Paid £5.75 for a milkshake that had barely any flavor—just tasted like plain milk. Waste of money. Really disappointed.

I came at 1AM and the worker was extremely rude and dismissive. He refused to take my order and continued to tell me he’ll get to me in 10 minutes (which he didn’t). After this appalling service I decided to just go to a different dessert shop instead.

First time coming to creams and just from walking in to give our orders the service was horrible and the cashier had an awful attitude towards us. They took my order wrong despite having repeated it multiple times before, the cashier relayed the order with a condescending attitude and tone, My wife and Father also noticed. When requested to change my order back (my wife spoke to them) the cashier came to the table and proceeded to tell us that I was wrong, and that he didn’t make a mistake, the order was then fixed after a while of conversation. Then my wife found a hair in her food, which she had approached them about and the cashier with his condescending tone, once again, insisting that it was not a hair but still couldn’t identify what it was, he said it was from the strawberries and my wife let it go as she was fed up from the service and could no longer be bothered. Definitely not recommended (Walthamstow creams). Go anywhere else but here

We enjoyed the food. The service was poor, too slow. When we asked for tap water it was refused saying we had to order bottled water.. Mean attitude

Very Disappointing Experience at Creams I ordered from Creams via Uber Eats and I’m absolutely appalled by the quality of the food and service. I got an Oreo milkshake and a chocolate cake with custard. First off, the custard looked like it had already been half eaten when it arrived — completely unacceptable! It’s frustrating enough that I had to pay a service fee, but to receive food that’s clearly been mishandled is beyond ridiculous. I tried calling the franchise to address the issue, but no one answered the phone. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering again. Very disappointing experience.

If I could give it a 0 I would have. The drinks were HORRIBLE. The caramel milkshake was HORRIBLE. The cookie dough was HORRIBLE and my waffle had a long ginger hair in it!

I don't know of any dessert cafe chains in Finland (where I live), so getting to experience Creams was a treat. The menu is very extensive and the items we tried were delicious.

Wrong order and deliverer didn’t listen and was rude, I said I needed to get my phone for the code but he shouted at me, a minor.

We ordered a waffle for the kids and it was extremely doughy and tasted raw. The 'manager' said because it was eaten from, he would only give a partial refund. Just really poor, rude service. Serving undercooked food, especially to children is never a valid practice. He even admitted that there was a new recipe which took a different amount of time to cook but that should never be am excuse. His behaviour, his manner, none of them indicate manager. Extremely unprofessional.

Waffle was great they even added extra chocolate sauce 😃

I ordered 4 waffles and received 3. The driver said they will go back and tell them in order to come back but they didn't. I called the shop many times and nobody answered. the boxes doesn't indicate what is what.

Scam small servings portions store bot nachos fake chease and salsa didn't stick to the nachos cold . Small coockie dough . Utterly dicusiting chicken waffle bites shows you something else and actually that give something else .also we ordered . Slow survace. The workers were not helpful and they looked confused themselves .DO NO GO YOU WILL REGRET IT

So disappointed in this branch. Dessert tastes so bad we all threw our food away in the bin. Massive waste of money. From the cookie dough to the cheesecakes and drinks everything was disgusting. Moreover they’ve got a weirdo working at night who lacks basic customer service ethics.

A very good desert franchise with very good food and drinks. I recommend the white kinder bueno crepe. Staff were nice and food was out quickly. Only issue is that the toilet was out of order.

I live 10/15 mins away from the creams, I ordered at 2:03 so explain why I received my order at 3:09. My food is now cold and my ice cream is melted. I’m VERY unhappy and not satisfied with the absolute abysmal level of service from Just Eat & their couriers

I been few times here and I want to say the staff sometimes don’t care at all. Went there and order cookie dough and it was very dry with nothing inside same thing happen with the crep. Normally when we was ordering them they was coming with ice cream but this time came with nothing. Disappointed

Everyone go here it is the best they let me have 2 scoops for free even tho it was supposed to be one but u have to give them a good review. The owner is amazing.

Don’t go for the fake bad reviews, because this place has amazing customer service and the desserts here are the best! Definitely visit this place and try the desserts here, you won’t regret!

Really lovely spot, last time I went with my sister, I ordered the crepe- most delicious thing I’ve had yet. Service was amazing, people were charismatic and lovely and the atmosphere itself is really nice. Tables, plates and cutlery were polished to perfection! Really recommend for nice outings with friends and family!!

I ordered a white chocolate Bueno cookie dough from here and it was nothing short of amazing!! Would 100% recommend ! Definitely one of my favourite dessert spots ever . Service was quick and amazing and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Tables and cutlery were super clean and polished . Would rate this place more than 5 stars if I could 🔥🔥

I don’t really like writing negative reviews because we might just catch people on a bad day. But today I have to. Firstly we ordered cookie doughy with whipped cream, crepes with ice cream and a waffle with whip cream. The crepes and cookie dough were nice. But instead of receiving a waffle we received another set of crepes. We were slightly irritated because we waited 20m for the food. But again, we thought maybe it was a simple mistake, we went to ask the staff for a receipt to double check the order and he said “You have to go to the till to get the receipt.” We asked him to bring it to us and he said “Go and get it at the front.” After a bit of back and forth he gave it to us. We checked the receipt and saw that we did order the waffle which was not given (the second plate of crepes was given instead of the waffle which we didn’t order). We then went to the till to explain our order was wrong and was laughed at by the person at the till, it was rather disrespectful. We then received the waffle but this time we received a waffle with ice cream and not whipped cream. The waffle was undercooked… as you can see in the picture. To make matters worst we were charged extra, we noticed at the end when we were looking at the receipt but the service was so bad we didn’t bother asking for a refund we just left to get out and be done with it. I enjoyed my crepes but my cousin didn’t enjoy his waffle and the experience dampened the mood significantly. Severe improvement needed.

Firstly, the food we received took over 25 mins to arrive, when the store was empty. When the food did come it was a wrong order and also when we asked for a receipt that they should have given when we ordered at the front, the staff member told us to get the receipt ourselves. The waffle was undercooked as many reviews here have already stated. Honestly I would have given 0 star review if that was an option!!!!!

horrible customer service. This is definitely the worst creams in UK. The customer service is gone from bad to worst. This should definitely shut down ASAP. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. When I complained after receiving a rock solid crepe he said 'thank you for wasting my time' and I got no refund for my crepe.

Worst experience and food was awful. Took my daughter here for the first time as a treat , i ordered a crepe it came in 5 minutes and was crispy like nachos so i dont know if fresh but i would not got back to this one
