I had vegetarian tofu and noodles these were very nice and i’d really recommend this place it had lovely staff who were polite and the atmosphere was very warm and comforting my friends that had accompanied me had also said the food was very enjoyable and tasty it is very good value for the amount of food you get as you get large portions i had to take some home with me! anyway, try out this place it’s very nice

If I could leave a zero I Would. We didn’t want to leave a review as we did give feedback on the day to the manager or owner/ However he didn’t really listen to our complaint and made ridiculous excuses and was argumentative. We did not get a check back on our mains, the waitress asked at the end. My sweet and sour chicken has black and had grey bits in and did not resemble sweet and sour at all! The owner said it was because of the red onion making it appear purple and trying to say they didn’t dye the food. This wasn’t my point it was dirty or burnt, almost like it had been cooked in dirty oil or a pan. It was inedible I left the whole dish. Instead of trying to have an adult conversation simply argued and rolled his eyes at me saying no you can’t be right! Just stating it was strange in the only person that had ever complained. We tried to explain but in the end just had enough. They said they’d take it off the bill but actually didn’t by this point we just wanted to pay and leave. We went many years ago and it was lovely, this was an awful experience. The staff’s attitude after complaining was awful the waitress was rude. The service overall was painful, dirty cutlery, had to ask three times for a glass of water (there was only one other table and 3 members of staff) people walking out side with dirty kitchen equipment and food doesn’t arrive together. We wouldn’t return and sad to leave this review. Please don’t go you will be disappointed and left feeling ripped off. We didn’t see the cleanliness of the toilets but really dread to think. Such a shame!

Should have looked at the reviews before sitting down and ordering! Initially visited because we were wanting some dim sum, however, we left disappointed. The selection of dim sum wasn't great and didn't meet our expectations. I had ordered the duck noodles - the duck itself wasn't too bad but everything else lacked flavour and was undercooked, for example, the water chestnuts were raw and my noodles were rubbery (they didn't taste very edible). Our server was very apologetic but wasn't very understanding and was making excuses for the poor food. I would not recommend this place. Side note: items on the menu are very expensive for what they are. Even after having a main taken off the bill, we still paid quite a bit.

Horrible place. Service terrible, very dimly decorated, Battleship grey with some red strips. Some seats were ripped, horrible Jackie Chan paintings on the wall. Table's laid out like something from an old Holiday camp, way too close together, grey and black plastic😬. Dimly lit. Very depressing place, and even more depressing ridiculous sky high prices. Plus 2 of my family weren't allowed to order what they wanted, even though it was barely busy. Server brought Main meal before out before Starters, it was absolutely shocking. She appeared like she didn't really know what she was doing. I'll never go there again. I hated it. 😔😭

I came here for my birthday, I was really looking forward to it because this place used to be amazing. I asked for a cocktail as previously this place had amazing cocktails. I was told that they are not doing cocktails and that they had no spirits. I asked if a cocktail could be made out of something. It turned up in a margarita glass and not filled to the top, there was bits floating in the glass - it also tasted dreadful. I ordered a beef dish with rice, the beef was stuck together as if it had been frozen and cooked together, it was rubbery and had absolutely no flavour. The rice also had stale hard bits of rice in it. This food is obviously frozen and reheated. The sauce is bland and resembles uncle Ben's sauce. I actually complained and refused to pay. It was honestly dreadful and me and my family was so dissapointed. The cutlery and chopsticks were not clean and still had food on them. The waitress didn't even write our order down, she told us she could memorise it and still got it wrong. The resturant is filthy, the leather on the seats are falling apart. This place has gone so downhill and its obvious to see that the owner has stopped caring about this place. I am honestly not surprised by the consistent 1 star reviews, this place is obviously in trouble. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day in this place! Please do not go, you will be dissapointed. If I could have given it 0 star I would have!

Ordered off just eat at 17.05. Estimated delivery 18.35 to 18.55. After ringing at 19.05. They inform me food is going to be a further 40 minutes..yet to arrive. No compensation offered. Absolute joke of a service. Yet to taste the food. Not got high hopes if there this disorganised.

Absolutely appalling experience. Food took more than an hour to arrive and is way too salty for human consumption.

The beef was extremely salty. Sweet and sour chicken soggy. Can't believe you charged us £6,20 for four tiny spring rolls. Shocking. The delivery took almost 2 hours. Avoid it at all cost.

