Food was great, from the salad bar to the fresh meats brought to the table! It is my partner's birthday and members of the staff brought a lovely cake with a candle and some prosecco too 😊amazing service, will definitely come back, thank you!!

Honestly worst costumer service this Monday !!! Always loved to be here l have to even go to Bar for water wait 30 min for dessert & go myself to the bar ask for the bill because there is no costumer service!!!! Go other days there is other staff I love the old staff not the new ones they are rude !!! Even the girl who take the payment didn’t even say thank you welcome back nothing at all!!! Worst service ever!!! Claudia & Veronica always gives me the best service

7/04/2025 I went with my wife for dinner we have been there many times since 2022 The place is falling down as costumer service. We have to wait very long time to get any answer or we can order something to drink. It’s sad that a restaurant like this have to go down because of new staff is ruining it.

It was basically alright if we don't count that I ordered a drink and after 15, 20 min wait it became clear that your staff had forgotten about it.

Pretty good. The buffet is very good. The meat that comes to the table wasn't as good as other Brazilians we have been to, they also didn't cook enough meat at one time so that everyone on our table could enjoy the same things at the same time, half the table would get served something then the rest of the table would get something else... kinda ruins the experience of discussing the food. Is probably fine for a couple of people but not great for a large table of people. 12 people for £730.... doesn't male value for money unless the meat is on point. Worth a visit though if you have a big appetite! Won't be back.

Took a while once we were seated to get plates and drinks when the place was pretty empty but the guys with the meat kept coming around and all were polite and efficient.

Great steak and buffet, the Rump & Sirloin steak are amazing! Lovely location on the canals, great view and good service from the staff.

The service was nice. The salad bar has many options. However, the meat was so salty, especially chicken and pork. Lamb was nice and well seasoning. Th beef was great too.

We ordered dinner, but unfortunately, it wasn’t as tasty as we expected. It was a bit disappointing overall.

Aline, and all the gents serving the meat was just amazing. The buffet was on point and nothing was too much trouble. The variety of food is huge and any meat lovers this is the place if your a vegetarian the buffet is fabulous. A really well deserved place well done to all the staff

5* quality food delivered to my door, highly recommended

I had not seen my partner all week or eaten on the day in question. We ate from the buffet and the BBQ. Within one hour of leaving the restaurant on a Sunday evening, my partner and I had horrendous stomach upsets and diarrhoea!! I contacted them, for the manager to say they will investigate it. Then we did not receive any further communication. I feel this is bad on their part. We spent over £110. We do not recommend this place due to this bad experience. Be very careful, something has gone wrong here!

Food was delicious. The service could of been way better.

Great experience. I was the only vegan of the group and was well catered for. I was expecting to only end up eating salad and chips but lots of options on the salad bar. Impressive selection that is all labelled with allergens so you can clearly see whether it contains milk or eggs. Staff went out their way to make a vegan friendly pizza for me.

Increíble almuerzo. El restaurante era muy tranquilo y el servicio era excelente. La carne era abundante y muy bien cocinado. Nos impresionaron especialmente que nos preguntaran hacia el final de nuestro tiempo si queríamos que alguno de nuestros favoritos saliera de nuevo. Sin duda recomendaría para el almuerzo.

Great food just a bit expensive

The meat was poor quality and cold, the spare ribs were just bone, the best part of the meal was the salad bar. The drinks were ridiculous expensive, if memory serves me right a bottle of Prosecco was £40, I pint of Blue Moon lager a whopping £7 😳 the atmosphere’s was less the average and there was no heating on, but the air-con was, I wonder why, eat as much as you like eh? A very expensive afternoon for a very special birthday, disappointed? Yes, would I go again? Not a chance

Ahorre su dinero y no vaya allí. Este lugar solía ser mi restaurante favorito. en los últimos años ha ido cuesta abajo a lo largo de los años el servicio es impactante y la comida es desagradable. se puede decir por lo tranquilo que es un viernes por la noche que otros clientes votando con los pies al igual que yo nunca volvería allí de nuevo. Si te gusta la carne cruda, cruda y fría, entonces este es el lugar para usted. Este lugar necesita nueva dirección, nuevo chef y nuevo personal si desea tener clientes de vuelta.

