KFC Andover - Northern Avenue in Test Valley

Awful customer service, no communication what so ever. All in a group having a conversation not even doing what they are payed for! Rubbish on majority of the tables. Was not a pleasant experience to say the least!

I would order from KFC again but not through just eat. The delivery driver was incredibly rude.

Store collection was around 11:30am. Chicken was dry and probably the leftovers from the day before and then reheated absolutely disgusting. Stay clear of this place

I have just ordered a meal for delivery through Just eat app. The order took a long time to arrive, it's all stone cold and is missing the fries from my order. Quality control is clearly missing and orders are not being thoroughly checked before being bagged. Poor poor service.

food came after delivery time changed multiple times. when it arrived was stone cold so obviously had been prepared but left standing for quite some time before being delivered. I was ok when heated up but the fries and wraps didn't microwave so well so most ended up getting thrown away unfortunately.

I ordered mashed potatoes, the receipt stated Mash potatoes but the order came with gravy as opposed to mashed potatoes

I had no update on the app and had delivery driver moaning at me for not answering the door, the app told me driver was close after food was delivered.

This never arrived and wasn’t delivered

Food was ok. Some bits of chicken was small. They forgot the drink and the free popcorn chicken. Same thing happened last time.

I’m not satisfied. I ordered and just few minutes ago my food delivered but no 2 regular gravy. How can I contact kfc .

Absolutely terrible delivery, my food was spilt and burger split open in the bag. Popcorn chicken was missing and on top of that, Just Eat ruled that they cant refund or credit!

I did click & collect order so that I can get fresh hot wings cause I only like hot wings from KFC. However when I reach there no one was bothered even greet when there was no customer at all. 3 employee talking to each other than after 5 minute I have to ask by my self for my order cause it was not on the screen. Than one of the team leader simply chuck my bag of wings on the table and walk away without saying anything. Zero customer service and also the wings were not fresh I have only ordered 18 pieces of wings and all of them were black like it was cooked ages ago. I don't know how they r running business.

A lit undercooked fries but otherwise all good.

we went tonight to get a take away, we got home opened the bucket, what a load of rubbish the chicken was disgusting, we threw most of it away, we will never go to this kfc again! needs the inspectors in there!!!

Only ordered from here through Uber Eats once. Chicken was delivered and it was pink. Uber issued a refund and it went straight in the bin. Will never go back here and judging from the rest of the reviews, that seems justified.

I ordered gravy as an extra and I didn't get it even though I paid for it. Update regarding the steps in which my order was, wasn't changed, and the person who brought me the food was standing outside and talking on the phone and I probably would have waited until now if I not opened the door.

Staff were very nice chips were outstanding nice and hot crispy and soft same with the chicken best kfc I have ever been to !!

I took my children for a quick meal tonight and the food was so terribly salty we struggled to eat it. They got our order wrong at first as well, the guy serving wandered around like a lost soul. No more KFC for us, it was so disappointing.

My food arrived and was very cold ! I had no choice but to chuck it into the bin due to it being chicken I requested a re fund and still haven’t heard anything back now ! I’m very disappointed as KFC is normally a lot better than this ! When paying for my order I tapped my card which was successful but the server said it didn't go through so I checked my notifications and showed my card was excepted but was told there was a problem with her till would I try again and she it has now worked checked my notifications again it shows 2 transactions for the same amount. I was i would get a refund the next day. 1 week later no refund contacted the branch who told me to call head office who only contacted through Ai chat which was useless so fed up decided to forget the £13 a

The food never arrived! I was told i had to collect it from a random address (even though i asked for a delivery). The person on the phone said i had entered the wrong address even though my order showed my home address. Won't use KFC Andover again!

Not as great as last time but at least I got all of what I wanted

Last time I had a kfc at least year ago it was very fatty and oily and had no taste and I had a few meals like that so I stopped have it. I only had it today my son wanted it. I was shocked on how great it used to be. Let’s hope it continues

This place has somewhat gone down from its hay day. it's lost it charm even with a new look makeover. The service with a smile has gone run by a bunch of kids with no manners at all. It's too expensive for a small amount of food now. It's not worth the money now.