Me and a friend went today and we were really disappointed, the glasses smelt like a wet mop, the food was tasteless and the plates were just really unclean and looked grimy. The sides were also tasteless and boring. Zero atmosphere, maybe this explains why there were hardly any customers when we arrived, a real let down we definitely wouldn’t return.

I came here with my boyfriend and bought a bubble tea drink as i really like them but the other shop i’m town was closed. It took them about 10 minutes to prepare it when there was no other people around and as they were preparing, they brought out a chinese takeaway tub of boba pearls that weren’t even hot. Just sat in the tub. Didn’t think anything of it though and waited until it was ready. They handed it over and i was quite happy due to the size of the cup, you were getting a lot for your money. I left the shop and when i tell you i have never experienced boba like that, i mean it. The balls were completely solid to the middle and were inedible, the tea was completely tasteless and there was a miserable amount of ice in it. I went and put it straight in the bin. Quite disappointing considering it was £4.50. Needless to say i won’t be going back.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I most definitely would. We visited at peak time on Tuesday evening, before a show at Hall for Cornwall so we expected it to be buzzing, we were the only table in, which should have been a sign to go somewhere else. Food was cold, no red wine and laughably was informed the egg fried rice wasn't ready, i was offered steamed rice or noodles, noodles were drenched in soy sauce. Spring rolls tough, steamed buns may have missed the steaming, and we were unsure of which meat was actually in them. To be fair to our waitress she was amazing, very friendly and should probably find another job where she is appreciated and can properly show her worth. Such a shame used to be a great venue.

How is this place open ? This restaurant WAS the place to go and eat and you’d be lucky to get a table. We decided to go and was shocked that this place was empty BUT soon after walking in we came to understand why, the place needs a good deep clean ! Dirty tables etc. When the food came out we could tell this is not the same Xen standards it used to be, food was dire and we did regret going in here and spending money I was actually panicking that we was going to get poorly after eating in here as we read the reviews on our way home both on here & google reviews.

Amber G review in our opinion is utter rubbish, just someone finding reason to moan over nothing. We were the couple who came in and we were told at the counter that the card machine isn’t working and that we could bank transfer or cash if we wanted to, which wasn’t a problem. The guy (manager I presume) was friendly and really accommodating to our dietary request (which anywhere else would have struggled with). Food was cooked fresh and tasted amazing as always. If it was crap we wouldn’t drive from Penzance just to get xen takeaway! I would seriously ignore the negative comments and give xen a try because we’ve been numerous times now and I cannot fathom for the life of me why there are negative reviews?! Literally everyone I’ve spoken to who have eaten here have said the same…amazing and good value. Highly recommend the char siu pork And the satay is the closest we’ve had to actually having it in Indonesia, not like most places where it’s just spicy watery crap. The only issue we have is that xen is too far for us to come more often…. But it is worth battling new chivvy for (RIP chivvy)

** AVOID THIS PLACE** UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POSIONING !!! Xen Noodle Bar Used to be the place to go what has happened ! Terrible experience ! Where to start - When got seated we noticed the tables were filthy & the floors were matching to, bits of food everywhere dead flys on the lighting & the seats were all cracked and fabric missing, at this point we should of just left ! But we didn’t we placed our order and then the girl who was working told us the card machine was playing up and could we pay by bank transfer what at this point I didn’t mind, it was only when another couple walked in & ordered they didn’t mention anything about there card machine not working to them so they must of thought we looked like we came from a certain community ! Then the food comes honestly this was terrible the plates were cold & dirty underneath ! The food looked like it had been just sat there and dumped on the plate. We had to complain as it was luke warm and really just awful, the girl who told us the card machine was broke had left at this point and we spoke to another member of staff who tried to charge us for the meal again and we told her no we have already paid as the other member of staff told us the card machine was playing up and she said that nothing was wrong with the machine ! We did get refunded for one of the meals & starters but I think the only reason they did this with ease was due to the local council food hygiene officer was doing a inspection at that moment in time.

Ordered a delivery 5pm at 7 40 on a Tuesday night not a busy time,driver phoned he was lost. I'm a disabled elderly person that had toget dressed and go out to look for him. The meal was cold and 2 hours late. I phoned xen and was promised refund and a voucher. I gave my email address to receive voucher. Not had any reply from Xen or a refund.

