We ate here last night and the food was amazing. The chicken and prawn puri that we had as a starter was the nicest I’ve ever had. Our waiter went above and beyond. We will definitely be back Thank you

Best Indian meal that I have had in a long time, service was excellent and AJ and all other staff very helpful and informative. The setting was beautiful and the facilities spotless. Will defo visit again when we are in Liverpool, we'll done all x

Absolutely amazing food , I honestly haven't had food like it in a very long time . AJ and the rest of the staff were fantastic and couldn't have made us feel any more welcome if they tried they were amazing. The service they give is 110% . Will definitely be back next time we visit, highly recommend.

Asked for a mushroom curry very dry no sauce was disappointed also the nann bread wasn’t very nice too have had better before

I can say I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this Indian restaurant. They did not even flinch when I asked for a table for one, just readily seated me. The waiter was polite when I asked if one of their milder dishes could be spiced to medium. The food came out steaming hot and tasted divine! This is an excellent choice for dinner.

Good restaurant opposite side M&S arena. Lovely place, good service, food was spicy specially chicken Tikka masala but we enjoyed it. Next time will go for mild.

12/12/20First time in Liverpool, I’ve just returned from this restaurant with my husband. What a nightmare from beginning to end. The restaurant had so much room yet we overhear the manager say let them wait as they decided not to reserve a seat. We waited over 20 mins with so many spare tables. Once seated on a table that had not been wiped down we waited a further 10 mins for a menu. As we waited we asked for popadoms but request was ignored. Yet the couple that arrived after us were served before us. After taking 25 mins to bring our food the starters were dry and cold which were suppose to be sizzling on the iron tray but were barely warm to touch. The Lamb Bhuna was again warm and tasted burnt, also requested naan but came on a dirty plate rather than iron rod like everyone else without fresh side plates. Quite honestly we were made to feel embarrassed, the couple next to us were drunk yet waited on differently. Their food order was similar to ours yet they had food nicely laid out. We waited for them to bring our bill after the waiter ignored us again and gave hot wet wipes to the couple next to us we had to walk to the till & pay for the meal which I really regret! Genuinely the food is really overpriced for Liverpool. I live in London and am happy to pray high end prices for high end food. But this was not it.The food was tasteless. However, not matter how much I’ve not found the food to my liking I’ve always tipped the waiters. This is the first restaurant I’ve not tipped.

We came for dinner as a family with a 1 and 6 year old. The setting was gorgeous, drinks and popadoms wonderful!. however... .when the main came we found a HUGE HAIR in my daughters korma (it was long black, we are 3x blonde 1x bold). We attempted to play it down so as not to ruin the meal and allow the 6 year old to see the disgusting hair in HER food. They offered to replace the child korma only.At the end of the meal we were presented with a full £120 bill, they had refused to even take off the child korma!! What followed was the most arrogant, vile manager I have EVER encountered . He said re cooking the hair ridden child food was enough and 'accidents happen'.I'm unsure if I'm more annoyed at the fact he tried to charge initially for food containing hair and only removed the £7 after arguing, or that he refused to admit or apologise, or that he was the most aarogant rude manager I have ever encountered. I was in tears leaving, and it was entirely his fault.I cannot fault the food, aside from it containing hairs it was beautiful. But help anyone who has a problem- EAST Z EAST will refuse to rectify it.

Delicious dinner, good service, best Indian meal in a long time. An absolute must-go when visiting Liverpool!

Excellent meal. Lamb pathia was delicious. Large portions and excellent selection of sauces/dips. Was pricey for us...we are from Wedt Mids where Indian food is cheap as chips.

We were on a short break in Liverpool and this restaurant was very convenient for where we were staying.It is a very large restaurant, offering a large menu. Service was good, if rather hurried.Our samosas could have come straight from the freezer section of a supermarket and we are not accustomed to paying for a pickle tray.Mains were average, but adequate.The prices were expensive, but I suppose that you pay for location.In all, adequate. I notice that they have other branches in the north west, but our local curry restaurants are much better than this one.Michael, Nottingham.

