All-Siam in Sheffield

We’d never been to All Siam previously. We’d simply searched for a Thai restaurant open on Monday evenings. We were so pleased to have found this place. We arrived early and had a very warm welcome by Pim - the owner. The tables were nicely spaced and beautifully laid with proper tablecloths. Pim couldn’t have been more helpful to us - and the other diners. The food was fabulous - and on the plus side there was plenty of choice for both vegetarians and vegans. Portions were more than generous. We will return. Thanks Pim and team for a lovely evening.

Nice food, reminded us of our travels in Thailand. Great with my allergies and had a lovely mocktail menu. Definitely going to be back.

Excellent food and I could not fault service either. The stir fried duck and fried noodles were so tasty. The use of fresh green peppercorns brought flavour and heat . Will definitely go again

We were a group of 8 visiting Sheffield. We arrived early but that was not a problem. Throughout the evening the staff were so attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Thank you All Siam for a wonderful evening.

Not only the food here is out of this world - and it is very authentic Thai - but the service and the atmosphere are great, and the owners really care - very gently - to connect and make sure that your experience is top. Simply amazing.

Romantic birthday meal. The waitress was very polite and could not do enough for us, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times, but also non intrusive. It was a lovely atmosphere, felt like a special sort of place, very traditional. The food was definitely 5 star. I tried things I'd never tried before and I have been to Thailand! I'd recommend for a special occasion.

Fabulous Sheffield restaurant! Very lucky to have such fantastic food on the doorstep. The staff are so attentive. Have eaten here many times, tried an array of things from the menu and each dish has been great - everything is delicious!

My partner booked us a table here recently and we will be coming back as much as possible. They have a separate section for vegetarian dishes which is much appreciated. The panang curry is the best tasting curry I’ve ever had. The starters are generous and so tasty. The staff were so lovely and never let your water glass go empty.

We went here for dinner on a Wednesday night, and we were immediately taken aback by the wonderful hospitality and kindness of the staff. The food was also very interesting and different, and used a wide variety of ingredients and flavours. The atmosphere was also very lovely, and it was a wonderful place to have dinner. Very wide variety of options, decent price point and also our first time trying full halal Thai cuisine! Keep up the good work.

Blown away by this place. Every dish had us crying tears of joy. We are both vegetarian so appreciated having the menu as perfectly laid out as it is. The staff were the most friendly, attentive people we could have asked for. Really in love with this place and will be back asap!

We were SO disappointed. We ordered online and it came swiftly. The green curry was passable but the spring rolls, tofu tord and Tofu Jak Kra Pat were pretty bad. We were hungry and haven’t eaten more than a mouthful of those. Tasteless, poorly made and a rip off. I’ve to All Siam in person before and it was solidly good. It’s gone downhill a lot.

Stunning food. We had a set menu and everything was beautifully presented and tasted delicious! Just the right amount of spice and very flavoursome. Service was amazing. We were warmly greeted and orders taken promptly. Felt we were very looked after. Strongly recommend.

Visited for my birthday with 10 of my family. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly efficient service. Everything we had was excellent, there was an extensive choice including gluten and dairy free options. They even brought me a birthday dessert. Great value and great food.

Travelled here from Nottingham after being impressed by the menu. Didn't disappoint. Great portion sizes, value for money and really friendly service. Was here early so the atmosphere was a tiny bit quiet but everything else made up for it.

We decided to call in for some Thai food and were not disappointed. The menu was extensive, the food came on time and was extremely tasty and the service we experienced was first class. I had recommended All Siam to a friend who occasionally visits Sheffield to see her father and her feedback was that it beat any Thai restaurant she had eaten at in London, where she lives. As the menu is cooked from fresh, they can raise or lower the heat on some of the dishes - but sometimes they warned me it can be pot luck with how hot a chili is. We will definitely come back.

Went with a good friend during my holiday and had an incredible time, atmosphere and decor were lovely and food was fresh and delicous (the chilli wings i had as my starter were especially delightful and i could have had 100 without tiring of them) Along with this their cocktails were vibrant and tasty and the staff were welcoming, the owner Pim checked up on us to ensure we enjoyed the food and that our water was full which was appreciated I intend to return the next time i visit sheffield and i miss it already

The Ali Siam is our go to Thai Restaurant in Sheffield. We have been to the restaurant on many occasions with friends, relatives, for birthdays and as a couple & we have always experienced excellent service coupled with good value quality food. The Siam’s staff are always polite, courteous and friendly. It is not the largest restaurant in the world so it’s wise to book in advance but there is a wide choice of dishes to choose from and their staff are happy to give advice if you are not sure of what dishes to choose. We recently booked a 70th birthday party meal & everyone in our party commented how attentive their staff are. Ecclesall Road has other alternatives to choose from for Thai food but the All Siam would always be my number one recommendation for Thai cuisine in the city because they consistently offer a quality experience.

Food very nice,staff nice ,felt claustrophobic as tables very close together, you couldn't have got up without disturbing the next table.

Ordered the Gaeng Daeng curry along with Jasmine rice. The chicken could’ve been cooked a little more but other than that it would’ve been perfect. The mocktails are fine, taste nice but nothing special. The decoration and atmosphere are 5/5.