Went out for dinner tonight with my friend...I work in truro but did not know about XEN...we had starters and mains.. the prawn toast is amazing...the pork ribs were to die for and the noodles were perfect...fantastic food and good value...would definitely recommend.

This used to be THE place to be. It was always pricy but you got a feeling of it being special. Now this is tired. Compared to other places it is now reasonable value with huge portions at a similar price to other restaurants as they put their prices up but Xen hasn't. Grotty menus, truck stop atmosphere, piles and piles of bills, receipts and other paperwork in the corridor and choking up the disabled toilet (which also comes with a special treat of a bin overflowing with dirty nappies that had been there a while). Most of the food was amazing but the prawn toast was cooked in oil that needed a change and was put in before being up to temperature so it was swimming in disgusting grease. Overall it is a a fading star, or a diamond in the rough. Hit and miss with some real quality and quantity hidden in there. Despite what I sat about the other spots catching up price wise, it is still too pricy for us to visit regularly.

We decided to have the lunchtime meal deal to takeaway. We chose beef noddles. We basically didn’t even get half a takeaway tub full. I had five tiny pieces of beef and my husband had six. They forgot our prawn crackers and we didn’t notice until we started eating. We also had the veg dumplings which were nearly £6. There was four small dumplings. Very dissatisfied and complete waste of money.

We cane in. Order for grill, served after nearly an hour to arrive. Wanted rice but was told after 30 minutes that they need to make another one so if we could have noodles instead but we finished eating nearly all the meat and noodles never came! FFS!!!

£23 bbq not worth it most of the items missing no seafood as advertised and gave up on eating for rice and noodles that never asked for a discount on the bill which was refused

Ordered a take away to be delivered. It has been over two hours and it still doesn’t arrive even after phoning. Won’t use Xen again. Go elsewhere if you want to eat.

The restaurant was empty on a Saturday lunchtime, which was not a good sign. It looked tired and dirty, and the toilet was filthy. Prawn toast was like supermarket bread with a light coating of prawn and seeds. Barely any sauce for dipping. Noodles were greasy. Sake on the menu, but no sake available!

We came here for lunch. As we stepped in we noticed that it was quite unkept for example, the floor was dirty and the seats were peeling. Service was pretty slow. The glasses were very dirty and the water was warm. The “crispy” squid was soft and oily. We also ordered the crispy duck which was dry and of poor quality. Also the plum sauce was extremely sweet. Overall a unsatisfactory experience hence the low rating.

This used to be amazing when it first opened. And whenever I tell people now that I ordered from Xen Noodle bar, everyone has the same response: That’s gone down hill!. First thing which is a bit of a scam, when ordering a take away most of us look at delivery times as we are hungry. This factors in to where I order from! So when Xen says 45-60 minutes delivery, I can live with that. I cross my fingers for 45 minutes, and can live with an hours wait. Then I order my food, and now it tells me it’s 90 minutes until delivery. That is NOT what you told me before! 45 minutes go by, I COULD have had my food. 60 minutes go by, I SHOULD have had my food. 90 minutes go by, where the FORK is my food? I call up and as usual they aren’t very enthusiastic about helping you. They said it should be there in 15 minutes. 90 minutes + 15 minutes go by… STILL NO FOOD! I call again and no kindness, no compensation. No offer of a little discount on the next order. 2 HOURS LATER….. I receive my food, and guess what? They even got the order wrong… So I went through Uber eats to get a refund on my wrong dish. Never heard back from them! And the worst thing is, the food is still awful. I’ve tried on three different occasions just trying to see if maybe I’ve just had a bad batch. It was truly disgusting and I threw it all in the bin, except a few spoons of rice that I could scrape out! My so called “ROAST duck” is went slimy boiled to death duck and tasted like old meat, you know when meat is on its way out and gets that smell like a farm? That taste.. Awful delivery time. Awful customer service unwilling to fix mistakes. TRULY awful food. Never again

This was awful. They had nothing on the menu and what they did have was pure and tasteless. We had to ask for extra spice to make it tasty as a different bowl of chilli sauce and charged us for the privilege. Dreadful service dreadful food, unfortunately can’t give minus figures or I would. One of the worst ever avoid!

