No food after 2 1/2 hours and no answer when we called. No response through app

Not normally one to name and shame but horrific dinner experience from Panda Garden Chinese Takeaway with little accountability from them! 17.38 ordered Delivery time sun-thurs advertised as 45 mins Gave it an hour considering its mother 18.40 Called - its still here awaiting delivery, we will give you free prawn crackers. (Im thinking how long has it been sitting, will it even still be hot when we get here) 19.10 an hour and a half since ordering - still no food. Call again “Its on its way its mothers day we are busy” (An hour and a half isnt acceptable on ANY day and forecast being busy on speciall occasions!!) “We will give you £10 credit” Im pretty sure after this time i should be getting refund!! 19.30 - Still NO FOOD!! 19.36 - 2 HOURS almost to the minute before food arrived look warm. We had some becauae too long to order from else where. Lovely end to a nice mothers day 👌🏻

Really Inconsistent Cooking Style! It will be nice and perfect one day but then the very next day it will be really bad it's so inconsistent I can see why they are on foodhub and north Ayrshire eats they don't let you leave reviews Take last week for example curry was delicious chicken was cooked perfect it was just really nice Then tonight same curry is overly spicy compared to normal not a problem for me but definitely a problem for kids and my partner Then the chicken it's absolutely disgusting tonight it's like blobs of rubber you chew and chew and it's just nasty Then you randomly find onion skins instead of onion impossible to chew through just like eating well rice paper that won't melt I don't know if it's multiple chefs or what preparing and cooking for food or what but it's so inconsistent it's become a gamble just ordering I sincerely use to love the food here it had become my usual after the standards at the other local Chinese dropped during COVID and stuff sadly I have to say after tonight's food especially the apparent chicken "breast" I won't be coming back untill something drastically changes

Such a great spot , the staff were so friendly and the food was just awesome. Had such a great time would highly recommend to anyone who wants to try Korean cuisine

Absolute awful meal. A friend and I went last weekend. Just had poppadoms to start with a choice of onion, mango chutney and yogurt. Nothing spicy or flavoursome one the pickle tray at all. I had chicken shashlik. Got about 3 pieces of chicken and a tonne of onions and peppers to fill the dish up, it tasted nothing like a shashlik. My friend is a chef, he had bhuna and said that always ok but didn't taste of anything, just like a curry. We had garlic naan that tasted like supermarket one. We complained, all we got was an apology with no offer of discount or replacement. Don't bother going here

If I could rate this no stars I would. Food was cold, hardly any food was fresh, mussels were disgusting which i had to spit out, ice cream not even frozen, drinks over priced. Went back to hotel and woke up in middle of night to throw up. Disgusting taste in my mouth still two days later. They will end up killing someone. Pointed this out as leaving as we paid £82 for 2 adults and one child and lady at till just smiled and laughed. Not sure if she understood. They should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible restaurant. Please don't go.

Lovely place for a takeaway, the girl behind the counter is a ray of sunshine,food is excellent.

Collection took 30 mins longer than expected. Garlic naan was burnt on the bottom and very small, ordered a rice with the intention to share and it was a small container only 3/4s filled so had to cook more rice at home. Rogan Josh had 4 small chunks of lamb and no peppers. Korma was basically watter. Alo gobi was only half filled in a small container. incredibly disappointed. Do not think we will be back.

Tasted good, but had hoped for bigger portions. Ribs didn't have that much meat on them, and there wasn't much meat at all in the pork and duck dish I ordered.

Great service. Lovely place to eat . Fantastic selection.

There's nothing 'fyne' about this place. No taste to the fish, nor the chips. All very greasy. Even the tartar sauce, which comes in a sachet, doesn't taste of anything. So disappointed. Especially when you realise the restaurant next door 'Red Herring' are doing a better trade of take out fish & chips, if we come back, we'll definitely try there. Never again Loch Fyne Fish Bar, never again.

Love this takeaway, used it for years. Very quick, staff friendly and delivery drivers professional. Food good. Love the pizzas. Price is reasonable.

Food was bland, won’t be back. Only decent thing was delivery time was rapid but now I know why as no one would go to it because it’s so bad
