Cakes & scones etc. though have a plastic cover, should NOT be "help yourself" .. one look & we walked out, after seeing a lady take a slice whilst the palm of her hand held the other slices. She left them in dis - array & no staff member cared otherwise. How do they ever pass the so called food/hygiene inspectorate ? The ladies toilets were disgusting, coupled with the smell of urine .. awful !! M&S ? Never again

Coffee great..selection of food is poor especially the jacket potatoes, 2 fillings really?? I used to be able to get a Spud at around 1115am and was then advised that they would only be available after 11:30am, fine...a month later I was told due to people wanting toast up till 12 that the jackets wouldn't now be available till 12??? What nonsense is this?? I've now been in 3 times after 12 and on each occasion been told that er...they won't be ready for half an hour...I've now decided to go elsewhere £1 more expensive but many different fillings and I can order anytime.

We decided to have some light lunch. As always the cafe was busy. we had scones and as always they were excellent. Very good value for money.

I ordered afternoon tea as we had wanted to try it for a while. We were told we had ti have the Christmas one.. We chose 2 teas.. And when the food came it it was 4 egg mayo sandwiches each and 2 scones each and 2 tiny mince pies each..Very bland!! A huge disappointment,!!! no seldction of sandwiches or selection of cakes. Not what I expected at all. Won't be going back!!

Took a girl who was obviously totally uninterested over 6 minutes to make a coffee!! This was at a quiet time too. Very disappointed with m and s cafe in recent times waiting times awful and loads of dirty cluttered tables

45 minutes to wait for hot food. The place seems to be in disarray, disorganised and no sense of urgency. M&S seems to dine out on an aged and unrealistic reputation. I would have expected so much more from their cafe, which is overpriced, understaffed and dirty to boot, tables not wiped etc.

I thought it didn’t bode well as we approached the cafe and there was huge amounts of empty space where shop fittings used to be. It was almost as if we’d arrived in the final days before the place was being closed for good! My wife ordered a cheese and mushroom toasty with coffee and I ordered an all day breakfast wrap with coffee, along with a can of sparkling elderflower. The cost was £22! This isn’t a cheap place to eat. The decor is very ‘service station cafe’ and not that great a place to be. My wifes toasty was ok, and the coffee wasn’t too bad, but the breakfast wrap was borderline disgusting. Very cheap ingredients, and not really served as hot as it should be. The toilets were like a comedy sketch from a musical festival. Definitely would have been closed if a health inspection had happened during our visit. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

Visit regularly with my mum and sister and always enjoyed. Unfortunately will not be visiting again as on our recent visit the hot drinks were served in paper cups and tasted awful. It used to be so lovely having a cup and saucer and tea pot.

My husband and I go every Saturday for breakfast at crystal peaks. Food is lovely, hot and fresh. Reasonably priced. Very clean. Staff are fantastic very friendly and professional. Great service. Lovely atmosphere in the cafe. Would highly recommend. Toilets just around the corner.

I was extremely disappointed with m&s cafe, after asking what was suitable as I’m dairy free due to allergies, I was offered a vegan cookie! Chunky chips coleslaw or jacket & beans, I opted for chips! Wow you get about half a dozen very dry chips, so until there more allergy friendly and offer a decent menu I shall be eating elsewhere..

We walked into town to have a good look arond. It was quite busy and we felt Covid safe. We drcided to have a cup of tea and an iced bun. Both excellent. It is a nice cafe.

I was needing the bathroom, and I was helped by one of the wonderful customer service staff, upstairs from the food court. I was so impressed at how understanding they were, regarding my desperation to go. Absolutely fantastic and I was so thankful for their kindness. Well done M&S Fargate, Sheffield, for going that extra mile, and making me feel comfortable in a difficult situation during this 2nd Lockdown. 10/10.

Estaba visitando a mi hija en Sheffield y después de un viaje en tren de 90 minutos y quería un lugar para tomar un café. Sin conocer ningún otro café que no sea este lugar y cole bros, opté por este lugar. 9 am el lunes por la mañana y media docena de babushkas bebiendo café solo, así que no muy ocupado. Llegué al mostrador y una mujer joven que servía "para ponerme al día con un viejo amigo de la escuela" a mi lado del mostrador. Great place when it's quiet quick service nice clean tables. The coffee here is probably one of the best in the city. The sandwiches and scones are always very fresh and tasty.

Este lugar es muy concurrido y generalmente una espera muy larga para ser atendido. Pero hoy no nos sirvieron en muy poco tiempo cafés y bollos encantadores. Debo decir que el café con leche aquí es excelente y los bollos siempre muy frescos y encantadores con mermelada y mantequilla. Es uno de nuestros lugares favoritos para tomar un aperitivo.

