Nice food but over an hour late

Food was late which isn’t a problem if it turns up nice which it did not. Pizza was cold and the mix donnor was spicy. Not really happy

Always enjoy eating from here can’t fault it at all. Although I live a bit away from the shop they always keep me well informed about any delivery times changing and the food is always warm. Live the staff and love the food again

Ados pizzas are always scrumptious we absolutely love them. Our delivery driver arrived and phoned us but stupidly I had put my phone on silent but he waited about 20minutes and kept on phoning and I eventually rea, he definitely deserves driver of the month from us. We will never go anywhere else

The food were left on the floor outside of our flat, Which I didn’t like at all. But the quality of food is delicious and the best. Next time please let the drives know not to leave the food on a road, because that’s not very pleasant. Thank you!

Food took three hours to arrive and was awful!

I ordered my order at 1759 it is now 2025 snd it still hasnt arrived , we rung the shop they where abusive and said its on its way , they said it would arrive at 1930 at the latest 2025 and still not here

Food took over 3 hours to arrive. The pizza I ordered had chicken on when I only asked for cheese and sweetcorn. I'm vegetarian so I couldn't eat the pizza I'd just waiting 3 hours for. The shop staff didn't seem too concerned when I rang up to tell them.

Our food did not arrive when it said and when we called the restaurant they said they would be another 30 minutes, we ended up going to collect the food which means I need my money back for delivery and service charge pls

waited over 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered, called the restaurant to find out what's going on and was told just eat says delivered after soo much time. I could have flown to Italy in the time it took them to deliver this pizza. pizza wave average and Tha garlic mayo was some weird mint sauce version

we had to call 4 times to ask where the food was. we put in fir a refund as we were rejected blaming traffic on a Sunday night, not happy. food arrived cold as well.

Terrible decision ordering from Ados this evening. Order placed 19:10, received 23.05 4 phone calls later of the promise it will be here soon! Two kids asleep by the time of delivery food received burnt! Why accept an order and not fullfill! 0/5

order never arrived, kept saying would be half hour. after 3 hours gave up and went elsewhere

Arrived after almost 3 hours as the driver delivered it to the wrong address and some students kindly took our food in (even though I pin pointed our address on a map & have ordered from them probably 30 times). The kebab had some weird red concoction on it (I ordered a lamb kebab with garlic mayo). Food was of the lowest standard and horrendously unappetising. Once it finally arrived my family had one or two bites and left the whole thing. Might take it down to the students for breakfast.

they pressed thats its delivered i didnt get anything then i called them and they said they did that for ratings and my food would be another 20m however it took another 40m i waited 2h+, i want a refund this is horrible

Arrived 2.5 hours after ordering and upon opening the pizza box the toppings were all stuck to the top of the box. Pizza inedible with soggy chips

Took over 2 hours for the food to arrive and then not so much as a sorry from the delivery driver. To top it off, some items were missing from the order. This is the first time we have ordered from ados and will definitely be the last!

No updates, cold on arrival had to microwave it, the chicken strips when microwaved were foul. Over 45 minutes late, had to call to find out if it would actually show up.

I asked for mayonnaise but got chilli! couldn't eat the kebab

Ordered at 8. Told 9.45 latest time. Rang at 10, not even set off yet. Delivered after 10.30! Driving time less than 10 minutes. Won't bother again, rubbish!

The food was fine but 1 drink was missing which is annoying but overall can’t complain really.

placed order at around 18.00 on the 9/1/25 delivery time was stated at around 19.20 it eventually came at 21.30ish rang and spoken to the shop numerous times and 3 different responses given for why it was late! when the food came it was stone cold and inedible rang the shop again but didn't answer probably due to seeing my number as I'd already rang multiple times

Use ados quite a lot and normally it is OK. But not today very disappointed

Ordered the Piri Piri chicken burger but got a plain chicken burger instead, was a bit gutted but still a good burger. Pizza and GB amazing as always.

Foods fine , delivery was a disaster as food never arrived on the time it was told it should so I called and the kind man said the food hadn’t even been sent yet and they sent it as soon as I called which still took an extra hours overall I waited 2 and half hours

Pizza was a little undercooked and the garlic bread was a little undercooked. Chicken was nice though.

Disappointed to say the least. Spent an absolute fortune with you while working away so far over the last 6 weeks and would have continued to do so over the next 6 but never again now. Took 2 hours and 20 mins to arrive, the food is barely warm and in all honesty the packages look like they’ve been thrown around for an hour. To top it off I ordered a large mixed doner and it was 80% chips. All the money I’ve spent. Spoiled yourselves with a lack of customer service. Disappointing!

Food was nice as always - hot on arrival and a bargain because of the discount on just eat. On ordering estimated arrival time was an hour later, the food actually arrived about 2.5 hours after ordering.

Took well over an hour an a half to arrive, was told on the app it was delivered 40 minutes before it actually was, infact even before it was dispatched as per what the restaurant told me. when it arrived it was medicore at best. cardboard chips and burnt buns. Not worth at all.

Comments adhered too, much appreciated! Gravy abit watery, but that's the only gripe. Great! would order again.

Took over 2 hours to arrive! Judging by the other reviews, I clearly wasn't the only one this evening. Had already started making food at home as wasn't sure it would turn up and kids were complaining. Wish I'd read the reviews first

Food was an hour late pizza burnt and squished up onion rings where floppy got mint sauce instead of garlic mayo and what do I get for all this inconvenience… a free tango. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PUT MY STOMACH THROUGH THIS!

We placed the order at 6 :18pm. It was due to be delivered at 7:30-7:45 At 8:11 after 78 attempts of calling them I finally got through to be told it will be another 15-20mins and food will be with me. It arrived at 9.16pm. When the food arrived, it was no longer hot and wasn't in the best shape. Extremely disappointed with Ados, won't be back.

It said delivering one hour ago I guess that means it’s been with the driver for over an hour!?

the food never arrived then when we called they swore at us and were very rude

received a notification to say our food was on its way, the food hadn't arrived after over an hour and the shop was not answering the phone. this is the second time it's happened with Ados, definitely won't be risking it again.

Order was missing items and late

Food was good for the price it was at. Definitely would order it again because I can get a lot of food for a cheap price which is just what a brother needed. Boss found my location as well and I’m quite remote so that was very good. Delivery time was quite long though which I was warned about😁

Never been more embarrassed for a company in my life 😂😂 food came 1.5 hours late tried to ring the store but no one answered after 6 attempts of trying to find out where to food was, it came and the food was cold, the chicken looked like it had gone 5 rounds with the devil it was that burnt never again how on earth these guys pass health regulations I’ll never know

The fact I had to wait over an hour and a half and still no food is a joke. Foods bang on don’t get me wrong but the wait is outrageous!

Margherita pizza had hardly/ if any tomato sauce on and was like cheese on bread. The 'halloumi' didn't taste of anything and was more like a substitute grilling cheese. Alarming when a takeaway can't get a Margherita pizza right. Disappointed
