Delivery driver was nice but food was cold

I dont received anything.. !!! I waited for so long. the app say it was delivered already.

Food was cold took back and staff very rude

please stop packing cold drinks and hot food together. my chicken was warm at best but my drink was definitely NOT cold.

I recently visited KFC, and unfortunately, it was a pretty frustrating experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the wait time felt like it went on forever. I understand that sometimes things can get backed up, but it seemed like there was no urgency at all. I watched several other customers, including myself, checking our watches, and wondering when we’d finally get our food. Once the meal finally arrived, it was hot and fresh, which was the saving grace. But, honestly, the long wait really took away from the experience. I’m not sure if it was just a bad day or if it’s typical for this location, but it was definitely not the quick and efficient service I’ve come to expect from KFC. I hope they can sort out the delays because, at the end of the day, the food was tasty as always!

Everything was warm and tasty but unfortunately some of my order was wrong instead of getting 12 pieces of chicken. I only got eight and I didn’t receive my mash but got an extra gravy instead.

The food was not great at all, Toilet disgusting smell. Chairs and table are not nice at all. Visiting still 2-3 times every year because we don’t have nice restaurants in Andover

Ordered corn on cob x2 which i didnt received. Instead got 2x beans which were not very nice. Better if got what ordered original

i ordered the fillet tower meal that is supposed to come with tomato sauce, for some reason there was bbq sauce in it, which meant I couldn't eat it. I hate bbq sauce

The delivery times changed so don’t know if it was late. Warm food and warm drink! Did ask for the drink not to be put in with the ‘hot’ food!

My children and my friend and her kids had kfc yesterday 4th November and all had food poisoning from there. My 7 year old daughter and 15 year old son was up all night with severe vomiting and stomach cramps and all day today. My mother phoned kfc andover up and was spoken to very rudely and the woman on the phone refused to let her talk to her manager so My mum called kfc headquarters and was told they would get management to call her back today and took it seriously because it involved children. They didn't call her back so she phoned again and had a man answer who refused to give her his name and laughed at her and when she said she's taking the left over chicken to human resources his response was "so what do I care" . Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and if I was kfc I would be ashamed to have that sort of staff working for them. I am following threw with my complaint and taking the chicken to human resources. As a mother its awful watching your children be ill from something they shouldn't of got ill from.

Courier was on time, very polite and the food was the perfect hot

Awful customer service, no communication what so ever. All in a group having a conversation not even doing what they are payed for! Rubbish on majority of the tables. Was not a pleasant experience to say the least!

Store collection was around 11:30am. Chicken was dry and probably the leftovers from the day before and then reheated absolutely disgusting. Stay clear of this place

I have just ordered a meal for delivery through Just eat app. The order took a long time to arrive, it's all stone cold and is missing the fries from my order. Quality control is clearly missing and orders are not being thoroughly checked before being bagged. Poor poor service.

food came after delivery time changed multiple times. when it arrived was stone cold so obviously had been prepared but left standing for quite some time before being delivered. I was ok when heated up but the fries and wraps didn't microwave so well so most ended up getting thrown away unfortunately.

I had no update on the app and had delivery driver moaning at me for not answering the door, the app told me driver was close after food was delivered.

I ordered mashed potatoes, the receipt stated Mash potatoes but the order came with gravy as opposed to mashed potatoes

Food was ok. Some bits of chicken was small. They forgot the drink and the free popcorn chicken. Same thing happened last time.

Absolutely terrible delivery, my food was spilt and burger split open in the bag. Popcorn chicken was missing and on top of that, Just Eat ruled that they cant refund or credit!

I did click & collect order so that I can get fresh hot wings cause I only like hot wings from KFC. However when I reach there no one was bothered even greet when there was no customer at all. 3 employee talking to each other than after 5 minute I have to ask by my self for my order cause it was not on the screen. Than one of the team leader simply chuck my bag of wings on the table and walk away without saying anything. Zero customer service and also the wings were not fresh I have only ordered 18 pieces of wings and all of them were black like it was cooked ages ago. I don't know how they r running business.

we went tonight to get a take away, we got home opened the bucket, what a load of rubbish the chicken was disgusting, we threw most of it away, we will never go to this kfc again! needs the inspectors in there!!!

Only ordered from here through Uber Eats once. Chicken was delivered and it was pink. Uber issued a refund and it went straight in the bin. Will never go back here and judging from the rest of the reviews, that seems justified.

I ordered gravy as an extra and I didn't get it even though I paid for it. Update regarding the steps in which my order was, wasn't changed, and the person who brought me the food was standing outside and talking on the phone and I probably would have waited until now if I not opened the door.

Staff were very nice chips were outstanding nice and hot crispy and soft same with the chicken best kfc I have ever been to !!

I took my children for a quick meal tonight and the food was so terribly salty we struggled to eat it. They got our order wrong at first as well, the guy serving wandered around like a lost soul. No more KFC for us, it was so disappointing.

My food arrived and was very cold ! I had no choice but to chuck it into the bin due to it being chicken I requested a re fund and still haven’t heard anything back now ! I’m very disappointed as KFC is normally a lot better than this ! I am not happy with my order I got the wrong burger no chips and no drink!!!!

When paying for my order I tapped my card which was successful but the server said it didn't go through so I checked my notifications and showed my card was excepted but was told there was a problem with her till would I try again and she it has now worked checked my notifications again it shows 2 transactions for the same amount. I was i would get a refund the next day. 1 week later no refund contacted the branch who told me to call head office who only contacted through Ai chat which was useless so fed up decided to forget the £13 a

The food never arrived! I was told i had to collect it from a random address (even though i asked for a delivery). The person on the phone said i had entered the wrong address even though my order showed my home address. Won't use KFC Andover again!

Last time I had a kfc at least year ago it was very fatty and oily and had no taste and I had a few meals like that so I stopped have it. I only had it today my son wanted it. I was shocked on how great it used to be. Let’s hope it continues

No corn no hot wings. First time I have ordered through you and once again KFC have been no where near getting the order correct
