Great evening out with friends, protein heavy feast. It's expensive but will come again.

I remember this was the first and the only rodizio in London…was on biz trip so decided to try, not the same. Not many, hardly any Brazilian dish on buffet, that was disappointing. The night was saved by the lovely Brazilian staff, a shout out to Eduardo who made sure we were getting the best of the Brazilian cuts cooked to perfection.

We already knew the restaurant in Coventry, and loved it, but as we went to Sea Life, we decided to go to the one in Birmingham, which walking along the canal is basically just a straight line. We arrived and were attended to by the dear Ana Clara (this was on 11/18-around 1:00 pm). She kindly directed us to our table, and even though she served alone, she created time to talk to everyone there. The view from this restaurant is great! The hall is very beautiful and well decorated. The buffet is, without a doubt, my passion. Pork rinds, mayonnaise, salads, cheese bread, gnocchi with salmon, and lots of other delicious things. The barbecue was wonderful, and the barbecue chef was a dear, because I'm a sucker for chicken. I asked him and was quickly rewarded. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but I hope you pass on my thanks to him. My husband loved all the meats, and I won't deny that it was great to walk to the car afterward, because we rolled out of there. Ana Clara even brought a warm batch of cheese bread before we went, for a final taste of home before leaving the restaurant. The chef also seems to be very friendly. A group of Italians were sitting in front of us and he, who is clearly from there, came over to talk to them, which I thought was really cool! Anyway, all this just to say that we will be back 😅

Poor excuse for a Brazilian Churrascaria. Their website shows pictures of picanha, lamb and beef but what you get is endless chicken wings. Guests had to lean across with their sleeve in my plate because the waiters are LAZY. 3of my guests had 1 small slice of picanha before it was taken away. When I asked for picanha head waiter brought a skewer of uncooked meat. 1 slice and it was completely RAW. £500 for total disappointment.

Having not eaten here before we were seated in a corner there were some small flies around us, the plates we were given were cold and the hot items on the buffet were luke warm , we were offered plenty of wings and sausages as the tables closer to the middle were getting served before us so the better selection of meats were either cold or non existent when they reached us ,we asked for some steak which was raw with clots on the underside . We asked twice about desert and we're charged £6 each not somewhere that I will be hurrying to return to .

First of all not happy with food as it looks bloody and the meat was drippin of blood for people who don't eat rare food I would not recommend you you go there been wanting to go for ages with my misses the buffay alone was something I could prepare at home and wasn't nice some of food was cold and rock hard and we all had to pay 30 pound each for buffay witch was worth to me a Tenna we wasn't happy at all we hardly eat anything the kept serving us pork and had to request for meat to be well cooked will not recommend if u have any of theses issues

Delicious food. It's not cheap but it's all you can eat and well with it for a special treat.

Very lovely restaurant, came here for dinner the variety of food at the salad bar is impeccable , all dishes were at the right temperature we paid £42.30 that included all the food bar plus unlimited meats and woow ! If you come here make sure you come with your belly empty because the £42 will definitely be worth it. FYI you pay extra for your drinks. The staff were great everyone in there had a smile literally made the ambiance so warm and calm would I come here again ? Definitely yes !! 10/10

The overall experience was okay, but not great or something that i would recommend. The meats were average. Big variety of sides. What i didn’t like was the service… They need to work on that more. A lot of waiters running around just looking busy. They need to have 2 or 3 tables to look after constantly. We got seated but had no tableware ready ( i think that’s the first thing to have when seating someone right?) we waited for it 15 mins and ended up taking the plates, fork and knives ourselves from their cupboard…and at that time it wasn’t busy at all. Per total the waitress approached only once for the whole stay and it was at the beginning. I asked for assistance twice and no one approached. When paying the bill, the service fee was already included and they asked if we want to tip more…ummmm noo for this awful service.

This place is really great, but be warned it's not cheap and the prices have gone up substantially since my last visit. The food, however, speaks for itself! There's a generous salad bar with a range of cold food from beans and breads to pastas, vegetables and salad. Don't overload your plate though as you'll need room for the delicious meat which is carved from the bbq skewers (in very small portions) at your table. If you're happy to sit for a while and graze you're in for a treat!

Sooooo expensive, I spent £70 on the carvery with a Coke Zero and a pudding for dessert, whereas a while ago the bill was around £25. In terms of food, in my opinion, it's a business aimed much more at foreigners than at Brazilians, boring rice and beans made only with salt, they didn't even add a little garlic, totally basic beans, they didn't even put a little beef jerky inside to give it a taste. , a pure white flour, my children add some flour there for the love of it! They push you sausages (there he is) and chicken and other crazy meats there but picanha is good, nothing! If you want real food from a really good steakhouse you have to go to Fogo de Chão in London because this rich shit leaves a lot to be desired. I don't recommend it!!!

