We came to urban like every other week as a family, today we ordered early, paid and sat and waited 15minutes when we received one desert the strawberry waffle, the kids ate all the waffle and then the next one came 15mins after and everyone was waiting to scoff it all. We were three adults and 6 children and all our items came 15minutes in between leaving every on waiting and looking. The passion fruit mojito was not nice and had to have it changed. All the under deliveries kept on going at once as one order but our experience as a birthday treat was not nice.

Chaiteh was a great waiter, the food was very sweet and plentiful, it wasn't dirty at all and really clean, it was a good experience for me and my family. Definitely would recommended and come again!

I took my son in for a treat we ordered a oreo cookie dough and a berry waffle, we didn’t have to wait for long it arrived the waffles was lovely but we was super disappointed with the cookie dough … this was dished on a wide dish with very thin dough that wasn’t Oreo more a plain vanilla dough with chocolate and white chocolate syrup all over with crumble of Oreo… this didn’t even taste of Oreo or cookies we have had, u addressed this at the till but u was told sorry ma’am next time we will do it right ….. I was disappointed as there will be no next time I paid for something my son didn’t even touch after one lick
