Very overcooked dry chicken, no spice. Very expensive for what you get

Better than US and Canadian Jollibee

Tasted for the first time and became a big fan of Jollibee. Fried Chicken, Spaghetti, Sriracha Chicken with loaded fries is a MUST try. Mango PIE is highly recommended. Quick service. Cleaning of tables wasn't regular, and you will not find clean tables to sit.

I haven't seen the hamburger and spaghetti combination anywhere else in a fast food restaurant, but it works! Tender chicken and delicious spaghetti. Hopefully it will come to Belgium soon :)

Well, this is our 5th time here since last year, and we always never fail our expectations. To be honest, the costumer service really improved from last year’s visit. The staffs are more accommodating and friendly which is a “filipino” thing. Always fried chicken… I will always come back here. See you soonest 🥰🥰🥰 🍗🍗🍗

Service was a bit slower that usual fast food places, but it made up with their food! The chicken joy was fesh, crunchy and dipped in that gravy was elite. The gravy I could eat like soup🤤. My partner tried the spaghetti (which he first didn't like the sound of) and he said it wasn't what he thought it was, but it was delicious nonetheless.

Chickenjoy is the best! If you're craving comfort food that hits the spot, jollibee's chicken burger is definitely worth trying! Will be going back for more.

Service is bad when you order they always miss up your order. They always forgets items on thw order.

We had a great experience yesterday. A crew member named Riza was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. She made sure our order was correct and even helped with our request with a big smile. It’s not often you come across such genuinely excellent service and person—she really made our day. I hope she gets recognized for her great work!

I placed an order worth £80 through Just Eat, only for it to arrive 40 minutes late. To make matters worse, the delivery included only around £10 worth of the items I had paid for. After waiting in frustration, I had to take a 40-minute bus journey to the restaurant to resolve the issue in person due to the fact that they don’t have a phone number I could have called. Only then was I given the remainder of my order—unfortunately, it was lukewarm and not up to standard. Overall, this was a highly unsatisfactory experience, both in terms of service and food quality

We always come here to get get food for the family once a week. This time on leaving my young son dropped the bag outside by mistake and all the food fell. I went in and spoke to the manager about the food and showed him the bag of all the food we picked up from the floor. We spent £47 and he said all he could give was 2 fries at it was too much food ro replace. We took the fries and only 2 of my kids ate . I hope a company that makes so much money can't replace a genuine mistake, when a customer spends £200 a month. Really disappointing at the way they treated us.

Was pretty busy took a little while to order,after I ordered the meal arrived fairly quick, very good amount of seats always a place to sit, and the food is very nice.

The food was very delicious and the prices were fair. The staff member at the counter, and especially the cleaning lady, were very friendly. Our table was cleaned immediately.

Adults and kids loved the food so much. Nice ambience and great customer service. This is our first time and we will be coming more often.

Great food in a modern environment. As it is very busy with young adults and children, it can be very loud and crowded. Also the cleanliness downstairs is a bit haphazard, however the staff are quick to act if notified.

Previously enjoyed eating here but yesterday was horrible. Ordered 2 adult and 2 kids meals. Service was poor. The kitchen was struggling to put orders out though it wasn't particularly busy. I received the order with missing Pepsi's, missing kids drinks, and a whole missing kids chicken box. Today we are all sick. Usually I'd give the benefit of the doubt but we definitely got sick from eating here. The chicken pieces were barely warm, greasy and didn't taste fresh, we didn't finish it. Not to the quality this place previously delivered.

Ordered the 2pcs chicken. Portion came smaller than usual standard. Great service from Riza.

This is my first time trying Jollibee and I would say that I love it! I’m not a fan of pies, but in my opinion their peach mango pie is the best! 🤤 The fried chickens size is also reasonable for its price 👍 The staff also was welcoming and kind. Definitely one of my favourite fast food restaurants 🥰

Fast service and quality of what you come to look for in this type of place.

