Abysmal timing, lack of drivers, no contact from shop, food arrived cold

it came cold and with no sauce

The food was freezing. When i could track the delivery person they were miles from the restaurant, so it was probably their fault more that jolibee

The delivery person was pleasant

Delivered on time but the food was cold. Despite it being cold the chicken did taste good.

In our 4 days trip in Edinburgh (March 6-9), I think we came by like almost every day too (4x). Foods were super great, staff were very helpful and approachable and friendly. Special thanks to ate Riza who’s very accommodating and helpful. We will surely recommend this to everyone.

Food was great and the service. We met Riza originally from Cebu. She was friendly and approachable.

Our order didn’t come as the best we order loaded fries and they gave us plain chips instead and our order was muddled up like everything fell out

You get what you’re going for, but definitely go for the chicken based items over anything else! Very sweet and kind workers, one in particular and she knows who she is <3

I am shocked with the size and taste of Jolly Chicken now. I was here on opening day and continued eating for years but chicken is getting smaller and taste is not as good as before. I was happy before but now no more. Sorry. Even filipinos from Dublin came to Edinburgh to eat. They were next to me and asked me why chicken is not delicious like before. I’m not alone who have noticed.

The food was cold so I had to reheat it which was not good enough

Good food like in the Philippines

Services was good but the spaghetti is a little bit bland for my taste and the chicken was dry for my liking maybe due to the excessive coating. But overall it was a nice early dinner for my hungry stomach after a long and tiring day. Thank you, Jollibee.

The was a Lady called RIZA from the Philippines, she was interacting and being very friendly with all the customers. She’s kept doing her job and purely helping customers in the best way she could. I was really impressed, how she kept a smile on her face and still keep working. Hats off

I visited this store twice on the same day, and unfortunately, both times, the chicken fillet in my burger was undercooked. While it was hot, it definitely needed to be cooked more properly. The loaded chicken fries were alright, but overall, the food quality was disappointing. The customer service was another letdown. The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, with facial expressions that made it feel like they were doing us a favor rather than serving customers. A little friendliness and a smile would go a long way in improving the experience. Additionally, the menu lacks hot drinks and doesn’t offer great deals or promotions. The prices are on the higher side, and with such limited offers, it doesn’t feel very budget-friendly. I also had a frustrating experience when I asked for extra mayo. Since we were two people with two meals, I politely requested a bit more, but instead of a reasonable response, the staff handed me a whole bunch in a way that felt passive-aggressive. It made me not want to go back and ask for anything again. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this location unless improvements are made in both food quality and customer service.

The food was okay, but service was terrible. First, I ordered dine-in, but they packed it to go. When I pointed it out, they didn’t react at all—no apology, no response, just ignored it. Then, they forgot my sauce. I went back with my receipt, and instead of just giving it to me, they kept double-checking like I was lying. No apology, no smile—just a cold face when they finally handed it over. Not coming back.

Tried the chicken original flavor. Nothing still compares to home but this feels like a lighter version of chicken. Spagetti might be improve with extra ml of sauce. Jolly hotdog did not disappoint. The Bread is better than one at home. The sauce is not bad. Hopefully there will be a palabok which is always a classic noodle dish aside from our version of spageti. Good thing there is also wifi.

All the staffs are amazing and did a great job. Excellent service and nice food, everyone’s nice especially ate Riza, she is so accommodating and approachable.

Standards have dropped big time. Orders loaded fries and got not loaded fries, Didn't have thighs when l asked for them.

you gave the delivery driver the wrong address but he phoned me and I gave him the correct address . I hope that you can change that so the delivery comes to the correct location, thanks.

The driver told me he could not deliver the order as his bike was broke. he then also told me he could not cancel the order because it would affect his earnings. 40 minutes later, after I had reordered from somewhere else, he showed up in a car with another driver and acted like the whole chat did not happen. Also, they marked it as delivered even though it was refused due to the above. crazy

It was fab, we had a big order and it was perfect.

A friendly well run jollibee, that is deservedly busy . Plenty of room, ideally needs an upstairs toilet that's not just a disabled one. Otherwise the best jollibee we have visited.
