the chicken had chilli on my 3 year old wrap so he couldn't eat it also fond a piece of kebab meat in it which has put us off. we order here quite alot but will be thinking about finding somewere else

Accepted our order then never delivered, by the time it was due to be delivered all other restaurants were closed so we couldn’t order anywhere else. Tried contacting multiple times no answer! Was a first time customer aswell definitely won’t be trying at all!

Been going to Zahras for years, ordered several pizzas and chips last night, after 70 minutes it still had not arrived, despite the website saying 45 mins when ordering. I phoned up to see where it was and was told “give him 10 minutes, give him 10 minutes he’s busy”, after an hour and a half I called again, and the guy on the phone called the delivery driver to see where he was, it arrived a few minutes later after 90 minutes! The pizzas were lukewarm and the chips were stone cold!!!!!!! When I spend £35 on pizzas and chips and delivery, I don’t expect it to take an hour and a half, and it’s food! It needs to be warm!!! Shocking service received! Zahras have lost a customer

Ordered at 7pm and didn't receive our food until 8.45pm. Everything was cold and had to be reheated. Ordered a chicken wrap and specifically asked for it plain (twice) and the wrap came covered in mayo and brown soggy lettuce because it had been sat so long. I understand you have busy periods but to charge nearly £40 for food that has been wasted is a joke. It's really put me off this place!!

Ordered for first time tonight - 2 Curries and a portion of fried rice, collected by myself. Got home and they had given me Chips instead of fried rice - not happy at £2.90 for the money wasted. Access to the shop was very difficult - counted 12 cars parked outside the shop and had to wait 5 mins on the main road to get in - most were delivery drivers waiting for orders, with 4 of them in the shop. Therefore wasn’t inclined to drive the 13 mins to go back and exchange. Not a good first visit, though the curries did taste really nice.

Due to delayed delivery food was almost cold, wasn’t able to give call restaurant trough justeat app, rang trough google they apologised keep saying its on the way but didn’t come that time anyway, was able to claim some money trough app for delayed delivery but restaurant refused as it was saying they was busy, not ordering anymore from them as I want get food on time and hot, otherwise why we pay delivery charges and ect.

Delivery fine but food and quality was awful!!! 95% went in the bin.

We got 2 curries, starters and extras. Curries were rather dry with not much sauce going on but the portions was massive, one curry will probably feed 2 average people. Starters came rather lukewarm, we had to air fry them but they tasted fine, nothing special but nothing terrible The sundries were warm thankfully from the foil but the fries were cold, airfried again. Not the worst food but only ordered because of Uber eats offer. Will stay with my regular place at Indian Fusion.

Ordered popcorn chicken kids meal was given nuggets. I purposely chose popcorn instead of the nuggets because the quality of chicken is usually better.

2 hours for delivery the app tells you the driver is on the way and still wait 45 minutes!!! Cold pizza cold chips no chilli sauce stale pitta and ice cream all over the food bag. Won't be spending £25 here again!!!!!

Collected on time, I live a 10 minute drive away, not enough time for the chips to get chips, the pizza was soggy and the cheese just fell off the base, garlic mushrooms leaked through the bag, got grease all over my top.

1. Chips & kebab meat were luke warm 2. No drink came with kids meal 3. Received half an onion for salad!

The sale that came with the kebab was half an onion and a tiny bit of cabbage, nothing else. Big slab of melted cheese on the top of the kebab meat. Wouldn’t order kebab from here again.

Stopped using these because the quality dropped considerably. Tried them again and nothing has changed. Food late and freezing cold. Said out for delivery, so Food was in transit for forty minutes..

Normally the chicken wing are good.but this time they were dry and had no source. Phoned to complain and the phone was put down on me. Not acceptable.

most of the order arrived 20 minutes early from what we asked which was inconvenient but not the end of the world. The order was incomplete though. Called them and they were apologetic and said they'd send her missing stuff out right away so the person missing their food told everyone to start eating assuming they'd be able to eat soon. Over 30 mins later everyone else had finished and the missing food turned up barely lukewarm. The food that did arrive was fine. nothing spectacular.

Food was great portion size big so some left for tomorrow 😁