Despite the reviews on line, a friend had taken her daughter's birthday group and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves so we thought we'd give it a try. Friday lunch time, it was like the Moon, dead and no atmosphere. The service was slow, the food was not great, prawn crackers discoloured with grease, spring rolls so spicy there was no other flavour, Mongolian lamb was just deep fried lamb breast. Our main dishes were so huge we'd not have ordered the starters had we known. We won't go again.

The. Food was very very poor the waitress didn’t write our order down so when the food came up all the orders were not what we ordered all the plates were swimming in a greasy grey looking liquid most of the food we could not eat I would recommend that people avoid this place like the plague

It was awful. We were the only customers in the restaurant and the wait was incredibly long. The quality of the food was terrible. There were huge pieces of uncooked garlic swimming in my dish. I do not recommend it! Please don't waste your money.

Noodles and dumplings looked, smelled and tasted burnt. Struggling to get the taste of burnt aftertaste out of my mouth.

Had the BBQ for the first time this evening. Meats were brought out and you cook it yourself. Nothing else came. After half the meat was gone, I asked for rice and noodles. Enjoyed a Chinese takeaway more because you get a meal. Don't think I will bother again. Nice to try something new but will go back to what I know

I vowed never to return! However, my group of friends love this place so we went here! I can honestly say I had such an amazing experience this time around! The service, the atmosphere, the food was all absolutely spot on! I did notice a new chef and she did an amazing job (out with the old and in with the new) aswell as a new waitress whom in which was enthusiastic and knew how to get the job done! Very good work I’ll definitely be returning this time! Thankyou Xen x

Have visited Xen Noodle Bar in Truro at least 5 times. Always had amazing food. Great value for money. Portion sizes are just right 😃👍🍜🍛 Good service and friendly staff. Will be back again 😃👍

The delivery was more than an hour after the text from them saying it was out and on its way (we live 5 minutes away from the actual premises). 4 tiny veggie spring rolls for almost £5! The main was a sad mass of dry noodles, overcooked (or overheated, not sure), unidentifiable taste, and barely any tofu. Poor excuse for “Pan-Asian” food. No going back.

We ordered two mains and one side. Not a big order. Food arrived and hour and 10 minutes after a text saying they “food was out for delivery” arrived, we live 5 minutes walk from the premises. Noodles were a solid block (due to all the reheating most likely) inside the container. Flavour nowhere to be found. 3 tiny pieces of tofu, and that being the main ingredient! Super dry and pasty. At almost £10 for each lump of dry tasteless noodles, and almost £4 for the tiniest 4 vegetarian spring rolls, needles to say this place is super overpriced. That was not Asian cuisine. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Never again! 0/10!

Love this place, been to Truro so many times and never noticed it before. My wife and i read the menu outside and thought we would give it a go, so glad we did, we were welcomed by a very cheerful young lady who showed us to our table, took our drinks order and left us to choose from the impressive menu, it was an early lunch so we just ordered the special fried rice, it came packed with prawns,chicken,beef,pork and vegetables, it was both steaming hot and delicious and all for the price of a burger down the road. Thanks guys we will definitely be back 👍

Was shocked as I walked passed Xen and the Manager/Owner said to his small child ‘come on before the White Man Kidnaps you’ !!! Is this ok ? No because if the shoe was on the other foot ……………….

My wife and I thought we’d try their lunchtime takeaway special of a noodle dish + prawn crackers * drink for £6.95. The first mistake we made was not checking the reviews on here. The second mistake we made was the the thought of trying their lunchtime special. We arrived just after midday to find an empty restaurant apart from one other couple. First warning sign. We were greeting by a surly young lady behind the counter who appeared to not care less if we lived or died (dramatic perhaps but such was her apathy).. She asked if we wanted to eat in (remember we were ordering the TAKEAWAY lunch special and her equally surly manager who was sat with toddler daughter nearby had to remind her that takeaway meant TAKEAWAY.) Once we’d sorted our orders out (we had to ask for a menu as this detail didn’t cross our server’s mind), we had a short wait for our food (beef noodles for sir and chicken for madam). Whilst sitting there waiting, I noticed the floor bucket and mop outside the kitchen door and my wife started to show me these largely poor reviews. I thanked her profusely for her late showing and she thanked me as this was my idea. As we jointly searched Google for a divorce solicitor, our food was brought out to us with a grunt. My wife then enquired about the prawn crackers (they were after all part of the triumvirate of the deal) ‘we haven’t got any until later’ we were gently told (I say gently….) No offer of any replacement or any offer of money back in return. The food? Oh yes, the food. My wife quite enjoyed hers. Me? Nah! In summary: Would we return? No! Would we recommend it? No! Would we eat anywhere but here? Hmmm Tough one… Warrens Bakery if I really, really had to! 0/5 and I’m being generous. Avoid like the Lib Dem’s at an election.

