The food is very nostalgic brings back alot childhood memories. The flavours are on point. The staff are very kind, accommodating and friendly. Cheers to call the staff on Leeds Jollibee.

Took our seat but had to leave as the smell of the toilets was awful.

It's been years in the making, but we finally got to jollibee in Leeds. Drove 120miles for food... Yes we are a little crazy, but we want to get the most of life. The lady I care for is disabled, and to see her laugh and smile as she ate and got me to try food from her "Motherland" was worth the trip. Jollibee was great, a lovely greeter at the door explained the process and ordering took a bit of time, but the atmosphere is vibrant, so it was OK. Food prep was a little longer than McDonald's, but honestly it's worth it. Everything tastes fresh, and Filipino food has a sweetness to it I love. Besides, you can't get spaghetti in McDonald's. Want to impress a friend from the Philippines, take them here, it seems as popular as chucky cheese is in America.

Sonya was a brilliant host and made me feel very welcome. The food was excellent especially the spicy chicken burger. Definitely going to be back to try the rest of the menu

One of the best fast food, spicy chicken burgers in Leeds if not the North. The chicken is crispy, has the right amount of spice, and the meat falls apart. Also got the siracha loaded chicken fries which were okay - the sauce makes it work otherwise the fries are average.

My god the chicken is incredible here, only got 3 piece and it filled me up so much, highly recommended.

Food is great. However, my friend and I were interrupted by one of the staff members halfway through our meal and were asked to leave feedback. The staff member gave us a QR code to scan and told us to leave a rating. My friend was having some trouble scanning the code and, while he was figuring it out, the staff member pointed/nodded at my phone several times and told me to "just leave a review there". I get wanting people to leave a review, but this was too much.

enjoyed my food, but unfortunately when asked to fill in this by staff I was questioned regarding my disability. i felt incredibly uncomfortable being asked these questions as if it was a way to break the ice to ask me to review. it was a very uncomfortable experience for me as it was more than just one simple question. please make sure your staff are respectful of disabled people. just because someone is outside who doesn’t look able bodied doesn’t give them the right to ask mine, or anybody else’s, medical history

Amazing! I've been here many times and I absolutely love the quality of the food and service. They have never disappointed me. The gravy is a must try as well as the peach mango pie and the chicken burger. Service is always great when it gets really busy, fast workers. I like the option of limited time seasonal items they do and I hope they continue to give more new items to try!

Another bad experience for me today. I went to town this afternoon and get some take away from jollibee for my children. Again,there's missing items. It did not happen to me just once but several times whenever i buy for take home. My children loves "jollibee" so much.Its just really dissappointing that this keeps happening.

Me and my friend tried out Sriracha Loaded Fries from the Jollibee Leeds. The service was absolutely good and the food tasted really good. The staff also recommend some other items to try out as well. Really good.

Standard fast food restaurant. I must say, that the bread they use for the burgers is very soft and tasty. Which, for me, gives this chain an edge over the other fast food chains.

The food tasted good – reminded me of KFC abroad. But the portions were too small. I need at least 3 menus to feel full.

I was thrilled to find a halal burger place like this ,looked the biz , then ordered a double cheese burger, when it arrived I went from being hyped , to absolutely shocked at the Size of the burger. The meal deal cost £10.48 , the worst tenner I've ever spent , safe to say I will never go to another jollibee again , DEFINITELY NOT VALUE FOR MONEY , AVOID , MRT'S far better.

Not bad but also not KFC. It’s pale in comparison and if you had the two fast food chains go head to head on their best day, KFC would absolutely wipe the floor with it.

One of the best fried chicken franchises around

First, they got my order wrong ( I asked for a spicy chicken burger but instead I got a cheeseburger). Secondly, my meal came cold with the drink spilling and giving me two towels when it spilt over the hole table . Honestly I thought the service was terrible. As I was trying to ask for paper towels while the hole table was wet and it visible , the cashier rudely spoke over me and demanded for the order number when i spoke to him composedly asking for paper towels. Personally the food was decent but the service and the quality was just not up to a good standard.

Crews are EXTREMELY RACIST and UNEDUCATED. I have experienced eating in a couple of times, and one male crew member with glasses always greeted my friends and me with "Nihao" solely because we are Asian, which has made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. Today, I rated the service and atmosphere two stars when asked to leave a review by another female crew. She rudely stared at my screen as I filled it out, which was intrusive. When I explained that the constant "Nihao" greetings were uncomfortable since she asked the reason for two stars, she responded, "Why does that matter? You guys look Chinese anyway 😃". I was speechless at her arrogant response instead of apology and how ignorant they are that they think all Asians are Chinese. As someone who enjoys their food, I'm disappointed by this experience. Because of consistent mistreatment, my friends and I decided NEVER to dine in again.

I LOVE JOLLIBEE. There’s this wonderful worker called Kunal and he’s so lovely. He remembers and speaks to me whenever I come and it genuinely makes my day. I’m from the philippines and the jollibee here is ACCURATE. It reminds me of home. Definitely recommend😋❤️
