Multiple times I have been informed I need to pay when I have. Obviously trying to catch drunk people off and get a profit from it. Donner is poor quality along with everything else. Go to the place a minute down the road. Much better

E.T.A. was 12-15 to 12-35 called on 12.35 guy was quite cheeky on the phone, said we don't deliver to hotels as they don't take them in, I said I was waiting In reception and put on the notes that I was in reception waiting, said he tried to call but had my phone on me at all times, after repeating himself he took the same number on my account and said would get it delivered, 20 mins later driver came into reception where I was and delivered food. why they couldn't have done that first place.

love this takeaway everything is always perfectly cooked and fresh they always make sure order is exactly how you like it wouldn’t order from anywhere else

No faults what so ever ordered late it at night because was the only place open bit of a distance as well but food was roasting and tickled the auld taste buds cheers

Useless undercooked and forget our drinks. Literally no help , £25 for bad food and you couldn't even bring the soft drinks.

Not only was I disappointed in the late arrival but also, I ordered a large bottle of Diet Coke and instead, I was given a large bottle of sugar free Irn Bru. I wish you guys had informed me of this on the just eat app. It’s a shame because I have ordered from Balti Club in the past and the delivery has been top class and you do great food. All I did was made a simple request on the app for soft drinks and you guys failed to do this. Sorry.

Where to start with this shop staff are sooo cheeky on the phone disgusting customer service and they find it funny to give cheeky feedback. Ordered from just eat app says no minimum order I ordered chicken pakora then delivery came to £10 delivery driver then spoke down to me at my door cause I was a women telling me not to order from shop again unless I spend more than £15 what a cheek called store to complain told them reject my order store vile too please everyone don’t order from here vile!

Avoid this place at all costs. Visited glasgow over the weekend (first time) and so I wasn’t sure if it was normal. Worst customer service I think I’ve ever experienced anywhere over my travels in Europe. Off meat, poor hygiene standards and what turned into an argument from the staff after a very polite and valid complaint. Usually don’t write reviews but I wish I’d looked at the reviews first!

AVOID AVOID AVOID My husband purchased a chicken pizza from here only a few days ago and has got really bad food poisening. Certainly not the first person to have been ill after eating out of this place. Just reading through the awful reviews here and reckon that an Environental Health Inspection is definitely required.

If I could give 0 stars I would environmental health comes to mind disgusting out of date food that's caused food poisoning served by a very rude dude this place should not be trading yuk kitchen must be filthy

If I could give this place less i would. After receiving the food we discovered everything was absolutely covered in grease. The amount of oil in the curries was absolutely disgusting and not normal. To make an already bad situation worse i found a hair in my food, after this we rang the restaurant and tried to ask for some sort of compensation, they then claimed they would ring us back (after speaking to us extremely rude) but still after many attempts of contact we have not even been called back or given any explanation. This is unacceptable! Terrible food and terrible customer service, do not order from here!

I'm a regular customer of Balti club, and will go back, but my order took a long time to be prepared and the Peshawari naans were not tasty at all. Again, I've had them from B.C before but they tasted a bit off, and we had to to chuck them, as more than one family member complained about an odd flavour. pakora was top notch, as always

Literally the worst service I’ve ever received. Ordered and prepaid on Uber Eats and was told the food would take 40 mins. After an hour I called to ask whether food was arriving, they said they didn’t have my correct number so I provided them with my correct number. They told me food would arrive in 15 mins. Another hour later and the restaurant called me shouting and swearing, telling me the driver was outside. I was literally so confused as this was the first contact I had received to say that the food had arrived and the driver told me that he had just got there. The restaurant were ridiculously rude and aggressive considering I had been waiting almost 2 hours for the food that I had already paid for. Honestly cannot believe any business would act this way.

For how expensive food in the area can be, this one provides a good quality to price ratio. I can recommend their naan bread.

Good delivery,on time. Good peshwari nan, nice balti or buona sauce can't remember. Was very hit so maybe balti but mix tikka starter was very poor, lamb almost unchewable! Chicken texture poor as well. As if had been reheated in microwave.

Really great takeaway. Rare to see such variety in the types of pakora, love it. The special pizzas are top tier, and so many great curry options packed with interesting flavours and spice. All of the at an extremely great price, often with further generous discount offers. Always our first choice, I recommend them so highly. A+

6 small pieces of lamb in a huge tub of pea rice and a very small amount of sauce which was separated. Then another huge tub of rice with cucumber on top which wasn’t even ordered. Never ever had cucumber on top of rice. The biryani sauce is the worse I’ve tasted it had a horrible vinegar taste. Greatly disappointed after waiting for an hour .

Absolute life savers. Top quality food when all the restaurants near us were closed. We thought we'd have to make do with the 5th best place and only place open after coming home from a concert. Balti club delivered food for our party of 80 people and it was great - food was delivered on time and everyone commented on how good it was. Would definitely use Balti Club again!

Order came late and was marked as delivered for ten mins, so I had to call restaurant. The kormas were weirdly really spicy even though they aren’t supposed to be. Not really happy:/ normally food is good from here.

Kinda bummed as I’ve ordered from here lots and the kebabs and curries are delicious, but got the munchy box tonight and it was poor, everything looked like it had been thrown in it was all over the place, it was also cold the chips were soggy and covered in the grease from the donner meat, it said on the menu, chicken mushroom and vegetable pakora, we had chicken but no mushroom or vegetable just a a variety of a weird potato like substance varying in size and colour they taste really bizarre. It doesn’t say it comes with salad on the menu but it would benefit from having it. The pakora sauce was chefs kiss so that was a bonus, I would order my usuals from here again but definitely would steer clear of the munchy box.

Takeaway serving a wide range of pakora, mostly vegetarian, as well as kebabs. I tried the sweet and spicy (not that spicy tbh), my friend had brie and spinach, which was nice, and the chicken pakora which were very good.

What a joke. Messed up a collection order. Not ready on time. Waited extra 20 mins. Just handed me a tied up bag which was missing stuff. Won't be going back. Got charged an extra £7 for nothing....and I collected it.

Our order said it would be here between 1:30 am and 1:50 am and it was 20 mins late, i tried the food and the chips tasted reheated for both portions, the curry’s were half a portion for a small container and i paid £8 for both and when i called the shop to complain all he could say was oh well at least you got a discount

Ordered food from here and it never got delivered and it said it had and they took the money and have refused to give me refund. Shocking indeed . Don't buy from this place. Such liars and so untrustworthy. I've messaged about it for a week and still nothing . Shocking. Thief's. No food. No refund . No contact. Disgusting

First of all you need to ask yourself why you are ordering food at 2am, secondly, you can’t have high expectations for quality at this time. The curry was pretty tasteless, they say it was chicken, who am I to argue. I didn’t have enough seasoning in my empty pantry to make it even edible. Sorry. It’s a No from me. Prob won’t even heat it up for breakfast, or whenever I wake from my drunken slumber. Goodnight
