Greeted promptly, and shown to our table timeously. The chaps front of house were attentive, very obliging and accommodating. Food was well presented, hot, and very tasty. Very clean. The only downside is that the toilets are upstairs.

Dined with family. Lovely clean restaurant, the food was absolutely amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Brilliant value for money 😁

I came here with two of my mates and we were not disappointed! Such friendly staff and the food…. WOW! Fresh, hot, perfect amount of spice, and so flavourful. We wanted to try something different and as someone who isn’t familiar with Korean food i still had a nostalgic feeling eating the food feeling like it was a home cooked meal made with love. And the price was very reasonable ! We will be back!

We had a takeaway spent over £40 and the food was awful. We all had the same dish the rice was clearly burnt it tasted awful the portion size was very small for the price. We will never eat here again.

We went with friends and all ordered different starters and main meals. Everything was good, from the order, the service and especially the food which we all agreed was delicious. We had all been to Thailand and were agreed that this was the real deal, authentic Thai food at a very reasonable price. We won't leave it too long before we go again !

My wife and I recently moved to the village and decided to try something new. We don't typically go for Indian takeaway because, in the past, they’ve often been too greasy and upset our stomachs. However, I checked the online reviews and was encouraged by the positive feedback. It is hard to go wrong when so many people recommend a place! We ended up ordering Chana Masala as our main dish, along with Pilau Rice and naan. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Everything was delicious, fresh, and thoroughly enjoyable. We will definitely be ordering again.

Excellent, fresh flavours and authentic tasting Thai food. Friendly, accommodating staff. Very busy, every table was full on my Tuesday evening visit. I wasn't expecting much, having viewed the website and some reviews, so I was thoroughly pleased. The Som Tam was so good, I was tempted to pick up the plate and drink the juice/sauce.

Myself and a colleague visited Desi Tawa Derby 03/11/21 whilst staying in the area for an exhibition, we’ve walked past it to other establishments several times and now we wish we hadn’t, nice greeting straight off good explanation of the menu and suggested dish for us to share and O yeah it was goood !, we had the Tawa share platter for 2, bahjees, chicken wings, sheek kebabs, naans, chips, a lamb and chicken curry, it came with some taste dips too, we left fulfilled but not stuffed, they don’t do alcohol or offer corking we didn’t care the meal was that good, try it you won’t be disappointed

I have been wanting to go here. And finally did! Small cosy restaurant. Wonderful staff, brilliant service and food was amazing. Would like to go again but seems to be closed when we pass by.

Really enjoyable meal. Bright spacious restaurant. Attentive service, and great food. The beef bibimbap bbq and the Korean fried chicken were stand outs.
