Unfortunately we had poor service when visiting here recently. The waitress forgot part of our food order, she then attempted to cover up the fact she forgot part of our order and when we asked again (20mins later) about where it had got to another waitress told us that the fryer they cooked that particular product in was broken and we should have been told that when we ordered our food initially!!! The whole team looked deflated and not interested, we asked for the bill then had to chase someone to pay, I honestly don’t think they’d have noticed if we’d just upped and left. The food we had was good, and whilst I understand how Wagamama’s works, having been a fair few times, I did find it odd that the kids meal we ordered came out last (it was also not what we ordered)! Overall, whilst I normally love Wagamama’s I won’t be visiting the Harrogate branch anytime soon.

Really poor service - started well but incredibly slow once initial food was out. Walked out after 45min wait to try and place a dessert order.

Ordered pork chop rice and my wife ordered crispy pork rice for lunch today. My pork chops came in less than two minutes. It was deep fried and rock hard, three miserable curled up stale reheated meat. I rejected it. The woman was upset but allowed a change. So I went for the Malaysian curry chicken. This was also a disaster. The first bite into the chicken, I had to spit it out... this curry was not Malaysian curry but Indian spiced. A few fragments of chicken parts was boosted in volume with onions and carrots. I began to taste decayed chicken upon tasting a couple more pieces. I had to leave the rest. My wife suffered in silence, her crispy pork was rubbery, the skin was hard not crispy, probably resulting from microwave action. After paying £23.70 we left the unfinished meal. On our way home, we felt traumatised by this horrible experience. They should not be allowed to trade. Never again.

Dreadful all meals served at different times tables sticky from following guest paper placemats not changed at all, In it's hay day was OK now never again I'm sure theirs a microwave in the kitchen awful More like a children's creche.

Went here with a friend, my first time here. Food was delicious. Service with a smile Isha our waitress was pleasant , friendly.

Haven’t lived here long so thought we’d try a chick kebab. Never again! It was dry, burnt, no salad even though we asked for it and no sauce. Don’t waste your money!

Incredible place! Food was great, service was great, there was a mix up with my order ant first but they didn’t hesitate to bring me the correct order and let me takeaway my first one! Super kind people. Delicious fresh food. Highly recommend.

Good deliver time, horrible food. Butter chicken had cocounut and cream and tikka masala was putrid.

Lovely good size resaurant with good facilities. Easy to order, to pay. Will come back again.
