Keskins in Test Valley

Unfortunately this is what they class as a crispy donner,I have been using keskins for over 20 years ,and this evening was my last order,I did call the shop and they guys offered to send another,it was too late(9:30) ,such a shame they got rid of the van always good from there,obviously the shop has changed hands ,didn't want or ask for a refund,maybe collection is the only way ,just take care when ordering a delivery 👍

AVOID!! Absolutely disgusting! 'Chicken' is like a stationary rubber. Kebab meat is like its been rolled in gravel. Driver can't read the road name and was knocking on a door the otherside of the estate. The person answering the phone can't understand you and you can't understand them. Charcoal Grill all the way!

I have no clue why the reviews are so terrible?! We order from here quite often and haven’t had any issues? The foods always really hot and nice quality and you get a lot for your money too! The staff are friendly too! Delivery varies on the day but even then it arrives hot

oh my god first time ordering from keskins just got 2 kebabs and chips 18.08.24 what a vile kebab and the chips the onions tasted nasty the coleslaw was off the meal was rank how do these places not get shut down over charging for vile food STAY CLEAR OF KESKINS

Genuinely waiting for 20-30 minutes for a chicken wrap, menu seemed overpriced and limited. Was hoping after that wait for something magical to touch my tongue after spending a tenner on a chicken kebab instead it had the texture of a year 6 rubber that people stabbed their pencils in. Don’t bother overpriced and badly cooked.

I tried many kebab places around UK and EU too, since recently moved to the city and on the way to work taught to give it a go today to see how they do, welll. The prices are reasonable taking in conaideratipn of inflation. Their service was great and helpful, thwir food is not the best: a bit chewy and fries too salty. Also a good advice for the owner: please make meql deal options tis could increase your sales and would be handy. Also would be great to have a person in charge who guides and runs who doeas what, as today evening they were busy and seemed they just runing around and panicking. Also put extra effort on cleanliness in the kitchen. Would I buy from them again? Not until they improve. Would I suggest them to any friends or family to dine with them, maybe not yet. If you got hangover or need somthing quick before thw night drinking starts maybe.

It's okay, if you were hungry enough you would eat it, the best bit about this kebab was the peppers, but it does have a fun side to it, guessing what animal the chicken meat was meant to come from.... Gave up in the end lol

Doner Kebab? Oh my god what a disaster. “Meat” is horrible and very cheap tasting, lacks any flavour whatsoever and has a texture like cardboard. Waited ages for it as well and most of it went in the bin. Warning. Do not order a kebab from here. Ugh 🤮

Good food but wouldn't recommend using their delivery. Don't buy from if you have problems such as Coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, etc. I asked staff if there was gluten in the food due to my mother having Coeliac disease, they say yes, then no then that they dont know. So she went without dinner from Keskins (don't worry we went somewhere else for her). There is definitely a minor communication barrier. Having said that, I still think they are good for midnight munchies or a lazy night. Big portions and reasonable prices.

Keskins are going down hill, every single time we order the food order is wrong cold when we make a complaint they say we are in the wrong, food is stringy, grisy, always wrong something missed out out every time, pizza is always too salty wrong again crap food, crap customer skills talk English very poor very crap meails never ever again

We ordered food for delivery which was on time Unfortunately not all the food was nice! The burgers were chewy and the chips were dry and overdone so we didn't eat those The doner kebab was nice though

Always good food and always turns up not matter how late you put the order through, I’ve never had to complain here it’s consistent unlike other some other takeaways in andover :)

I use them reguarly but I'm seriously considering never buying again. Firstly I asked for extra mayo. In my special chicken sandwich.. but there was hardly any in there. But my chicken was pink in the middle and chewy and rubbery. Ended up throwing it away as it tasted awful and I think it was undercooked To top it off I also ordered onion rings They are not onion rings they had no ring of onion in !! Just a very sparse amount of mushed up onion 95% batter with hardly any taste. I should of called to complain and get it swapped but by this point I had gone off my food. Such a shame as I've been buying from them for 20 years and never had a problem with food quality before

Food is becoming progressively worse.... donner kebab tastes & smells like tinned dog food. Used to have a good name for great quality.... those were the days.

If you like your food smelling like pedigre chum, then this one is for you. Terrible service, over an hour to get a donner kebab. Avoid if you want your food hot and on time

The food, whatever you order is always very good. Unless you get the chips which are re fried 2 maybe 3 times? Unfortunately we had to wait 1hr 50 mins for 2 chicken sandwiches and chips. I appreciate that as the order site says, it may take longer during busy periods, but nearly 2 hours????. If this was the first time, at the end of the month on a weekend I'd accept "busy periods" as a reason. But not middle of the month on a Wednesday. Sorry, I'll not be ordering a delivery again.

