I ordered a takeaway late last night. Ordered the meal deal with a chicken vindaloo, some poppadoms and mixed pickles, as well as 2 cans of juice. The order arrived within an hour and ten minutes which was perfectly fine. The Pakora that came with the meal deal were tasty, though not quite as hot as they could be, still very thoroughly enjoyed them. The curry and rice were piping hot, very clearly freshly cooked, and delicious. The Vindaloo was the perfect spice level, the rice was fragrant and colourful and the chapatti was not too chewy. Mixed pickle was a nice variety, particularly enjoyed the spiced onions, the only complaint I have at all about this place was the juice was not the coldest, but ten minutes in the freezer sorted that right out. Have found my new favourite Indian takeaway in Musselburgh, will have to see if the sit in is as good as the gurkah 🤭

Good options and when we went 6:30 on a Saturday there was about 35 people in so the food was getting replaced all the time! Nice and hot and plenty of it! Staff were quick at clearing plates and also friendly:) does exactly what it says on the tin! Very enjoyable

I stopped off here for a takeaway whilst on a stopover in Leith. I ordered Special Chow Mein, curry sauce and chips. Whilst the food was ok the Chow Mein portion was small and just noodles with some small pieces of chopped ham, chicken and three small prawns. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place as I think it just relies on passing trade in the area

There's nothing 'fyne' about this place. No taste to the fish, nor the chips. All very greasy. Even the tartar sauce, which comes in a sachet, doesn't taste of anything. So disappointed. Especially when you realise the restaurant next door 'Red Herring' are doing a better trade of take out fish & chips, if we come back, we'll definitely try there. Never again Loch Fyne Fish Bar, never again.

Had not been in this place a while, but I ordered a MIX KEBAB looking at the menu there was no price for Reg or Large asked for a regular with Nan no Donner. CHARGED ME £25 for a KING MIX KEBAB WTF it only had one skewer of chicken lamb & seekh with chips. I understand prices have gone up but I was shocked at the rip off price I was being charged. COMPARED to other kebab shop around no one charges £25 for a MIX KEBAB ESPECIALLY NOT YADGAR £17 for a king OR SHAHEDS £18 for a king on that note I will not be returning.ABSOLUTE RIP OFF
