whilst the food was great (i especially recommend the peach mango pie), the delivery time was fluctuating relentlessly. it would go from 30, to 20, back up to 40 repeatedly - we waited around 2 hours for it to arrive. this was really strange and frustrating, especially because jollibee wasn't even very busy at the hours we ordered. thankfully, the food was still warm when it was delivered and still edible.

I did not receive my order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Driver was rude and made me walk. Poor quality customer service

There was hardly no chips at all for both me and my partner to share this is a joke of the amount I paid

Great fast food restaurant for all things fried chicken. Loved the gravy with the chicken pieces. A good variety of sauces for additional cost are available.

Tehy sell some of the best chicken tenders I've ever had, it's one of the best fast food chains, I highly recommend visiting Jollibee, you won't regret it!

I received the order after two and a half hours the food was cold and in addition there were things missing from the order I am very happy with today's order

The driver was at the restaurant but they didn’t give him the order so it kept getting delayed. Not the drivers fault! But had to wait absolutely ages to get my food. On top of that, the food was cold half my order was missing.

Cuando se acercó al gerente sobre el servicio se le dijo “¡nada que podamos hacer!” Ningún servicio de advertencia previa para los pollos seleccionados fue de 30 minutos, ya que solo hay 1 freidora para ellos. Qué ridículo principio aplicar a un negocio de comida rápida. No regresará y no recomendaría. Especialmente la falta de cuidado alrededor del servicio personalizado.

I love jollibee! The fried chicken was fantastic! Tasted like home and I love that they have real burgers. 🥰

The staff were lovely and the food was yummy, chicken was tasty mango ice cream was delicious, fries were really good and best of all was the Peach and Mango Pie it was amazing!

The food was delivered very late, an hour and 16 minutes after I ordered it. The food was cold when it arrived.

Ordered takeaway and was missing a spaghetti on the meal. Not the first or second time it happened. Always need to chase it up with the staff. My advice.. always check your orders either for dine in or for take away.

Please check your orders are correct before sending them out with an Uber Driver. Only part of one meal arrived, so 3 of us had to go without. You have check lists to prevent this on receipt and bag, but failed to complete them both.👎

so I did delivery...i have ordered food before and not had this issue before..however I ordered a 2 PC spicy chicken joy and 3 tenders and 3 PC chicken joy...all that came is the 2 PC spicy chicken joy and 3 fries and the can of coat with all the sauces...this is unacceptable...its ur responsibility to ensure people get what they ordered.. the food tasted ok but the chicken was cold hence was you've scored 2 stars for me..tried calling jollibee last night no response.

Best fried chicken I’ve ever had - so crispy yet moist/tender on the inside. Peach mango pie also delicious. Although often busy have always been served in under 5m :)

Ordered £35 worth of food for delivery on a standard week day. Only for it to arrive 2 and a half hours later, cold and undercooked. I genuinely have never had such a shocking experience with a food company in my life. I tried to call the restaurant 13 times to ask what was going on as I was unable to cancel on the app. I honestly would say avoid jollibee at all costs, absolutely will not order again. Absolutely disgraceful

I ordered a bucket and 2 gravy chicken loaded fries for takeaway in Leeds store this morning, when back home opened the bag, 2 loaded fries were missing which cost me £9.98. Tried to call, nobody answered for the entire day, and even not allowed me to leave a voice message. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience 😑

Went to have something delivered today, they use uber eats, the uber eats delivery person contracted by jollibee arrived with the food requested the pin over the app which was given (I understand that this was a mistake but still) then they left with the food seams like a scam/loop hole the drivers of uber eats are exploiting on vulnerable people not knowing how to use the app fully, even tho I understand this was not the right thing to do no-one from uber eats is willing to help and trying to contact jollibee is impossible no-one answering, this kind of thing needs addressing we shouldn't have to just loose out on hard earned money, especially in this economic climate relevant of how much due to a blatant thef

I don't know if it's the clientele they attracted but when we arrived all the free tables were covered in rubbish. The food was okay but we waited 10 minutes before being told it was going to be another 15 minutes and then it was nearly 30 before it was ready and even though I asked they weren't giving anything to compensate for the extra wait which I think is very poor customer service. They don't give you anything to eat the food off. We used some napkins. The fabric on the chairs was ripped and the seats in the booths are past their best and have no support so you sit too low to the table. Given they are charging a premium compared to their competitors you're definitely not getting a premium experience!

