and very accommodating. We were initially put at a high table but had to ask to move as one of our party had recently had surgery so would have struggled getting up on to the bar stools. The food was fantastic and really good sized portions. I had the pad Thai which I would thoroughly recommend! We had a few Proseccos, daiquiri’s and gins! All great and great value. My only negative comment was that we kept having to get the wait staffs attention to order more drinks - normally when we do brunches they are more attentive and come round to ask if you need more drinks!

My boyfriend and I booked for bottomless brunch, plenty of food options and drinks were great! I had the French toast which was to die for. The staff really make this experience, the service was efficient and friendly, special shout out to Besa for looking after us and keeping our cocktails coming, couldn’t have asked for a better brunch experience! 100000% would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fast and friendly bottomless brunch!

Waited for our food for far too long, meat was cold as well as sweet potato fries. We also didn’t get cutlery. The food was ok but we expected it to be tastier considering the reviews.

The only great thing was walking out of the door. Three of us ordered at the bar for starters and mains. When they arrived, the mains came first. I told the waitress that we had ordered starters but not received them. She said ' well you will just have to have them all together. It is chaos in that kitchen. Not my fault' She proceeded to bring one of the starters. Then went on to serve another table their meals. I said excuse me we are still missing two starters. She looked over and said they'll come when I can bring them. I advised that it wasn't protocol to serve half a table. She should finish service on one first. (My husband being a general manager for m and b, my brother a kitchen manager and my sister a shift supervisor. I know this isn't the m and b way) No check was done during our meal and by this time our mains were cold. A different waitress cane to clear our plateau and asked if everything was okay. I went on to say the food was tasty but cold due to us having to wait so long for starters when our main was already served. She went on to say that she can't do anything about food problems only drinks as that's what she usually serves. And to to be honest ' there is no way I would ever eat food from here' I was actually speechless. I intended on speaking to the manager. But given the attitude of two different waitresses. This seemed pointless, as attitudes to work come from the top. I certainly won't be booking again on our next teip to London and would not recommend to anyone.

Eurico changed my life! Before him, I couldn't stand gin and tonic, because of the bitter taste of tonic. He paired a sweet gin with a less bitter tonic and wow!!! I was amazed. Definitely the best bartender around!

Dishes quite good but not excellent. In terms of atmosphere, the restaurant is very beautiful but the DJ had played the music way too loud. And in terms of service… no hello when you come home, you have to sit at the table and order with a QR code. In addition, many foods were missing, so several dishes were not available and this was not indicated on this famous QR code.

We went here for an early evening meal prior to getting the train home- it is only about a 5/10 minute walk from Victoria Railway station. We had booked a table - it was very busy at 5.30pm so if you want to eat it is worth booking. we chose the chicken & chorizo skewers with sweet potato fries - very tasty. It is a big menu including burgers and wraps and sandwiches if eating earlier in the day. They did not explain we had to order on the app or at the bar so we sat there for a while thinking we had been forgotten.

Our 1st visit at 76 year old. Manager at Victoria was brilliant ,very helpful. This was a groupon deal Tapas deal, which was really nice. We are going to Cheltenham March to celebrate my wifes 73 Birthday hope is half as nice . Well done All Bar One, regards, Brian Macnamara.

Sat near the back by the kitchen the rear door was left open so it was a bit cold. Only one cook at that time although he did a fantastic job hat off to him. Only one waitress at that serving both floors hats off to her too. The food was great and was delivered hot and when ready. Music is quite loud for that time of day.

We were a group of seven, celebrating one of our birthdays and we the had the bottomless Prosecco offer. We were served by the wonderful Sam. Sam was very patient with our orders, and apologised if something went wrong, such as our prawns not arriving with our mains. Sam was attentive to our table, ensuring our drinks were topped up regularly and making us laugh. The food was nice, the vegan burger was one of the better ones on offer. One of us has the additional £10 offer so that other cocktails could be had. Lovely vibe, cute location. Ask for Sam when you go.

Was our first official day in the UK and after a long tourist journey it was incredible to made a short break for a couple of drinks. We orden some Quesadillas (very well serve and beautifully packed) and some fries for me. Then I order and extraordinary Negroni. Was smooth like a silk in your mouth, trust me, this barman is an absolutely genius. Total recommended spot and yes, it has a beautiful and great interior design.

Cocteles muy ricos, un ambiente tranquilo , agradable, con música a fondo.. servicio doy 3 estrellas por qué nos tocó esperar buen rato, mesero no llego, nos tocó ir a pedir a la barra y llevarnos las bebidas. La.comida no la hemos probado pero tenía buena pinta todo lo que vimos.

Great for cocktails - 2 for £15 but only certain days and certain cocktails. You pay an additional £1.50 non optional tip if you order from the app!

First visit here and we were not disappointed. Very welcoming and everything was fabulous. Julia was an amazing server, excellent customer service. Helped me by recommending cocktails and food. She knows what she’s doing! Thank you. :)