Literally come here every few weeks with my partner it is the most constistent place weve ever been too. The thing is that they should look at their notes when people book tables as we have requested a booth several times and never had one especially with it being my girlfriends 21st birthday meal. Other than that it is our most favourite restaurant!

Me and my husband went for a meal here last night. The waiter who served us was really friendly, and helpful. The food was amazing, the nicest Indian restaurant we have ever been. Cant wait to go back. The staff were all great especially Laura & Faisal.

Great food, excellent service by pleasant attentive staff. Comfortable and warm environment, we were seated in a booth which provided adequate room for 6 persons. Now the downside! If you drive there then you need to be able bodied as it’s a hike from the nearest ‘expensive’ car park (£7-2hrs) and the elderly or infirm would need assistance although it’s still quite a drag by taxi. Forewarned is forearmed and on balance the visit is worth it. Perhaps proper directions on the website might help??

My partner and I had got rather bored of doing interesting things with leftover turkey so decided an evening meal at EastZEast would be highly enjoyable. We hadn’t been to this branch for over a year so we were looking forward to it. I’m glad we booked for 6pm on 30 December as the restaurant was rather busy and I think we’d have had to wait if we hadn’t booked.My partner had the lamb madras which he devoured eagerly. He said it was up to the usual excellent standard of EastZEast.I enjoyed the chicken shashlik with a garlic naan. The naan could have been a bit more garlicky but was lovely anyway. With a delightful bottle of Malbec between us we spent about £75, and it was totally worth it.

Great place to go for a meal. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. We really enjoyed our meal and will be back again soon. Better book you table before. This place is very busy.

Absolutely fabulous...the place, the atmosphere, the service and the food! Could no recommend this place enough!

The choice was as amazing as the service. Everything was hot on arrival and delicious. Huge menu to suit all tastes within a family including the younger guests. Love the two for one cocktails when dining before 7pm, especially the Long Island iced tea.

We arrived at Liverpool Albert Dock and We decided to check out TripAdvisor and we were so glad that EastzEast popped up we love a curry and it didn't disappoint at all. We walked in it looks stunning fresh clean friendly atmosphere as we were greeted by a young lady who's outfit was stunning beautiful... We were shown to our seat and our Jabz came over and was friendly and nothing was to much he bought out my partner Steve's drink while i decided what I'd like. The food is absolutely wonderful we had a pickle tray with poppadoms it's was really full of a excellent choice.. We had chicken pakora to start and chicken with spinach as main with a naab it was delish really nice place to visit would highly recommend.

5 of us came here after some Xmas drinks. The service was brilliant and the food was very tasty with just the right amount of kick for my pallet. Portions where good and naan breads large. Probably one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve been to, and I’ve done quite a lot in my time. The only fault if I had one was the seats we were on in the booth were repaired with Duct tape, I appreciate that it may have recently occurred and we were 5 lads out on the beer, but if I was placed there for a nice evening meal on a Saturday night I don’t think I’d be overly impressed.

The menu is very huge and no choose for celiac people. All dishes are very expensive and tasteless compared to other very good Indian restaurant. I don’t recommend this restaurant. Average restaurant food but very very expensive for what they offer.

What a fantastic place to go for a meal. The staff are very friendly and welcoming offering a smile and recommendations which will not disappoint you. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will be back again.

First visit here visited prior to Rod Stewart concert. Have to say one of the best curries we’ve had for a long time. Considering how busy they were, the experience couldn’t be faulted. Will definitely be back.

We went for a family meal for 6 and were seated really quickly. Our main waiter was lovely and the food was great but there were a few errors on the night. Three times different servers brought food that wasn't for our table, my gin was served with lemon despite asking for cucumber, two of our main meals were served with shrimp when we ordered tiger king prawns, and the bill was incorrect at the end of the evening. All of these things were corrected quickly enough but it was a few too many to give 5 stars. The tiger king prawn balti was absolutely delicious, and those who asked for 'Asian style' were really happy with the flavours and spice.

