Food was good, the young lad Callum that served us was very good and cocktails were good value at £4.95 was very dissapointed when we left and I noticed my bill when I got an alert later on, I contacted the place via the number on the Internet only to be told they couldn't query my bill as they were the booking line, so got the email address and contacted them asking to contact me back to query the bill and still a week later nobody has contacted me, so I will NOT be going back or recommending the place as they obviously have no intention of helping me query my high bill, very disappointed indeed.

Avoid this place at all costs, had a booking which was already prepaid and the bouncers still did not let us in. Phoned up kong and they weren’t helpful atall and made up a lame excuse that the bouncers dont really work for us and couldn’t do anything for us. The party size was 25 people and to find something for group that size on a Friday night without a booking.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with security staff. I had a private room booked for my birthday last night (8th November) from 8pm which was already paid for. I turned up just before 8pm and security told me I would not be getting in, I told them I had a booking and had already paid for the room and he told me it didn’t matter and I would get refunded. I asked why we couldn’t get in and was told he doesn’t need to give me a reason, I also asked what I was supposed to do about the 23 other people that were due to turn up any minute as there was no chance we would get a booking elsewhere at such late notice and was told it’s not his problem. I continued to ask questions only for him to turn his back to me and completely ignore me which was beyond rude and unprofessional. Asked to speak to management from Kong and was told no as he was head of security. While I was talking to him my boyfriend phoned Kong and spoke to a member of staff there who told us that there was nothing they could do as it’s up to the security team whether people get in or not, and proceeded to state that I would get a refund in 5-7 business days! A group of 5 girls then walked up and were let in straight away 🤣 clearly if security don’t like the look of you then you just don’t get in. I also asked for the security guard’s name and badge number and was told no because I don’t work for police Scotland - even though I’m sure it’s a requirement from security staff to display their badge at all times. Completely baffled by the lack of respect we were given by security and staff from Kong, and if anyone is thinking about going here for drinks or booking a table/room I would avoid at all costs! Thankfully we went next door to The Social and they were able to accommodate us which we were so grateful for at such late notice, and staff/security in there couldn’t have been nicer, would highly recommend.

Had a reservation for the indoor roof area, beautiful surroundings & a great vibe. We were there for drinks, great choice and the offer on cocktails was on, so sampled a few 😜 aswell as the red wine. We sat in the outdoor area on the rooftop latterly, what a really nice vibe. Staff friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit.

Honestly you can stick your potenous venue ...you wouldn't wait 40 minutes for your starter in a restaurant..ffs it's a drink not impressed it was SHITE! Not a happy chappy!!!

Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior by Security Personnel I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had at Kong on Monday, the 16th of September, at approximately 20:00. I visited the venue with the intention of evaluating it for a potential event booking. However, the security personnel on duty obstructed me from entering, despite my clear explanation of the purpose of my visit. When I requested to speak with the manager on duty, the security guard not only refused to contact them but also repeatedly ignored my straightforward request. I reiterated that my visit was for the purpose of booking an event, yet he continued to deny my request. To make matters worse, when I asked him to provide his name and display his security badge, he outright refused. Due to this unprofessional and discourteous conduct, Kong has not only lost the opportunity to host a future event but has also lost a client who will not be returning. I am uncertain of what policies this individual was following, but his actions undoubtedly contradicted the best interests of your establishment. Lovely venue and with great quality food. Simple menu but high quality. Service was excellent. Staff very friendly. There was an accident with delivery of one of our meals and they had to make one again. They were honest and open about the accident and then proceeded to remove the cost of meal from our bill without any request or complaint from ourselves. That is a service rarely seen these days and shows they value their customer experience. This was my last day in Glasgow before returning to Australia and made for a lovely afternoon.

