After several takeaways from Dilshad on a Tuesday night, my considered opinion is that the food is consistently tasty and very good value. I will continue to order from them.

Always order from Dilshad when my son is visiting. We haven't been disappointed yet. Great portion sizes and lovely tasting food every time so far!!!

I ordered a chicken curry and a lamb curry with no onions. I received two chicken curries both with onions so had to throw away.

I am sorry to say never normally a bad curry but had to call restaurant after order was over hour late was told busy & just left restaurant 10 mins away completely cold when eventually arrived wouldn’t order again

I ordered from just eat. Managed to call a mobile and ask for paneer instead of chicken tikka. The meal came 20 minutes late I had no way of checking as I signed in as a just eat guest. I called the restaurant the number not recognised I called back the mobile on just eat and it was turned off, bad service! It came like warm after panicking that it wouldn’t come at all and I had no way of contacting the dilshad. Took my meal upstairs to my flat and no cocoa cola was inside! Tried to call the mobile left a voice mail to say bring it me asap or I’ll be leaving a google review as it was pure stress! I’ve sat and eaten inside the Dilshad many years ago the staff nice and food delicious, but to order on just eat is just not worth it! One time I looked online and it said the restaurant was closed so was surprised to see it live on just eat. I don’t know what they’re playing at but I’m still missing an item I paid for and had a late delivery so not happy at all. I’ll be going jilabis where I can sit and relax to enjoy my meal in future

Food is very nice, but the delivery was for 6-10pm it arrived at 6-55pm with no reason given we had to message to get a time. This was the second time this has happened in 2 weeks.

ordered food tonight said it would arrive at 19.10 to 19.30 . Still waiting at 9.30 can't get hold of the restaurant, and it's a mobile number I recommend you do not use them

The food is very tasty and portion size is big best I’ve had recently but delivery was late and it happened on my last order, shame as the food is so good

The food here is always excellent lovely and fresh and very hot lovely spices

Just had a takeaway from there. Ordered today which is a Thursday. Took nearly two hours to arrive. We kept calling and they were so rude and kept lying saying the driver was outside. No apology and randomly putting on hold or the phone down. So unbelievably rude.

Disgusting cold food 4 hour wait

Delivery was nearly 30 mins late, food was pretty much cold, they missed off a starter dish but sent it out which was another 40 mins, pleasant enough staff, must have been busy but not a great experience on this one 🤷🏻‍♂️

Delivered the wrong order and can’t get hold of the restaurant!

Did not like that the driver reversed on to my grass to go out forward. If he’s capable of reversing he should have reversed on to the road , my house is on an estate not a main road. Please do not send same driver again.

Great meal, lovely tasting Chicken tikka will always return. Only downside was the delivery, it can be a late from here. But considering the time I wanted (6.30) I understand it can be a little manic with traffic.

Every time we order food from here, it's absolutely delicious , the food is always piping hot, and the chef uses delicate spices. This has got to be the best Indian takeaway we have tasted. The menu has very good choices and the prices are very reasonable. The delivery staff are always very polite and everyone does a great job here. Delicious food however one of the dishes was tipped up and most of the sauce was in the bag so not great!

The food was ok. it would have been better if they actually read the notes part of the order!!

Order was missing a naan bread- immediate refund for the Naan via the app. Order was 20 minutes later than estimated, other than that no complaints, food lovely.

First time ordering from here and I am really impressed. Fantastic value compared to other’s which is so important at the minute, but this doesn’t have a knock on with their food, which was delicious. Played is safe with a classic Chicken Tikka Masala which was rich and smooth, and a Chicken Tikka Rogan Josh which was just as good, full of tomatoes and onions, and the added mushrooms I selected. The Onion Bhaji starter was piping hot, and Lamb Tikka was surprisingly tender. My only moans would be the fried rice could have been better, it tasted far more boiled than fried and the plain naan was quite.. plain, but some butter at home fixed this. Overall a really good takeaway that was easily £5-6 cheaper than my usual, would definitely order again!

Never had a bad curry from here until tonight, absolutely vile, like it was from a different restaurant, won't be ordering from here again, shocking, for the price🤬

Ordered Food 18:08 delivery expected 19:10 - 19:25 received text 19:20 Not long now, but then received a call 19:36 saying there was a problem with my order and would be cooking it now and would deliver asap. Finally received 20:12. Disappointed as over 2 hours since ordering, no apology for late delivery or any recompense. The food is always good and was delivered hot, but on this occasion, let down by very late delivery, perhaps the issue with my delivery should have been sorted earlier and then the delivery could have been fulfilled within the given timescale.

Ordered two onion bargee starters and got one salad bag ie lettuce a slice of Tomato and a slice of cucumber and one pot of mint sauce, so should of been two salad bags and two mint sauce

Unfortunately found a small metal wire in the food and 2 starters were incorrectly supplied. Food was nice

As always, excellent food quality and lots of it, I usually have to keep some for another day. Pop it in the freezer and I have the ingredients to prepare a quick lunch wrap when needed

Possibly the worse takeaway I have ever had onion bhaji ineadable chicken balti .NOT a balti just chicken in plain sauce nan bread fell into pieces .

First time ordered from here, the Tandoori mix grill was excellent, defo order again.

The meal was delivered to the wrong address. We waited over 2.5 hours. The curry had to be cooked again.

I have been a customer of Dilshad Sutton Coldfield for over 50 years and it has always been my favourite Indian restaurant for the quality and value. It is a pity that it now delivery only but the food and service remain constant.

Pathia was amazing! Only disappointment was the samosa’s, small and looked and tasted like frozen ones not handmade. Definitely will order again minus the samosas!

Food was excellent, really flavoursome and fresh.

Ordered at 11:20pm arrived at 1:10am was cold had already had to eat something else as was starving and we went away the next day so it got thrown away, no number to ring restaurant on when tried to check if it was coming and all delivery driver said was sorry it was a bit late, pretty much woke me up as we had fallen asleep and then rang again at 3am for an unknown reason and woke us up again. Awful do not order

I tried a speciality dish ! Not the best could not eat it to much cooking oil sitting on top of the curry when I took the lid off put me off.
