The best restaurants serving Asian food in South West

Website and google say restaurant is open. Ordered online, payment taken. Waited for a while. No answer. Rang 3 times. Closed. What a waste.

We have just stayed at the attached Premier Inn for two nights . The staff there were fabulous so this experience is in no way aimed at them . Booked for breakfast at the Carclaze on our first morning as we were unsure of our plans due to having a very long journey the day before . Walked into the pub to be greeted with uncleared tables everywhere . We paid ( had we seen the state of the hot plate food and level of cross contamination we would have left before paying ) . We found a table and went for food ( it was 10am). The berries had dregs in from when we passed it , with rogue cornflakes floating in the juice , this was not filled or changed the hour we were there . The baked bean pot was dried out when we walked in and not filled till we were just leaving ( and when I say filled the container was not changed just filled in top of the bean bullets ) we passed bean bullets repeatedly in the hope it would be filled and even after questioning the lack of food nothing was done. The staff were sadly more bothered entertaining each other and discussing their social lives than doing anything remotely job related . The only saving grace was that we didn’t have dinner there the night before too as were told it was busy so went elsewhere because it was NOT busy on Saturday morning at all and it was the state it was . Such a shame , can only thank my stars there was a Niles over the road so we didn’t have to suffer it a second day !

No es el mejor Wagamamas en el que he estado. Había confusión sobre el pedido en la aplicación y si teníamos que hacer eso para conseguir galletas de gambas gratis. Finalmente fue ordenado y la comida era genial.

Food was disappointing and did not taste nice. Everything was mediocre at best, just go to the thai restaurants in Newquay instead and don't bother with the chinese until they improve.

We live local. Got a take away due to exhausted from work. Hardly any food, too costly and to top it off, absolutely no taste to the food!. The tandoori mixed grill was rubbish for £15.00. The silver trays were half empty. Honestly Go somewhere else! They even wrote down my address wrongly so food was cold when it arrived.

This is our local Indian and it’s recently under new management. The food is lovely and great value for money however the service we received wasn’t great, especially when they add on a non-discretionary 12% service charge! Would I return? - yes for the food but would definitely challenge the service charge next time!

Never order from these it was horrendous, we ordered took 2hrs then when it came we had things moving in our food, try to ring them and they answer at first then cut you off as don't want to hear your complaint, if you're thinking about ordering just don't

Ordered saag paneer got some melted cheese on top of spinach. No paneer whatsoever. Will not be ordering again.

What a find ! Amazing food and service. In paricular the pastry chef is a magician. As a wheelchair user it brilliant to find restaurants that are both acessible and trendy. The entrance is accessed by two double doors. There is large acessible bathroom. Dogs are also welcome.

Ordered takeaway for the first time for along time from here,went for the set meal c , the soup was the best part. then everything else went down hill from there Ribs were dry and over cooked, sweet n sour chicken was pasty and the sauce tasted like cleaning chemicals, beef was ok but more veg than meat ,chicken n pineapple looked and tasted synthetic not happy as i might aswell put £35 in the food waste bin as that's were it ended up......

Wouldn't bother getting Indian delivered, ordered food through Just Eat, proceeded to call me 50 minutes after the order. I was in the shower so didn't answer, they cancelled the order. After calling, it was because they couldn't deliver, great.

The landlady said with a face, since it's a buffet, please do your business well, but if you don't want to serve food, why should you open a buffet? Isn’t it enough to just cook your Chinese food well, why not use this as a means of attracting traffic? Why, just be nice to foreigners and show off to your own compatriots, have you forgotten your roots after immigrating for so long? By the way, we took a taxi there, which is ironic. No wonder business is not good, I can’t do service industry

Upon arrival I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone took my order. Food took ages and I had finished my main dish before the side arrived. My main had less chicken than usual and was watery and the side was half the size it usually is. Dessert took ages to arrive too. Really poor experience (and it’s not the first time) - I am reluctant to return here if I’m being honest :(

I really try to never write bad reviews and even my google review reflects that it is possibly edible. But I have now found myself even after explaining very clearly “no tomatoes as I have an allergy” to find underneath my meat it is covered in tomatoes and after reviewing a Snapchat video I sent whilst waiting for my food watching the server take all of the salad from the same bowl that contained tomato and actually picking out some which he saw was on my food with his own uncovered fingers, now find myself taking all the medication I have to fight a reaction that could have been avoided and hoping it subsides with minor symptoms. As much as I try to support local business this is beyond even slightly positive. This place needs to be shut down. The gentleman that served me even asked when I tried to pay with a £20 note for £9 worth of food if he could keep it as he didn’t have change. To only come out with change when I refused which I forgave as maybe there was a language barrier. It is clear that was rubbish. Avoid at all cost.