Ordered online and received the completely wrong order which I couldn't eat due to stomach issues.

Freezing cold food, cheeseburger looks stale as if it had been prepared yesterday. Fanta didnt come in a can as stated on deliveroo and the drink spilled over the already cold chips

I was helped with my order by Kunar, who was assisting customers on the self service machine. He went above and beyond with his customer service today and made sure that i understood the menu and how to order. I explained that I was in a hurry and he happily assisted me to ensure I got my order super quick!!! He deserves great recognition as he has helped Jollibee gain a customer!!! The food was tasty too!!

What is the ingredients on Jolly Spaghetti?? What is the sausage of? Thank you. So sorry to say, One of your staff told the hotdog 🌭 is mixed of chicken and turkey and we ate it. We can't have beef, that is misleading information. Not happy with the way we got misled. So shameful!!!!! 👎

Just a standard fast food place in all honesty, although fast might be pushing it a bit, 20 min wait for our food! Was OK for a quick lunch when out and about shopping, and also much nicer than KFC.

Slow service and they always run out of food, this time it was chicken joy the main item people buy, every restaurant I have been in upto now has always something I want unavailable.

The spicy fried chicken was really good, a great improvement on our first visit.

We visited the leeds restaurant on a Sunday evening at 5pm. When we arrived the only food they had available were spicy chicken burgers. No meal deals , no chicken buckets and no dessert options. Only the chicken burger was available. I'm sure the food here is great when you can get hold of it but to be sold out of almost every menu option is very disappointing .

I went as a result of the Google reviews, I'm glad I did. I love fried chicken and this was the best I've had for a while. Lovely flavor. Nice big restaurant in a central location. There was a bit of a wait as I went during a busy time, but it was worth it.

At the beginning, the appointment time was 18:58, but the last time I received was 19:08, which made me really sad

To the powers that be at jollibee... There's room at the Broadway shopping center in Bradford in the food court.. being halal Jollibee would absolutely smash it at Bradford. Please get in touch with The Broadway shopping centre in Bradford about having an establishment there.

As a Bruneian, I really miss Jollibee back in Brunei! It’s always been my favorite fast food restaurant, and luckily there's one here in Leeds...plus it’s halal too! The taste is very close to Jolli in Brunei, and the UK version is even slightly better imo. The vibe and atmosphere here reminded me of home:)) It would be even better if there was a meal deal with rice (in Brunei, there are a lot of rice meals at Jollibee) But I guess this vary by location. Overall, a great experience and will visit Jollibee again!

I love Jolibeee, I wanted their ice cream and it wasn’t on the menu, so I asked if the drink I ordered can be swapped and they gave me both. I feel so happy with my dinner tonight, eating like a princess. Thank you guys.

Incompetent staff during the peak hours. They forgot several items of my takeaway order. Do not run business if you can’t hire competent staff. Absolutely disappointing. It was very painful for me to even click 1 star.

I usually avoid leaving a bad review but this is a the second time we went there first time around they ran out of chips and it was late afternoon. Second time around guess what! they ran out of original chicken and we were told after waiting for 25 minutes from the time we placed our order. Had to get a refund. But totally ruined our mood. I think it show horrible management.

The peach mango pie was mid, but what bothered me is that I got peer pressured by a worker there to give a review for Jollibee (my initial rating was 5 stars bc she was standing next to me). I even asked her if I could do it later but she said it will take only one second lol. Please don’t do this. Just say “hey when you have time could you please leave a review and leave” and then just leave don’t stand there until I do the review while you’re standing next to me pls 😭

I first went here for food in June as my pictures are from and the Tenders were really tasty with their sauce, chips are quality too and it was all served very fast! The wall has different images that enhance the experience of trying the joint out and the texts are related to the Asian culture, self-service kiosks are plentiful and counter has staff ready to help out consistently. I went again this year and tried the Chickenjoy too even having a bucket once, very consistent in hitting the mark with their chicken and the sauces always add flavour!
