K2 in Walsall

Firstly they rang me to let me know they didn’t have the flavour milkshake I wanted and in fact they did t have of the other flavours either except Oreo. When my food arrived they forgot my dip and there was nothing on the wrap except dry donner meat. Disgusting and not worth the money

Been going there for many years now, great bunch of team and very friendly and welcoming I would highly recommend.

Fast delivery and good prices but for an ordinary margarita pizza for a very fuzzy eater, they should state that the ordinary tomato sauce is genuinely quite spicy. Made my mouth burn. If you don’t like spicy don’t order a pizza as it’s their standard sauce.

Absolutely discusted with the service. Raised a concern when ordering food..... did not disrespect anyone and they cancelled my order. There was no acknowledgement just a blatent desregard of my issues, especially when telling them this is not the first time. Poor customer service. And i got laughed at when my order was cancelled...... not to mention the indirect threats. .... they need to to attend a course on customer service...... especially when a senior member of the local authority attends who knows the dealings of such a takeaways.

Good selection of eastern European food an good customer service we went today with all family an stuff we bought was reasonably priced

Always friendly staff and a wide range of foods though mostly eastern European food but it's a great shop

Customer service is terrible. We asked for something and I'm sure the guy made the price up. Go elsewhere.

Staff here are vindictive and sour. Too many incidences where there has been an error with an order. I'm giving up.

order food from this place yesterday , we downloaded the app and entered code 15% of . the code did nt work so we contacted them and they said not to worry when the driver brought the bill it would be taken off , when the food arrived they had not taken the 15% of and the bill was for over £50 still , the driver was saying he could nt do anything about it so we had to contact them again it took 15 minutes for them to sort out and they were still reluctant to take the discount off . i then started checking the food whilst the driver was giving my daughter the refund and realise they had only sent some of the food and there were 3 items missing . the driver said i ll go back and get it sent out but by this time we had had enough and the food was going cold so we told him to take it back. 20 minutes later my daughter had a call from a mobile number , it was one of there staff he was ranting and shouting at her over the phone about her being english and was very nasty to her . she then contacted the shop and spoke to the manager to report him and the manager started being abusive to . i don t know how ppl like this get a trading license . if they can t get a simple order right then they should not be trading let alone abusing ppl for their mistakes . i then looked at other reviews other ppl have had the same rudeness from this establishment . my advice avoid at all cost

Great food prices are reasonable desserts are lovely. Cater for almost all food types. service could be slightly improved I.e waiting times other than that great place serving great food well done