MOST RACIST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD Few of my friends and I went to this cocktail "farce" to have some drinks. After even an hour except for our food none of the drink orders came. Every table in a 100 mile radius got served, except 8 of us. So we tried to get in touch with the staff. They said they "lost the check", which was utter nonsense since the food was part of the same check. Then they took another half an hour. And still missed a drink! AND THIS IS ON A MONDAY. Then the manager offered 50% discount on the drinks to make up, we felt that was the first sign of decency in the evening. We paid for each of our drinks. But after that, every 10 seconds she (or she would send one of her staff) kept coming to our table for a "drink we didn't pay for" 3 pounds worth. Firstly, we all paid for our drinks. We checked our banks, we tallied the bill (even contacted MIT bcos somehow the KONG staff were privy to math of a higher order). Anyway, to cut a story short, we finally paid for that "missing drink". And before leaving I went to talk to the manager about this incident and she went on the defensive to suggest that we still owed her 5 quid. MY GAWD. What coke do these racists snort? I don't do reviews. But always got time for racists. Good day fellas. (Go to the wetherspoons next doors, and tip them good guys if you can)

I booked a family party on May 23rd for a table of 15, from 8-10. I paid £200 deposit on the 24th and pre-ordered drinks. This was a special occasion for my son, who was leaving to live abroad. We turned up on time, just left our house, and were refused entry. No reasons explained. The manager was too busy to speak to me. No calls back from Manager in 4 days. They had held my money for 11 weeks but there we were, 15 of us, 8pm Saturday with no where to go. Appalling service. Do not pre book events or pay upfront here...you have been warned.

Had our engagement party on the rooftop bar and it was perfect. Great atmosphere, great music, buffet was delicious. Lexi was looking after us all day and made the experience so lovely. The doorman was so helpful, from carrying a pram up 2 massive flights of stairs and even took my friends luggage to store it away while she was at the party. Never written a negative review in my life but this time it’s necessary. Arrived at kong at 9:30pm for our rooftop reservation straight after our dinner to celebrate my friends 21st birthday a bit early, she’s 20 and I’m 21. The 2-3 bouncers asked for our ID, we said yes of course and handed them over, we were instantly met with “sorry you’re going to have to try somewhere else” we asked why? We were stone cold sober, dressed appropriately and had our reservation, my friend was asked for another form of ID, she holds a driving license and we offered to show our bank accounts with our names on them. We were still told no and refused. We were given absolutely NO reason to why we couldn’t enter, this caused us to miss our last train home which was at 9:48pm instead of the usual 11pm trains. This completely ruined our night and the bouncers are SO rude and uninterested. I have been in before and have NEVER been asked for another form, won’t be coming back! Avoid

Absolutely shocking booked the private room the box for my boyfriends birthday as a surprise, when his friends showed up the bouncer (stocky, blonde highlights, mid 30s possibly) turned them back and stated a booking doesn’t confirm entry and also stated to a friend of mine “I don’t need to give you a reason but I will give you a cause” when he was asked why he wasn’t allowing entry. Everyone was sober and just wanted to enjoy my boyfriend’s birthday yet it was ruined by the “head of security” do not recommend Kong to anyone. Wish I had recorded the bouncer as he was extremely rude towards myself and my friends. I have also been contacting Kong back and forth since February to confirm the booking and was turned back at the door on arrival. Would not recommend booking anything in advance with this place.

Was turned away on a weekday afternoon with a friend visiting from london. Thought the rooftop would be a nice place for lunch in the city. We were told on the door that they have a dress code and we were too casual? Polo shirt, jeans and loafers is too casual for lunch… There was nothing online mentioned about a dress code either, I can’t think of a single realistic reason why we would’ve been turned away. Really disappointing when having a visitor in the city, luckily plenty of better and friendlier places around.

We will never come back. The manager needs to be changed. We were celebrating after a day of work and spent 50 minutes waiting for our dinner order, which was never taken. We ended up leaving without having dinner. They didn’t offer any solution or compensation, and the manager couldn’t handle the situation. They need to learn proper management. Terrible place. We booked a table in the covered rooftop patio for a late lunch on a Wednesday and it was brilliant. They are child/baby friendly until 6pm. Not great for prams as two flights of stairs but the hostess was very kind and informed us of that as I was booking on the phone and said she would get someone to help us. The food was all great, Caesar salad with chicken was fab. The chunky chips are good and crispy. The fish and chips was good but went a bit soggy on the bottom and the chips that were under the fish. They have a few £6 cocktails during the week and one special one each week. I would definitely go back.

