7.99 for a burger with no chips is pure sacrilege should wear black and white striped jumpers especially when there was some assembly acquired. And the donner meat was sweating like it paid bills. And the only restaurant whos drivers meet you halfway.

Ordered from here lots of times before, but today it came and it was awful. Kebab was all burnt, the chips tasted chemically with black bits on them, my boys spicy chicken was cold and dry like it had been sat for hours or warmed up (tasted funky) my dads burger was overcooked and just slapped on a bun, what a waste of 28pounds

The food was good my pepperoni pizza that was double pepperoni single pepperoni and half a pan of cheese too much but it was nice and the mozzarella sticks that I ordered could’ve done with crispy up a bit more apart from that it won’t too bad

When the local chicken/pizza place dropped in quality, Freddy's really stepped up. pizza is always fresh and hot when it arrives, chicken skin tears right off and the chips are always top notch and great portions. Absolutely Top Notch.

Didn’t receive the chips I ordered

Burger and Wrap did not come as a meal - this should be made clearer when ordering as would not have ordered if known. Food was very greasy and had a weird taste to it. Very salty and burnt too. Would not recommend.

First order chicken had a repugnant smell! Rung and got a replacement the next day not exactly happy and won't be ordering from these again!?

Unfortunately once again, part of the order was missing, it then took a further 50 mins to get the missing item, quality is good but unfortunately it doesn’t make up for the mistakes in the order. Several times now we’ve had to get mistakes rectified, which is then magnified by the poor service to correct the error. This is now once to many. Won’t be using them again.

It's a franchised chicken and pizza takeout cafe. It's popular with people leaving town after a night out. We always call in after such an event. There are other similar cafe's close by,but we've never had a poor experience so always head back . The menu is as would expect chicken burger, chicken piece meals and pizzas. I experienced chicken parmisan for the first time a few years ago there. In your late 40s it's great to find something that good in your local chicken cafe that is new.

The 2 portions of chips I ordered would be one portion in a normal takeaway and the doner meat was like cardboard why I cannot post a pik though lol and for 18 quid disgusting freddys. And while writing this 2 of my 3 kids have said there bellys hurt one said it then the other walked in the room and said the same thing

Having hard great food every time I've ordered from here, I'm extremely disappointed today as it took nearly 3hrs for my food to arrive... And to top it off the driver asked for a extra £3 because the address was wrong no it wasn't as I've had deliverys to this address since last year and never had a problem.

Even though we've asked repeatedly they still put the chicken and spicy chicken in the same box if we forget to ask. Kinda defeats the object as it all ends up spicy!! No complaints with the pizzas though. Low star rating as they don't seem to learn from feedback

Hot tasty food, timely delivery.

I am very disappointed with Freddy's chicken 🍗 today as I have ordered my family bucket meals with I arrived home shared it with my family I found out that one of the chicken piece was actually off and smelling my daughter have already consumed half of it and started vomiting I returned the food back and explained my experience they said the chicken is good and they can not smell it I requested my money back which I got but I won't be ordering my meals there for a very long time

received 2 boxes and both had chicken smelling and tasting off, so I haven't had no response or refund from customer service, very disappointed!

Very bad quality chicken, there was a stench from the chicken… had to throw it out

It was not good taste was terrible and riddled in sauce and the wrap had half of a whole jalapeño in it.

2 portions of large fries missing from order, chicken wings substituted for a piece of fried chicken and mirinda substituted for a Pepsi, not informed or consulted about the changes and when I rang to tell them about their mistake they told me “we’re busy” and put the phone down on me. Avoid at all costs!

Abit greasy buns are also not toasted so the burger and their texture just feels abit weird almost as if they just put everything in a cold bun.

It is a shame that we will no longer be bringing our custom to Freddie’s. We have been long term, loyal customers of this store. We cancelled our order with 45 mins to spare before delivery time and promptly received a very rude call from (allegedly) the manager threatening to block us from ordering if we cancel again as he had sent the driver out. (Why a driver would need 45 mins to drive 3 miles is beyond me. But ok) Sadly, we will no longer be bringing our custom here due to this despite Freddys practically being tradition in our household. Disappointing really.

I ordered and paid for a double apple pie and only received one.

Rang to order & asked for a certain time, they said ok. But then it came 30mins early so by the time the family came home it was cold. I rang & said i was upset & not going order from them again. He said ok, i,ll block your address & put phone down on me! Something like that. I had to pay the full amount though!

Ignore all the negative comments. Iv never had a problem with Freddie’s. It’s as good as KFC if not better and cheaper and they have never got an order wrong

Our order was cancelled by the driver and when we rang to find out the reason of why and in a very rude manner he was saying he’d rang us loads of times which wasn’t the case and just was down right rude through the whole phone call.

First tried Freddys back in 2009 - Still the same great taste it’s your standard burger but done really well. Supreme burger with hash-brown. Sauces are nice too - garlic, chillie and bbq ✅

Driver turned up at 1am after screaming at me twice down the phone and wouldnt listen as i aas trying to explain were the address was he refused to tell me what street he was sat on kept sayin he was on my street but there were no headlights and i had t walk outside at 12am midnight trying to find him while being screamed at he event ually turned up with cold food at 1am i told him to go away as he was repeatedly banging on my door very loud woke up my nabours i was very upsrt and the conpany have still charged me for this

Bland cold food with sweaty veg and odd donnar meat that does not taste like any other, not good and cold.
