I recently visited Big John's Perry Bar, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To start, I found a hair in my chips, which is not only unappetizing but also raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. It's hard to enjoy a meal when you're worried about what might be lurking in your food. Additionally, I had specifically ordered niblets but was served wings instead. This mix-up not only disrupted my meal but also left me feeling frustrated, as I had been looking forward to the niblets. Overall, my visit to Big John's Perry Bar was a letdown. The issues with food quality and order accuracy made it difficult to enjoy what should have been a pleasant dining experience.

Unfortunately this is what they class as a crispy donner,I have been using keskins for over 20 years ,and this evening was my last order,I did call the shop and they guys offered to send another,it was too late(9:30) ,such a shame they got rid of the van always good from there,obviously the shop has changed hands ,didn't want or ask for a refund,maybe collection is the only way ,just take care when ordering a delivery 👍

Horrible, my boyfriend is allergic to tomatoes so we specifically asked for ketchup on the side (for me) away from the meal so he can eat it aswell but he layered the ketchup throughout the meal as per not requested. Terrible please don't eat here.

I was missing half my order and the burger was soggy and messy. The wings were way too crunchy. Wouldn’t order from again, not the best experience.

If I could give it a 0 I would have. The drinks were HORRIBLE. The caramel milkshake was HORRIBLE. The cookie dough was HORRIBLE and my waffle had a long ginger hair in it!

The service was excellent. The ladies there were very kind and helpful. The portions were very generous and the food was delicious.

I am new to the city and this was my first meal from Lezzet. I was very impressed that all the boxes and wrappings except for the salad and sauce pots were recyclable. A big thumbs up for that. The food was lovely, and plenty of it. Loved the chicken shish.. Will certainly visit you again.

Worst kebab I’ve ever had. I was very disappointed with what I got, soggy chips, old meat and there was no variety of salads whatsoever, just a bowl of mixed salads. Very stingy when it came to putting sauce on the donner… half a spoon of garlic sauce I’ve never experienced anything like this before. £10! Aswell with no drink included. I would not recommend.

Sadly missed after 40 years of trading as one of the area's few late night eateries. It's last few months were pretty dreadful so at least its been put of it's misery.

The service and food at the Harrow branch was excellent. We went on a Monday evening to celebrate my son and daughter’s birthday. It was still busy for a Monday evening, but we were shown our table immediately, given time to Awdar, and once we ordered the food came out in good time. The drinks came with the meals which was nice. You also had a cake for my son and daughter, which we bought with us, and they kindly put a candle(the one that’s like a firework) on the cake for us.
