Chozen Noodle in Wychavon

Food was OK, watered down though 😪 but the service was terrible! I went straight there to be ignored by staff in the kitchen, walked around,went back when others were getting served and the woman didn't say a word to me. Sadly I won't be returning

Had the red Thai curry and it was watery and tastless. After a very long journey I had been really looking forward to a meal here, however I left very disappointed ans £8 worse off. Never again

Awful bland noodles. Not great sauces and the chicken had been sat for ages by the taste of it. Staff need to cheer up too, asked a question got the reply “read the signs on the front” it’s much easier to hand over £30 for rubbish food when asked for with a smile.

Love their food and the member of staff was was very informative and assisted us with our choice ,she was friendly and polite her name was Marie

Food was very hot, good taste. Nearly went for a large pleased we didn't as very full off the standard size. Would definitely have it again

Very disappointed. Authentic Asian food it is not.chicken tasted like it had been stewing for a week, rice the same. Medium meal but mainly rice. Over priced for very poor quality food

Not awful but needs more flavour! Really expensive! Realistically just stuff you get from Iceland.

Never been before. Very helpful girl on counter, I think called Purim or Puvia. Food great, will deffo be back. Top tip. Get a small pot of chilli sauce from drinks display. I had rice instead of noodles

Noodles rather too much for me. Sticky chicken was delicious 😋

Food is tasteless This has nothing to do Asian cousine. Only go for it if you want to be disappointed.

Love chozen. Lots of options and always really good food. Had chicken katsu and rice, good sized portion for price. Decent price considering it's a services. Will definitely stop here again.

Stopped here for lunch on our way South. Have tried their other branches in some locations and found this one to be just as good. Good food quality, quick service and reasonably priced for a motorway services. Would definitely use again

I ordered a Large katsu chicken. Man was no bother to make 3 layers. Instead he put all the meat on top and only 1 scoop of sauce. Majority of my meal has no taste. Strensham services South band.

Food was mediocre and the workers were rude.

We’ve been to this service station twice now with the hopes of getting chozen food and each time it has been completely shut, even before the tea time rush. Are you ever open or buy enough stock to last the whole day?

Stood in the line for 15 min and they had no stock of anything veg. The guy behind the counter was rood to top it off.

I chose the large Thai green curry vegetables. Too sweet. There was no kick to it, the veg were over done to the point I could mash the baby corn with my fork. The noodles left a pool of oil in the bottom of the dish. The prawn gyozas were good.

We had lunch from Chozen Noodle and the staff member was absolutely excellent. He was working entirely on his own but he managed to keep all food well stocked and prepared very well. He was very polite and courteous. The vegetarian option (Katsu Pumpkin) was excellent. Well done!

Food is good.. but customer service was diabolical. Ignored one bloke walked off..no please thank you or nothing apart from throwing the food our way..having a bad day love get a grip we just wanna eat and get the same respect we give you

Can’t even give a decent rating as the guy was turning people away at 7.15pm despite advertising clearly stating they were open until 9pm. At a motorway services that’s poor.

Food was ok. It was almost warm but it was much warmer than the woman serving it. Clearly having a bad day.....possibly a bad week. Miserable and even with a mask on could have turned milk sour.

I give 3 stars because I've never actually been there. I probably walked past it once apon a time but hey.. Seems decent I presume they sell noodles 🤷🏽‍♂️

Yes it's a bit more expensive but it's on a motorway service area. Had food from here before and I've never been disappointed. Staff are friendly and helpful portion size as regular was enough for a quick lunch stop and makes a change from burgers etc. Would I recommend this place when passing and in need of lunch . Seriously so impressed with the service here. A wonderful lady (working at 6pm Sunday 23rd) who obviously takes pride in her work. She was kind and considerate to the customers before us and ourselves, ensuring that we were happy and the service was good. Food was tasty and a decent price for a service station.

