This was months ago but I still think about it till this day. Came in without a reservation, our waiter yash from the moment we sat down provided us with amazing service. He knew we were celebrating my birthday but it was a last minute meal we had on the day. He did say they had bookings, but still he didn’t rush us. At the end of the meal we paid and we went to the restroom to take some pictures and freshen up. When I came out he told us to sit down and I had thought my payment hadn’t gone through. He walked out with a cake slice and a candle and they started singing happy birthday. Honestly it made my night. I loved every second of it and that was thanks to Chrissy and yash! Thank you so much Chrissy and Yash it meant so much that you waited for me and still surprised me!

Was lovely coming back to london and celebrating my birthday here. Thank you to Emilia, who took extra care of us. She was lovely and was very hands on when it came to making sure we were taken care of. 🫶🏻 Shisha was very good and so was the food!

I came here for my birthday dinner although I didn’t get a candle or birthday cake the experience was really good. We went upstairs and had shisha after the atmosphere was amazing a lovely guy called Cameron made the experience 10/10 very helpful pleasant and was always around to help overall I would go back here again 100 percent thanks

Me and my Wife had a great time at the Banc. The food and service was exceptional. The service received in particular was amazing throughout our dinning experience. Kamran who served us during the evening was outstanding and ever so polite. We wouldn't recommend another waiter more than Kamran!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at [THE BANC], and I can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. Each bite was full of flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients, making it one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. What made the evening even more special was the outstanding service. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, but I especially want to recognize Emilia and Anas. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making us feel truly welcomed. If you’re looking for a place with fantastic food and a warm, inviting atmosphere, free and safe parking this is it! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

We went to the banc as a group of 12. We were immediately sat down as we had our reservation and ordered our food. Starters came in first and was really good. However the mains took 1½hr to come and we were only served at 11pm when we came to the restaurant at 9pm. The steaks came in cold and some that we ordered which were supposed to be medium well, ended up being rare and not edible. However the manager did apologise and didn't charge us for what wasn't edible. The atmosphere was good and convenient parking.

We were celebrating birthday of my friend, and now I am thinking to celebrate mine here🤩🤩 Atmosphere is so beautiful so I could stoop looking around. Liked food and service, but something I must admit is drinks. Alton has done a great job shaking our cocktails and simply but beautifully placing garnishes. Definitely gonna come here again

Amazing service by Claudia. Good food I loved the Salmon and my husband got the had a perfect medium rare steak unfortunately he felt the flavour a bit lacking. The sticky toffee pudding with ice cream was nice but I found it a bit too sweet.

Came to the banc tonight was excellent. I had dinamite prawns 🍤🍤 and lamb chops, everything the delicious.the shisha was very good I had pink power vineyard was sweet vineyard grape tasted great. My waiter tonight was Cameron and he made me feel welcomed he was kind and very patient. Will be coming again soon

Went to banc for some shisha and food and it was amazing let alone the drinks were to die for especially the cocktails I had a the banc blues signature cocktail it was so nice!!!!!! I had to say hello to the bartender before I left, very politeful young man props to Ben for making a delicious cocktail would defiantly be revisiting

We recently visited The Banc for a late-night dinner, but the experience left us deeply disappointed. First off, if you're going to accept 11 PM reservations with a 15-minute grace period, don’t make guests feel awkward or unwelcome upon arrival. The moment we walked in, the receptionist was quite rude and informed us that the restaurant would be closing at midnight. She suggested we sit in the lounge, which stays open later, and we agreed to this arrangement. However, we were unexpectedly seated in the restaurant instead, only to be reminded multiple times by different waiters that it was closing soon. These constant reminders about the closing time made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Rather than enjoying a relaxed meal, we felt pressured to finish quickly, as if the staff were eager to wrap things up. The lack of communication between staff members only made things worse, as we were told the same things repeatedly by different people, making the evening feel chaotic and unprofessional. To add to the discomfort, one of the male waiters (who appeared to be of Latin origin) kept asking where we were from, which felt inappropriate and intrusive. This, combined with the disorganization, left us feeling on edge throughout the meal. When we raised our concerns with one of the waiters, it seemed to fall on deaf ears. We were finally informed that our lounge table was ready, but this was after our food and drinks still hadn't arrived, further adding to the disorganized and frustrating experience. The last straw came when we asked to remove the service charge due to the poor experience. As we were leaving, the receptionist (Ellie) approached us with a strange attitude, saying that her colleague mentioned we wanted to talk to her. The conversation felt dismissive and unhelpful. When my cousin mentioned it was her birthday, Ellie oddly responded with, “It’s also my birthday today,” which felt completely inappropriate and only made the situation more uncomfortable. While the food was decent, the poor service and unwelcoming atmosphere completely overshadowed the evening. What should have been a special night ended in frustration and disappointment. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend The Banc, as their service clearly needs serious improvement.

The restaurant serves incredible food, but unfortunately, the service didn’t match the same level. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there, which made the experience less enjoyable. It was only 8pm so not too busy, yet the energy felt tired and unwelcoming. No smiles or good energy, the place had good music so a good environment to be in but lacked friendly smiles from the staff.
