2 hours for delivery the app tells you the driver is on the way and still wait 45 minutes!!! Cold pizza cold chips no chilli sauce stale pitta and ice cream all over the food bag. Won't be spending £25 here again!!!!!

Lamb masala needed cooking a bit longer, was far to salty

all food was cold and had to be re heated and forgot can of pop for 2nd time

Sent two orders after first arrived incorrectly, the second order was uncooked and covered in oil. Iv been here for years and it has never been this bad

Stopped using these because the quality dropped considerably. Tried them again and nothing has changed. Food late and freezing cold. Said out for delivery, so Food was in transit for forty minutes..

Normally the chicken wing are good.but this time they were dry and had no source. Phoned to complain and the phone was put down on me. Not acceptable.

most of the order arrived 20 minutes early from what we asked which was inconvenient but not the end of the world. The order was incomplete though. Called them and they were apologetic and said they'd send her missing stuff out right away so the person missing their food told everyone to start eating assuming they'd be able to eat soon. Over 30 mins later everyone else had finished and the missing food turned up barely lukewarm. The food that did arrive was fine. nothing spectacular.

Food bland and greasy/oily. Wasn't the best Lamb Bhuna, but the certainly not the worse, just a bit tasteless. Could taste the oil more than the food.

First time ordering and to say i was disappointed was an understatement. I had kebab meat and fries and the wife had mixed kebab and salad …. Meal arrived promptly but cold and meat was shrivelled up and dry. Salad consisted of a few bits of cabbage and a few slices of red onion.

Order was 25 mins late, order was just about warm.

Staff were lovely, and they gave us a free drink. But both burgerbuns were extremely soggy, the bread just fell apart like tissue paper. The burgers were burnt too. Very unappetising unfortunately

Food was overcooked yet arrived partially cold. Donner meat was dry and chips hard as a rock. Curry meat was dry and chewy? Also had a piece of plastic in it! Burger was soggy with hardly any salad. Restraunt was out of chicken, they rang and said we could subsitute the peri peri whole chicken for something of the same value. Agreed on a burger and a milkshake but they still forgot the milkshake, finally sent it when i rang again. Customer service was nice on the phone but food let it down.

Cheesy chips were on point, loads of cheese couldn’t fault it!! Yet again the best pizza i have ever had, no grease whats so ever! Am telling you these guys deserve award for the best pizza going!

I ordered four chapattis. I received a naan and a tortilla wrap. I ordered very late, so I assume they had no chapattis left, and just sent me whatever they had left. They don't keep the quality up late at night. They've lost a customer.

Brilliant the curries are the best!!

My son orders desserts from here nearly every single week if not twice a week, usually the standard is great and no complains. However tonight he's just had the below delivered. It should be a Nutella and strawberry cookie dough, he's rang them and told them it had none of the above on other than some chocolate sauce poured all over it. They said they would send a tub of strawberries out. Please keep them. What a disgrace. Should be ashamed. We usually get takeaways too but will not be using this place anymore. Poor customer service and poor quality of food!!! Is it so hard to keep the box straight too!!

Pizza is spot here!! ) one of the best pizza i have ever tasted, no grease and loads of topping on it, just like a pizza should be! They should be awarded for their pizza!! MIDDLETON BEST PIZZA!!

we have ordered from here now on many occasions and always given 5 stars as the food has been beautiful but this time my wife got a lamb masala and the lamb was chewie and tough it was also very fatty she ended up leaving over 3/4 of her food there was plenty of meat in the curry but she said she would of taken half the amount of meat if it was better quality we will never order lamb from here again we did ring the restaurant to make them aware but they didn't offer any resolve to my complaint

Exceptional curries, we had chicken tikka masala, chicken rogan josh and madras. All full of flavour and each one with it’s unique flavours

Kebab meat really nice, so much so that my little boy ate it and wanted more. The pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had, definitely be ordering from there again

wow this was one of the 1st takeaways we have ordered that has actually arrived piping hot wife ordered the acarhi and it was very tasty and you could really taste the Lime pickle I ordered the doner meat on nan with cheese the meat ws nicely cooked and the nan was fresh and soft will certainly be ordering again

Food is good, very nice ordered couple times. Thought add nice little extra desert, but the donuts were flat cold and literally no sauce or toppings on them.

side orders turned up without out the pizza further 20 min wait to get pizza, 2nd time this as happened in a couple of months

The curry was disgusting had at least 1kg of salt in it. missing items again. would not recommend

Hands down the best curry I've had from a take away in a long time! I ordered the balti kahari and it was beautiful, you can tell the food is fresh! The delivery driver also was amazing with my dog and even gave him a dog biscuit! 10/10 would recommend