Hecho a esperar 40 minutos para una mesa a pesar de estar reservado y depósito pagado. El restaurante estaba ocupado y claramente apurando las carnes, la mitad de los filetes eran azules, ni siquiera raro, los lados eran limitados. Caro para la falta completa de servicio.

Less classy than we expected, we had tried Fazenda and wanted to try here. This place has lower quality meats and a less interesting buffet (think pasta tray bakes, nuggets and onion rings with a few salad choices), but was a similar price. The atmosphere was also more family friendly and casual. Of the 2, I would recommend Fazenda. That said, the staff were friendly and it was clean. If it was my first experience of this type of dining then I wouldn't complain, but possibly wouldn't return - best suited for a family but more expensive than most family options.

A favourite place for dinner. It never fails to please. Wonderful staff. Lovely ambience. Can be too noisy with overexuberant patrons but that adds to the atmosphere I.e. it's a joyful place. Top marks all round. 🥇. See you soon. T

Brazilian grill is a simple concept - turn your card on the green side if you want meat served to you, and red if you want a break. It’s an interactive experience as meat is served straight from the kitchen and cut in front of you. Good variety of meat served, I personally enjoyed the lamb chops, chicken legs best. Rump is the best beef out of all, whilst the others can be a bit tough. There’s also a large variety of sides & salad bar, quality is so-so and could be kept warmer. Overall on the pricier side as I’ve tried other Brazilian grills at a similar quality with lower prices.

We had a lovely lunch today. The staff were so lovely and Anna welcomed us with a smile and was very attentive. The food was really good, there were lots of meat options and the buffet was varied. Although we were full, we had a lovely Oreo cheesecake at the end to celebrate my brothers birthday and it was the perfect end to a really nice visit

Absolutely fantastic evening and food experience, brought my wife, son and his girlfriend, new concept for son and gf. When the meat started coming.....hold onto your hats, it was simply fantastic. The quality is extremely good, but then again it isn't a cheap place to eat - definitely a case of "you get what you pay for!". Can't recommend it enough and would definitely return if back in the area. Many thanks to all the staff for finishing off a great weekend.

Excellent service, Excellent food

We really enjoyed our visit. The salad bar had plenty of choice including chicken lasagna, Mac and cheese and corn bread. The service was unsurpassed with the passadors constantly offering different cuts of meats. We will definitely be returning soon.

Poor service waiters missed us all night when serving. Waited 20 mins for drinks. Asked to speak to manger half way through he didn’t arrive till I asked for the bill. Manager took about 60% off the bill which we accepted. Wouldn’t return

Been once before which was a cool experience, but going in December, solo, and Christmas week felt a bit deflated. At a higher price of £42 a person, it's a bit steep for what you get. Bread is provided in the salad, but no butter 😞. Who thought that was a good idea 😅 The lasagna was delicious 😋 as was the roast mini potatoes. To qualify for 4*, include dessert as part of this set course menu (even if it's just unlimited ice cream 🍦). For 5*, it has to really "Wow" me.

Second time in Birmingham branch. As of the first time, really enjoyed the place. Food is fantastic, staff are kind and nice. Can't wait to go again 😍

I remember this was the first and the only rodizio in London…was on biz trip so decided to try, not the same. Not many, hardly any Brazilian dish on buffet, that was disappointing. The night was saved by the lovely Brazilian staff, a shout out to Eduardo who made sure we were getting the best of the Brazilian cuts cooked to perfection.