A wonderful Brazilian grill experience where they keep bringing delicious food until you’re full. The cheesecake was fantastic, though other desserts were just okay. A bit on the expensive side, but worth it for the flavors

Brazilian churrascaria done right. Rodizio Rico offers a variety of meats, all cooked perfectly. Their beef rib was our favourite. The salad bar also had calamari and salmon. With unlimited food for a fair price, you will not be disappointed after eating at Rodizio Rico. Save room for dessert if you can, their Oreo Cheesecake is the sweet fix you need after the churrascaria. All the staff were friendly and brought our favourite cuts of meat to the table when requested. There is a great vibe to the restaurant too with a few birthday meals being held on the night. I would highly recommend visiting Rodizio Rico! 🇧🇷

Extortionately expensive for what it is. It has increased in price massively. Deceived into paying two lots of tips by the waitress. Won't be returning.

Overall - great place for meat lovers. Nice fresh meat delivered regularly, service was excellent and eating there on a Tuesday night meant parking right outside, nothing busy or crowded and the restaurant had a nice ambience.

Went for a lunchtime slot and found the experience fantastic. What a great way to try a load of new dishes.

This was my first time coming so i really didn't know what to expect, but when i said i was so disappointed! The all you can eat food is a small oval shaped table with loads of different plates of food all crammed together, some stuff was freezing cold and other stuff was luke warm, there wasn't actual that much variety from the buffet either, it was pretty much all the same stuff. The meat they bring round is i suppose what makes it, they come to your table often and its fresh and hot, however it just seemed more steak behind offered, the meat hadn't been seasoned so it was literally like having a carvery just without the traditional sides, the cocktails were nice but couldn't really taste the alcohol and for over £10 you'd expect it to be strong The staff were all lovely and attentive, changed your plates over quickly and got you another drink within enough time I donk think its worth the £40 per person however i did go on a saturday so maybe different days are better Wasn't that bad just disappointing

We first started ordering out from this restaurant back in 2021 during the Pandemic, and they were really good to us. Especially as we had just come from Canada and were looking for a Brazilian steakhouse. Every time we have ordered out the food has been fantastic. Now that our daughters are older we have started dining at the venue, and let me tell you it has been beyond fantastic! We've been lucky and are normally seated with a view of the river. The service is amazing - always coming to check up on us and make sure we have everything we need. The meats come around frequently so we're never just sitting there waiting for food. The meats are always so delicious, and well made. The staff is polite. The ambiance is very relaxing, welcoming, and you never feel rushed. The salad bar has had a different selection every time we've come to dine in. We like this as we always get to try something different, and the staff are checking on it regularly to make sure it is always fresh. They offer proper Brazilian drinks that are similar to what we had when we were in Brazil. Overall they give the true Brazilian experience!! We drive from Shrewsbury to dine at this steakhouse, so in my opinion if you live in Birmingham or in its suburbs there is absolutely no reason why you are not dining at this place! I definitely recommend you try it out if you have not already - you won't be disappointed!!

Great meal out, nice location, endless food, steaks rib, sirloin rump,lamb leg and chops chicken, all brought on spit to be carved at table, huge salad extras bar I ate all I could If you're a carnivorous give it a go

Very enjoyable visit (our first) to Rodizio Rico. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the servers that attended the tables were very attentive. The buffet was well-stocked with a variety of dishes including salads, pasta, breads and condiments, and the meats were also very good. There seemed to be quite a lot of beef and not much chicken/lamb on offer, but there was enough variety in the cuts of beef to keep it interesting. At £38 per head you really need to bring your appetite to get value for money, so don't make my mistake and have too much of the filling items from the buffet (e.g. focaccia) and keep plenty of room for the meat! If you're driving there is free on-street parking nearby after 6pm and the Mailbox car park (chargeable) is also nearby. Definitely worth trying but at the price point I'm not sure we'll be regular visitors, instead saving it for special occasions.

Used to come here and it was a really nice upmarket place, now feels like an expensive world buffet. Food was average, supposedly cooked carrots were raw, a lot of the meat was overcooked too & dry. Couldn’t get a drink as no waiting staff anywhere. Wouldn’t go back despite being regular customers previously.

3 of us met here for a few drinks and wanted somewhere to chat. Not easy on a busy Saturday night in Birmingham! But the host was most accommodating despite the restaurant being full and allowed us to sit outside, enjoy the last of the evening sun, take in the view and enjoy the experience. We had already eaten elsewhere but the food looked amazing and there was a real buzz to the place when we went in to the bar. Great selection of gins and a big plus point for me, the ladies toilets were spotlessly clean.

