Avoid at all costs! Poor service, dreadful quality of food and totally overpriced. They're just there to take your money, not bothered about the customer. Best to spend elsewhere where they actually value your custom.

Last minute me and wife went out have a lunch, as we entered lovely young lady great us and taken to out table, we quickly ordered our food and had very quickly served us as well, food was delicious and service was excellent. I really liked to go restaurant when staff are happy and tread customers with respect. Management should pass our presentation to this young lady who worked Tuesday lunchtime. 😊

I had been to the old branch it was ok, this one they have definitely upped there game food was delicious and presentation was on point, friendly staff and a good atmosphere in general for the family would definitely recommend

Had Lamb chops and tandoori fries. Also, my partner had chicken peppercorn with rice. Just an average meal. Nothing special. Service was just OK. Sat upstairs. Drinks was a cola & orangeade.

The food and premises top notch but I was left with a bitter taste when leaving. The waitress/ attendee designating tables lacked the simplest hospitality skills. There was no smile, welcoming or attention. The table and floor was only cleaned after we were seated. The food was thoroughly enjoyed and filled our bellies; flavors were igniting and the lamb tender. Upon departure I noticed my friends in discussion at the till. I was confused but realized that we asked to split the bill and pay by card. The Gentleman at the till was trying to convince us to withdraw cash OR get one person to pay the entire bill by card and for each of us to then transfer to him separately. This was absurd. The justification was that there is a charge for each card payment. I pointed that businesses should be flexible with customers. The response to this was ' I could say the same to you'. At that point a friend paid the approx. £100 bill and we sorted it out later.

Good service from Bilal Pasta - delicious but garlic bread was burnt. Could be more creamy Hot shot Parmesan 9/10 bit dry

Went out for a family meal, service wasn't great last time but hey ho give it another go. Really wish I hadn't. Food was extortionate for portion size. I ordered the creamy Caribbean Lamb, it was 6 small cubes of lamb , tiny bit of rice with 1 flatbread quartered , and fries for £15. When I pointed out that the portion was tiny the response was very much a..."meh". After resignedly eating the dish I discovered it wasn't just lamb, it was mixed with mutton meat. When I highlighted this at the time to pay, again the response fell into...meh. One to avoid.

Have had manjaros in middles borough and London This is nothing like those branches . I have doubts it’s the original manjaros franchise. Food wasn’t great was kind of bland, we forced our selves to eat didn’t want to waste. Service was slow. Don’t think we will be visiting again

Never again vile food ,chicken Parmo cold Chips cold ,Salad garnish dry , Order my children’s pizza at 17.45pm only 1 margarita ,had to ask 3 times where it was ,did receive it till 19.00pm after every one eaten ,coke cans imported not from uk,they don’t serve tap water like wtf ,no toilet roll or hand soap in toilets, cash only business ! All mouth no substance ! Highly not recommend 👎

After asking around apparently I’m not the first!! It was too late to cook after work so ordered Manjaros Parmesan’s for family. After waiting eagerly (as u do), Uber delivered the food cold, chips were freezing cold!!! Manjaros manager had no interest in his customer relations & blamed Uber, he liked the sound of his own voice & sounded like a sales man (over a £20 order!) Ive never bothered complaining before as I’m not that fussy, however i was so frustrated especially as prices have nearly doubled way food arrived. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - Mankato’s didn’t care how their food arrived “not their problem”. They’re not going to take it up my complaint with the Uber - WHO THEY CHOOSE TO DELIVER THEIR FOOD, so then it’s up to customer isn’t it? Save your money & TIME order from someone else!!!

Food is ok nothing special Would prefer if they can accept card payment instead of expecting customers to pay by cash.