I really enjoyed my Too Good to Go Selection as I passed through London. I’d reserved it in the app as I left the south coast and noted that I was to bring my own containers. As I was travelling with a few bags I managed to get a few together I’d used from the day before and also bought another especially knowing I’d use it again when I got home. I was then quite obviously disappointed that they hadn’t got the memo and didn’t understand why I’d brought my own containers! I thought the idea was to cut down waste overall and did my bit. If this is still written in your bio on the Too Good to Go app I suggest you should take it off unless staff know about it. No point trying to earn extra green points if you’re not carrying it through. I was a bit annoyed as I’d gone to the effort on my side to carry extra stuff across London too. Maybe it will catch on eventually! At least they’re using mostly cardboard containers This was the store near Paddington railway station

Like this place and Strensham services are an ideal midway break for our journeys from Somerset to Telford. The other outlets here are just as good but do mostly go for the noodles!

Decided to stop and grab some dinner honestly the worst money I’ve ever spent near enough £20 for two boxes with a bit of chicken the curry sauce tasted like Perfume let alone the lack of options walked out the services jumped into the car tasted them and thrown it straight into the bin would not advice eating from here let alone the man behind the counter that couldn’t understand English very well took 25 mins for nothing I’d simply avoid this place

To start with I stood waiting for 11mins for someone to serve me, even asked asked at the shop next door. No one to be seen, I went to toilet and on my return there was a girl serving, so gave them another chance. Customer service was awful, never once looked me in the eye or smiled. I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken, paid and left. These food was over cooked, vegetables were like mush and the chicken was rubbery. The noodles were fine and the quantity good (I went large for £2 extra). The sauce was watery and flavourless. I will try them again but maybe at a different location and never sweet and sour chicken again.

Shut 45 minutes early and so we were unable to get food, which was frustrating having planned a stop here specifically.

Stopped off here on way home from a karate comp and was rather hungry was disappointed with the poor choices but went for Crispy chicken and katsu curry with noodles sat down and got stuck in had eaten 2 pieces of chicken and a mouth full of noodles was about to eat my 3rd chicken and realised it was undercooked took it straight back HD a ful refund but have now been sick and have serious stomach cramps will not be eating here again

Service was awful, wrong food and the prawn crackers were stale. Very over priced!

I had Hoi Sin chicken with noodles. Regular portion which was plenty big enough. But my goodness it was very salty. My husband had red Thai chicken curry and noodles which again was salty but he enjoyed it. He’s not one for salt so it wasn’t as bad as mine.

Great pleasant service with a smile! That always helps.. and the food was hot and lovely! We both enjoyed our noodles - green Thai and hoi sin duck. It's not cheap! But good.. would have been better had it been less expensive.

Awful service. Also had to take a week off work after eating the red Thai curry noodles and chicken balls. Food was almost cold and cremated. Never ever choose this place for food.

I have previously complained about a Chozen Noodle establishment but this one was very good. The food was hot and tasty (pity there was no rice but noodles were good) and served by a very friendly staff member.

Very tasty and authentic. Services are more expensive so I usually avoid. But I'm so glad I tried this. £6. Money well spent. I'll definitely call back. 2nd time back had green Thai curry, very nice. You do seem to be left with some rice but it's decent value. Fought the erge to get mac d, I'm glad, much healthier too.

Girl was very rude at Strensham services(north) and when I told her for food she served me wasn’t the right amount because I eat at Chozen regular and now it’s three serving of on top of your noodles.. that’s the last they’ll see of me now

Due to my bad eyesight I needed to use my phone to read the menus above the counter. Immediately, a member of staff told me to put my phone down and Said how I am not allowed to take pictures of the board, even though I was not taking pictures but using my camera to make the menue easier for me to read. We explained the situation however my mother had to read the whole menue out so I would know what was on the menue. While we were constantly being interupted with “in fact we are really closing now so choose fast”,” in fact we’re closing now” I’m a rude tone of voice. At this point we decided to go elsewhere for a meal.

Big eats, especially with the discounts you can get. Good junk food for on the road that delivers fresh and interesting flavours that chains like MacDo, Burger King, Costa, Starbucks just cannot deliver. Going to see if you can eat vegan from there though.

Daughter choose to have food from here instead of the McDonald’s the rest of the family had. Had a couple of mouthfuls to check on the purchase, and the food was pretty good... despite the cost, about £7.50ish for some noodles and spring rolls.

Awful place - ordered curry with noodles and was presented with a pot of noodles with two small spoons of curry - what a rip off