Ordering 4 drinks at the downstairs bar, the bar person served 2 drinks out the 4 and asked us to pay, we advised that we were still waiting on 2 cocktails, he said his shift was finished and someone else will do the other 2, so not a good start! Decided to go up to roof top bar for next round, sat for ages, plenty of staff around but they weren't on the game, no organisation amongst staff, went to bar and eventually got our round, wine glass dirty so back to bar to get sorted, didn't seem that bothered but changed the glass. Next round, did manage to get someone to take order, waited ages for drinks, and once again another dirty glass, friends glasses dirty as well only noticed when they were half way down, they were lucky they were using the straws, so beware. Every table on roof top bar had ashtrays so not pleasant to sit in. Then ordered another round, waited half an hour and we decided to leave, we won't be back! They are missing a trick that's for sure and need managers that know what they are doing, when I pointed out the state of the glasses, there just didn't seem to be any concern!

Think we got in just in time as plenty of space inside and out but it did get very busy just after we arrived. It’s table service and due to how busy it was we did wait a while in between drinks but the drinks themselves were really nice. Had some wine and some espresso martinis. Good wine choice for whites.

The service is horrendous. We went at 7:30pm and a waitress took the menus away because apparently the kitchen was closing. We ordered drinks which took forever the come. An hour later, around 8:30pm, we are seeing food being served. We ask another waitress how is this possible, they say that the kitchen closes at 8:45pm We ordered some drinks and chips and they forgot the order completely. We had to remind them to get it. The atmosphere was nice with elegant decor and the weather was nice. I don't recommend this place.

I remember this place pre-covid as One Up, I was expecting something amazing judging by the reviews I'd seen on social media. However, it looks the same, essentially. The food was mediocre at best, the service was full of inexperienced young staff. I really wished I'd booked Banco D'Roma, which is across the road. I wouldn't rush back. If you're looking for quality, you won't find it here. No pics, it wasn't worth the effort!

My friend had to ask several members of staff for a glass of tap water, was rather difficult to get a drinks order in. We were also overcharged after their mistake with a drink where I was asked to try them as the server didn’t know what they were 😭 In the end, I’m not sure what the 12.5% service charge was for, the service was abysmal. *amending my review* I recently attended Kong for a family member’s birthday party and have only just found out how the night unfolded. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Not one for writing bad reviews but this was awful. Booked a table for my birthday, arrived a bit early but was happy to wait or go somewhere else if needed. Girl at the front desk was really nice and said just head upstairs it should be fine. Greeted by another lovely staff member at the door who said it was fine and to grab a drink at the bar. Was rudely informed by the bar tender that it was table service only and to sit down, even though other people were ordering drinks at the bar. Place was mobbed but managed to grab a table. Sat for 40mins without any service and eventually just left. Seemed like the only people getting table service were the ones sitting outside as the 2 tables behind and beside us inside weren’t getting table service either. Poor communication from staff and seemed really unorganised. This was all on a Monday as well I can’t imagine how much worse it is on weekends. Don’t waste your time here it's one of the worst places I’ve ever been to. Book anywhere else it’ll be half the price and double the service.

Booked a table for the outside rooftop bar weeks in advance and I specifically booked this area for my boyfriend’s birthday. When arrived we had to wait a while to get in as the girls at the desks were having an issue with the customers in front and their booking. When we were finally escorted to our seats it was the inside bar. It was a hot day and busy but I explained I specially booked outside rooftop and they said I didn’t and tried to undermine me. I finally got to speak to someone else who was immediately rude/nasty and honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She clicked on the booking and it clearly stated outside rooftop bar and I was again told I could only sit inside. Regardless of how their disorganised booking system works, the staff at the front desk have the worst customer service and should not be working in the hospitality industry. Needless to say I did not sit inside and I left upset, so I can’t comment on their overpriced cocktails. Do not recommend to anyone unless you want and overall awful experience.

We arrived for our booking and I had asked if there was any space on the roof, I was curtly told no which I understand as it was very busy however was slightly disappointed no one even checked there wasn't space for 2. There seemed to be a bit of difficulty finding our reservation. We were seated at a large table and twice were approached by staff informing us that the table we were sitting at was reserved to which we had to inform them we were aware as it was our reservation. I'm not sure if your establishment is normally table service but we were not offered any drinks or given a food menu. Eventually I went up to the bar for drinks, ordered and paid and only when returning to the table realised I had been charged a 12.5% gratitude without any prior discussion. Normally I have no issue tipping staff when a service has been provided but when already paying for expensive drinks at the bar I find it very presumptuous to assume we'd be happy to tip. I have to admit, our cocktails were lovely but we were frequently disturbed by people asking us for extra chairs as the planning of group size to tables were obviously not well thought out. Generally speaking the service was poor with many wait staff standing around on phones or chatting to each other rather than serving tables waiting. After around 20 minutes we decided that it wasn't worth waiting around for better service and took our business elsewhere.