We came in- wasn’t too busy- were shown to a table- asked table to be cleaned due to having a child with anaphylactic allergies (we had bought in our own safe food with us- as staff couldn’t ensure any cross contamination even for the chips- even though they are supposed to be fried separately and nothing else to be fried in the same oil)- I was told to clean the table myself?- ok fine rather do it myself but no need for the unprofessional attitude. Then asked for water- which we then had to ask for 2 more times before it was given Asked for crayons for the kids as they had been waiting patiently for a while now and were getting bored- which again had to ask for several times before finally being given. Kids were starving by this point as we had to wait more than 45 minutes before we eventually got our food- again the place wasn’t busy- but very disorganised and uncoordinated- but only half of us got our food had to wait further for the rest to get theirs- half the food was cold, tasted bland and just horrible and the other food was over cooked and burnt- not a very good experience at all. To pay its cash only (clearly tax dodge)- very inconvenient for customers. Seriously not worth it. There are better places out there.

Visited this place for first time as a family greeted by a sign at the entrance cash only happens to be a cash machine right outside however charges a fee. Was seated behind a wall and forgotten about no menus had to get up to get attention of staff. Ordered the mix chicken and lamb boti and the Rasta rice and 6 piece lamb chops and two kids meals. My wife found a dead fly in her rice disgusting informed staff they offered to make a fresh one and said he wouldn’t charge on the bill felt uneasy about manager came to reassure us the rice was being made fresh and tried to explain how this happened I tried the lamb chops which were stone cold raw and barely cooked I called a staff member over and she checked and agreed it was cold offered to make new ones I declined I just wanted to leave I asked for the bill. The manager became defensive saying he checked with kitchen staff and they say food was served hot and it must have just got cold could not believe what I was hearing poor customer service embarrassing for them ended up paying £30 not sure what for would never visit this place ever again left Hungary and concerned I would be sick claims to have a 5* hygiene rating I find this hard to believe.

They don't honour the competition winners by the looks of it, was the only person to predict the 11th round and like/share the post for £100. Still no announcement on the winner....🤔

Avoid!! Place has gone downhill SO much. The food is always lukewarm. We always order the mixed grill & lamb flambé chops.. the lamb chops barely have any meat on them. Each chop has less than 1-2 baby bite of meat on them. They are tiny. The lamb and mixed grill have no grilled taste to them whatsoever. It barely has any flavour - the flavour comes from the sauce just poured on top. The meat is so bland. It’s obvious the food is not cooked fresh. It’s just warmed through and sent out. There is no grill marks on the meats & it looks boiled or oven baked. You can’t call it mixed GRILL or FLAMBÉ chops because that is totally false. Neither cooking technique is applied. It was one of our favourite places to dine couple years ago but this past year it’s been getting worse. The reviews on here speak volumes. Such a shame. Sort it out Manjaros!

I ordered 2 kids parmos with chips for a 7 year old and 8 year old, the food tasted good, but my problem was the size of the kids chicken parmos, each parmo was no bigger than 3 Mcdonalds nuggets connected together and flattened to 0.5cm thick! Kids were still hungry after it and I had to buy them another burger each. If that's the size of a parmo for £5.95 I think it should be called a toddler's parmo and chips!!! I've had the adults parmo in Manjaros which is 10 or 11 pound, the kids parmo is half the price, so you would expect half the portion of a normal chicken parmo, but I would say this was probably 25% the size of a normal Manjaros parmo. I've ordered kids parmos before which were perfectly sized but the consistency is non existent. Tip try using a set weight of chicken that way they won't end up different sizes on different days!

Waited 1 hour nachos came with main course and the portion was small. Spoke with 4 staff to chase order, other tables also complained, atmosphere was very chaotic. Was over charged for dessert which manager first disputed .Gave manager/owner feedback, he made no eye contact, looked totally uninterestred and did not even apologise once. Received better service years ago. Will never go again and would never recommend.

Me and my family had gone yesterday for the first time in 2 years, the last time we’ve had a great experience and food was great. But this time we ordered the jumbo platter but the chicken on one of the platters was Luke warm you could tell it wasn’t heated up properly. No spice or taste to it.