Great food great service!! One of the best Indian meals I have had and Would highly recommend ot for a quality night out.

We booked a table for 2 on a Saturday evening.It was quite busy and we were told to wait in the 'holding area.'No waiter/waitress to take drink orders but I did notice that people were going to the bar for drinks.We sat down on a table in the middle of the room, which was partially set.The massive menus took up all the table almost and when the drinks came we had to hold onto them. Popadums came and we had to slide the menus under the popadum tray. The tray was big with lots of different dips. It was really good.Starters came whilst we were eating the popadums, which wouldn't normally be an issue but there was nowhere to put them without a massive table rearrangement and taking the tray away before we'd finished with it.The starters and mains were good. We've both had better and worse. The mushroom rice was a bit sticky.Wouldn't come here again to be honest.

Had a fantastic meal here tonight with my family. Love the chutney trays and the family naan breads were huge. Our meals were delicious, everyone enjoyed it. At the end they came and sang happy Birthday with ice cream and a candle. Nice little touch, after eating out all weekend at various restaurants this restaurant was the only one that did something like that. Service was great. Very attentive, polite etc would highly recommend

Group of 8. First class service, lovely food mix platters (fish, meat, veg) to start then a variety of mains. (Including some Adapted from standard as requested) Slick service and very, very tasty. Definitely worth a visit

visited the restaurant while on a weekend away for my birthday we were staying next door in the staybridge suites so close (literally 10 steps away) so super convenient nice feel and atmosphere tables are not too close together so you don't feel overlooked. We had an amazing server Faz had us in stiches he made us feel super welcomed and helped us choose some new dishes to try and kindly gave me a little birthday ice cream complete with sparklers!

My colleagues and I ate here very recently and I have to say the food was superb! Everything was cooked to perfection and they obviously use fresh ingredients as everything tasted amazing! We couldn’t fault anything, from our starters and mains to the fantastic service by the staff. The staff deserve a very special mention as each and every one of them were very friendly, helpful and courteous. It was obvious that they enjoyed what they were doing and it really made the service that little bit extra special!

I visited restaurant with my friend on 17/11/2019. Food was really amazing and our waiter really helpful to chose food menu but little bit expensive then other Indian restaurant. Also after meal we had complementary baileys. I highly recommend this restaurant for curry lovers.

This is truly a lovely place, very delicious food. Our friends took us on sunday before show to M&S; Bank Arena for curry. We sat down by the till one of the table but was not nice table anyway was Sunday busy night. Our waiter took drinks and food order quickly and recommend me one of best lamb curry I had also Papadams and drinks serve straightway, food came in on time.We had excellent service and a great place food and drink

We had Diwali party in the restaurant, food was not edible, service was very poor.

Took my family for another treat in this awesome restaurant on a busy Saturday evening. The restaurant looked very busy both upstairs and downstairs but we didn’t have to wait long. We were greeted by a lovely reception lady. We ordered house mix starters and our favourite balti curries and family naan. While waiting we were served with pappodams and verity of delicious chutneys. All our food arrived fairly acceptable time considering how busy it was and service was exceptional. I would recommend this restaurant for those appreciate good Indian curry. I haven’t written reviews for a while in Trip advisor. When I saw a negative comment from another customer for my favourite restaurant I thought I should write my experience.

I have never tasted such bad food ever before. The food was simply inedible and quality of food served was poor. The service was exceptionally poor too! We were a part of a group - I was so appalled to the fact they forgot to serve food at our table and we had to do with left overs from other tables

1st visit to this restaurant. 2nd visit ever, to an Indian restaurant. My daughter booked for a group of us to dine here before we headed over to the Liverpool arena to see last night’s show (comedian Paul Smith)

Just had a great night at Eastzeast Liverpool to celebrate my birthday with my wife.. Thanks to front of house Laura honestly could not do enough .. so friendly and accommodating .. also Faz could not do enough constantly checking in making sure all was good and a great Laugh ... The food was amazing and the staff were as well.. can't understand any negative reviews .. worth every penny that was our first visit and won't be our last .. thanks

