Love this takeaway, used it for years. Very quick, staff friendly and delivery drivers professional. Food good. Love the pizzas. Price is reasonable.

Got a £20 deal for 2 was outstanding full of flavour good portion size we were at Craig Tara and someone suggested this place ,would go here again the two counter ladies were really friendly also

Be careful. They pretend to use calculators but then charge you three times the price. Witnessed taking advantage of drunk customers who were alerted to this practice.

Went in and ordered. Couldn’t understand a word of English, got home, not what I ordered and forgot the chips. I didn’t eat it gave it my partner she loves kebabs and stuff, she has been throwing up and even the dog has turned his nose up at it

I have no idea what I just ate but it sure wasn’t lamb - feel a bit ill at the thought of it. It’s likely to be cheap beef or pork dyed and spiced. It was so chewy. Delivery was fast and driver very friendly but the actual food was a big thumbs down

Absolutely rubbish don't eat here !!! Weird taste worst takeaway I've ever had. I could taste the spices they had used goodness knows what my dish was but it wasn't a Chicken Karahi !!!

Just been into Flames so my husband could get a kebab, got it home no pitta bread!!!! The staff are so dour no please no thank you not a smile from any if them. Money snatched out of your hand. Service disgraceful

Ordered 2 kebabs, Onion rings and a Chicken burger. Came quickly and food was decent. Only critism was the garlic mayo was a lot of sauce.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Had a few kebabs from here, normally after a night out. We went to order from our normal Indian takeaway and found prices had gone up and a 50p service charge when ordering online?? Decided to try Flames for an Indian takeaway. Hubby got a vindaloo which he said was brilliant. I got a tandoori mixed grill, chicken and lamb. It was delicious and came with rice, sauce and a decent tub of salad. This was £8.50 and in our normal takeaway it was £15.50 albeit they give you 20% discount if you order online. Best takeaway we have had in ages and the cheapest. 6 Stars for Flames and we will definitely be back. Also to add anytime I have been in the shop the staff are lovely and so helpful and my hubby said that this was the best spicy nan bread he has ever had

Slowly over the last 6 months , the food has been getting worse and last night after we ordered our food through just eat, they decided to cancel our order as they 'closed 2 hours early' . Even though they were open when we phoned the actual shop number . Will not be using again

Really enjoy a takeaway here. Staff are so nice and hard working. The food is delicious and if you choose the set Indian meal for two it’s great value and feeds four easily. They also serve pizzas and lots more. Well worth a visit.

This place was once my favourite takeaway , but now the food arrives cold more often than not and the pizzas are very bare . Certainly a fall from grace . I'll definitely need to start going elsewhere for my food . The chicken sweetcorn pizza has almost no chicken on it. An absolute joke

Love this takeaway, we usually have Indian takeaway but there are also other choices, kebabs, lovely pizzas and burgers, fish and chips etc. But the Indian dishes we have are just the best and the meal for 2 is such good value, really a meal for 3 at least. The staff are so nice and it’s a great place for take away food.

Food is amazing any time i get it but best to collect takes a while to deliver. Large chicken kebab on am amazing big nan bread. Always get it garlic and loads of sauce

We normally get set meal for 2 or 3; so spend 20 ish; really nice and great price; normally upgrade to peshwari nan for a little extra. best chicken pakora in town! Delivery is kinda slow, so tend to pick it up. But worth it. Tried others in town, not up to this one! Sometime get European food too and it's good too!

Lamb tikka is the bees knees! Best in the shire.

Dinner was absolutely delicious, very generous portions, courteous staff great value for money, ready exactly at stated time, this was my first time using this takeaway but certainly won’t be my last, well worth a try

This was the worst takeaway I have ever had. Waist of money The chips were dry and very hard ( could have been back heated) Ordered 2 pizzas . They were that soggy and cold that even the box was wet and falling apart . Also pizza was very salty . Won’t be using again

usually the chicken wings are really good but ordered them tonight and they were not cooked properly, chicken was really pink and not a good quality which really upset me as they are my favourite, also got a cheeseburger and the it was a singular cheese slice on my burger which didnt even cover it, burger however was tasty, hope this is not the same next time as i am a regular costumer from flames and expect the good quality to be back next time, nathan campbell