All you can eat is the highlight however, the majority of the meat isn't great with the best cuts coming few and far between. Its situated at the base of the cube along the canal which is a beautiful place to be and doesn't take long for you to be seated and eating. It's a nice experience if you haven't been before but it's likely not one you will go back to.

All you can eat buffet style. Not for vegetarians. They have some vegetarian and vegan dishes, but truly it is for grilled meat lovers.

Nice place with nice view of Birmingham canals, went with friends for a birthday we didn’t book but easily got seats, the food is great but after 10 rounds with 3 of them being chicken and sausages,I felt that we were getting over looked for rounds of stake and felt like we were being snubbed in the hopes that we would leave quicker but when ask staff for extra it was brought to us but all in all a good place to visit.

The restaurant was really quiet considering in the mailbox on a Friday, that should have been warning I suppose, the buffet food was cold and looked like it had been out for while, the meat offered was ‘take it or leave it’ mostly red blood and rare, no other choice, and we felt it was overrated, very overpriced and didn’t enjoy the experience, we came away filling ripped off, we will not be going again , so disappointed

We got there early the quality of the sides you help your self to were brilliant meat started off fantastic but then came well over cooked. Absolutely roasting inside to an un comfortable level. Ok but would rush back especially for the price id rather have a nice steak dinner

Everything was perfect!! I love the unli salad bar and buffet and most especially the unli steaks! Definitely worth the money and experience! And absolutely coming back and recommend it to my friends.

Took too long for the meat, which is the main event, to arrive. Hit food element of the buffet was cold and the meat, when it finally arrived, wasn’t anything special. Could have had a steak at Miller & Carter for the same price.

Came here with my partner on Saturday.. all the staff were lovely and polite.. food was amazing too. It was £39each for the buffet, £43 if you wanted a pudding too. The salad bar food was really good, the meat was cooked to perfection. It's well worth the money, especially if you have a big appetite ( I don't) lol.. Definitely worth checking it out 😊

Just ok for this 1. It just feels so very expensive. Our chicken wings were really well overcooked but we're still offered to us. Nope should of taken them straight back. Friendly staff though which is always nice.

Awful. I loved this place on every previous visit but this time the service,food and ambience was terrible. Felt as though we didn't matter because there were bigger groups in there that were more important. The food was barely warm and seemed as if it was leftovers from the night before. The salad bar was made up of lasagne and over cooked chicken. No butter for the bread. £92 wasted. Both of us were not feeling great after either. Sadly we won't be returning anytime soon.

What wonderful experience we had met up with our friends & enjoyed a lovely welcome asked to sit by the window to take in the views of the canal. Waitress then was helpful explaining how it works & brought our drinks swiftly including water in a jug. The salad buffet was superb with lots of choice kept well stocked constantly. The for the delicious meats wow perfectly cooked & presented, particularly enjoying the Brazilian steak, rump steak, lamb & delicious chicken legs. We & our friends will definitely recommend & return very soon. Also the whole experience is great value for money. Thank you Rodizos 👌🏻😎.

The staff, attention to detail, friendly helpful and value for money. Great drinks selection, cocktails made properly and not with premix. The only thing that spilt it slightly were the parents who just have no regard for those of us who are there abd don't have children. I would personally like separate areas ir a ban in them... but other than that it was great.

We met up as friends and went for lunch here. The food was fantastic, the salad buffet was fresh. The meat was plentiful and frequent. Narcis was great and very entertaining. We would definitely come again.

Meat quality is fair, many varieties of meat, better than expected, staff serves meat very frequently, huge plus. Waitress that attended my table could have been more friendly.

Really disappointing. We went on our anniversary for lunch here today. Having been to Fazenda and other similar places I was expecting great things. Very very disappointed! The meat selection was nice but not that fresh with a weird aftertaste. Most of it was also overcooked. The chicken and lamb chops were nice. The cap steak is normally my favourite but here it was too salty and just didn’t taste that great quality either. Worst of all was the pathetic side dishes, lots of cold pickled salads, a gnocchi and pasta and corn on the cob. They didn’t even do vegetables or any Brazilian or Portuguese dishes. Do not recommend! Instead go to Fazenda where the sides are fresh and so yummy and there’s great variety. We had a lovely waitress and that’s the only positive, she was very sweet to our baby and very attentive. Waste of £60! Thank goodness we didn’t get drinks or desserts.

