I want a refund absolutely not happy with my order. It was cold and stale

2 hours after I placed the order !

First time I've had to a "bad" review. Order was 30 mins late. I ordered a piri piri chicken burger but it had no piri piri sauce on it so it was just a plain burger. The rest of the food was still good and we enjoyed it, just a little bummed about the burger as it's my favourite from Ado's

Hardly any toppings, the food was cold. I’m sure you’ve changed the way you do your pizza, not how they used to be.

I didn’t expect the donner meat to be spicy I thought it was normal Donner meat I liked it but two of my children didn’t because it was spicy

No mushrooms on pepperoni an mushroom pizza

notification after 45 mins saying on its way, nothing arrived so called up after another 45 minutes to be told it would be 10 minutes, suprise another 30 minutes goes by and still no delivery. only live a 30 mins walk away, would be easier to just walk it to us

There was black "chicken meat" on the pizza. Will not be ordering again.

Didn't receive my order, ordered 3 hours ago. Said delivered, however asked all neighbouring properties to no avail. Tried calling and the phone has been offline all evening.

Over an hour late with delivery, rang multiple times and kept saying that it was in it way and they cannot control their drivers!

Over 60 mins late from estimated delivery time. Wrong pizza sent which after waiting over 2 hours was very disappointing 🥲 my mixed kebab I struggled to find any chicken. Food tasted nice. However with slow delivery and wrong food sent we will not be ordering again.

Pizza was a little burnt but tasted as good as always (1 of the best for pizzas in Lancaster) but the chicken burger was really dry and chewy. Would still order pizza in the future.

Very dissapointed. Order was late, 3 phone calls saying it’s 5 minutes away and we ended up waiting nearly an hour. Food arrived at room temperature, not enjoyable. Requested a refund but was immediately declined. If that doesn’t justify one I don’t know what does :(

Well over 2 hours for delivery and the food is stone cold.

Said it was out for delivery at 20 to 6 but didn’t arrive till 20 to 7. Called the restaurant and they didn’t send it till 10 past 6. The app doesn’t match what service the restaurant is providing, shocking delivery and service.

Food was all soggy and cold. The chicken strips were not cooked! Blood ans pink in one of them.

food was bad, the chicken from the kids meal was over cooked, the kebab was on the small size (child small) kebab was gungy n undercooked and tasted funny, chips was ok n both cakes was dry, my kids have got watery stool and I've been throwing up and I didn't even eat that much. worst part was every time I tried to call it said the number was invalid

food was lovely and hot delivered 25 minutes early even listened to my side note of being allergic to Pepsi so got tango only criticism is pizza base could have done with being thicker but will definitely be ordering again 😋

Order took 2 and half hours, restaurant told me I would be here at half 8, didn’t come till 9:20, when finally arrived pizza was horrid as if I had been sat out for a very long time, was cold. After waiting for 2 and half hour I couldn’t even enjoy my meal.

The burger was cold and was missing sauces and chips came cold, the chips were all soggy and the donner was cold and missing sauces and the pizza was not done properly

food wasn’t the best. order a wrap and the tortilla was quite tough and there was hardly any sauce. also ordered cheesy chips which had some pieces chicken in the same box… i’m vegetarian lol

Ordered at 19:22 and didn't get it until 21:48. Nearly 2 and a half hours even when busy takes the mick.

Absolutely shocking, sauce put on kebab making it uneatable for me who can’t eat chilli sauce! That was for my partner! Waste of money and looked like dog food

My salad box was non existent, lettuce and about 4 small pieces of tomato and cucumber

I contacted the shop 45 mins after the message received “your driver is on the way” to be told they were on with it. Food arrived over an hour late and Half the order was incorrect. We haven’t been to the shop for a while due to poor service so thought would give the benefit of the doubt. Never again. If you are going into the shop, great, food is tasty. Delivery - other establishments are a lot better IMO

I don't like leaving bad reviews . As a treat I ordered the children some pizzas whilst we had a movie night. A hour and a half later after the movie they arrived! I spent some off my time on the phone to ados asking how long the food would be to be told its on its way.... 40 minutes after the last call it arrived. Freezing cold hard and tasteless. Upset kids and no Friday night treat.

Food arrived late and I was shocked with the quality. Pitta bread what’s cold, chicken nuggets were next to inedible and the cheesy chips were soft and the cheese was chewy. Will not be ordering again.

Ok, can’t grumble it was edible. Probably wouldn’t order again but went for the 10.99 special. Didn’t realise how small a 9inch pizza was. Peri cheese Burger was nice but thought it was chicken as never seen a peri beef burger before. Chips and cheese instead of a can of pop was a good swap. Overall ok if your wanting a cheap meal 👍

Three times in a row now it's been marked as delivered on time and then I've had to call up to find it hasn't been made yet. Used to be a really good and quick option but over the last few months it's really gone downhill. It's off our takeaway list now.

It was 30minutes late, had to call them to see where it was, said it would be 10minutes. 20minutes later it arrived. Then, it was only half our order with a random kabab we didn’t order chucked in. Don’t order if you’re hungry and unable to wait 2 hours.

I order here quite frequently and have never had a bad experience with a delivery driver from any takeaway before this encounter but the lady who delivered tonight was unbelievably rude, straight up lied to my face and clearly didn’t have the capacity to read despite understanding English fluently enough to be aggressive and degrading for no reason at all. I have no issue with the takeaway itself but if the delivery service is like this I don’t think I’ll be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend

1 star is for the quality of the food. Ordered at 8:30pm. Called at 10:20pm to find out where the food was. Met with the standard “is it carnforth? It’s on its way now”. Absolute boll*#ks. Abrupt and rude dismissive woman. Delivered at 11:20pm. Order was wrong. Called the restaurant. No answer (think they realised it was us calling again). Driver came back five minutes later - he realised he screwed up. As usual - food was fine. Used to order from here all the time and recommend to everyone. Will NEVER order again after today. This exactly situation has happened for the last four times we’ve ordered (different days and times each time). Not worth it. Sort your s**t out Ados or you’ll end up out of business.

Food still not arrived, its been two hours now. Rang up, told me they were sending it, 40 mins later I called again, they told me it would be 15 minutes. Called up again 20+ minutes later and it was still being made and had not yet gone out. Still not arrived.

took over 2 hours had to ring to chase up my order about 10 times then it finally came and was the wrong food? apauling

The lettuce was horrible. Looked like it had been soaked in grease. Tiny portion. I said no jalapeño but got two on my order. Overpriced. Terrible
