**Order Number: 813E7** I ordered from Jollibee through Uber Eats, and once again, I was incredibly disappointed. This is the second time I've ordered from them, and both experiences have been awful. The food arrived cold, with half-cooked fries. The spicy chicken sandwich was not only cold, but the bun was rock hard. I also ordered the 3-piece spicy chicken, which was just terrible—hard, cooked in what looked like old, black oil, and cold as well. I feel like I’ve wasted my money, and I won’t be ordering from Jollibee again. They seriously need to step up their food quality for delivery.

One of my comfort food back in Singapore, and the quality of the fried chicken is actually great! Accidentally slipped on the stairs down (my own accord) and the staff was nice enough to replace my drink and fries.

Went here with the vouchers from welcome week of UoE. The service was amazing! The food that we ordered was served piping hot! It can get pretty crowded sometimes and noisy too. The seating spaces aren’t much so that can be an issue sometimes. Overall a decent experience!

Very delicious fried chicken, large pieces, crispy batter, soft rice. I wish there was some in Thailand. It's more delicious than KFC.

Food was stone cold and barely edible

The spice sandwiches are really spicy! The chicken pieces are very good & the breadcrumbs too! The service leaves something to be desired, the tables are not clean & we had a tray without napkins. In addition, the sandwiches on the menu were not available…

Pucha no gravy!!! They said it ran out or nobody made gravy for the day. lol

First time trying this fast food chain. I wasn't a huge fan of the burger and dessert but the fries were tasty and for me an unusual combination. I liked those. When it goes for this particular branch it felt chaotic, not enough space for people to wait till they food is ready which in our case was 20+ minutes.

Delicious food. Chicken curry rice bowl and chips was the perfect ammount for lunch and all under a £10a 😊👌 will definitely be back in.

I have always enjoyed Jolibee, and the experience in most Jolibees in the UK has always been delightful. Although we enjoyed the actual meal at our recent visit at the Edinburgh branch, I suggest that certain staff need to take up customer service training; Our order was taken by Blue, who is the definition of having a "face with subtitles", the negative attitude, raised eyebrows, abrupt answers and talking about customers with other colleagues IN FRONT OF THEM (Yes, we understand Tagalog) is completely unacceptable. It's a shame, really, as Jolibee promotes happy and polite service, and one person can ruin one's whole dining experience.

The burgers exceeded my expectations.

We have been there quite a few times and it was really good on those occasions but this time around they didn't have the spicy option for their chicken for some reason which was a bit of a let down but the fried chicken was piping hot and fresh and the burger as well. It is halal and would definitely recommend.

Second time that food arrived cold and warm drink. Driver delivered on time so no his fault.

Ok, first things first. If you are thinking that Jollibee in the UK will be like Jollibee in the Philippines, I'm afraid it isn't. The chicken is dry and quite spicy in comparison. The menu is also more limited and more expensive in the UK. This particular restaurant, as seems to be the case with others here, appears to be small but well patronised. The lack of cleanliness and care taken in the restaurant was noticeable, there wasn't someone dedicated to clearing and cleaning tables as you would get in the Philippines. Empty food and drinks containers were left for anyone wanting to sit down to move and dispose of. The tables don't appear to be regularly cleaned down. Additionally, the hand washing station had long run out of soap, what's the point of providing a hand washing station without soap? The guy emptying the bin never even checked the soap dispenser. In all, disappointing. The restaurants here in the UK very much seem to trade on the goodwill generated by the branches in the Philippines and the much better food.

Selected and paid for dessert with one of the meals but it was missing upon arrival. 👎🙁

The food here is Halal, and much much better then other Fast Food Outlets. The burger patties were juicy. Visited 2 times in a 3 day trip as it was budget friendly compared to other restaurants as I Felt Edinburgh to be a little costlier then other cities.

Excellent fried chicken with gravy, the peach mango pie is also quite decent. Some of the ordering machines don't work and can get crowded during meal time but it didn't take that long when we went there twice.

Spicy chicken, I'm still suffering a day later. But it's worth it as absolutely lovely, and the bbq suce is outstanding

Cannot be compared to other fast food competitors. Jolibee operates in a league of their own in terms of decent and unique food offerings. You have to try the spaghetti.