Almost all meat was extremely dry and completely overcooked. Pork loin was so dry as to be completely inedible. Beef and lamb dishes were similar (though ribs were marginally better). Passador spilled meat juices onto clothing and wet towel wasn’t even offered to assist clean up.

Diversity of dishes, food always fresh, service from all employees with a smile and generosity. Perfect option in the city to talk to our Brazilian brothers and greet our unique cuisine. I recommend it 100%.

Staff were wonderful: really welcoming, can't fault them. However meat was overcooked and chewy. Salads were basic and things like chimichirri and mustard had gone crusty on the buffet as they weren't fresh. Decor was a bit tired. They add a 10% "discretionary brand fee" for "the use of the brand" which doesn't feel like it should be passed onto the customer's bill, especially on top of a £40 buffet.

Excellent food, but few buffet options!

I went yesterday with a friend of mine for pleasure. Cino excellent but the staff exceptional. The Romanian girl was really good and the waiter who also spoke Italian, I think he came from Trento, was very professional and pampered us. Really good and the food plentiful and quality

It was really good team lunch. The staff were really nice and polite. The food were cooked to perfection. Everyone were enjoying the lunch even my colleague whom vote for vegetarian option.

Honestly....absolutely awful. I would never go here again. A group of 8 of us went last Friday for a 40th birthday. The only thing that was decent was the cocktails. The food was terrible. Let me start with the meats.....the same waiters kept coming around with the same lot of meats mainly chicken wings chicken thighs sausages and 1 type of beef. We asked several times for lamb....and hour and hma half in to our meal comes the lamb Chops and honestly they wernt great. As for the side......even worse. These sides aren't the kind of sided spy would have with the kinds of meats. There was only 1 type of potatoe which were roasted...cold and hard. The chicken lasagne tasted like it was fish. The salmon gnocchi was nice. And the bread selection was nice too. There were far to many pickled salads. There were no decent sauces to go with the meats. The sauces they did have were mainly chutneys and dips. The desserts.....I urge you don't waste your time. I went here when it first opened and it was amazing and authentic. Now an absolute joke for double the price. Iv never left a bad review before but this one I had to. Our bill was well over £400 and honestly it ruined our friends birthday. The only nice thing was the birthday boy got a dessert and glass of champagne on the house. The staff were nice enough but wernt able to carry out our requests for decent meat selection or bring our drinks in a timely manner. Worst thing was the restaurant wasn't even busy. Big thumbs down I'm afraid.

Staff were very friendly and kept us humoured. Explained everything very well and the experience was fun overall. Unfortunately, the food wasn't all too great. I'm not a picky eater and lamb is my favourite meat but I found myself disappointed in their lamb options. This soured the experience for me. The beef options were lovely however, and the pork options were okay. Big fan of the gammon. I would perhaps reconsider if you're excited to try the lamb here.

Very beautiful location directly at the river. The buffet was very good. Clean and tidy as expected. Staff was very friendly and even gave suggestions and prepared meat especially for us. You'll get a beer coaster with a green and a red side. Green means bring more meat. Red means I'm good for a while.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at your restaurant on 08/06/2024. The food is okay, but there are several issues significantly impacted our experience. I have written two eamils to the restaurent but no one replied, which is very disappointing. 1. We waited 30 minutes for the bill. 2. The bill was calculated incorrectly, leading to overpayment. 3. A service charge was included without an option to opt-out. 4. Despite the included service charge, the waitress requested it again when we paid by card. I request a review of these issues and a solution. Please address these concerns. Thank you.

This is a nice place to eat unlimited servings of a variety of different cuts of Beef and a very large variety of salad and fish is also available

Of all the Brazilian restaurants I visited in the UK 🇬🇧 this is the best for me! Beautiful atmosphere, food with a really good flavor, I will definitely be back! I got a carvery, bottle of wine and a cointreau liqueur! I loved everything

Great experience and lovely food.. you have the chance to try so many types of food .😍 So even if you have fussy eaters in the family, there will be something to make everyone happy . I've been to Brazilian restaurants before, and i love this style. The buffet is so various and and meet excellent cooked. The only thing I missed, compared to other restaurants, was the cinnamon pineapple 🍍

You can’t really complain when people dressed in suits come over to you with meat on spits and carve out fresh cooked meet for you upon request! Wow!!! Just be ready for the bill but it’s worth every penny if you can afford this special occasion.

Love the idea of all the different meats being served fresh to the table and being on a keto diet it was great. Couple of things missing, need to serve a gravy or sauce as some of the meat was a little dry and tbh tasteless. It truly is all you can eat as we watched one table go through everything at least twice. The wine was expensive £45 for a basic sauvignon