I recently attended a friend's birthday party at Kong, where she had booked three tables and a drinks and snacks package. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and marred by poor service and unprofessional behavior. Despite an expected guest list system, we faced long waits at the entrance. Upon arrival, strangers occupied the reserved tables, and the staff made no effort to resolve this. Instead, they tried to remove her guests saying the tables were reserved. Dirty glasses and a delayed drink package further detracted from the night, along with missing and incorrect mixers. The venue's cleanliness was appalling, with visibly dirty glasses. Overpriced drinks and snacks added to the frustration, feeling like a blatant money grab. When we tried to return to the rooftop bar from the main bar, a bouncer was aggressively unhelpful, threatening to remove the birthday girl - instead of clarifying the re-entry process to the roof top bar (where her guests and the tables and packages she’d paid for were). Rather than ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment, they seemed more interested in belittling and shouting at guests. This unprofessional behavior continued, culminating in three bouncers forcibly removing her without cause, leaving her outside alone in the rain without her belongings. They did not make any attempt to inform any of her guests of her whereabouts - we were left to worry about her given the phone signal was basically non-existent. Meanwhile, a very drunk and disruptive guest from another party spilled drinks from our table on us, smashing several glasses in the process, and was allowed to stay and continue drinking without any staff intervention. My friend was obviously very upset by this experience, and it was distressing to see how the bouncers handled her (two large male bouncers and one female bouncer), especially given the amount of money she had spent. Their behavior was entirely unacceptable, leaving her in a dangerous and compromising position. Overall, I cannot recommend Kong to anyone looking for a fun and safe night out. Our experience reflects issues mentioned in other reviews, which I wish we had taken more seriously.

Absolutely disgrace of a business, booked for a party of 18 odd was booked months in advance, paid deposit and get to the door on the night to first be told ‘there’s no booking under the name’ then go on to tell us the bookings for a different time which was incorrect as we had email confirmation THEN tell us that we aren’t getting in and they don’t have to give us a reason?😂😂the staff were absolutely disgraceful the cheek off them was an absolute joke.

Visited kong on a quiet Monday with my sister who was over visiting me , hostess at the door was quite welcoming and told us to choose a seat on the terrace , was quite excited to visit this place as heard so much about it and it is so close to my flat , sat in our seats and got ignored a few times by staff , 2 ladies sat next to us and got served right away me and my sister were left sitting clearly with nothing on our table and food menus in front of us so I decided to go to the bar myself to order 2 drinks , about 6 staff on just standing around chatting which I don’t mind as I am a manager in a busy restaurant and bar myself and it’s nice to get those moments if no one is needing service but we were , I then went back to my seat with the drinks and we sat again and again with lots of servers looking at us and walking on, one staff member in particular looked like she was in space she hadn’t a clue where she was just dragging her feet around clearly not wanting to be there looking for something to do and we tried to call her over she actually looked at us and walked on, we tried to call someone else over and got ignored again , she then proceeded to go over to the 2 ladies sat next to us who were also in shock and disgusted and how much we were being ignored , they also had to send their wine glasses back as they were extremely dirty and the waitress returned with 2 soaking wet glasses not even polished , we just finished our drinks and walked out , I will never step foot in the place again clearly they had something against us and I will be telling all my regulars and co workers to stay clear , also to clarify this was a quiet Monday around 12:30 in the day with about 5 more tables sat around us who were already eating , zero excuses for the pathetic service .

Visited for birthday drinks at the rooftop bar. Highly recommend the watermelon martini! Service was a bit unusual as it seemed like there was an overwhelming number of staff in a small area just kind of standing about, and we had three different servers and all of them seemed as though they weren’t fully trained.