We already knew the restaurant in Coventry and loved it, but since we had been to Sea Life, we decided to go to this one in Birmingham, which is basically a straight line walking along the canal. We arrived and were served by the lovely Ana Clara (this was on 11/18 - around 1:00 pm). She kindly showed us to our table, and even though she was serving alone, she made time to talk to everyone who was there. The view from this restaurant is great! The dining room is very beautiful and well decorated. The buffet is, without a doubt, my passion. Pork rinds, mayonnaise, salads, cheese bread, gnocchi with salmon, and a bunch of other delicious things. The barbecue was wonderful, and the barbecue chef was a sweetheart, because I'm crazy about chicken hearts. I asked him and was quickly rewarded. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but I hope you pass on my thanks to him. My husband loved all the meats, and I won't deny that it was great to walk back to the car afterwards, because we rolled out of there. Ana Clara even brought a warm batch of cheese bread before we left, for a final taste of home before we left the restaurant. The chef also seems to be very nice. A group of Italians were sitting in front of us and he, who is clearly from there, came over to talk to them, which I thought was really cool! Anyway, all this just to say that we will be back 😅

Having not eaten here before we were seated in a corner there were some small flies around us, the plates we were given were cold and the hot items on the buffet were luke warm , we were offered plenty of wings and sausages as the tables closer to the middle were getting served before us so the better selection of meats were either cold or non existent when they reached us ,we asked for some steak which was raw with clots on the underside . We asked twice about desert and we're charged £6 each not somewhere that I will be hurrying to return to .

Poor excuse for a Brazilian Churrascaria. Their website shows pictures of picanha, lamb and beef but what you get is endless chicken wings. Guests had to lean across with their sleeve in my plate because the waiters are LAZY. 3of my guests had 1 small slice of picanha before it was taken away. When I asked for picanha head waiter brought a skewer of uncooked meat. 1 slice and it was completely RAW. £500 for total disappointment.

First of all not happy with food as it looks bloody and the meat was drippin of blood for people who don't eat rare food I would not recommend you you go there been wanting to go for ages with my misses the buffay alone was something I could prepare at home and wasn't nice some of food was cold and rock hard and we all had to pay 30 pound each for buffay witch was worth to me a Tenna we wasn't happy at all we hardly eat anything the kept serving us pork and had to request for meat to be well cooked will not recommend if u have any of theses issues

Delicious food. It's not cheap but it's all you can eat and well with it for a special treat.

Very lovely restaurant, came here for dinner the variety of food at the salad bar is impeccable , all dishes were at the right temperature we paid £42.30 that included all the food bar plus unlimited meats and woow ! If you come here make sure you come with your belly empty because the £42 will definitely be worth it. FYI you pay extra for your drinks. The staff were great everyone in there had a smile literally made the ambiance so warm and calm would I come here again ? Definitely yes !! 10/10

The overall experience was okay, but not great or something that i would recommend. The meats were average. Big variety of sides. What i didn’t like was the service… They need to work on that more. A lot of waiters running around just looking busy. They need to have 2 or 3 tables to look after constantly. We got seated but had no tableware ready ( i think that’s the first thing to have when seating someone right?) we waited for it 15 mins and ended up taking the plates, fork and knives ourselves from their cupboard…and at that time it wasn’t busy at all. Per total the waitress approached only once for the whole stay and it was at the beginning. I asked for assistance twice and no one approached. When paying the bill, the service fee was already included and they asked if we want to tip more…ummmm noo for this awful service.

This place is really great, but be warned it's not cheap and the prices have gone up substantially since my last visit. The food, however, speaks for itself! There's a generous salad bar with a range of cold food from beans and breads to pastas, vegetables and salad. Don't overload your plate though as you'll need room for the delicious meat which is carved from the bbq skewers (in very small portions) at your table. If you're happy to sit for a while and graze you're in for a treat!

Sooooo expensive, I spent £70 on the carvery with a Coke Zero and a pudding for dessert, whereas a while ago the bill was around £25. In terms of food, in my opinion, it's a business aimed much more at foreigners than at Brazilians, boring rice and beans made only with salt, they didn't even add a little garlic, totally basic beans, they didn't even put a little beef jerky inside to give it a taste. , a pure white flour, my children add some flour there for the love of it! They push you sausages (there he is) and chicken and other crazy meats there but picanha is good, nothing! If you want real food from a really good steakhouse you have to go to Fogo de Chão in London because this rich shit leaves a lot to be desired. I don't recommend it!!!