Poor delivery service. Food was supposed to arrival at 835pm after ordering at 6pm. Food didn't turn up, rang to check was told the delivery driver from to Flamouth then to our delivery address (Truro,5 minutes away from the restaurant which the driver should of done first) was told the chef was going to cook our food and delivered straight away. Food was another hour and I had to call again to check. Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication!

Food over 3 and a half hours late. Black bean chicken had an absolutely revolting smell. Had to throw it out stright away!

There was only 1 other table occupied when we arrived. And another couple arrived about 15 minutes after us. So a quiet night. We waited approximately 40 minutes (the 3rd couple were served before us) for our order and the waitress brought half of our order, and promptly vanished for a further 10 - 15 minutes to sort the bill out for the first table. The first dishes were starting to go cold by the time we got the full order. On top of that, we ordered 2 dishes to come with egg fried rice and both came with steamed rice. The restaurant seemed to be staffed by one person only, who, being brutally honest, didn't seem to be up to the job. The food was okay - but only the standard of average takeaway fare. In the main I felt overpriced for what it was - apart from banana fritters which were excellent. I had been looking forward to my visit here. I was very disappointed. The worst thing was the service. We very nearly left before any of our food arrived and I certainly won't be going back anytime soon.

Saltiest soup I ever had in my life, it's like they dropped 1 pound of salt in it. Also had a mandarin fillet steak that was better but price is definitely not justifiable by the quality.

Great and tasty food served quickly. Nice sized portions. Attentive waitress. Been a couple of times on a week night and it has not been busy which let's the atmosphere down a little, but makes the food come quicker :)

One of my most favourite places to eat when I venture to Truro. Absolutely stunning food, and really friendly staff. My most favourite is the ramen, the miso is incredible, yum!!!

The chef was wearing a dirty tracksuit and was shouting around the restaurant with no regard for customers. The food was disgusting, I had duck noodles and my daughter had satay chicken noodles. Both noodles were dripping in grease and the duck was pure fat!! My daughter said her chicken was dry too. The place is filthy, the table hadn’t even been cleaned. The waitress used her HANDS to put ice in our drinks (not a scoop) and literally slammed our meals down. We never got asked how our food was and the waitress was just plain rude and on her phone most of the time. All just very bad. Shame as if someone took the time and care to look after the place and got new staff and chefs, it could be a lovely restaurant. 0/5 for me. Gordon Ramsay needs to do a kitchen nightmares episode on this place!

So Xen noodle bar!! Turned up 7pm on a Saturday night to fine the place was quiet, should of known better from that, Anyway was sat down looking at the menu and we were looking forward to it, finally came cross with the drinks. We ordered 1/2 a duck with 12 pancakes and prawn crackers as a starter after waiting 45 minutes, the starter finally turned up, and looked to be 1/4 of duck and 6 pancakes no prawn crackers and 3 plates for 4 people which we questioned? So we where told it was 1/2 and was given 6 more pancakes but unless you like cold pancakes with nothing in them what’s the point!! Just to point out the duck was bland, over cooked and not over hot. By this time we could do with more drinks the table service was terrible! It got to the point that we got up to try and get drinks our self’s at the bar she said I’ll be over in a few minutes lovely job, by now are party members we getting agitated, over she came. I said sorry how long is are main meal going to be? Replying 2 tables are in front of you. WHAT!!!! this was 8.25 by now!! Sorry but we are out of here. Up to pay for 1/4 duck and 4 drinks which we should of never paid for in my opinion, £26.90 hell!! So gave the money over to be given change out the tip jar. The hole experience was dreadful.. ended up going to hubbox after we got squeezed in as the place it was booming with atmosphere and had a lovely evening. The best laugh was walking past noodle bar on the way home after night out the place was a tip, tables full of dead plates and glasses etc to see the waitress was asleep on the takeaway sofa haha what does that look like??? Please guys don’t bother with this place if it will be there much longer the way it’s going.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Only had one staff member and she was lazy and had no respect for the business. Basically threw our plates on the table when they finally arrived. We ordered starters and they took about 40 mins to arrive! I got the noodle soup as a main and to be honest a blind person could make it look more appealing. The soup looked like old sink water and the meat was not fresh, it had little to no flavour. One of the starters was the pulled pork buns, these came out Luke warm and looked as if they had been torn apart. The squid was covered in oil. The lack of skill this chef has is unbelievable. Can’t believe this place is still running. Needs to be put on that Hells Kitchen Show! That was bloody awful! Now added to my list of places to avoid! Worst food and service in my life! Would give 0 stars but google dosnt have an option.

