ENOUGH is enough with this restaurant, we oredered a take away and yet again GOT IT WRONG ! Then they say we didnt order correctly, order placed at 5.20 pm Today 15th Feb ( my birthday treat ) twice i repeated the order to the girl on the phone and she confirmed it ! food arrived at 6.10. COLD !!!! as well as not the full order we placed missing items and was cold !! i didnt expect to have to renuke my food to get it hot, that was only the part, then when i rang and complained they said I only ordered 1 rice instead of 2 that I had previoulsy twice confirmed with the girl who took the order, after all this when we finally sat to eat my Wifes order was wrong not just cold but well wrong ! this is the LAST time we use this place , the food is sub standard they get it wrong more than right its cold on delivery, then they say its MY fault the order was wrong. even after repeating my self a third time to complain about my order they have the gal to say well we only have this order you placed >>>?? eh ?? 3 times i placed it and they get it totally wrong , cold food, wrong food, and food ordered with meat in it comes with ONE PIECE of meat in it ?? really, its time they closed or got shut down, I am going to have a conversation with trading standard and environmental as it sounded when i originally orderd this that eveyone there was either coughing or sneezing , was my food safe after all this I WONDER . I will not be using this place again, they cant get the orders right and its NOT the first time, aand when it comes its cold so you choose, use them at your own peril unless you have a micro wave to heat the food fit enough to consume !!!!!!

Nice easy phoning for an order or walk in. Nice helpful staff. Have been using for years . Food always extremely good . 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from me

Firstly they rang me to let me know they didn’t have the flavour milkshake I wanted and in fact they did t have of the other flavours either except Oreo. When my food arrived they forgot my dip and there was nothing on the wrap except dry donner meat. Disgusting and not worth the money

food was late for starters but chips were dead, chewy chicen, sweet and sour sauce tasted like poo, spring rolls were soggy and tasted like bumhole, noodles were half decent 2/10 , but overall made me want to jump off a bridge and throw up simultaneously not a good hangover remedy bye

Had an amazing time at this establishment. The bathroom entrance was amazing. The music was good. The food was outstanding. The drinks were incredible. However, the best part were the people. Nefise is absolute gem! I will be going back.

La comida era terrible. El Misterio es un buen nombre de esta comida para llevar, ya que era un misterio encontrar cualquier sabor en el pollo tikka masala. La primera y última vez que voy a pedir desde aquí.

Comida pakistaní muy auténtica recién preparada con chappatis y rotis perfectos. Nunca he tenido una mala comida aquí, ¡no puedo recomendarlo lo suficiente!

We have used this takeaway a few times in the past and now have great app to order and collect. On new years eve at 8.09am, before I went to work, I ordered our usual for collection at 1 8.40. When I went in the guy had about 10tickeys but none under my name. I had the order confirmed on my tablet but he said bluntly 'no order'. My whole family ended up with toast for tea as other establishmenys busy too. I'll never use again.

Hot buffet food was delicious, the atmosphere was nice, the staff were good. Desert choices very limited and they charge £2.50 for a coke which had no fizz so I presume it was poured from a bottle. Could easily be 5 stars by introducing a few more desserts and serving correct beverages

I waited 45 minutes for two and a half chicken In the end, they give me a burn chickens The food is terrible here. I would not recommend.

Main y entrante estaban deliciosos. Una curiosidad en este lugar es la velocidad a la que sale la comida y cuándo. Nosotros y la mesa de al lado conseguimos nuestros entrantes y platos principales servidos al mismo tiempo. Y muy rápido. Los entrantes se llaman "entrantes" en el menú. No sé si la cocina vietnamita distingue los platos de la misma manera que en Gran Bretaña. Una gran mesa de comensales asiáticos consiguió su comida en oleadas como de costumbre. ¿Tienes que pedir separar cursos? La consecuencia fue una gran cantidad de comida para comer al mismo tiempo. Había una pizarra en una pared con una lista de ofertas y precios, pero sin traducción del vietnamita. ¿Son solo para hablantes nativos? El melocotón, hierba de limón y té de naranja era fantástico - lleno de sabores complejos - pero era £ 6 + para una bebida no alcohólica. Esta fue mi segunda visita a Non y volvería por la relación calidad-precio - £ 69 por dos inc servicio. Es un poco peculiar, mente.

£7 for 4 small strips of crispy beef on a steamed bun. Tasted average and very small portions for the price. Lady was very friendly though. I don't think I'd return unless price reduced or portions got bigger.