A wonderful Brazilian grill experience where they keep bringing delicious food until you’re full. The cheesecake was fantastic, though other desserts were just okay. A bit on the expensive side, but worth it for the flavors

Brazilian churrascaria done right. Rodizio Rico offers a variety of meats, all cooked perfectly. Their beef rib was our favourite. The salad bar also had calamari and salmon. With unlimited food for a fair price, you will not be disappointed after eating at Rodizio Rico. Save room for dessert if you can, their Oreo Cheesecake is the sweet fix you need after the churrascaria. All the staff were friendly and brought our favourite cuts of meat to the table when requested. There is a great vibe to the restaurant too with a few birthday meals being held on the night. I would highly recommend visiting Rodizio Rico! 🇧🇷

Fue una ocasión especial en un grupo grande. Nunca he estado aquí o esta zona antes y era fácil de encontrar con mapas, aunque no parecía caminar desde el canal y las calles traseras detrás de él. El problema con una mesa larga es que solo hablaba en el rango, los que estaban a mi lado y enfrente, así que el otro extremo solo pude hablarlo pasando al buffet de ensaladas y afuera después. Una mesa redonda es más sociable e interactiva, pero éramos una docena, así que es común que acepte mesas largas. El buffet de ensaladas era muy bueno, la carne sigue dando vueltas, es interesante para una primera visita y yo y enfrente estaban 'rellenos'. El servicio era muy bueno. Todo el personal era agradable. Costo, parecía caro, pero aprecio cuando uno puede comer tanta carne como puede soportar que necesita ser cubierto en el precio. Bebidas también caras, conseguí una cerveza para mí y solo otras dos bebidas para los demás y eso fue adiós a £ 30. La camarera era amigable, la amiga por la que estaba tomando una copa había estado charlando, así que continuar la charla mientras servía dobles sin pedir las dos otras bebidas, luego dijo después de la esperanza que quería dobles? Pensé que era ser amable y darnos el beneficio como hospitalidad, pero no el caso y una costosa cuenta de bebidas de 3 x persona. Recuerdo que la comida era de unas 55 libras cada uno. Hubo una conversación sobre consejos adicionales. Creo que el caballero de la reserva pagó una propina obligatoria encima de todos pagando individualmente. Supongo que si una propina en efectivo no se ha colocado en la mesa, entonces es necesario; pero a ese costo pensamos que tenía incluido un cargo por servicio cada uno. Veredicto, me gusta el concepto, pero el costo disuadiría esto de ser un hábito frecuente. Sentí que cerró temprano. Tan pronto como terminé de comer era pagar y seguir. Con la larga mesa no habíamos socializado hasta que salimos a charlar 10 minutos. Me hubiera gustado tener tiempo para hacerlo dentro. Ese es el problema de una reserva a las 8 pm. Con un largo viaje de ida y vuelta fue una comida cara y no cosechó el tiempo limitado beneficios por completo. ¿Iría otra vez? Sí, pero aconsejaría antes, y ocasionalmente basado en el costo.

Extortionately expensive for what it is. It has increased in price massively. Deceived into paying two lots of tips by the waitress. Won't be returning.

Overall - great place for meat lovers. Nice fresh meat delivered regularly, service was excellent and eating there on a Tuesday night meant parking right outside, nothing busy or crowded and the restaurant had a nice ambience.

This was my first time coming so i really didn't know what to expect, but when i said i was so disappointed! The all you can eat food is a small oval shaped table with loads of different plates of food all crammed together, some stuff was freezing cold and other stuff was luke warm, there wasn't actual that much variety from the buffet either, it was pretty much all the same stuff. The meat they bring round is i suppose what makes it, they come to your table often and its fresh and hot, however it just seemed more steak behind offered, the meat hadn't been seasoned so it was literally like having a carvery just without the traditional sides, the cocktails were nice but couldn't really taste the alcohol and for over £10 you'd expect it to be strong The staff were all lovely and attentive, changed your plates over quickly and got you another drink within enough time I donk think its worth the £40 per person however i did go on a saturday so maybe different days are better Wasn't that bad just disappointing