Apologies we cannot write a review on the food. We booked this venue for my fiancé’s birthday. We booked a table for 8pm and we were still waiting for our table 1 hour later.... we bought 6 drinks from the bar (we waited 23 minutes here) they still could not seat us. We had to walk away. Super disappointed

I have been here a few times now and the staff are always so friendly and helpful! The food is quite easily one of the best Indian restaurants in Liverpool! Very flavourful and lots of authentic spices would definitely recommend

We were at the ACC for an exhibition and wanted somewhere to take customers out for a good meal. Well EastZEast was great. Right opposite the venue,fantastic food, lovely ambience and attentive service.

Searched trip advisor for restaurants near where we were staying in Liverpool and this one came up. It was well worth the visit. The food was lovely and the staff even better.

Went here two weeks ago and got to admit it was the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Looking at the menu thought it was a little expensive but by the end off the evening thought it was well worth it. Never seen so much chicken in a curry. Please do not be put off by the price it is worth every penny

We received a warm welcome and found the atmosphere very vibrant but relaxing. The food was excellent and our waiter Syed was incredibly helpful and professional. Well worth a visit.

We visited EastZEast last night for dinner. We had no booking but was taken right away, the staff were amazing, the choice excellent and we were delighted and surprised by the selection of dips with our popadoms and starters. The server asked if would like to take a break between each course which made us feel unhurried and an unusual nice touch for Indian restaurants which usually rush you. If we return to Liverpool we will definitely be back to eat in this lovely restaurant.

We went in the restaurant to receive the most terrible welcoming. He smiled and said yes, like what do you want. After I told him we wanted a table for two he made us wait and then another family were seated and we stayed in the waiting room. I asked again can I have a table for two. He said can you wait. Most disgusting service.

Been here a few times and we always get the best service and food!! Shamel (might have got the wrong name) served us for my boyfriends birthday meal on Monday and he provided a top service from start to finish he’s an asset to your restaurant and the food was lovely, we got the mixed grill and lamb karahi which were delicious many thanks for having us Sana & Mohammed

Visited recently, was greeted very pleasantly, taken to our table if I had anything to say our seating could of been better but I have to appreciate I did not book and was waiting just seconds to get a seat so fair enough ,the food was amazing yes from popadums to our starters to the mains,our mains had plenty food ,it would be very hard to finish everything, our choice of course ,the staff very pleasant did ask several times was our food ok,will I be back of course I will ,price wise yes maybe a bit more expensive but that was our choice and for what you get I had no problem. A night out for sure amazing food.

This restaurant was walking distance from the hotel and was recommended by our tour guide. However as good as the food was it was very expensive. For 2 of us having a main each, a small rice and 2 drinks we paid £45. Service was very good.

We went 3 times in 4 days so that tells you something. The food is excellent and the staff attentive but not overly so. They are very helpful too. It’s a big place but can get busy so maybe worth booking, especially at a weekend.

Visited EastzEast on Sun 8th September (4 of us). Fantastic food, delicious, more than enough to eat, well prepared, presented and served. Waiter was brilliant (and funny) and very helpful. Restaurant was clean, nicely spaced tables, decor lovely. Absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend.

Llegué el sábado por la noche en la partida, no había reservado, pero no fue un problema. Había seis de nosotros celebrando a un compañero número 50. Tuvimos una cálida bienvenida y había una mesa disponible en unos 10 minutos. Nuestro camarero clasificó rápida y eficientemente nuestro pedido de bebidas y alimentos. Tomó alrededor de 15-20 minutos, lo cual nos aconsejaron, pero estaba bastante ocupado, así que no es gran cosa.

Excellent service, friendly staff and a lovely meal too. Really enjoyed it. Quiet and secluded atmosphere. Not overly expensive and great value for money.

