ado's in Lancaster

Disappointed to say the least. Spent an absolute fortune with you while working away so far over the last 6 weeks and would have continued to do so over the next 6 but never again now. Took 2 hours and 20 mins to arrive, the food is barely warm and in all honesty the packages look like they’ve been thrown around for an hour. To top it off I ordered a large mixed doner and it was 80% chips. All the money I’ve spent. Spoiled yourselves with a lack of customer service. Disappointing!

was in the shower at the time of delivery. sadly the driver did not leave my food at the doorstep and just left with it

Food was nice as always - hot on arrival and a bargain because of the discount on just eat. On ordering estimated arrival time was an hour later, the food actually arrived about 2.5 hours after ordering.

arrived early but was missing some of my order

Took well over an hour an a half to arrive, was told on the app it was delivered 40 minutes before it actually was, infact even before it was dispatched as per what the restaurant told me. when it arrived it was medicore at best. cardboard chips and burnt buns. Not worth at all.

Comments adhered too, much appreciated! Gravy abit watery, but that's the only gripe. Great! would order again.

Mediocre food quality. But ive had it before and knew what to expect. Very annoyed - food delivered 40 minutes late! After visiting daughter in hospital I was v hungry! Not his fault. Ado's need more drivers!

Took over 2 hours to arrive! Judging by the other reviews, I clearly wasn't the only one this evening. Had already started making food at home as wasn't sure it would turn up and kids were complaining. Wish I'd read the reviews first

They took the full payment and never delivered my order I received no food at all.

The order hasn’t been delivered

We placed the order at 6 :18pm. It was due to be delivered at 7:30-7:45 At 8:11 after 78 attempts of calling them I finally got through to be told it will be another 15-20mins and food will be with me. It arrived at 9.16pm. When the food arrived, it was no longer hot and wasn't in the best shape. Extremely disappointed with Ados, won't be back.

Food was an hour late pizza burnt and squished up onion rings where floppy got mint sauce instead of garlic mayo and what do I get for all this inconvenience… a free tango. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PUT MY STOMACH THROUGH THIS!

It said delivering one hour ago I guess that means it’s been with the driver for over an hour!?

the food never arrived then when we called they swore at us and were very rude

received a notification to say our food was on its way, the food hadn't arrived after over an hour and the shop was not answering the phone. this is the second time it's happened with Ados, definitely won't be risking it again.

Order was missing items and late

Food was good for the price it was at. Definitely would order it again because I can get a lot of food for a cheap price which is just what a brother needed. Boss found my location as well and I’m quite remote so that was very good. Delivery time was quite long though which I was warned about😁

Took over 2 hours to deliver when I am a 10 minute walk away

Never been more embarrassed for a company in my life 😂😂 food came 1.5 hours late tried to ring the store but no one answered after 6 attempts of trying to find out where to food was, it came and the food was cold, the chicken looked like it had gone 5 rounds with the devil it was that burnt never again how on earth these guys pass health regulations I’ll never know

The fact I had to wait over an hour and a half and still no food is a joke. Foods bang on don’t get me wrong but the wait is outrageous!

Margherita pizza had hardly/ if any tomato sauce on and was like cheese on bread. The 'halloumi' didn't taste of anything and was more like a substitute grilling cheese. Alarming when a takeaway can't get a Margherita pizza right. Disappointed

Great food. Great delivery time. The chicken and the pizzas are always good. Love the fries too.

The food really is amazing, 10/10, and great value with incredible deals. ordered a few times now and it's my new go-to. Cheers ado's

ordered at 5.35 original delivery time was 6.55 then be tween 6.50 and 7.10 then gets here at 7.30.

Ordered and paid 3 hours ago still no food!! Delivery time keeps changing. Cant get through on the phone.

This delivery still hasn’t arrived and is over an hour late, can’t get through on the phone, not happy. My daughter is diabetic and now I’m having to make something. Plus I need a refund.

Never go to Addo’s unless you don’t want any food to arrive 🙄 would be no starts if it was possible

Food is really tasty and very fresh even when arriving in Overton after the trip from Lancaster. Ordered for delivery at 1940 but didn't arrive until just before 2010 only issue tonight. Will be ordering again soon as food is too nice

I ordered cheesy chips with my meal I was given plain and also it seems like all the chips with meals I ordered weren’t cooked properly but it arrived in good time and the rest of the food was alright.

Food was good as usual but sadly most was wasted. Took over 2.5 hours to be delivered and kids had to have something else and go to bed as we gave up waiting. Called 4 times, lied to each time saying on its way. Very poor service. Asked for refund for food wasted and was declined.

Absolutely shocking worst kebab ever !!!! Got about 2 pieces of meat in my kebab what a JOKE!!!!!

Delivery driver was very nice, I rang to see where my food was and the plank on the phone hung up on me and was rude. Food was awful.

Bland food, cheap tasting pizza, soggy fries. Food was on time but took over an hour. Driver was great, called ahead and was really friendly. Food was hot but was disappointing.

the order was delivered over an hour after the latest stated delivery time. Phoned the restaurant to be told "it is with the driver" it arrived 30 minutes after that.

Great food but don’t always deliver what is ordered as not the first time salad has been requested and not received.

food was Luke warm driver told me it left shop 10/15 mins before delivery but app said it left shop 50 mins before delivery shop blamed machine might have been good if it was hot packaging was soggy so clearly been sweating a while in transit

First time I've had to a "bad" review. Order was 30 mins late. I ordered a piri piri chicken burger but it had no piri piri sauce on it so it was just a plain burger. The rest of the food was still good and we enjoyed it, just a little bummed about the burger as it's my favourite from Ado's

Hardly any toppings, the food was cold. I’m sure you’ve changed the way you do your pizza, not how they used to be.

I didn’t expect the donner meat to be spicy I thought it was normal Donner meat I liked it but two of my children didn’t because it was spicy

notification after 45 mins saying on its way, nothing arrived so called up after another 45 minutes to be told it would be 10 minutes, suprise another 30 minutes goes by and still no delivery. only live a 30 mins walk away, would be easier to just walk it to us

Didn't receive my order, ordered 3 hours ago. Said delivered, however asked all neighbouring properties to no avail. Tried calling and the phone has been offline all evening.

Over an hour late with delivery, rang multiple times and kept saying that it was in it way and they cannot control their drivers!

Over 60 mins late from estimated delivery time. Wrong pizza sent which after waiting over 2 hours was very disappointing 🥲 my mixed kebab I struggled to find any chicken. Food tasted nice. However with slow delivery and wrong food sent we will not be ordering again.