As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, I’ve had countless positive experiences at Jollibee locations across the UK. Being a Filipina, I’ve always felt a connection to this brand. So, during my holiday in Edinburgh Scotland, I was incredibly excited to visit the Jollibee there on Saturday 31st August 2024. Unfortunately, the service I received was the worst I have ever experienced. After a long journey, my family and I decided to treat ourselves to a Jollibee meal. We placed a substantial order worth £90. After 10 minutes, our number was called, and we were informed that our order was ready. However, we were then told that they could only provide chicken breast unless we wanted to wait an additional 6 minutes for the rest of our order. I politely said we were happy to wait. That’s when Blue, one of the staff members, turned to her colleagues and made a rude, sarcastic comment, all while I was standing right there. They laughed, and it was clear from their glances that they were talking about me and my mom. This behavior was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. We ended up waiting another 10-15 minutes, which was understandable since we chose to wait. When our order was finally ready, the manager took over and was very kind and professional, a stark contrast to Blue. While waiting for our five drinks, Blue handed me a tray without properly securing the paper underneath to prevent the drinks from sliding. Predictably, all the drinks toppled to the floor. The manager, once again, came to the rescue and helped clean up the mess, offering to replace the drinks. After this incident, I tried to get Blue’s attention to ask for plates since none were provided with our meal. She initially ignored my calls of “excuse me.” When I finally got her attention and politely asked for plates, she looked at me with raised eyebrows and asked, “How many do you need?” in a tone that felt more like an interrogation than a simple question. As a seasoned professional in hospitality, I understand the pressures of a busy environment. However, I have never, in my years of experience, treated a guest with such disrespect. This visit left a bad taste in my mouth, and it’s disheartening to say that a brand I once admired has let me down so badly. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, so no other customer has to endure what we did. My family and I will think twice before visiting Jollibee again.

It was OK, I honestly expected more from this place. We had to go with the spicy option as the original/ standard wasn't available on the menu at the time. The loaded fried was good.

We have been wanting to try Jollibee for some time now and we're excited to discover one in Edinburgh during our sightseeing adventures. The chicken and fries were cooked to fried, crunchy perfection and different flavored sauces to have with the chicken.

I visited your establishment for dinner on Friday, August 16th, at 8:15 pm. I ordered two portions of spaghetti incorrectly and encountered difficulty when requesting to return one of the servings. The staff's response to my request for assistance was not as accommodating as I had hoped. Upon seeking help from the manager, I found their demeanour to be rather unhelpful and unenthusiastic, which left me with the impression of being inconvenienced. Despite the abovementioned issues, I must commend the food quality, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, I was extremely disappointed by the state of the toilet facilities. The conditions within the toilet, including wet flooring and cleanliness, were highly unsatisfactory. As I left the premises, I informed the security personnel about the toilet conditions to avoid further interaction with the visibly unhappy staff and management. Regrettably, based on my experience, I am reconsidering future visits to your establishment. While the food was delightful, the overall ambience and cleanliness fell short of expectations. I hope the necessary measures are in place to ensure conformity with food hygiene standards and overall cleanliness.

I was really excited to try Jollibee for the first time, but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations :( We got the 2 Piece Chickenjoy with Gravy and Jollibee Chicken Sandwich. The chicken on the sandwich was well seasoned, but it was cold. The chicken pieces were juicy, but too greasy. I completely forgot to ask what kind of stock is in the gravy before ordering (I can’t have beef). Once we got it, I went up to the counter and asked what looked liked the manager the ingredients of the gravy. She replied “I think chicken stock”. As a manager I think you should know the ingredients, or at least get a list of ingredients when someone is asking for it. I think it’s very inconsiderate that she didn’t find out for me. The website does not specify ingredients either.

The environment as well as the service is excellent. Quick delivery and a high standard of cleanliness. I enjoyed the food, especially the chicken burger, which had a great taste but could use a more flavorful sauce to enhance it. The spicy chicken meal was slightly on the dry side , and one piece was overcooked for my liking, The burgers were nice and juicy as well as flavourful. Additionally, there were no refills. Minor setback as overall it was an enjoyable fast food experience.

Quantity of the chips is very low , food is ok but service is very poor. in a 6 pc bucket it had 4 wings

How come a fast food place has run out of chips???? They take so long to serve and give the food even when it’s not that busy. This is unacceptable. They’re tables were dirty and broken which is so unsafe and unsanitary 🤮

McDonalds x Burger king x KFC. Burgers like a big mac but 10x better. Chips better than original Burger king crunchy chips 10/10. Chicken better than KFC 10/10. JOLLIBEE has now gained me as a forever customer. thankyou for that!

