Jollibee in Edinburgh, City of

Chicken spaghetti and rice always :) but truly the Jollibees in the uk are much better than those in the Philippines. The Tango is nice, much better than Royal. Sizes are bigger. Price is quadrupled though

Our 1st ever Jollibee thanks for the amazing experience. The food was warm, tasty and the prices I felt were fantastic. The atmosphere was great. Easy to order on the screens or at the desk but no app. Easly found from the princess street tram station. Toilets were clean and over all a great experience so good we tried another site.

The food is amazing here but anytime I've been here , they always seem to forget an item on your order , whether it's chips or sauce . What the hell is going on here. Food is excellent but service is shocking

We ordered gravy loaded fries, it came with hard pieces of chicken hard cheese and cold stale fries, we also ordered no condiments on one of the burgers all burgers came with all condiments. We also ordered separate spicy burgers and chicken burgers but nothing was labeled so we didnt know which was what. Absolute shambles £65 for rubbish. Would not recommend.

My order was for 4 pieces of chicken, only 3 pieces were delivered, and the sauce I asked for was maynns, and the fries didn't have onions. Very disappointed with the service, if you are in a hurry to close, don't take orders

The service was really bad! Expected to be treated nicely as a customer but no! The staff are all rude and when I requested to give me the parts of chicken that I only eat the lady was like no and turn around like the price of chicken cost differently depending on the part of chicken you request or ask???? Very disappointed, the quality of food too is not what expected from JOLLIBEE!!! Does not meet the standard quality in terms of flavour, taste, portion and definitely service!

Please just please give me fresh fried chicken when I order online 🥹 I ordered the two pieces spicy chicken and one of them was really good but the other one was like rubber 🥲 It was cold, not juicy, and tasted like it was fried yesterday and refried again (?). Me and my friend was so sad that we got that chicken even though we still have the other one super good 🥲 We need delicious chicken in this dissertation time 🥲 Thank you so much.

Wrong order arrived! When I asked the delivery driver he said thats what was handed to him, I’ve been calling jollibee multiple times as I’m assuming the order is in the store, but no one has responded

person at the store did not close the gravy lid so it was spilled on delivery

Slow service, dog shit chicken. Go to Popeye's instead

We ordered 2 fried chicken piece and it was oily and chicken din taste fresh.curry sauce was watery with no taste.pineapple juice was smelling and tasting stale. Tables were not cleaned.overall it was hopeless experience.

Tasted for the first time and became a big fan of Jollibee. Fried Chicken, Spaghetti, Sriracha Chicken with loaded fries is a MUST try. Mango PIE is highly recommended. Quick service. Cleaning of tables wasn't regular, and you will not find clean tables to sit.

Well, this is our 5th time here since last year, and we always never fail our expectations. To be honest, the costumer service really improved from last year’s visit. The staffs are more accommodating and friendly which is a “filipino” thing. Always fried chicken… I will always come back here. See you soonest 🥰🥰🥰 🍗🍗🍗

I haven't seen the hamburger and spaghetti combination anywhere else in a fast food restaurant, but it works! Tender chicken and delicious spaghetti. Hopefully it will come to Belgium soon :)

Service was a bit slower that usual fast food places, but it made up with their food! The chicken joy was fesh, crunchy and dipped in that gravy was elite. The gravy I could eat like soup🤤. My partner tried the spaghetti (which he first didn't like the sound of) and he said it wasn't what he thought it was, but it was delicious nonetheless.

Chickenjoy is the best! If you're craving comfort food that hits the spot, jollibee's chicken burger is definitely worth trying! Will be going back for more.

Service is bad when you order they always miss up your order. They always forgets items on thw order.

We had a great experience yesterday. A crew member named Riza was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She made sure our order was correct and even helped with our request with a big smile. It’s not often you come across such genuinely excellent service and person—she really made our day. I hope she gets recognized for her great work!

the food was so cold due to the staff putting a cold can of juice in a bag of hot food.

