Best Indian in Milton Keynes. Clean and cozy restaurant, amazing service, the guys who work there are always so lovely and welcoming. You can see how much they appreciate their customers. And best of all, the food is absolutely delicious!!! Every dish I have had has been amazing.

Fantastic food and service and are always happy to see you, after moving to Brooklands we thought we’d give it a go thinking it probably wouldn’t stand up to our high stands oh how we were wrong, Mo kitchen is now our new Chinese take away which thankfully is only a stones throw from home instead of the other side of Milton Keynes.

Had always heard good things about MK Everest... its a bit hidden in the depths of Woverton, but worth hunting it out on the square. Momo dumplings are a must if you visit!! The Thalis are great to try a bit of everything!! Will definately go back again!

I normally don't write reviews or give negative comments but there are certain points which I felt obliged to make, and I also feel it is quite important for this restaurant to be aware of so that it thrives to improve their customer service. I came to this restaurant back in 2014 when their food quality was exceptional and customer service equally excellent. I came yesterday night with my wife and new born with similar expectations. . The food was okay, so I won't complain on that end , however we arrived at the restaurant at 7 pm as per our reservation. We ordered two cokes and a starter. The cokes arrived with no fizz and seemed to be poured out of a large serving bottle , we politely asked the waiter to replace the drinks, he came after few minutes , simply adding lemon to our drinks , mentioning they were poured out of a fresh bottle, but it was quite clear there was no fizz in the coke. I did not want to make a big fuss as the problem was also long waiting time, meaning every single order was taking a lot of time arriving at our table. Secondly we ordered quite a bit of food for two, and included in that was a peshwari nan. As per our knowledge it does not have coconut or is not sweet, but it turned out to be a sweet snack. We politely asked if we could get it replaced with a normal naan as we were having savoury items in our meal such as curry etc. The waiter told us he would be charging us and is unable to offer free replacement. Now the thing is we visit several restaurants and a £3 item as per a potential expense of £60 is not a big issue. My family did not complain, but deep down it was quite embarrassing for me , that a simple item could not be replaced at restaurant's discretion. The food was ok, it could be improved by perhaps increasing portion size of 10 to 20% more, and carefully researching the spices etc for specific menu items. One rule of thumb behind a successful restaurant is keeping menu nice and simple and not having lots of variety as that is where alot of restaurants fail to deliver, and this restaurant is headed in that direction. We left the restaurant at 9 pm, so 2 hours as opposed to a one hour service ,simply not good enough. Please do take this feedback onboard if you genuinely care for your customers, as I walked out of this restaurant quite dissapointed.

Four of us came here for the bottomless brunch, I've never had so many drinks in such a short time! The staff made sure our table was never empty, we had a conveyor belt of drinks and 90% of the time they brought us the next round without even asking. Absolutely blown away by the hospitality, the manager was excellent. Thank you Banana Tree for a wonderful experience.

Alright, let’s talk about Wagamama in the Midsummer shopping mall, Milton Keynes. Now, normally when you think of a restaurant in a shopping mall, you brace yourself for screaming kids and the aroma of pretzels mixing with cheap cologne from a nearby department store. But Wagamama? Stunning. It’s like stepping into an entirely different world where all the chaos outside fades, and you’re left with a bowl of food so good it makes you forget you’re sat next to a Boots. First off, the food. It’s tasty. Properly tasty. Whether you’re going for the classic ramen, the katsu curry, or something adventurous like the firecracker chicken (which is exactly as hot as it sounds, by the way), it’s all cooked to perfection. Fresh, flavorful, and it comes out fast. It's the kind of place where you don't have to wait around, wondering if they’ve forgotten about you. Now, the service. Brilliant. The staff are friendly, helpful, and they actually seem like they enjoy being there. None of that robotic, “Here’s your food, now leave me alone” attitude. They check on you just the right amount, and they’re more than happy to explain the menu if you’re staring blankly at it like you don’t know the difference between udon and soba. And here’s something I never thought I’d say—paying is fun. Yes, you can pay with a QR code. Scan it, pay on your phone, and you’re done. No waiting for the bill, no awkward waving at staff while they’re busy. It’s genius. The toilets? Clean. Yep, not much more to say—clean, modern, no complaints. So, Wagamama in Milton Keynes, despite being in a shopping mall, is top-notch. Great food, great service, and I’ll be their client for a long time. Just try the ramen, and you’ll see why.

DON’T GO HERE. Went to this restaurant at 7.30 p.m on a Sunday night. Just a couple of other diners, but they left soon after our arrival. It was obvious from the start that they knew they were not going to be busy, so the quicker they could get us fed and out the better for them. It was a constant rush. Immediately we were told that they closed at 9 pm, their website says 10 pm, which annoyed us, even before we had eaten we were told this. Then it was all systems go. We ordered a bottle of wine with our meal only to be told half way through it that we could take the rest of the bottle home if we wished. In other words, hurry up and drink it or take it with you. They were even rushing us through that. Waiters were constantly coming over to ask us to choose next course. Food was very bland and unappetising, Balti was a disaster on a plate. By 8.30 pm two of the waiters already had their coats on ready to go. No hot towels were given, after all, that would have added 2 more minutes to our stay and that wouldn’t do would it? Bill was presented before we had even asked for it. I have never, ever, been an Indian restaurant where you were simply not wanted or welcome. In my experience and I have been in many, many Indian restaurants, staff are welcoming and are very pleased you have chosen to dine there. Maybe they wanted to get home and watch Big Brother or something, who knows. We were calling an Uber for trip back, but felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable that we waited 15 minutes outside, in the cold, for it to arrive. They were even hoovering as we exited. So, save yourself money and indigestion and PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU ARE APPRECIATED.
