I'm still appalled at my treatment only walking in to come purchase food. Your roughneck bouncer accused me of being DRUNK. And my sober date is June the 12 2012. Appalling treatment of a sober woman walking in there with plenty of money who was in no way intoxicated! Is it because I was AMERICAN? I'm not with those cvnts. But I see you've one of your own. Won't bother trying to come back. I'll be sure to tell anyone who will listen you aren't worth the time or energy. To the no neck ahole... You are thoroughly incapable of doing the job for which you're hired. I was a bartender on bourbon Street in New Orleans for twenty years.. if you were my bouncer I would fire you. What's not to love? Free entry, drinks (although I'm only sure about non alcoholic) and snacks. No registration needed. Lottery on top. Could use some more Blackjack tables.

Had an absolute blast, Davie at the door was so welcoming and set the tone for the evening, everyone else one the staff was absolutely lovely too. Drinks not as expensive as expensive .

Love all Premier Inns only ever been in one poor one and it has closed. BuchNan Galleries Premier Inn is so convenient and comfortable. Ideal base to go to the airport on the airport bus and well placed for the 2 railway stations. Only slight niggle is that there are stairs to navigate with luggage to get from the street to the lifts. There is a wheel chair lift but we weren't able to use it which was annoying. Also could do with dedicated receptionist. The bar was busy when we checked in and 2 staff were serving, one of whom was the receptionist. He apologised but we could see it wasn't his fault there just weren't enough staff.

Nice place, friendly staff. Only negative would be that its very warm inside (could be a local custom though). There are tables for American roulette blackjack and baccarat.

Great casino with very polite friendly staff and they even have karaoke rooms. Disappointed there was no texas hold em however hopefully as with other casinos it will establish itself again. The security on the door were great and I enjoyed some great conversations on two nights whilst I was out having a cigarette. Noticed tips were missing for the staff who do such a great job however I love tipping for the right reasons as I do in Edinburgh. Thank you for enhancing my break in Glasgow. 😊

Good place for playing casino on Sauchiehall Street. This place is surrounded by lot of pubs and for foodies takeaway or sit in eatout options available nearby this place. Staff are ultra friendly. Food is superb. Atmosphere can be hectic or relaxing for a break in between tabke/ gameplay. Lovely lounge area at the bar to chill and chat.

Door staff not as friendly as other casinos in city so decided not to bother going in. Grosvenor Casino is much nicer and more welcoming.

Tables overpriced for groups that like to chip in some money for some fun. Regardless wither winning or losing. £10 outside bets on roulette and £5 per hand blackjack took away the fun for some of the group. Wasn't helped by the girl at the bar who just seemed to moan all night. Staff and customers alike. She needs a new job preferably not with the public.

hi we were up at the Glasgow Genting Casino on Thursday 18th November we had such a lovely day Shawn the manager could not have done anymore for us went out off his way to help us there was 7 of us and none of us new what we were doing all in our seventy,s we had a meal in the restaurant the staff could not be anymore helpful and Shaun got us a discount on our bill the casino is spotless toilets are very clean and all staff are so polite and friendly the minute you come in the door the restaurant is worth a try lovely food Liz Brines

The security guard was racist because his friend didn't hear clearly what he said and said he was drunk and refused to let him in.

A very good and friendly atmosphere

my 84 year old mum who can spend hundreds weekly in your casino isn't allowed to park in your car park any more. instead she has to park round the side streets. She is disabled but has to walk over 100 yards to the car which can be full with students etc in the pubs next door. in the evenings. yet you would let her do that. If it were me I would tell you where to stick your managers!

Racist restaurant workers!! I asked for dumplings and they said they don’t do them gave us a cheap looking noodle! But served the Chinese customers next table with dumplings and completely different menu!!

Good. Very crowded streets. Parking free at Casino but car park was hard to locate. Reception Staff helpful. We were waiting for drinks and asked many times but no one came so had to leave as service was not good

Though This casino was good,but it is actually quite unacceptable ,you get treated like a second hand citizen. Racism comes in all forms not just the colour of your skin. Happily take your money for a few weeks then refuse you entry because another customer does not like you.