As a Canadian I can honestly say burgers are our lifeline, we BBQ throughout the whole year, being in the UK for two years, lived in many places up North and South, and this place hands down make the absolute BEST BURGERS IN THE UK!!!!!!!!! I had a bacon and cheese 1/2 pound beef burger with onion rings and OMG DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! I will be back again and again and again.... well done! Not to mention the Owner is such a nice man, he runs this food business well, clean, organized, his team is happy and everyone is informed what is going on!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Very disappointed with all aspects of my meal tonight. The shop door is broken and wouldn’t shut properly, hence the waiting area was freezing. The staff, although busy weren’t really paying much interest to walk in customers. I ordered a mixed Donner with chilli sauce and garlic mayo. The lamb meat was limp and tasteless, the chicken was dry and tough and the bread was spongy. This effort cost £10.60. I’m sorry but I cannot find one positive thing to say. This is the last time I will order food here 😢

Use them often but tonigth I am very upset I ordered my food after a hour, still nothing so I called they completely forgot my order. What annoyed me most was they even took payment to be told another 20 mins Half hour still nothing so I rang again to get a refund as of now I'm upset for a driver to turn up another 10 minutes later counting Penny in cash no food coulda just done that after the first hour of waiting wont be ording again or no recommendations

First time going back to the one kebab shop you could always guarantee good food. But unfortunatelythey have slipped in standards. Chicken marinade has changed, peppers are no longer bell peppers and the chilly peppers have lost there hit. There just fill of pickle juice. The also no longer do king-size only in a donna kebab. Staff friendly and realy nice but food seams to have dropped in standers but the prices have gone up. Go to charcoal grill if you want a good kebab.

Food was cold and half the staff were not wearing any form of face covering! Considering there were 9 or 10 in a small area and preparing food I was really angry about this...only reason food was taken was it had been paid for ok advance. Really disappointing as have eaten here previously and food been good, as well as service!

Great kebabs and burgers, always been a go too after a few, speedy delivery and not bad prices.

Very disappointing!!! Will not be ordering through Keskins AGAIN!! It took over an hour and half for delivery, even though we ordered at 4. The chicken was over cooked, burnt and dry. Tastes likes been reheated on the grill. Hardly any sauce if any even though requested. Spent £35 and most of it went in the bin or was fed to dog!

Terrible. 34 years I’ve eaten in this town. Ordering a kabab u think would be basic. When asked what would I like with this I said chilly sauce. What turnt up? Raw meet and chilly sauce. If I wanted salad I have to ask as Turkish kabab does not come with anything bar soggy meat and soggy bread. When asked what do u expect he says I’m not Turkish I I’ll get my manager. Disappointing when £32 order comes with wet bread and wet atatude. On a up note not to be bias, they may have new chefs one day. God bless Andover.

Amazing place. They are lovely people and there food is always on point and if there is ever an issue they will always sort it out. 10/10 from me. Try the chicken kebabs they are amazing.

The sausages were like rocks ,we asked for a kebab with no chilli and there was a (about 5cm ) chilli in the middle of the kebab i am really disappointed with the food 😞 😕 😑 😒

Ordered doner meat with chips, salad and a side of mushrooms but it was not very pleasant. The meat was pale, the sauces were non existent and my chips were soggy and had to be binned. The mushrooms ordered are stated as 'deep fried' but these were sweaty, soft and clearly pan fried/griddled. The salad for what was present was really fresh and crunchy. Not my usual takeaway but expected better.

Kebab tasted like a plain chewy dog toy and the chilli sauce was like a bolognese sauce (not a nice one). We don’t understand why they are selling cheap coleslaw instead of cabbage. The only good thing was the people behind the counter, sadly all food was dreadful. I will only return when i’ve had 6 double vodkas with redbull, 4 jäger bombs and a few bumps of coke.

For the second time in a row now, I've been disappointed. Just received my order and once again its massively disappointing. It was luke warm, after ordering extra salad, I received next to nothing. The extra chilli peppers I ordered... I had 2 small shriveled ones. Needless to say will NOT be going here again. Avoid

Working Night Shift, a colleague recommend ordering from this takeaway and said I should order the Donor Wrap took his advice and ordered this. Donor meat very bland no flavour almost a rubbery texture. Lettuce had seen better days. £7 pound for this wrap defiantly not worth the price. would never recommend this takeaway to anyone.

Our household orders from keskins on a regular basis. I have two adult sons. No need for further explanationPut in an order this afternoon for a delivery and waited ages. The phone rang and they asked why my husband hadn't picked up his order. He said it's a delivery order and the guy on the other end of the phone said WE DON'T DELIVER. So the call went back and forth until my husband hung up on them

The Best Kebab in Andover by far!!!!😍

Stopped here around 10pm on a Friday night,ordering doner meat with chips and a chicken kebab.Numerous staff working yet not very welcoming then there is the food. Other half kept spitting chicken out saying it didn't taste right then put meal in the bin not wanting to risk eating anymore of it. My doner was slimy and tasteless and chips soggy. Worse keskins we have ever had and we will not be returning.

They do a really great kebab both ordinary and mixed always tastes fresh. They also do a good pizza.

Simply the worst of the worst! I paid nearly £7 for a "cheese burger and chips". Where to start?! A pathetic burger a few millimetres thick ..of what looked like warm meat, and tasteless cardboard fries, when I asked for relish, all 4 staff looked at me like I was from another planet! I managed to eat half of this "food' before binning it. The standard of take away is not great in Andover, you have to pour salt or sweet things to get most of the meals to make them edible, but here you'd need to have smoked a forest of decent Weed to think there is any taste. Absolutely awful!

Best take away in town. Probably the only one who knows how to wrap a wrap. Used many times and never been dissapointed.

Burger turned up in a pool of water chips looked aboit a week old 7.50 for a mega burger and all it is is 3 burgers in a top half of a bun full of water asked for extra chilli n mint sauce n got barely any and then for afters i had a frizen solid slice of cheescake that i paid 2.90 for ill let you know how that tastes tommorow when its defrosted 😂😂😂