Great atmosphere, very busy but it took 1 hr to get a drink, once getting served it took an excessively long for these drinks to be made. A bit of training would go a long way. More staff at peak times would be great. We really should have left but my friend really wanted to try their cocktails 🍹 Atmosphere good and staff friendly.

Maybe the worst service ive experienced. Walk in the bar to see about 12 people behind just standing, no idea what was going on. Ordered drinks afyer being told to find ourown table. Im not exaggerating here but we waitong 45 mins for 2 drinks. Staff had to be prompted twice for our order. Loads staff just dittering about. Extremely rude.

Didn't order food so can't comment on that. Rooftop bar is lovely. We sat inside as there were no tables available outside but it was still nice. However, do not order drinks from your table. We TWICE waited an hour for our drinks and the second round didn't even appear. Order at the bar as there are plenty of staff and it'll be very quick.

This is totally honest and without bias....the feeling that is uppermost in my visit here with five of my friends, is from the minute you enter Kong, there is an OVERWHELMING lack of customer service. Rude and abrupt staff as you arrive and the sheer desire to get your money in their till and when your two hours on the table you reserved for drinks is up they make it painfully obvious they want you out that door.......yes 4 times they were at our table, interrupting conversations to tell you that they want you off the table in 30 minutes and then the duty manager comes over and announces to one and all with 5 minutes to go.....(bearing in mind we had already settled our very substantial tab 20 minutes earlier) WE NEED THIS TABLE BACK NOW!! Then stomped away. The ONLY saving part of the day was the brilliant girl who took our orders and brought our drinks.....now she really knows great customer service, shame about the other we came across. Don't think me petty about our table.....there were 2 other reserved tables of 6 lying empty for the duration we were there, so there was no real rush for our table of 6. This place really needs to up their game, god knows how they get on when the place is packed!!

Totally agree with previous reviews. Lovely terrace badly let down by staff. Service very slow. Had bottle of beer no glass offered and when asked for one given a hot glass obviously just out dish washer when asking server for replacement glass she didn’t seem to understand what was wrong with warm glass. Service too slow also had two drinks before leaving one had service charge the other did not. Would put me off returning. But sure management probably not interested plenty staff on but not organised at all

Booked a table for 7 (which ended up being 4) on the 16th April and requested the rooftop bar. Thought 4 weeks notice would be sufficient to secure a spot on the rooftop on a Saturday (11th May). Unfortunately, it seems you have to be a very select person to make it up there on a Saturday. We were seated in a small booth inside which wouldn't have fitted the 7 of us anyway. I asked the small, round, blonde girl with the black rimmed glasses who was on the reservations desk if I could speak to a manager. Said she'd get one but no one appeared so went out again and was told they were "really busy upstairs in the rooftop bar". Asked another twice but no one ever appeared. What bothered me the most is that it turns out that Filip, one of the managers on shift, wandered passed up at least 10 times yet was far too busy to come speak to us. Amber, the other manager was down twice helping another group with their request yet we still had no manager appear. Had I known at the time they were the managers, I'd have tackled them, unfortunately it was only leaving and doing a little online search that I was able to identify them both. Just an overall disappointing experience. The bar was a riot and no one had a clue what they were doing. Cocktails were inconsistent in taste. However, both barmaids served us were really lovely. Such a shame because its gor so much potential but I suppose its difficult to run a successful service when you've got wee boys and lassies managing the place. Granted, this review will fall on deaf ears because clearly no one from Kong checks it based on the number of 1 star reviews. Not a patch on One Up and even that wasn't that great.

Lovely venue, average food (nothing to write home about), tasty drinks however, like most of the reviews on here poor service. Waited over 40 minutes for a drink at the bar. I do not put this down to the staff as they were all helpful lovely people and quite honestly looked burnt out. It is clear the owner is prioritising profit over service and staff which is a shame. My daughter has just moved to Glasgow and looking for employment so I enquired what the rate of pay was and was shocked when she said £11.44 an hour! You would think a “premium” venue that is extremely busy could afford to pay more than the minimum but again this reflects poorly on the owner. My advice would be take care of your staff first then maybe the service will improve. My final advice to other customers posting a negative review would be to ask yourself this question. Would you do it for minimum “living” wage with a smile on your Face? I know I wouldn’t.

