I have order and collected three times prior . All the previous order quality was excellent. Tonight the chicken felt off. The sauce was loose and chicken was not grilled proper. The rice lacked peri peri instead tasted like tomato rice. Soggy chips with all peri peri salt at the bottom. Very unusual compared to all the previous orders. I like the restaurant very much , i want to believe it was a one time fault.

Places a nearly £100 order for the office and everything was correct, hot and very tasty

By far the best grilled chicken I've ever had. I always order the half chicken meal deal which comes with their half chicken, piri seasoned fries and a drink, then I also get the rice with it too. The chicken is always so fresh, tender and flavourful and blends very well with the rice. Their piri seasoned fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and the seasoning is just perfect. Can never go wrong with it and never bored of it either. Their deliveries are always very quick and efficient.

Food really good, chips nice and hot. Cold drink packed separate from the food as well, not a lot of places think like that.

I dont want to give even 1star for this customer service, The staffs are just throwing the food like if you want eat and go. They don’t know any manners Worst customer experience ever had in my life.

Chicken pitta was really nice. Chips were soggy and cold. Biggest issue is the fact it took 1.5 hours to arrive.

I was very happy with their polite service. Unfortunately, they delivered the wrong order, but when I informed them over the phone, they promptly delivered the correct order within an hour. This was truly appreciable. Their food’s taste and quality are always mouthwatering.

I ordered a hot chicken wrap with mash potatoes, and the chicken wrap was delicious, one of the best chicken i ever had, but the mash potatoes were mid, overall Nice Restaurant, Highly recommend eating here 9/10

Delicious wraps but this is my third time i order today they give me less food, i order double wrap looks single wrap not worth of money to be honest even single wrap looks empty wasting money like that.

Food overall okay, waffle fries came very cold, rest came reasonably warm.

Always a safe choice for a takeaway. The chicken is always the same great quality and staff are really nice.

Great food as always! Loove the buffalo thigh burger with smashed avacado! had little issue.. which was my fault, restaurant was quick to fix, very polite and respectful even when dealing with incompetent customer >.< Thank you again!

My order was 30 minutes missing items and was cold the driver had rung us to say he would be 5 minutes and he wasn’t I then had to ring the restaurant to get them to ring the driver to get him to come here, I want a refund for my food or my missing items

I absolutely love roosters and think it is better than nandos I went in and ate on my own and I have a nut allergy They were very good at going through it all with me The guy that served me was really friendly and it was nice to sit in and eat The meal was hot and fresh The lettuce was crunchy and fresh not dry and wilting like some of it can be in those places And the meal was so cheap £9 for a wrap, chips and drink and I struggled to finish it as it was quite generous portion size

Chicken is always good. Chips very soggy when cold and as the meal took 1 !/2 hours from order to delivery (stated 40n to 55 minutes). Also stated on it's way 30 minutes before it arrived. When this happens you know the food is going to be cold. Sorry guys the food is pretty decent but cold food not so.

Boss burgers.. great. Chips... not so much :( Why have you changed your chips !!! These skin on chips are terrible compared to how they were. And they are > £4 for a small bag with not much peri peri seasoning. Bring back the old type of chips ... They were worth it.. These are not !!!

Restaurant phoned after the delivery window had already began to say to would be 20/25 minutes late and offered a free slice of cheesecake. Food didn’t arrived until half hour later and had delivered a near on inedible chocolate cake slice which my daughter said tasted stale like it was due to be thrown out. Very disappointing experience

Why write delivery instructions which drivers ignore?

The driver was very friendly but the food was appalling. It was cold and undercooked very 2 bits of chicken in the wrap

delivery man informed me that they were not able to provide the requested wet wipes, which was very considerate

Super cool and smooth Mango Milkshake but the oreo and Vanilla was little bit too much sugary. Still better than some other average places, very good in portion as well. Recommended!!!

Whilst i couldnt find fault with the food, the delivery originally went to the wrong gate, and after calling me to tell me he was there, even though i was at the correct gate (he wasnt there) i told him how to get to where i was. After another long wait, i got another call saying he had arrived, again, he hadnt. What he had done is gone to a totally different navy base! In the end, some 35 minutes after the original call he turned up. The food was stone cold by now, but, like i said it was nice and tasty, but just so very disapointed with the whole delivery experience.
