The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Asian food

Prawn starter was disappointing, batter was over thick undercooked and doughy. Ceylon was a lovely flavour but dripping in gee. Last meal was much better. Service was good

I ordered take away from what appeared to be their website (I later found out this is outsourced to third parties). Delivery was meant to take 30-45 minutes. 2 hours later, 4 calls to both the VC restaurant itself AND the third party website operator), my food finally arrived. What made me most angry was that the restaurant kept promising it was just a few minutes away. In the end I had to make dinner for my kids because it was past their bedtime. The website operator finally 'promised' me a refund (surprise! They didn't in the end) and my food suddenly appeared 10 minutes later. The food was average...all curries basically the same flavour with more or less chilli. I won't be returning.

This place never disappoints 🙌🏻 the bar area has an old school pub vibe to it, which is nice and the food is exceptional! Already looking forward to returning again soon.

Food and service is always good

Absolutely fabulous food, really tasty and at a reasonable price too. Would definitely eat there again. Wasn't too many seats in there whole place but was decent enough. As I said, would definitely go there again.

Curry has been watered down and chicken was overcooked. not as good as it used to be

Ordered a chicken vindaloo and chicken korai just arrived about ten minutes ago food is hot but both curries have no flavour at all just empty sauce with plain chicken absolutely shocking won't be ordering again

Had an order delivered this evening and the food varied from cold to tepid - took over an hour to arrive - called to complain and was told the food couldn’t be cold as they were not that busy - poor customer service will not be using again

Been there a few times now and always excellent food and great staff. Nothing is too much.

El sábado por la noche hice masala de langostinos reales y terminé en A&E en las primeras horas de la mañana del domingo con gastritis aguda causada por intoxicación alimentaria. He estado en cama durante 4 días, vomitando y lloriqueando, a pesar de que el hospital me dio medicamentos contra la enfermedad. El restaurante no se está responsabilizando o tomando esto en serio. Me he perdido 4 días de trabajo (no pagado) debido a la negligencia de este restaurante y están ofreciendo un reembolso de £ 12. 95 para las gambas. Por favor, no arriesgues tu salud comiendo en este restaurante. Ahora tengo dolor renal, que podría deberse a la deshidratación o algo más siniestro.

Best indian around. Great flavours and good prices - will definitely be back! Me and my boyfriend had the korma and massala- was delicious!

Ordered last night. Took 10 minutes to be ready which I thought oh wow that’s impressive. Got home Mrs tucked into the lamb and it was tough as boots. Ate some anyway as she was hungry, been up since 4 with stuff coming out both ends! Food poisoning from what I assume is the meat being blasted in the microwave or something.

It was amazing experience to having Maharani special Chicken curry. Thank you lovely Chef.