If I could I would give a negative star review. PEOPLE WHEN YOU ORDER SOMETHING CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTAURANT. BECAUSE THEY "TEND TO FORGET STUFF FROM YOUR ORDERS". PLUS CHECK IF YOU GET THE SAME STUFF YOU OREDERED. Usually not. There's always something missing or mixed up. Or if you order something special, they just simply ignore it. Luckily I am not allergic to anything but why is the special order if they just simply don't doing it. Even when there is only 1-2 customers on site. So can't even say they are busy. It's just absolutely careless customer service. Luckily I will never get to go there again! Be careful dear customers!

Chicken was too oily and not cooked properly. in addition to that, The pepsi was kept in the top of the packet and because of that the pepsi was too hot. It's hard to say that the worst KFC I received. I am requesting for a refund for the same.

It's a hard place to review and probably number 1 in the most inconsistent places. One week it's a top tier KFC and great as far as KFCs go. Next week it's literally the worst KFC in the world. Incredibly hit or miss which is a shame.

Very rude negligent staff at the drive-through, would never recommend this place. Food wasn't helping either.

The food was ok the bins were overflowing but nobody in the resturant the staff chatting to each other and messing about and the ones that left had bags full food to take home as finishing there shifts no wipes for hands after being served they just go back to messing about

Waited 30+ minutes for two rice boxes, only to get them home to find they’d split one piece of chicken between the two boxes, the order wasn’t correct (asked for no beans on one, ended up with no beans on both of them) and it was stone cold as if the chicken had gone off. Totally inedible.

My husband and I ordered two meals, the food was cold and the extra piece of chicken was raw in the middle. I returned it to the counter and the girl behind the counter exchanged it but was non apologetic which I was surprised at. I expected someone to apologise to us as we could have been seriously ill if we had eaten the raw chicken but not a thing. Very disappointed and hopefully not ill!

I ordered a mighty bucket for one and received just the chicken pieces and no spicy wings or boneless fillets, the order wasn't comlete and wasnf checked before it left the restaurant, delivery was swift and food was hot so can't fault that

I ordered an 8 piece boneless bucket with 4 corn on the cobs, and a bottle of Pepsi max. The order arrived without 2 corn on the cobs and the bottle of drink. Very unhappy as the driver didn’t click to say he’d delivered the order. When i called the restaurant the staff member told me i needed to click the link once the driver had clicked he’d completed our delivery to say I’m unhappy with my order? I still am unable to perform this action and the restaurant assured me I would receive a full refund. I would like to know this is being dealt with as I had 4 very disappointed kids. I do not expect to pay that amount of money with a food order missing substantial items I have paid good money for

See below for previous review. I have been to this KFC twice in the last couple weeks and cannot express how much it has turned around. I take back everything I said before, it's a wholey new restaurant (not esthetically), the service is absolutely rapid and of course the chicken is kickin! New management, I take my hat off to you! A truly disgraceful establishment. The reason for 2 stars is simply that the food is absolutely delicious as KFC always is. But this restaurant in particular is obviously VERY badly managed. The carpark is completely over grown, rubbish all over the place, it could do with a bloody good jetwash and new lines painting, the paint on everything has faded, the general upkeep of everything is appalling. The queues, goodness me it is shocking how long their queues take to go down! Maybe 1 car every 5 minute, it's a complete joke. Obviously very understaffed or VERY badly managed inside. How this particular KFC has gotten away with this shambollic performance is beyond me and apparently every other review here is in agreement. But, I do not want this review to discourage anyone from visiting, please come and see this disorganised s##t show for it really is a sight to be seen lol

The boneless fillets were not hot or crispy. And the so called ‘dipping boneless feast’ didn’t come with any dips, and they got the sides wrong. I’m not surprised this KFC has a terrible reputation!

Absolutely disgusting. Very Poor service and toilets are in very poor condition. No hand soap, tissues, absolutely nothing. I don’t know how long they have not cleaned that place. It stinks 🤮 How is this place surviving with these bunch of clowns.