EastZeast has lovely, inventive food, and lots of it. The service, was great too, attentive, pleasant and cheerful, without being too intrusive.

I love my food and can be a big critic at times. This place however, never lets me down. I have been going for years, maybe 15 times and honestly the quality of the food gets better every trip. Highly recommend.

We stayed overnight in Liverpool for my birthday (first child free outing for a while!). We walked from our hotel to go for a few drinks and walked past this restaurant as it was very close to where we were staying. As we made our way back to the hotel we thought we could call in for a much loved Indian meal. The place is decorated lovely, very modern and chic. Shame the food wasn’t the same! We love an Indian meal but neither of us enjoyed it. It was extremely pricey for what we had. The curries we ordered were very watery and tasteless. The poppadoms and chutneys were nice (can’t really go wrong with them) and the Nan bread and rice were lovely. The curries themselves were just a huge letdown. The price was steep to say the least. We left quite a bit and the waiter asked if we wanted to take the leftovers home. We both answered with a really loud ‘No’ without even looking at each other. At least we know for next time not to eat here next time we’re in Liverpool. Such a shame as it looks a lovely place!

Cannot fault this place. The food is excellent and the service is superb. It’s in such a good location right by the Albert Dock. We will definitely be back.

Came to Liverpool for our wedding anniversary staying for 3 nights at the Pullman with this Indian being so close we thought we would try it

Food was just amazing!!! It was full of flavour and so tasty. The cheese naan and garlic chicken tikka was just yum!! The staff was just amazing the waiters Lukeman and Toby where so welcoming and lovely. The the bar staff called blue was so lovely and she was such a pleasure and so polite. The staff and the food was just amazing couldn’t fault it. We definitely come again

All fur no knickers comes to mind when you look at this place..wish we'd checked the reviews first, would of saved us £60... long wait for food and when arrived certainly wasnt all that!! Food so hot in temperature the taste had been boiled out of it and i can only imagine the chicken was of the frozen diced/ cubed kind rubbery and tasteless..such a dissapointment..

Went this evening to try again after good food about 9 months ago. We were not disappointed. Everyone said the food was excellent. My sheek kebab was the best I’ve had for a long time and the curry was superb. Everyone was very happy. Service good, waiter very helpful and food excellent. Will we come back? Definitely.

You don't often see this dish on the menu, and when you do, if you like fish try it. I have had this dish a few times but this was the best to date :-)

One of the best curries I have had in the UK. Traditional Punjabi dishes with great recommendations from friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant is a little clinical for my taste but doesn’t detract from delicious food. Duvet sized naans!

Booked only an hour before for a table of 13 for a celebratory meal. Ziggy our waiter was brilliant - attentive, made us feel like we were his only clients, gave good advice on food choices with recommendations. Food was amazing. Family naans are a ‘must have’ for large parties. They are huge and a table spectacular! Atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and classy. Couldn’t fault it at all. Ziggy even took our pictures for us to remember our evening, and pulled out a surprise pudding for the children to celebrate their achievements that day. Super place!

We ate here on a Monday evening and it was fairly busy. The food and service was excellent and I have to say the naan bread was the best I've ever had. Not a cheap restaurant but the quality and quantity of food made it worth the price. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back again.

We booked this restaurant for our first time in Liverpool. The restaurant is really big and clean and modern, we did book a table but we wouldn’t have needed to as it was not that busy and it was a Friday night.

This isn’t the cheapest Indian restaurant but the food was amazing. We didn’t book a table but were quickly accommodated. The service was great. We had poppadoms with the pickle tray which was best we have tried. I can recommend the lamb shashlick.

Really really poor. Booked a table at 6.00 pm prior to seeing The Eagles at M&S; Bank Arena opposite. Arrived early and the place was rammed - waited an hour, asked four times about the table to be told that it ‘wouldn’t be long’

Travel extensively for work and have visited many Indian restaurants with my colleagues. Despite all the hype I was not overly impressed. Service was pleasant enough but have had far better food at other smaller more personal restaurants around the UK.