I placed an order worth £80 through Just Eat, only for it to arrive 40 minutes late. To make matters worse, the delivery included only around £10 worth of the items I had paid for. After waiting in frustration, I had to take a 40-minute bus journey to the restaurant to resolve the issue in person due to the fact that they don’t have a phone number I could have called. Only then was I given the remainder of my order—unfortunately, it was lukewarm and not up to standard. Overall, this was a highly unsatisfactory experience, both in terms of service and food quality

We always come here to get get food for the family once a week. This time on leaving my young son dropped the bag outside by mistake and all the food fell. I went in and spoke to the manager about the food and showed him the bag of all the food we picked up from the floor. We spent £47 and he said all he could give was 2 fries at it was too much food ro replace. We took the fries and only 2 of my kids ate . I hope a company that makes so much money can't replace a genuine mistake, when a customer spends £200 a month. Really disappointing at the way they treated us.

Was pretty busy took a little while to order,after I ordered the meal arrived fairly quick, very good amount of seats always a place to sit, and the food is very nice.

The food was very delicious and the prices were fair. The staff member at the counter, and especially the cleaning lady, were very friendly. Our table was cleaned immediately.

Great food in a modern environment. As it is very busy with young adults and children, it can be very loud and crowded. Also the cleanliness downstairs is a bit haphazard, however the staff are quick to act if notified.

Delivery guy was friendly but whoever put my meal together gave me horrible pieces of supposed chicken. Didn’t even look like chicken, had to throw it away. 1st time ordering from here and won’t be ever again completely ruined my experience..

Previously enjoyed eating here but yesterday was horrible. Ordered 2 adult and 2 kids meals. Service was poor. The kitchen was struggling to put orders out though it wasn't particularly busy. I received the order with missing Pepsi's, missing kids drinks, and a whole missing kids chicken box. Today we are all sick. Usually I'd give the benefit of the doubt but we definitely got sick from eating here. The chicken pieces were barely warm, greasy and didn't taste fresh, we didn't finish it. Not to the quality this place previously delivered.

This is my first time trying Jollibee and I would say that I love it! I’m not a fan of pies, but in my opinion their peach mango pie is the best! 🤤 The fried chickens size is also reasonable for its price 👍 The staff also was welcoming and kind. Definitely one of my favourite fast food restaurants 🥰

Fast service and quality of what you come to look for in this type of place.

The Crispy chicken never disappoints. And the peach mango pie is a must, you should not skip it. The staff are nice and would definitely come back.

Spaghetti sauce here in Edinburgh is almost near the taste of the original spaghetti of the Philippines. Gravy tastes much better than where I came from. Truly recommend this branch. Thank you for the ate that we talked with as well. She's very nice. Filipino hospitality as it's finest. 👍

Nice spaghetti, but I wish the use low fat beef, the chicken burger it was nice taste as always, but the chicken had a weird texture. Mango and peach pie was really tasty, like always. Nice staff too. Quick service. My favourite fast food restaurant since they opened.

Chicken rice is available. The rice is made with Southeast Asian style rice. There is also spicy chicken, but the spicy chicken with bones is spicy enough to suit Korean tastes, so I wonder if British people would be able to eat it. The spicy chicken tenders are spicy with pepper.

The Jollibee restaurants in the UK are not well taken care of like they are in the Philippines or Vietnam. the food prices are expensive compared to McDonald's or KFC. Even Wendy's or taco bell have better prices.

The portion was a bit less for the money that we paid. But the French fries were amazing ! The best I have had so far.

Jollibee is a home away from home, this fast food is our go-to when we feel homesickness as a filipino living in Scotland.

Great crispy chicken, the batter is sooo tasty and the chicken so soft. Loved my burger, even if the bum was a bit too soft... But that's my taste. The mango and peach parcel are to die for!!! Wow! Even the spaghetti are nice .. I was worried about trying them, but they are ok. According to my daughter, much better than the ones they get at school. The place was clean, including the toilet, and food came quickly enough. Thank you Riza for coming to chat with us and see if we enjoyed our meal. Forget McDonald's, Popeye, and KFC, this is the rizz. We'll be back

This is my first time trying Jollibee after hearing so much about it back in the States. It’s pretty good! The combo meals are generous, and the spicy chicken is definitely spicier than what other chains offer, which I really enjoy. The store is clean, and the staff are friendly.

The food was freezing. When i could track the delivery person they were miles from the restaurant, so it was probably their fault more that jolibee