As a filipino-I like Jollibee,but the chicken is not good as from the Philippines..Pricey for what it is.. it's better to go to McDonald's,than Jollibee. Apologies to all Filipino friends

It’s gone really downhill I understand the wait times but atleast don’t leave the food out in the cold for 10-20 minutes I remember being happy going there as it would be a nice treat but now I have to complain a lot because the food is cold or it’s not cooked properly, you need to fix your staff as some of them are just silent if you try to talk to them and ignore you for simple things

Peach and mango pie was missing as was the chicken joy which I can't request a refund for as its part of the meal deal. The tiny pot of gravy spilt over the bag. Can of juice was put in the same bag as hot food right on the top squashing the food. the food i did receive however was warm and delicious and arrived quickly..maybe take an extra couple minutes not to rush orders

the chicken was flavorful but not crispy and tasted funny near the bone. the service was quick but the seating downstairs was very stuffy and the poor ventilation made the place smell of food and the tables were not clean. the soap in the bathroom was so diluted it wouldn't lather so I couldn't wash my hands.

Got a delivery through Uber eats and this place didn’t follow any instructions and ignored my note . As a result I got no refund , and the chicken I got I couldn’t eat so I’m left unhappy , wasting over £17 to not eat dinner apart from fries and very watery gravy . Terrible service. People need to PAY ATTENTION to customers orders . Very disappointing

I understand that the restaurant cannot control collection and delivery time, but the staff can make sure that whats ordered are whats in the basket. Jollibee food is great when its cooked with care and love and also when the right items are in the bag. Gravy that arrived was clearly burnt and doesn’t complement the rice at all(only thing that was correct was the extra rice) Putting cold drinks in the food bag takes away the purpose of hot food and cold drink. Hopefully things get better as Jollibee used to produce amazing food and it can again.

I went here in April of 2024, This is by far my favourite jollibee in the UK because the place was clean, the staff were kind, the manager as well since I am a Filipino. The food is great. So far, 5/5.

This was my first time ever having Jollibee so I ordered their chicken and the Sriracha Chicken Loaded Fries. I didn’t have high expectations and the chicken proved to be a little salty and not evenly seasoned. It was when I dug into the loaded fries that I got an explosion of flavour. I cannot recommend this dish enough I wish they had it in Canada. It is the best loaded fries dish I have ever had, perfect combination of spicy, fatty and fresh with the green onions.

It was my first time to dine in at Jollibee Edinburgh, as I am a tourist here in Scotland. However, it was quite disappointing because this is actually one of my favorite fast food but during my visit in your branch I had tried the Jolly Spaghetti with Chickenjoy, the spaghetti was too salty and the chickenjoy was nowhere near Philippine taste plus the chicken breading was a bit taken off 😔 Please note that this is just a personal opinion and not a complain. It is only a heads up on improving the real jollibee taste 😊 Mabuhay po ang filipino dishes ❤️👍🫶

Dirty place with terrible food. Ordered a 3 piece chicken meal. Was told it would take 7 minutes. I was then offered their normal 3 piece chicken meal. Food arrived a little quicker. Sat in to eat and the tables were filthy with other people's left over food and trays. My food was cold, dry and just inedible. I told customer service who simply apologised and did not offer to replace meal. I also emailed their customer service who were equally as useless. Absolutely atrocious! I will be taking my business to Popeyes chicken nearby when it opens soon.

First time at Jollibee princes street. The service was great. Place was very clean and tidy and all staff were very friendly which made for a lovely atmosphere. The coco and pineapple pie was my favourite! The fries were ok but a little cold and the chicken to me (in my opinion) was quite bland not much taste even dipping it into the sweet chilli sauce all i could taste was the sauce i couldnt really taste much from the chicken. I can see why some people would like it but it just wasnt for me.

Similar to McDonald's and KFC but they have their own flavors and dishes. The first think i love is atmosphere and ambiance. They have lots of space and sitting. Their customer service is good & friendly, lovely staff. Love the sauces and flavors. Lots of options in menu. Try to take ground floor space if you planning to dine in. Perfect place for small gathering and party's.