Lovely curry will defo order a curry from you guys again the nan a wee bit too crispy but thats me being picky. Only complaint would be the calzone as it was very small for what you charge its like an 8" pizza folded over and the chips were crispy

Waited over an hour to receive cold food which even looked totally disgusting . After phoning to complain we were eventually sent out a replacement meal (40mins later although we only live 15mins from the restaurant!) which once again was freezing cold. Apparently they took the time to deliver to other customers on route even although we had called to complain twice! Have been customers of this restaurant for many years but will no longer order from here especially after being told by the manager that we had to 'like it or lump it'.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! Portion size was terrible. I ordered large kebab. I only got 6 strands of kebab meat. I was left hungry. The food was overpriced for the mall amount I recieved. I don't recommend

Ordered a flames special burger for my partner he enjoyed it ate it all.. I ordered a spicey chicken calzone it was completely tasteless no spice to it whatsoever, I usually order a burger which I love but fancied something different tonight.. it won't put me off ordering again but I think I will just stick to the burgers thanks

ordered a Munchy box. it was half an hour late. box was soggy, chips were stuck to the box and there was 4 strips of donner meat in the box. disgusted with it is an understatement will be the last. £8 for a munchy box that's practically empty

app tellls me its delivered and 25 minutes later it appears needing microwaved as the cans of juice are warmer than the food not as there usual standard Shame

Box was all squashed bread was squashed salad abd sauce was all to one side looked as if it had been thrown in box the taste was fine my wifes kebab was fine

Food not that great, can of juice was roasting as it was sat on top of my food in the same bag and delivery driver could learn manners and how to smile won't be back

You put the can of juice in with the pizza and it had obviously been there a while... I'm trying to understand the logic in that? If there was any thought at all or just stupidity lol it was on the verge of boiling and non drinkable with my meal.

Don't waste your money. I ordered Chicken Tikka Main Course. The chicken was disgusting, the sauce was also as disgusting. Both of us had 2 mouthfuls and put it straight in the bin where it clearly belonged.

The only reason i gave four stars delivery is i was in a shower when it came 25mins early

Avoid at all cost food terrible put straight into bin not fit for human consumption. When phoned restaurant about the food all i got was abusive off the staff really rude then they had the cheek to hang up. So folks do yourselves a big favour and avoid them at allcosts.

I ordered a bottle of juice at £3.20 with my food and i didn't receive a any juice with my order and it has took the money out of my bank and when i tried to phone in they answered and hung up and didn't answer again i tried phoning 9 times and no answer

Ordered the pizza deal which says comes with chips and a can so understand the disappointment when the can is in the same bag and is warmer than the pizza an you open up your chips and it's soggy garlic bread if a wanted garlic bread a would have ordered it wanted chips like it states in the menu highly disappointed from a once excellent restaurant

Deliver more than 30 minutes late. Food cool when arrived. Call to restaurant did not even elicit an apology. Poor service however I will say that the meals were tasty

The chiken and lamb in the tikka dishes was nice the sauce was horrible no taste whatsoever which left the rice swimming in a puddle

Cold, terrible food. Manager sent wrong food and told us to contact Just Eat for all he cared because he didn't care if he had sent wrong food. He shouted down phone and was the rudest man I have ever spoken to. Apparently separate salad and sauce means on the kebab and by the side. Would never order again - the stuff that was right was cold and iedible.

Food was good and ready in time (pizza) Also got extra dip as instructed in the extra notes when ordering. Delivery is usually slow and on many occasions forgotten dips asked for when ordering by phone so went with collection this time.

This is definitely the last time I order from Flames... I ordered a chicken hoggie and found a large chicken bone in a piece of chicken which should not contain any bones! Didn't notice it until after I wrapped my chicken in a chapatti then bit into it! Nearly broke my tooth! I'm also fed up getting warm cans which are packaged in with my hot food! Food quality has definitely went downhill since I fist used Flames.

Added 20mins on to delivery time but it arrived at original time?! Ordered a chicken kebab garlic sauce and salad seperate and got a plain dry kebab with no salad or sauce at all. Usually love flames but feel put off after this.