The Crispy chicken never disappoints. And the peach mango pie is a must, you should not skip it. The staff are nice and would definitely come back.

Spaghetti sauce here in Edinburgh is almost near the taste of the original spaghetti of the Philippines. Gravy tastes much better than where I came from. Truly recommend this branch. Thank you for the ate that we talked with as well. She's very nice. Filipino hospitality as it's finest. 👍

Nice spaghetti, but I wish the use low fat beef, the chicken burger it was nice taste as always, but the chicken had a weird texture. Mango and peach pie was really tasty, like always. Nice staff too. Quick service. My favourite fast food restaurant since they opened.

The spaghetti is very good- almost the same as we have from home (just need a bit more sweetness).

Chicken rice is available. The rice is made with Southeast Asian style rice. There is also spicy chicken, but the spicy chicken with bones is spicy enough to suit Korean tastes, so I wonder if British people would be able to eat it. The spicy chicken tenders are spicy with pepper.

The Jollibee restaurants in the UK are not well taken care of like they are in the Philippines or Vietnam. the food prices are expensive compared to McDonald's or KFC. Even Wendy's or taco bell have better prices.

The portion was a bit less for the money that we paid. But the French fries were amazing ! The best I have had so far.

Great crispy chicken, the batter is sooo tasty and the chicken so soft. Loved my burger, even if the bum was a bit too soft... But that's my taste. The mango and peach parcel are to die for!!! Wow! Even the spaghetti are nice .. I was worried about trying them, but they are ok. According to my daughter, much better than the ones they get at school. The place was clean, including the toilet, and food came quickly enough. Thank you Riza for coming to chat with us and see if we enjoyed our meal. Forget McDonald's, Popeye, and KFC, this is the rizz. We'll be back

Jollibee is a home away from home, this fast food is our go-to when we feel homesickness as a filipino living in Scotland.

I liked their peach and mango pie, but their spicy tenders were a little hard. Atmosphere was pretty nice

This is my first time trying Jollibee after hearing so much about it back in the States. It’s pretty good! The combo meals are generous, and the spicy chicken is definitely spicier than what other chains offer, which I really enjoy. The store is clean, and the staff are friendly.

Food is delicious. We always visit and order meals here each time we travel to Edinburgh. The staff are very friendly and very good in attending customers. They always kept the place clean and tidy. We're very happy and satisfied with our experience in Jollibee. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work.

First time trying Jollibee. The main event, the chicken, is great and runs KFC close. Chips are a bit boring but at least not over seasoned. Tenders were fine. Nice sauce, friendly service. Good choice!

10/10 service and food. Best fried chicken restaurant I've ever been too miles above any other famous fried chicken shops that I'm not going to name but you can probably guess who they are. Spicy fried chicken was the best i have ever had and the fries were amazing, the woman Grace that served us went above and beyond to provid excellent service and should definitelybe recognised for her excellent strive to providethe best service and a happy face for the company. Definitely worth a visit or two.

Foods are amazing, everytime I ate jolibee I remembered my childhood. It’s been part of Philippines culture. Wherever you go, you always look for it. Service were very good and fast.

Food was great and the service. We met Riza originally from Cebu. She was friendly and approachable.

In our 4 days trip in Edinburgh (March 6-9), I think we came by like almost every day too (4x). Foods were super great, staff were very helpful and approachable and friendly. Special thanks to ate Riza who’s very accommodating and helpful. We will surely recommend this to everyone.

Our order didn’t come as the best we order loaded fries and they gave us plain chips instead and our order was muddled up like everything fell out

I am shocked with the size and taste of Jolly Chicken now. I was here on opening day and continued eating for years but chicken is getting smaller and taste is not as good as before. I was happy before but now no more. Sorry. Even filipinos from Dublin came to Edinburgh to eat. They were next to me and asked me why chicken is not delicious like before. I’m not alone who have noticed.