We first started ordering out from this restaurant back in 2021 during the Pandemic, and they were really good to us. Especially as we had just come from Canada and were looking for a Brazilian steakhouse. Every time we have ordered out the food has been fantastic. Now that our daughters are older we have started dining at the venue, and let me tell you it has been beyond fantastic! We've been lucky and are normally seated with a view of the river. The service is amazing - always coming to check up on us and make sure we have everything we need. The meats come around frequently so we're never just sitting there waiting for food. The meats are always so delicious, and well made. The staff is polite. The ambiance is very relaxing, welcoming, and you never feel rushed. The salad bar has had a different selection every time we've come to dine in. We like this as we always get to try something different, and the staff are checking on it regularly to make sure it is always fresh. They offer proper Brazilian drinks that are similar to what we had when we were in Brazil. Overall they give the true Brazilian experience!! We drive from Shrewsbury to dine at this steakhouse, so in my opinion if you live in Birmingham or in its suburbs there is absolutely no reason why you are not dining at this place! I definitely recommend you try it out if you have not already - you won't be disappointed!!

Very enjoyable visit (our first) to Rodizio Rico. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the servers that attended the tables were very attentive. The buffet was well-stocked with a variety of dishes including salads, pasta, breads and condiments, and the meats were also very good. There seemed to be quite a lot of beef and not much chicken/lamb on offer, but there was enough variety in the cuts of beef to keep it interesting. At £38 per head you really need to bring your appetite to get value for money, so don't make my mistake and have too much of the filling items from the buffet (e.g. focaccia) and keep plenty of room for the meat! If you're driving there is free on-street parking nearby after 6pm and the Mailbox car park (chargeable) is also nearby. Definitely worth trying but at the price point I'm not sure we'll be regular visitors, instead saving it for special occasions.

Used to come here and it was a really nice upmarket place, now feels like an expensive world buffet. Food was average, supposedly cooked carrots were raw, a lot of the meat was overcooked too & dry. Couldn’t get a drink as no waiting staff anywhere. Wouldn’t go back despite being regular customers previously.

3 of us met here for a few drinks and wanted somewhere to chat. Not easy on a busy Saturday night in Birmingham! But the host was most accommodating despite the restaurant being full and allowed us to sit outside, enjoy the last of the evening sun, take in the view and enjoy the experience. We had already eaten elsewhere but the food looked amazing and there was a real buzz to the place when we went in to the bar. Great selection of gins and a big plus point for me, the ladies toilets were spotlessly clean.

All you can eat is the highlight however, the majority of the meat isn't great with the best cuts coming few and far between. Its situated at the base of the cube along the canal which is a beautiful place to be and doesn't take long for you to be seated and eating. It's a nice experience if you haven't been before but it's likely not one you will go back to.

La comida era fantástica, gran elección y simplemente siguió llegando hasta que toda la familia volteó la tarjeta de pedido a rojo para indicar no más. Recomiendo e iría de nuevo. All you can eat buffet style. Not for vegetarians. They have some vegetarian and vegan dishes, but truly it is for grilled meat lovers.

Nice place with nice view of Birmingham canals, went with friends for a birthday we didn’t book but easily got seats, the food is great but after 10 rounds with 3 of them being chicken and sausages,I felt that we were getting over looked for rounds of stake and felt like we were being snubbed in the hopes that we would leave quicker but when ask staff for extra it was brought to us but all in all a good place to visit.

The restaurant was really quiet considering in the mailbox on a Friday, that should have been warning I suppose, the buffet food was cold and looked like it had been out for while, the meat offered was ‘take it or leave it’ mostly red blood and rare, no other choice, and we felt it was overrated, very overpriced and didn’t enjoy the experience, we came away filling ripped off, we will not be going again , so disappointed

We got there early the quality of the sides you help your self to were brilliant meat started off fantastic but then came well over cooked. Absolutely roasting inside to an un comfortable level. Ok but would rush back especially for the price id rather have a nice steak dinner

Everything was perfect!! I love the unli salad bar and buffet and most especially the unli steaks! Definitely worth the money and experience! And absolutely coming back and recommend it to my friends.

Took too long for the meat, which is the main event, to arrive. Hit food element of the buffet was cold and the meat, when it finally arrived, wasn’t anything special. Could have had a steak at Miller & Carter for the same price.
