I asked for the pineapple to be removed and the takeaway claim the notes was not received to them, me and my kids hate Pineapple and it ruined our dinner so it went straight in the bin

Nice to find a local takeaway where the pizza is amazing, always hot, tasty. Will order again and try new items from the menu.

Food was pre-ordered and was meant to be delivered at 5.15pm. It was 6pm when it arrived and then the order was wrong, food was missing. We had to phone to complain then had to wait another 15 minutes for the rest of the food to be delivered.

Pizza was rubbish and they gave me wrong ice cream flavour

Some elements were nice.nice pizza. The southern fried chicken and chips were burnt,dry and came cold

We asked for no Jalapenos l, but for some reason they put green chillis on when thats not even on the pizza we asked for so was to hot and we couldnt eat it

Always go to this place but yesterday the garlic bread tasted undercooked and woke up today not feeling great. Will definitely give another chance, hopefully this was a one time mistake.

chicken burger was completely burned to crisp it was so hard I nearly broke my tooth . I called up the restaurant and he refused to refund me or make me a fresh one abysmal service won't order ever from here again

I would like to express my concern with this pizza, i found multiple chicken bones on my pizza of which i severely choked ok. One ended being swallowed but another quite large piece came out. I would like some kind of compensation or refund please

I never normally complain about this place as it’s been my takeaway Iv used for over 6 years but wow! The service tonight was absolutely disgusting! 30 mins late! Food was freezing. I didn’t even get the right meal they forgot my salad on my burger and everything. And when I rang up to ask where my order was they was like oh ye it’s on it’s way, no sorry no nothing. I ordered 2 pizzas, and a donner, food came cold and they only sent one pizza instead of 2,we had to call and the second one came half an hour later?

The chicken donner wasn’t even donner and the Piri piri burger wasn’t even seasoned it was dressed in Sauce but your pizzas are nice

rich tomato and had very little herbs. Needed seasoning. The toppings lacked any real flavour, the chicken was shredded instead of nice healthy chunks (dried out chicken) the salami or whatever it was was pretty drab, almost tasteless. On a final note, just because it's a meat feast pizza doesn't mean it shouldn't have a nice sprinkle of peppers on it. Sort your food out. Absolutely shocking!

Wow... I've had some really bad takeaways over the years but I think this one is the worst ever. The pizza tasted and looked, like someone threw up all over a piece of bread. The burger patty looked like a piece of cardboard and tasted like gravel. Not what you need when your hungover. It was delivered on time though 🙃

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and it tasted disgusting! There was so BBQ in sight and it was disgusting old chicken tikka on the pizza instead!!! Not what I expected at all and would never order again!! We ordered 2 BBQ pizzas and neither of them were BBQ chicken. The burger was also extremely dry and not nice at all. Horrendous quality would not recommended. Don't label something as BBQ when it's not.

I was eating for like 1 hour for my pizza and was about to turn into a zombie and eat my brother then I open the app and it said my food was delivered but it never came so don't order from here

Forgot to change the address on the delivery. Driver was extremely accommodating and brought it to the correct address. (Luckily just round the corner) 10/10 would order again

We order Pizza from Lucianos every Sunday, so no problem with the pizza, but for the first time I ordered Chicken and chips and never again. The chicken skin wasn't nice at all and the chicken didn't taste fresh.

Asked for sauces and they didn't bring any, when we rang back they said they haven't had mint sauce for two days. After someone else came on the phone they said they would charge us 50p per sauce even though it was a £18 order. He brought the sauces to the door with attitude and told us to hurry up and pay him. After arguing he told us to f*** off and threw the receipt in the house and left.

Really disappointed with this restaurant I live in outskirts of ls6 and my food is cold every Time when I called to complain I was told I am too far away and should find another takeaway if I want hot food. It is about three miles away from meanwood to Hyde park does not take long. perhaps the owners should consider a thermal bag or some of the other solutions other restaurants use.

Fast delivery pizza really good

Food was over an hour late so I rang the restaurant to ask them where it was and they said it'd arrive in a couple of minutes. 10 minutes later rang again to be told 5 minutes. 10 minutes after that I rang Just Eat to cancel and get a refund and the takeaway owner didn't even apologise. Totally unprofessional, won't be attempting to order from here again.

My order didn't arrive for over an hour and I then received a call from the driver who was delivering my food and he was extremely rude and unhelpful and insulted me. He refused to tell me the name of the takeaway I had ordered from as I had forgotten and understandably asked politely however this ended with him getting angry at me and hung up without delivering my food.

Awful! Never use. After 45 minutes rang up to ask where order was, told it was on it's way and be ten minutes. 15 minutes went by and still no order. Rang back and explained I had to go to work and where was it, was informed 'it's because the chicken needs to cook'... rubbish! Set off to work and a housemate waited another half an hour! It should not take an hour and a half for 3 pieces of chicken and a cheeseburger, it's called fast food. Change your delivery times. Useless.

Order a Cheeseburger with BBQ Sauce, got a Chicken Burger with Mayonnaise and BBQ Sauce. Worst burger I've had in a while.

Oinion rings were nice mango chutney too. Chips were standard takeaway chips. My main a vegetable chow mein was terrible it tasted of dishwasher residue and not vegetables. No sauce or anything. This place might be nice for meat dishes but not vegitarians.