Absolute disgusting service , that never turns up , no remorse no compensation

Went in for a take away got told it would be 20 minutes and after waiting over an hour our food finally was ready. The food was lukewarm/ almost cold when we got it and was not nice at all we paid around £40 and both main meals went in the bin. The waitresses were absolutely lovely but the food awful.

This restaurant never fails to disappoint, the food was excellent and the service too as we are always made to feel most welcome

4 of us dined in, we all had the buffet. The food was generally very good, plenty to eat and good quality. The noodles were a little bland but overall very nice. The service was very good also, the lady was very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend and will return soon.

So so disappointed. We had a family evening last night to see in the New Year and had ordered meals from 2 restaurants in town. As my husband and I always have our takeaway from the Noodle Bar we were looking forward to our meal....

We popped in to try and sit down for the Korean BBQ but was told that they need a days notice for that menu item so we booked for a few days time, no problem, I understand. When we arrived the staff were nice and we were shown our table but we’re told that we’d have to wait half an hour because they’d run out of gas for the BBQ. Overall, the food was good and the kids had a good time putting the meats on the grill but half the menu items were unavailable including some drinks and kids courses.

Worst takeaway I've ever had. Over 2 hours for food to be delivered, items missing when delivered, food was soggy and barely warm, prawn crackers cooked in old oil. Will never go here again, terrible service and awful food. Only giving 1 star because I have too.

Odd service something not quite right about the atmosphere in this place, people hanging around at the entrance seems oddly clicky, not sure this does exactly what it says on the tin.. Professional?

I and my partner Jack were Served by the lovely Jaymie tonight. They took our order peferfectly and dealt with the blackout afterwards in a professional manner. The meal and cocktails were perfect 🤤 We'll definitely be back! Hopefully, we'll have another positive service interaction by Jaymie the next time. Hoping they get alot of praise for tonight.

I had read reviews but i put that aside hoping it would be ok. Unfortunately it was terrible service, slow, main courses werent great. I wont be going again absolutely rubbish service. Staff need to be trained. There was one young waitress who was great.

0/10. Hideous. Decided to come here with my family before having a lovely evening at the Hall For Cornwall. I’m so glad I didn’t do it the other way around and at least ended my night on a high. Staff were rude and unfriendly, the place was FILTHY and all four dishes we ordered tasted the same. Flavourless and greasy. I’ve never been to a restaurant and felt so ill looking at the food before. So expensive for what it is! Avoid this place!

Wish I could give 0 stars! The food was so bland, the description on the menu was so misleading, half of what they said was in the meal wasn't. Also there is no differentiation between vegetarian and vegan on this menu so I almost ordered something I couldn't eat. My partner got a meat option and his was also bland, they'd made it incredibly spicy as if they were trying to hide the fact that it's bland. The service was poor and the staff were very off putting. It was incredibly messy in the restaurant too.

Absolutely awful! Only one person serving who was also collecting food and taking to the tables. Long wait, brought a starter out with our mains. When the mains arrived one smelt like charcoal the minute it was put on the table and you could see the spring onions were black from being burnt! Was shocking service and shocking food.. also a really long wait for food that arrived burnt. Would avoid!!

Food arrived cold and late. Hugely disappointing and very poor value for money. Waste of 32 pounds. Just stop providing this service if you cant do it well because people are wasting there money and time on an inadequate service. Truro is a small place and reputation should be important to you.
