1 st visit and was impressed Old school Chinese food I’m not a big fan normally of all u can eat but it works here as it served off a menu Good portions and tasty king do ribs were lovely as was the salt pepper selections Main meals were good to but not sure on the bit of lettuce that come with the mains Drinks were well priced and really cold Great vault for money and defo be back

Have you ever seen chicken bounce well it does here like rubber I thought they may of mistaken it for a marigold glove never never again !

I must use Chinese to evaluate I don’t know if the boss lady can see that I went to this store to recruit workers, and I took my good friends to eat with me. I originally thought that the lady boss would be more polite, but I didn't expect that I just asked what is the difference between raw beef and your beef (raw beef is ordinary beef, beef refers to beef slices, which is different in English). The lady boss said that you are the only one I dare to recruit you, and I was very confused. I am here to eat. Is there anything wrong with asking normally? In the opinion of the boss, we international students just rely on their families’ money to go to school. If we don’t study hard and go out to play every day, I’m sorry. I not only study hard, but my college entrance examination is a serious college. You can’t sum it up with just a look of disdain. This has been going on for a year, and I just feel that it is very uncomfortable to be looked down upon. I don’t know if this boss lady can see it, but I will keep giving it one star anyway. I remember the boss lady is called Mary? Please be nice, respect is mutual, keep a line in your behavior so that we can meet again in the future.

Booked for 7.30pm seated at 8.20pm, sat with no drinks for a while, starter eventually came at 8.45pm with a wrong order so partner had to wait again. We eventually got the main course around 9:30/9:45pm. We had chosen a set menu which was great. However, when it came to the dessert, they had run out of the main two desserts, which is very poor for day 1/3 of a set menu. So we did not have any dessert and opted to leave the restaurant. We left the restaurant at 10.30 pm so within three hours we only managed our starter and main. If there was dessert left, we would have left much later. Upon booking, it said the table would need to be returned within 1.45 hrs. However, we were there for over three hours, which made for poor planning, especially for those with plans for later. I think complimentary drinks should have been offered for the very long wait and the absence of the dessert. It would have been appreciated.

Lovely cuisine, friendly atmosphere, staff give you a very nice treatment and always by your side if anything was needed! Thanks for effimia for serving us our food it was delicious :)

I love Wagamama. We've been to this one lots of times and tonight was a disaster. On arrival, we were ignored. A server walked past us to grab a menu. Didn't acknowledge us or even make eye contact! Once at our table we waited a very long time before someone came to take our food and drinks order. The server apologised, saying he hadn't seen us. The restaurant was almost empty! Only 4 tables were full so not sure how he missed us. I was brought a glass that was filthy. The whole of the outside of the glass was dirty! There were no condiments on the table and only one napkin. I had recently had a new starter, at the Liverpool One restaurant and having been able to stop thinking about it. Tonight, it was awful. The colour was wrong. The texture was weird. The taste was unpleasant. I couldn't eat it. We waited so long for one of our main courses, that the manager came over to apologise. The main courses (which We've had plenty of times) were below par. Nobody came over, during the meal to ask how things were, or if we needed anything. The restaurant was very quiet but the staff were stood together chatting and later prepping for some event, ignoring the diners. It was also very cold and the music was very loud and was like club music, not restaurant music. I'm glad I've been to other Wagamamas, because if this was my first experience, I'd never go back. We most definitely won't be returning to the Speke one. The two stars are for the chilli Squid!

It's pretty difficult to find decent south asian/pakistani, and fusion food in Liverpool, so i would definitely recommend this place! Tastes like home!

Comida muy limpia, muy amable y sumamente sabrosa. Mi pareja tiene una historia de amor con los fideos y afirma que la sopa de carne con chile, pollo y fideos que comió aquí fue sublime. Comí bolas de pollo y patatas fritas, que también estaban entre las bolas de pollo más crujientes que había comido. Mi única queja es que toda mi comida se vendió por separado. Así que pagué unos 17. 50 por una comida que normalmente costaría alrededor de 8. Aparte de eso, recomendaría este lugar.

Lugar encantador, con una decoración increíble. La sensación tan pronto como entras se siente algo especial, especialmente para algún lugar escondido en Kensington. Nos sirvieron bebidas por la señora del bar Bee (Bea), que era muy amable y nos ayudó con nuestras opciones de bebidas. La comida es increíble y bajo los árboles en flor en el restaraunt es donde quieres reservar. El langostino gigante a la parrilla por £ 18 es tan suculento e increíble. Uno de nuestros lugares favoritos para comer.

Ordered over £100 takeaway. After recommendation. Very disappointed. Only part order delivered and grilled chicken was over cooked and burnt. When complained staff not helpful and argumentative.

First impression - lots of empty seats but is it really that bad? As i entered on my own for lunch i wanted a table for 1. They looked at me funny but whats wrong with a table for 1? Anyway I was short on time as I needed to catch the train. I opted for the beef noodle soup but WOW it was so BLAND. Pho is supposed to be flavourful within the broth but i couldnt even add salt to justify the taste. Im not one to complain as i love my food but I would like to inform others that you may find better elsewhere