Not the best M & S cafe but ok the acoustics makes it quite noisy and the often run out of napkins and the free biscuits ( which annoyingly you have to ask for)

You just need to time it right if there is a queue prepare for a long wait. We got lucky again no queue which makes as much better experience. But it's really well worth it the coffee and snacks are really good.

For some reason, and its in all the M&S Cafe's I have been in, you have to wait ages to be served. There appears to be plenty of staff and even if there is hardly ever anyone in the queue before you it still takes ages even if its just a coffee you want. Once served the coffee is good and the food is excellent.

After a pleasant walk we had a light lunch at M and S. We both had scones, Pat had some water and I had a coffee with a biscuit! Nice atmosphere, good coffee and excellent scones.

Just dropped in at the right time no queue very unusual. Two coffees and a toasted teacake with best butter gorgeous. We had two vouchers to the value of £4.90 which made it even better. Got to say the coffee here is really awesome never fails.

Nearly always busy you mostly have to queue but well worth it. The coffee here is top quality a nice size cup at a reasonable price. It's a really nice clean tidy place to relax.

Popped in whilst awaiting collection confirmation. Oat milk, dairy alternative as now vegan. Large Latte. Enjoyable. Cafe was surprisingly quiet. Professional & courteous staff.

Siempre muy buen café aquí y no es un mal precio para un latte medio. Los bollos y la mantequilla son siempre tan frescos y sabrosos. Siempre hay una cola que lo dice todo y el servicio puede ser lento cuando está ocupado. Pero el café bien vale la pena esperar.

Took advantage of the cream tea offer today. Moist plain scone, tub of clotted cream and strawberry jam . Nice hot coffee , Choice of all things variable. Very clean.

Always a good latte here good price good size cup and quality coffee. Nice clean restaurant plenty of seating the tables consistantly being cleaned. The service as also got much better.

Very good quality latte for £2.75 a medium cup is a really good size. It's a nice set out restaurant much better now there seems to be more seating.I got in the queue just right there was only one serving and service was pretty slow. This can be a real problem here very slow service but the coffee is worth waiting for.

Called in at 11AM it was very quiet so service was good very speedy. Always a great cup of coffee and the scones are excellent. The place is so nice and clean and very airy.

We stopped in M and S after some shopping for a drink and scone. The cafe was disorganised-not blaming the staff who were very nice but overwhelmed. Food and coffee excellent.

Habíamos estado en el dentista, echamos un vistazo alrededor de Crystal Peaks y decidimos tomar un café en M and S cafe. Pat encontró un asiento en la ventana y disfrutamos de un excelente café. Solo quiero mencionar a las dos jóvenes que preparan el café. Muy servicial educado e impresionante. Gracias. Vale la pena una visita si estás de compras en Crystal Peaks.

For once very good efficient service maybe because it was quiet. But anyway as usual quality coffee and a very good scone and best butter. Must say it never fails on the excellent coffee.

Once again visit the m and a cafe for a coffee and ended up having a delicious scone too. Too delicious to resist. The cafe was as always busy but service was fast and efficient and tables continually being cleaned ready for next customers.

Fifteen minutes to get a coffee ridiculous amount of time to wait. Not been here for a long time and nothing as changed. But at least what you get is quality great latte not a bad price just the wait let's is down.

Nice to pop in for a cuppa or a bite to eat whilst shopping in the city centre.Lovely staff nice food would recommend .I had a cream tea with my friend very nice.

Visited in afternoon for lunch with family. Food was pleasant but the restaurant was extremely noisy. I would never visit this cafe again.