Great atmosphere and very attentive staff

The casino staff have always been friendly and the games of chance occasionaly give you your money back. Never eaten here and don't see many fok that do... maybe its only the winners that decide to celebrate with a fancy nosh up! The biggest issue is the atrocious beer choice. C'mon lads, put a few decent pale ales on tap, so I can smile as my wages leak into your coffers!

This casino you tend to see same people that play slots winning everyday I used to get turn in this casino but now seems to be Asian mainly where you getting the smallest bonus if you even get in I think fixed in this hall

Although I was extremely unlucky and lost quite a bit of money that night, I enjoyed the friendly vibe of the casino. It is quite small, but it looks quite stylish with sophisticated interior designing.

We were not members but the reception staff were very friendly and just took basic details to give us a day pass. Was much smaller than what I had imagined, but there was alot of tables, and a nice bar and restaurant at the back.

It was under construction while I visited. The area under construction was cordoned off. The casino felt a little cramped and outdated. I have been to better casinos.

The doorman refused to let us in because we were drunk however we had only one tequila shot. And this happened more than once.

The place is alright, not big but not small, the best bit about the casino is the doorman, guy does some job, stopping numptys from coming in as well as papping them out, 5 Stars to him!

A small casino compared to others

After working late I approached the casino, before i'd even opened my mouth "Sorry mate you've had too much tonight" this was some surprise as a teetotaler but whilst waiting on my taxi at the rank outside I observed a number of clearly drunk Chinese patrons waved on in and it became apparent the doorstaff were literally refusing entry to any white patrons in breach of race discrimination laws. Management really need to either alter their racist policy (if the case) or reign in their racist staff.

Friendly welcome staff, relaxed atmosphere. Exceptional food from the Chinese kitchen. Bet on Red!

As most places, it’s ok until they decide to employ bouncers. Have been in Glasgow for three days, been back and forwards to this casino. On the last day bouncers want to act like idiots for no reason. I won’t be going back.

The service attitude was extremely poor. We were having a dinner with classmates. I, a girl, didn’t want to eat claypot rice at night. I wanted to eat a la carte with a table of boys. Just take away my bowls and chopsticks...

Got turned away sober... and they discriminatied my friend for his heavy Birmingham accent yesterday. He claimed he was English but they said he was too drunk. But early today, was running down as it was heavily raining. Turned up to door, showed bouncer my ID and explained that we were waiting for friends. He instantly turned me away and claimed I'd had to much... at this point I was sober, and polite. The bald bouncer and woman inside at desk then turned away the rest of us, and ruined our night out. Trust me when I say This, we were all sober and feel this was discrimination

I came there after midnight because I was hungry. They were still open and had delicious food. The casino was also good, but you need to show your ID to enter the casino.

Serves food to early hours in the morning so bar staff can get a bite to eat and other people up at that time. The staff are very nice also

Good if you're looking for somewhere to go after the dancing. I would have have 5 stars if it wasn't for the most unfriendliest door staff, not once or twice but every time I go they are really rude and ignorant.

Had a great night here. Went to the restaurant first and had a great meal then spent the rest of the night in the casino. Staff are friendly and helpful. Drink prices are extremely reasonable

Genting is a good casino...not my luckiest casino in Glasgow but what's not my fav casino might just be you're ticket to the jackpot...good luck 👍

Went sober, albeit late at night and the door man said no before even talking to us, we'd just finished work and wanted a bit of fun on the slots and maybe some food but he straight away said you've had too much to drink.. maybe think to get some staff with some common sense, very disappointing. We won't be back :(

Rude and ignorant, bald, large and unpleasant Doorperson, put my visiting friend and I right off. Had a welcoming and fun night at the Riverboat Casino on Saturday night instead. Great shame- as manners and politeness cost nothing.

The air conditioning was broken so the karaoke room was very hot despite the large fan which only came in handy for the blowing hair effect for the Celine Dion songs. I would strongly advise against wrecking ball by Miley Cyrus as the closing song . First of all, the words didn't line up to the music in that one so I had to sing it by memory and then i sprained my ankle really bad after which an employee came and snatched away the microphones IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SONG cause our time was up. Would return once I'm off crutches. Appreciated the free lemonade. Great fun!