Booked a table, was shown to table by staff member who didn't tell us if it was table service or order at the bar she just pointed to the table then walked away. Sat for 20 minutes nobody even looked at us. Went to the bar and nobody even made eye contact or said a word for the 5 minutes I was standing and one person was on her phone behind the bar. Walked out and explained what had happened to then be told it was ‘supposed to be table service’.

Unfortunately, my experience at the rooftop bar was disappointing. Despite the promising ambiance, the service was severely lacking. We waited an unacceptable amount of time to be attended to, and even after being given a menu, it took an additional 20 minutes for a staff member to take our order. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, we had to hunt down our own cutlery. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory visit."

Beautiful decor and good vibes, there was a good atmosphere due to the amount of people in there and a good age range. However the door staff were less than inviting, the bar staff had no cohesion at all. It was clear a new member of staff was serving us leading to over a 20 minute delay on drinks - the cocktails were made incorrectly . The staff appeared to have no team spirit and did not help each other out. Wouldn’t go back, however it would appear the management don’t read the reviews anyway as this seems to be recurring.

Absolutely shocking service. Girl at desk said there was "no space unless you want to just stand at the bar". We thought, aye ok, no issue for us....until we got to the bar. Stood for 15 mins asked if the bar was serving, rudley told No! Then 4 young, beautiful and polished ladies came behind us, ordered and were served straight away. Shocking. Don't bother going unless you're young, beautiful wearing adesigner label on.

Like many other people have mentioned here. Service was horrendous which is quite a shame because the food and drinks were very good. When we arrived we were shown to a table that had someone else's name and time on the reservation card but the hostess kind of just tossed us in a corner table without even really checking to see who we were. Then no one came over to greet our table at all, we waited about 15 mins without being acknowledged and I had to go up to the bar and request that someone come take our food and drink orders. The food and drinks came quickly after, however, no one checked on us after this point, we sat for probably an hour without anyone coming to check on our table and I had to once again approach the bar and ask to be served, there was not one point where we were served without having to specifically request it. I spoke with the supervisor and she was very apologetic but clearly based on all of the reviews there is a disconnect here and nothing is actually being doing to improve their service. We got our dessert for free, but then they overcharged us for drinks and we had to bother them again to correct it. Wish I could give this place a better rating but unfortunately wish I had read the reviews beforehand, the service has put us off so much we won't be returning.

Really cool rooftop bar, great great atmosphere and deco. Like 15 bartenders behind the bar but all students and slow, disorganized and inefficient which means getting drinks is slow and they often make the drinks wrong. A bar before anything else needs to serve good drinks and this place does not. I.e ordered gin tonics and girl made gin soda-water. Ordered a aperol spritz and it tasted terrible.

As a chronic gambling addict who is signed up to ssense. This place's security measures are awful compared the Grosvenor competitor. Never ask for ID and of course I succumbed to losing a ton of money. Again. Also one staff member in particular, brown hair and glasses, was extremely rude to me as a new player. I wouldn't recommend going to any casino as they are all crooks but this one is the worst of the bunch. Shout out to the one staff member who correctly did his job by checking my I.D and refusing me entry, older Scottish guy, think he had a moustache. Don't know how the staff sleep at night, although that applies to any casino I guess. This place ruins lives. Shame on Genting.

Having previously eaten here before attending concerts in the past I didn’t think twice about booking again. I booked a table for 2 last Monday with the intention of eating before a concert at the Hydro. I was disappointed to arrive to a closed restaurant and no explanation as to why; I was particularly frustrated since I replied to an email the previous day asking me to confirm I would be attending my reservation. An email to explain circumstances and allow us the chance to book elsewhere would have been the least I would have expected. It was a disappointing start to our evening.

Had not been in this place a while, but I ordered a MIX KEBAB looking at the menu there was no price for Reg or Large asked for a regular with Nan no Donner. CHARGED ME £25 for a KING MIX KEBAB WTF it only had one skewer of chicken lamb & seekh with chips. I understand prices have gone up but I was shocked at the rip off price I was being charged. COMPARED to other kebab shop around no one charges £25 for a MIX KEBAB ESPECIALLY NOT YADGAR £17 for a king OR SHAHEDS £18 for a king on that note I will not be returning.ABSOLUTE RIP OFF