En pánico, una señora vino del área de la cocina para limpiar las desbordadas mesas de vajilla sucia, esta señora resultó ser la gerente de la sección, vimos su expresión facial, sí, fue el pánico, ¿por qué? dos personas vestían trajes un sábado por la tarde en su Caf, podemos estar seguros de que no somos empleados de la compañía. Por dónde empezar, los pasteles se muestran en una mesa adyacente a la zona de asientos, pero si la mesa de clientes adyacente está ocupada, simplemente no hay manera de que la mayoría de los clientes puedan acceder a las pantallas frontales para seleccionar una porción de pastel de esos en los puestos de pasteles, con un diseño realmente pobre, movimos el recipiente frontal para seleccionar una porción del "pastel de chocolate"; a las tres de la tarde, el calor generado en el café tuvo un efecto adverso en la calidad de los pasteles y definitivamente no vale tres libras por rebanada. Vamos a pagar y pedir bebidas calientes, dos clientes frente a nosotros, uno de los cuales tuvo un niño muy angustiado con la larga espera, su madre había pedido dos tazas de té, simple, sí, si el personal eran jugadores de equipo, primero sin tazas, luego sin teteras. Ahora, dado que el gerente de la sección estaba a la mano en la cocina, ¿por qué se había permitido que surgiera la situación, cuando las bandejas de las teteras fueron retiradas del lavavajillas, debieron sacarlas y colocarlas debajo del mostrador, al igual que con las tazas? y platillos, pero no, el personal simplemente mantenía su propia agenda y cuando un cliente preguntaba sobre los ingredientes de un producto, era vergonzoso ver al miembro del personal leer un manual totalmente desorientado sobre lo que estaba buscando. Michael Marks y Tom Spencer deben dar vuelta en sus tumbas, especialmente porque Sheffield no está tan lejos de donde se fundó la compañía. Gastar 20 k en pantallas de lámparas italianas no mejora ni el medio ambiente ni el servicio en este Caf muy mal administrado. Para ser justos, un miembro del equipo dijo que deseaban toda la retroalimentación que pudieran obtener, no le hicimos saber directamente a su Gerente de Sección, ya que somos conscientes de que las decisiones finales sobre todos estos cafés no se hacen en la tienda sino en la oficina central y simplemente no tienen en cuenta las críticas constructivas que ofrecen sus clientes.

No por la calidad sino por la cantidad y presentación. Pagué 8 libras por un 'pastel de Navidad", Turquía y arándano esencialmente servido con puré de patata. Después de una espera de 40 minutos cerca llegó y casi grapado a la mesa con una disculpa superficial por la demora. La patata fue slopped en el plato, el pastel de dumping en el lado opuesto y la jarra de salsa, con la mitad de contenido que decoran el exterior, sábado entre ellos. Nada malo con la calidad pero por ese precio me esperaba algo más en términos de servicio y presentación y hortalizas tbh podría haber estado bien! Evitar a toda costa

Porque estábamos más tarde para el almuerzo, alrededor de las 2. 00:00 era fácil conseguir una mesa. Los sándwiches tostados eran muy sabroso y la ensalada muy fresca con un bonito vestidor. Los aseos de minusválidos son excelentes y la tienda merece ser altamente elogiados por estos ya que son de lo mejor que he visto para cualquier tipo de establecimiento.

Esta cafetería es bastante desorganizado y el peor m y s café por mucho. La mayoría del personal parece que estaría en otros lugares, y siempre hay una cola masiva. las mesas siempre parece que necesita un buen lavado y es, como he dicho, el peor en el que he estado.

Yo nunca he visitado este café antes, en el medio de mi compras me decidí a visitar el M&S; café para una taza de té. El té estaba bien, pero creo que deberían hacer mejor que usar una teteras con una tapa de modo desconchados...

Nos encanta estar aquí, hacen lindos babycinos para los más pequeños. El personal es encantador y me encanta la comida (en su mayoría pastel!) un fantástico lugar para reunirse con amigos ya que es central

Lo que ha sucedido a los bollos? A la vez que eran bonitas y grandes. Hoy en día parece que han reducido en tamaño y son pequeñas y delgadas. No estoy seguro de por qué quieren a estropear estos scones encantadores. Las mesas podrían solucionar rápidamente. Café precioso

Have been here many times and from day one it hasn't improved its service. Like all M&S cafes it's a shambles. Totally disorganised with regard to making tea and coffees and general service. Have now stopped serving Darjeeling tea and only offer "builders" tea or highly scented Earl Grey. I hate strong tea and their Darjeeling was perfect. Cakes are expensive and a bit uninspiring.

Overpriced and overcrowded with people waiting to be served, considering the quality of food available in the supermarket downstairs the selection was poor and overpriced for a cheap snack bar - simple cup of coffee took a age to prepare

We have been frequenting the Marks and Spencer's Café a few times a week for the past year or so. Staff are always so kind and welcoming, chatting and laughing with us. The café is immaculate, with lovely food and drinks to die for! The atmosphere is calm and happy. I've got to say, M&S Crystal Peaks is one of the nicest coffee shops I have been to, and by far the best M&S I have ever been to! Thank you to all the staff for ensuring every visit is really enjoyable!I would, and already have, recommend this café to lots of my friends.

Good place for reliable M and S fare. As always a good selection of their sandwiches and cake. All very family friendly and not too expensive.

Clean, light and airy. Good for soft drinks (hot & cold), light meals and snack food. The drinking chocolate was to die for.

I used to love this cafe. But it takes ages to get served and you have to stand and wait. As I am disabled I can't stand for long. The food is very good, but you get what you pay for and it's quite pricy. It's the length of time it takes to get served that it my bug bear.