Had a great Lunar New Year’s Eve dinner in a party of 15. Fab services but it was a bit crowded for the group size. Perfect for smaller groups.

Fantastic meal at All Siam. Pork and vegetable spring rolls were so flavoursome. Red curry was the best we have ever had.

One of the best dining experiences I've had in Sheffield and I wish I'd been sooner! Great selection of vegan & vegetarian options, all so tasty. Perfect sized portions too. The service was outstanding and having your water topped up throughout was really appreciated. I couldn't fault our experience, we'll be back!

Disappointing. Food below expectations & portions small

We have been going to this restaurant for many years as the visit this month was not a disappointment and have already booked for January. Great Thai dishes which keep us going until we can return to Thailand which is one of our favourite places. Thanks for the delicious food.

Was excellent, however, the sauce was a bit thinner than expected after eating in the restaurant. But would still recommend.

Food was too greasy when delivered and the taste was nowhere near as tasty as other places, very disappointing

Amazing. Not had a good takeaway for ages from anywhere. Very delicate and bold flavours. Hit all the right notes and a pleasant after taste. Will definitely be ordering again.

The food was beautiful and our waitress went above and beyond to make my Dad's Birthday special. Would highly recommend. We will be returning soon

The restaurant blamed Just Eat’s delivery driver for not turning up which led to late delivery by one of their own drivers. Some of the food was a bit cold due to late delivery. As side orders we ordered two rices, one egg fried rice & one noodles but actually received four plain rices without explanation.

Last minute booking, we were able to get in for an early sitting on a Saturday evening. Nice atmosphere as already pretty full. Friendly and efficient service we settled for one the set meals which at £26.50 per head we thought was good value. Drinks are reasonably priced too. Nice meal as good as ever.

Nice little Thai restaurant with polite staff but the food wasn't really up to standards. The sauce for the massaman was way to thick, the peanut sauce for was chicken satay was thin and in a tiny fiddly tray. Resonable portions for the mains. Used to go alot years ago but won't go again.

A reasonably priced premium thai restaurant. Prices are similar to zaap thai, however all siam pursues a more "luxurious" experience. The second you step into the restaurant, you will immediately notice the pleasant aroma of a thai spa (not when it's busy). The plates are thick and looks like something thai royalty would use - they are nice and hot when they are served as well :) The food itself is pretty good, the portions are not as big as I would like it to be but it's just enough for the price. They are pretty authentic and I would say the service and the atmosphere just makes them taste better. I recommend going with the more spicy stuff if you like thai food. Me and my girlfriend come here for special occasions and we never get disappointed :)

First visit to Sheffield (son started Uni) so flying a bit blind. Definitely landed on our feet with this one. Restaurant was lovely, staff were really welcoming and helpful. We had a set menu and the food was outstanding. If you’re thinking it…book it, you won’t regret it.

Very low quality food at unbelievable high prices! The worse Thai food we’ve ever eaten. Even at half the price, it would still be a rip off. If you enjoy dry, tasteless meat covered in packet sauce then order from here. Such a disappointment

food portions are incredibly tiny, in fact I feel like I was scammed because of the miniscule amount of food I received. Totally unacceptable, food was also cold. Avoid this establishment if you are hungry because the portions are very very little

We got a couple of different dishes (takeaway) Tom Yum soup lacked depth of flavour. Chicken satay was also lacked flavour & peanut sauce was watery.

Firstly, the driver arrived in 20 minutes which is always suspicious and we're not close to the restaurant. Then the wrong order arrived. The restaurant called but couldn't actually help because they "had too many orders in front of her and was too busy" I asked for a refund, they offered to phone me back on Sunday, when I'm at work, "or another day" (great!) They suggested I place another order but it's far too late now and as they told me they were already so busy there was no point. The driver said he couldn't come back again as his shift was almost over! The staff were unhelpful and our Saturday night (with friends visiting us from far away) was spoiled. Such a shame there aren't more decent Thai options out there but I won't be ordering from these again.

I ordered Choo Chee which didn’t match the description. There were 3 deep fried battered prawns that were very greasy & just a separate plain sauce. No vegetables at all. The noodles were thrown together with about 3 bean sprouts & a slice of carrot & bit spring onion. All portions apart from the rice were small, bland & uninspiring- not what I’d expect from a higher end restaurant

I’m sorry but I’m still hungry and with two mains and two sides and an appetiser I feel like I should be full. Especially for the price.

Went in for dinner during our short stay in Sheffield. The service was good and fast, the food was great and the serving size perfect for us. With the set menu we could try several (vegetarian) appetizers, mains and desserts. The staff was really nice. Had a lovely dinner at All Siam!

Been here a few times and it never disappoints. Good fresh food which is always presented well. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and you leave feeling satisfied.

Green curry had 5 pieces of meat and no flavour. Tom yum just full of mushrooms and nothing else. Very disappointed

The food was pretty bad. Bland, over-sweet. The Pearls of Siam was a carton of brown things that tasted like something you'd buy from Iceland. Really disappointing.
